O presente estudo pretende analisar a CISG a partir de sua dimensão publicista, resultando na sua identificação como aliada do Estado na efetivação dos objetivos da CF, descritos no art. 3º, I, construir uma sociedade livre, justa e solidária, e na promoção do seu desenvolvimento. Estudá-la como tratado permite compreendê-la como parte de um movimento transformador da atual sociedade internacional. Ressalte-se o fato de a maioria dos trabalhos concentrar-se no seu aspecto privatista, conferindo importância à presente pesquisa. Esta tem início na análise do seu preâmbulo, contendo seu espírito e objetivos, para então adentrar em sua parte dispositiva, examinando-se os obstáculos à harmonização, bem como os instrumentos para superá-los, destacando-se o art. 7º como guia interpretativo e a utilização da CISG em âmbito estatal. Nesse ponto, analisam-se os efeitos de sua incorporação interna, refletindo em sua adoção nos procedimentos licitatórios, pois, como parte do ordenamento interno, passa a ter natureza de lei ordinária, idêntica à Lei de Licitações A pesquisa apontou ser a CISG aliada do Estado na consecução dos objetivos constitucionais, refletindo sua utilização na promoção do bem comum e no desenvolvimento da sociedade. Ademais, a adesão do Brasil produz na parte estrangeira a legítima expectativa de que os contratos administrativos serão por ela regulados, reflexo do compromisso internacional assumido pelo país, sendo a CISG afastada nos seus próprios termos previstos para tal situação. A pesquisa revelou também sua consolidação como um dos documentos de maior alcance transfronteiriço, chegando a harmonizar, de forma bem sucedida, os sistemas de civil law e common law, sedimentando a existência de uma ordem internacional e flexibilizando a tradicional formação da normas unicamente pelo ente soberano. Ainda, efetiva as intenções previstas no preâmbulo, aproximando países e promovendo direitos mediante uma lei uniforme para a compra e venda internacional de mercadorias. / The present study intends to analyze the CISG from its publicist dimension, resulting in its identification as an ally of the State in the accomplishment of the objectives of the CF, described in art. 3, I, to build a free, fair and supportive society, and to promote its development. Studying it as a treaty enables it to be understood as part of a transformative movement in today's international society. It should be emphasized that most of the works focus on its private aspect, what gives an importance to the present research. It begins with an analysis of its preamble, containing its spirit and objectives, to focus in its operative part, examining the obstacles to harmonization, as well as the instruments to overcome them, highlighting art. 7 as an interpretive guide and the use of the CISG at the state level. At this point, the effects of its internal incorporation are analyzed, reflected in its adoption in the bidding procedures, since, as part of the internal order, it is now an ordinary law, identical to the Bidding Law The research pointed the CISG to be allied to the State in achieving the constitutional objectives, reflecting its use in promoting the common good and the development of society. In addition, the adhesion of Brazil produces in the foreign part the legitimate expectation that the administrative contracts will be regulated by it, a reflection of the international commitment assumed by the country, being the CISG removed in its own terms predicted for such situation. The research also revealed its consolidation as one of the most cross-border documents, successfully harmonizing the civil law and common law systems, consolidating the existence of an international order and being able to flexibilize the traditional formation of the norm only by the entity sovereign. It also makes the intentions of the preamble effective, approaching countries and promoting rights through the creation of a uniform law for the international sale of goods.

The problem of experience awareness and knowledge in an epistemic analysis of psychology and ontology of the mental, based on a survey of key about the demarcation of different levels for the constructivist knowledge and their mental operations. An important implication of this discussion epistemic (and ontological) is the question of power (or not) support a theoretical possibility of dialogue and interdisciplinary the different conceptual and methodological positions concerning the mental (and knowledge). Discussed in Part I of the possibility of a dialogue between the epistemological pluralism through an analysis comparative concepts that can be equalized if their bases logical to refer to the possibility of a common ontology related, and if this plurality is able to allow for non-exclusive between the terms of their epistemic theories in question. To make viable the possibility of a theoretical investigation of different epistemologies of mind (Part II), we take as criteria translation inter theoretical (our "Rosetta Stone") an analysis relational ontological levels of the three fundamental and irreducible, (the physical, biological and psychological), and the interface between the bio-neurological and psychological meanings occurs through a hierarchy of memories. These levels are defined by fundamental specific epistemologies, which present opportunities for intimate conceptual relationship when rationalized from a perspective ontology based on evolutionary principles (broad temporality) and informational (broad spatiality). In conclusion we present some considerations about the problem of integrating mind-brain through the concept of neural code, capable of playing (in fact a transduction) relational properties of the world standards relationships in the brain, the result is translated into knowledge with potential causal effective power over the world. Thus a system memory operating levels of the same neural code can be considered a psychological synthesis. / Cognição e epistemologia: a questão da causalidade física do conhecimento como estado e como conteúdo. O problema da experiência consciente e do conhecimento em uma análise epistêmica da psicologia e ontológica do mental, com base em um exame de conceitos fundamentais acerca da demarcação de níveis construtivistas distintos para o conhecimento e suas operações mentais. Uma implicação importante desta discussão epistêmica (e ontológica) é a questão de poder (ou não) sustentar uma possibilidade de diálogo teórico e interdisciplinar entre as diferentes posições conceituais e metodológicas acerca do mental (e do conhecimento). Discutimos na Parte I a possibilidade de um diálogo entre o pluralismo epistemológico através de uma análise comparativa de conceitos que possam ser equalizados se, suas bases lógicas remeterem à possibilidade de uma mesma ontologia relacionada, e se este pluralismo for capaz de permitir relação não excludente entre os termos epistêmicos das respectivas teorias em questão. Para tornar viável tal possibilidade de investigação teórica entre diferentes epistemologias do mental (Parte II), tomamos como critérios de tradução inter teórica (nossa pedra de roseta ) uma análise relacional dos três níveis ontológicos fundamentais e irredutíveis, (o físico, o biológico e o psicológico), sendo que a interface entre o bioneurológico e os significados psicológicos ocorre através de uma hierarquia de memórias. Tais níveis fundamentais são definidos por epistemologias específicas, que apresentam possibilidades de íntimo relacionamento conceitual quando racionalizadas sob uma perspectiva ontológica fundamentada em princípios evolutivos (ampla temporalidade) e informacionais (ampla espacialidade). Na conclusão apresentamos algumas considerações acerca do problema da integração mente-cérebro, através do conceito de código neural, capaz de reproduzir (na verdade uma transdução de) propriedades relacionais do mundo em padrões relacionais do cérebro, cujo resultado se traduz em conhecimento com potencial de poder causal efetivo sobre o mundo. Desta forma um sistema de memórias que operam níveis de um mesmo código neural pode ser considerado uma síntese psicológica.

Este trabalho de pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar os desafios e perspectivas do diálogo inter-religioso a partir das inovações propostas pelo Concílio Vaticano II, como também seus desdobramentos em vários documentos no período pós conciliar, particularmente na Instrução Diálogo e Anúncio. Ante a insuficiência da postura do Magistério eclesial na abordagem da questão, das controvérsias suscitadas nas diversas esferas da instituição eclesial, a teologia do pluralismo religioso de Jacques Dupuis poderá situar melhor o problema, ao propor que as religiões sejam incluídas no projeto salvífico de Deus para toda a humanidade, reconhecendoas como caminhos ordinários de salvação. A atitude da Igreja em relação às religiões não cristãs tem sido marcada pela ambiguidade, rompendo, assim, com as orientações pastorais emanadas do Concílio que exorta os cristãos a descobrir os valores positivos destas tradições religiosas. Neste sentido, a Declaração Dominus Iesus, abrirá uma verdadeira cruzada contra os teólogos adeptos do pluralismo, a fim de impedir o avanço deste novo paradigma para a teologia, favorecendo um discurso com tendências exclusivistas que não consegue dialogar com o mundo moderno, plural e secularizado.

All this considering the dilemmas present in social knowledge and in education as the result of the crises that permeated the societies and the humanities and social sciences. The kind of research set up of dialectical and plural types, of theoretical character and with a predominantly qualitative analysis approach, through the use of bibliographic and documentary research, as investigative processes around the production of knowledge in the field of history of education of the Postgraduate Program in Education of UFPB. Accordingly, the source of documentary research were the theses and dissertations in the line of research in History of Education on the said Postgraduate Program. Ten theses and forty-three dissertations were found on the collection of Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations of UFPB and on Education Sector Library of the Center of Education of UFPB, during the period of 2009 to 2014. Period in which was possible have access to the firsts theses defended on the Doctorate of the said Program since this Doctoral Course only began in the year of 2003 on UFPB. Authors like Carlos Nelson Coutinho, Dermeval Saviani, François Dosse, Luciano Mendes de Faria Filho, Diana Gonçalves Vidal and others have been worked on this Thesis. Among the results of the research we found that the paradigm of subjectivity has prevailed in the line of research in History of Education as well as the epistemological idealists bases. This is confirmed by the very high presence, in this line of research, of the interpretative array of the New Cultural History that is permeated by the defended characteristics in the said social paradigm. However, others interpretative currents also live in the said line of research, and we also found that although the predominance of this matrix of the New Cultural History, there is an opening to the Epistemological Pluralism that we defend in this thesis. We conclude that this Pluralism defended in this work is not confused with fragmentation of knowledge, since it is not mere diversity, but rather a diversity containing a conducting yarn that makes it cohesive and articulate. This conducting yarn concerns the search for the approximation to reality perspective, and this is true of analysis contextualized, analysis that interrelate micro and macro realities, dialectically, analysis that emphasize the interaction between subjective and objective aspects. Production of knowledge. / A presente tese, intitulada A Relação das Categorias Pluralismo e Ecletismo Epistemológico com a Produção do Conhecimento na História da Educação, teve como objetivo geral de estudo analisar a produção do conhecimento na área de educação Pós-Graduada – Stricto Sensu – na Universidade Federal da Paraíba, especificamente na linha de pesquisa em História da Educação, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação, à luz das categorias Pluralismo e Ecletismo em suas dimensões epistemológicas. Tudo isso considerando os impasses contemporâneos presentes no saber social e na educação, fruto das crises que perpassaram as sociedades e as ciências humanas e sociais. O tipo de pesquisa configurou-se de tipo dialético e plural, de caráter teórico e com uma abordagem predominantemente qualitativa de análise, através da utilização das pesquisas bibliográfica e documental, como processos investigativos em torno da produção do conhecimento no campo da história da educação do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da UFPB. Nesse sentido, a fonte de pesquisa documental foram as teses e dissertações da mencionada linha de pesquisa e do referido Programa de Pós- Graduação. Foram encontradas 10 teses e 43 dissertações no acervo da Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da UFPB e na Biblioteca Setorial de Educação do Centro de Educação da UFPB, durante o período de 2009 a 2014. Período este em que foi possível ter acesso as primeiras teses defendidas no Doutorado do citado Programa, já que este Curso de Doutorado só iniciou-se no ano de 2003 na UFPB. Autores como Carlos Nelson Coutinho, Dermeval Saviani, François Dosse, Luciano Mendes de Faria Filho, Diana Gonçalves Vidal e outros, foram trabalhados nesta Tese. Dentre os resultados da pesquisa constatamos que o paradigma da subjetividade tem predominado na linha de pesquisa em História da Educação, bem como, as bases epistemológicas idealistas. Isto se confirma pela altíssima presença nesta linha de pesquisa, da matriz interpretativa da Nova História Cultural, que é permeada pelas características defendidas no mencionado paradigma social. Contudo, outras correntes interpretativas também convivem na referida linha de pesquisa, e também constatamos que apesar da predominância desta matriz da Nova História Cultural, há uma abertura ao Pluralismo Epistemológico que defendemos nesta tese. Concluímos que este Pluralismo defendido neste trabalho não se confunde com fragmentação do conhecimento, pois não é mera diversidade, mas, sim, uma diversidade que contém um fio condutor que a torna coesa e articulada. Cette thèse porte sur les représentations et pratiques relatives aux corps et aux soins dans un village des Andes sud‐péruviennes. Cet objet, a priori classique pour l’ethnologie andine, est ici abordé dans une situation dynamique, pluraliste et politisée avec une approche qui se distingue clairement de la démarche habituellement suivie. Si ces représentations et pratiques ont tout d’abord été appréhendées au sein des espaces domestiques et auprès des guérisseurs, c’est ensuite le poste de santé, structure officielle de santé publique, qui a été pris en compte dans le pluralisme médical local. Ses rapports avec les villageois ont alors été analysés sous l’angle du pouvoir. Et son influencesur les pratiques de soins, sur les corps et sur les représentations correspondantes a été interrogée. Afin de saisir les transformations en cours depuis plus d’une trentaine d’années, une perspective diachronique a finalement été suivie. C’est ainsi qu’a pu être mise au jour une dynamique de contrôle et de normalisation des corps et des individus par la santé publique. Phénomène qui se traduit pour l’instant par une transformation des pratiques de soins mais aussi des corps individuels ainsi que par une différenciation croissante du corps social. Avec le renouvellement générationnel, ceprocessus de transformation, relativement récent mais néanmoins profond, peut probablement mener à un véritable basculement socioculturel ici résumé par l’expression "d’un corps à l’autre" qui désigne non seulement le passage "d’un corps individuel à l’autre" mais aussi celui "d’un corps social à l’autre". / This thesis focuses on representations and practices related to bodies and cares in a South Peruvian Andes village. This object, which seems classical in Andean ethnology, is discussed here in a dynamic, pluralistic and politicized situation with an approach which is clearly distinguishable from the usual processes. If these representations and practices have first been understood in domestic spaces and among healers, it is then the health station, a formal structure of public health, which has been taken into account in the local medical pluralism. Its relationships with the villagers were then analyzed interms of power. Its influence on care practices, on the body and its corresponding representations was questioned. To capture the changes taking place for over thirty years, a diachronic perspective was finally chosen. Thus, a dynamic of control and normalization of bodies and individuals by the public health could be brought to light. A phenomenon that resulted so far in transforming care practices but also individual bodies, as well as in increasing differentiation of the society. With generational renewal this transformation process, relatively new but nevertheless deep, can possiblylead to a real sociocultural swing here summarized by the expression "from one body to another" which refers not only to the passage of an "individual body to another" but also "from a social body to another".

In one of the classes the classes were taught with the methodological variation, in the other were taught classes with majority expository methodology. The data collection was based in note about of the intervention realized and in the application of two questionnaires to students. ( pretest- post test ) about the contents taught in the classes. Demonstrating a better performance of the students in the answer to the questionaries after didactic intervention, with games, conceptual maps, modeling and theater with puppets, in comparison to the results of the exclusively. Among the results obtained, we highlight that the interaction and the teaching strategies stimulated the attention of the students to the contents taught, providing the decrease of the dispersion. It was also possible to notice an increase in their motivation and their willingness to attend classes. The multiple activities developed based on methodological pluralism enabled the learning of concepts and attitudes that contributed significantly to the expansion of students cognitive abilities. / O presente trabalho apresenta uma pesquisa sobre pluralismo metodológico como formar de ensino dos conteúdos das Ciências Naturais, que realizamos com alunos de duas turmas do 7° ano, de uma escola pública do município de Lagoa Seca (PB). Nosso objetivo foi investigar a efetividade desse método, a partir de uma sequência didática desenvolvidas com ações diferenciadas. Em uma das turmas, as aulas foram ministradas com a variação metodológica, na outra, foram ministradas aulas com metodologia, majoritariamente, expositiva. A coleta de dados foi baseada em anotações a respeito das intervenções realizadas e na aplicação de dois questionários aos alunos (pré-teste e pós-teste), sobre os conteúdos ministrados nas aulas. Os resultados revelaram que o uso do pluralismo metodológico contribuiu para a aprendizagem dos conteúdos ministrados (Anelídeos, Moluscos e Artrópodes), demonstrando melhor desempenho dos alunos nas respostas aos questionários após intervenção didática com jogos, mapas conceituais, modelagem e teatro com fantoches, em comparação aos resultados das aulas exclusivamente expositivas. Entre os resultados obtidos destacamos que a interação e as estratégias de ensino despertaram a atenção dos alunos para os conteúdos ministrados, proporcionando a diminuição das dispersões. Também foi possível perceber aumento na motivação e disposição deles para as aulas. As múltiplas atividades desenvolvidas com base no pluralismo metodológico possibilitaram a aprendizagem de conceitos e atitudes que contribuíram significativamente para a ampliação das capacidades cognitivas dos alunos.

We sought to show the point of view of indigenous and social groups in the region searched about control and supervision policy adopted by environmental agencies, the claims for recognition of the cultural specificities of the relationship between indigenous and environmental groups to formulate public policies differentiated and thus get contributes to new reflections on the perspectives of environmental protection in the Amazon. / Esta dissertação aborda o tema da regulação ambiental a partir do exame de denúncias de crimes ambientais envolvendo indígenas da região do médio rio Negro, buscando-se refletir sobre como o processo judicial produz como efeito social novas perspectivas do risco ambiental sobre os indígenas criminalizados pela Legislação Ambiental. Buscou-se evidenciar o ponto de vista de indígenas e grupos sociais da região pesquisada sobre a política de controle e fiscalização adotada pelos órgãos ambientais, bem as reivindicações de reconhecimento das especificidades culturais da relação entre grupos indígenas e meio ambiente para a formulação políticas publicas diferenciadas e, desta forma, buscar contribui para novas reflexões sobre a perspectivas da proteção ambiental no Amazonas.

Este trabalho investiga as relações entre Psicologia e ciência, especificamente quais são as concepções - explícitas e implícitas - que a Psicologia tem de ciência. Apesar da diversidade e riqueza de teorias, dos inegáveis avanços e conquistas teóricas e profissionais, das várias comunidades científicas bem constituídas, há ainda presente na área um mal estar e incerteza em relação ao seu estatuto científico. Dentre os possíveis obstáculos existentes à consolidação e reconhecimento amplo da Psicologia como área de conhecimento legítimo e maduro, destacam-se duas condições epistemológicas que nortearam a discussão sobre sua cientificidade: em um primeiro momento, a não adequação aos critérios normativos típicos de uma noção de ciência inspirada pelo positivismo lógico; e no segundo, o pluralismo teórico que a marca fortemente não atende a um critério de consenso e uniformidade que, a partir da epistemologia historicamente orientada de Thomas Kuhn, passou a ser uma das possíveis referências para reconhecer a cientificidade e maturidade de um campo teórico. O estudo, a partir do conceito de imagens de ciência, inspirado principalmente a partir da historiografia da ciência proposta por Paolo Rossi, elege como objeto de análise os possíveis jogos combinatórios que se estabelecem entre as ideias e discursos produzidos pela área a respeito do que se considera que seja a ciência e os critérios de cientificidade a serem atendidos. A pesquisa conclui o quanto os critérios de cientificidade e as imagens de ciência são dependentes da historiografia da ciência, e que a própria história de outras disciplinas científicas tomadas como ideais é muito mais plural do que se supõe usualmente. Finaliza propondo que se possa partir de um conceito mais amplo e multifacetado de ciência para fundamentar e conduzir a discussão sobre a cientificidade da Psicologia / This paper investigates the relationship between psychology and science, specifically wich are the conceptions explicit and implicit that psychology have as science. Despite the diversity and richness of theories, the undeniable advances and theoretical and professional achievements from various scientific communities well established, there is still present in the area a malaise and uncertainty over its scientific status. Among the possible obstacles to the consolidation and broad recognition of psychology as a legitimate area of expertise and mature knowledge, we highlight two epistemological conditions that guided the discussion of its scientificity: at first, typical non suitability criteria of a normative science concept inspired by logical positivism; and in the second, the theoretical pluralism that mark it and does not meet a strong criterion of consensus and uniformity which, from the historically oriented epistemology of Thomas Kuhn, has become one of the possible references to acknowledge the scientificity and maturity of a theoretical field. The study, based on the concept of images of science, inspired mainly from the historiography of science proposed by Paolo Rossi, chooses as the object of analysis possible combinatorial games that are established between the ideas and discourses produced by the area, about which is considered to be science and the scientific criteria to be met. The research concludes how the scientific criteria and the images of science are dependent on the historiography of science, and that history from other scientific disciplines taken as ideal is much more pluralistic than is commonly supposed. It Concludes proposing that we can start from a broad and multifaceted concept of science to support and lead the discussion about the scientific status of psychology

Jacques Dupuis responde propondo, por meio de uma cristologia trinitária e do Espírito, uma consideração mais ampla da salvação que garanta a constitutividade do evento-Cristo, mas integre as economias do Lógos ásarkos e do Espírito no único desígnio salvífico. Ao desvelar a dimensão teocêntrica do inclusivismo Dupuis abre-o à relacionalidade e à complementaridade interreligiosa, bem como reconhece às tradições religiosas a “mediação” da salvação para os seus fieis. A ortodoxia reage reafirmando a doutrina tradicional da Igreja. O modelo teológico de Dupuis, ao mesmo tempo em que prenuncia uma nova possibilidade de configuração histórica para o cristocentrismo, vitaliza o debate teológico. Em torno destas questões gira esta dissertação. / A current issue for theology of religions is to articulate the christ-centrism of catholic faith with religious pluralism of principle. Jacques Dupuis responds by proposing, through a Trinitarian spirit Christology, a wider consideration of salvation that guarantees the constitutivity of Christ event, but integrates the economies of the Lógos ásarkos and the Spirit in the only plan salvation. Bay revealing the scale of theocentric inclusivism Dupuis opens them to relationality and complementarity interfaith as well as recognizes from religious traditions the "mediation" of salvation for the faithful. Orthodoxy reacts by reaffirming the traditional doctrine of the Church. The theological model of Dupuis at the same time that portends the possibility of a new historical configuration to christ-centrism vitalizes the theological debate. This thesis revolves around these issues.
