Os mecanismos psicossociais e religiosos da mudança de igreja entre adolescentes e jovens católicos do Liceu de Artes e Ofícios/UNICAP

Esta dissertação tem como Objetivo Geral identificar e analisar os mecanismos psicossociais e religiosos que levam adolescentes e jovens a mudarem de Igreja. Visa-se verificar, com os Objetivos Específicos, a identidade religiosa desses adolescentes e jovens, detectando a inquietude adolescente e juvenil na busca e mudança de Igreja ou comunidade de fé. Pretendeu-se, também, a partir do entendimento das suas experiências religiosas do sagrado, descobrir a real vivência religiosa e familiar dos membros da amostra. Identificando e analisando o fenômeno religioso da mudança de Igreja, reflete-se sobre os mecanismos psicossociais e religiosos que os levaram ao trânsito religioso. A metodologia consta de uma Pesquisa de Campo com a aplicação de um Questionário Misto de 30 questões a uma amostra (aleatoriamente) escolhida de 46 sujeitos, sendo 26 adolescentes e 20 jovens do Liceu de Artes e Ofícios/Unicap, na faixa etária de 14 a 25 anos, que já foram católicos e hoje, pelo trânsito religioso para outros credos, assumem Igrejas diferentes que não mais aquelas de sua tradição familiar. Com os dados em mãos, foi feita a análise quantitativa, empregando a porcentagem e outros instrumentos estatísticos necessários, e a análise qualitativa das vivências e representações, confrontando-as com as teorias embasadoras, numa confiabilidade de 95% e 5% de possibilidade de erro. Percebe-se, nos resultados, a necessidade de uma maior introspecção dos adolescentes e jovens entrevistados para um maior entendimento e aprofundamento dos diferentes valores psicossociais e religiosos, justificando-se a pesquisa que os levaram a mudar de Igreja. Reconhece-se que a flexibilidade e instabilidade da fase do desenvolvimento adolescente e juvenil são alguns dos fatores provocadores da mudança de Igreja, ou comunidade de fé. Com a análise sobre os dados, possíveis estratégias podem ser detectadas, contribuindo para uma melhor atuação com adolescentes e jovens nas Instituições católicas (comunidades e grupos de vivência cristã) com informações pertinentes sobre a religiosidade entre adolescentes e jovens e o transitar religioso dessa clientela que experiência um visível pluralismo religioso. Conclui-se que, sendo o assunto mudança de Igreja entre adolescentes e jovens pouco pesquisado, a identificação e análise dos mecanismos psicossociais e religiosos podem levar a sugestões de estratégias educacionais (familiares e escolares) e pastorais, de um modo mais realista e crítico, ante as ofertas religiosas e atuais desafios da Modernidade, mostrando aos adolescentes e jovens o que é positivo na sua antiga ou nova Igreja, e enfocando a necessidade de uma pertença religiosa mais consciente, estável e integradora de sua personalidade de adolescente e de jovem. / This dissertation has as a general purpose to identify and analyze which psychological, social and religious factors lead the young adult and teenagers to change their religion. The purpose is to identify through specific objectives, the young adult and teenagers religious identity, detecting their restlessness to find and change their religion or faith. Also, the real religious and familiar experiences of the sample selected was researched through the understanding of their holy religious experiences. It is possible to reflect over the psychological,social and religious factors that lead to the religion change through the identification and analyze of the religious phenomenon regarding the change of religion. The methodology consists of field research with the application of a 30 mix questions questionnaire applied to a randomly selected sample of 46 persons, from which 26 teenagers and 20 young adults of the Liceu de Artes e Ofícios / Unicap (Lyceum of Artes and Crafts of the Catholic University of Pernambuco). The sample selected comprehended youths with average age from 14 to 25 years, who were catholic and nowadays moved to a different religion, despite the family tradition. Based on the data collected, a quantitative analyze was performed using the percentage and other statistic instruments needed. The qualitative analyze of the life experience and representations was also performed, checking the theoretical basis and expecting a reliance of 95% and a 5% error possibility. It is noted in the results the need of a deeper teenager and young adult introspection in order to obtain a better understanding of their different religious and psychosocial values, which justify the research of the factors that lead them to change the religion. It is recognized that the teenager and young adult flexibility and instability phase are some of the reasons that cause the religion change of faith. Possible strategies aiming a better interaction with teenagers and young adults in the Catholic institutions (Christian communities and groups), who are facing a visible religious pluralism, can be detected through the analyze of the data collected. It was concluded that since the subject change of religions between teenagers and young adults is not deeply researched, the identification and analyze of the psychosocial and religious mechanisms may identify educational and pastoral strategies (familiar and scholar), in a realistic and critic way, facing the religions offer and actual modernity challenges, that will show to teenagers and young adults what is positive in the new and old religions, focusing the need of a more conscious and stable religious presence in their personality.

Religião e histeria feminina : psiquiatria e religiosidade popular no Recife (1950-1959)

O objetivo dessa pesquisa consiste em analisar aspectos peculiares aos distúrbios mentais psicológicos e emocionais das mulheres diagnosticadas como histéricas na década de 1950, no Hospital de Alienados, na cidade do Recife. A partir daí, entender os discursos produzidos pelos intelectuais das instituições sociais responsáveis pelo destino dessas mulheres, dentro da sociedade. Esse estudo considerou como relevante para essa análise os acontecimentos de um Brasil que absorvia novas ideias oriundas do modelo americano, e vivia em plena efervescência econômica, política e cultural, os chamados Anos Dourados. Nele, o conceito de religiosidade, adotava uma nova configuração. Novas propostas religiosas e também práticas espíritas se multiplicavam e se afirmavam especialmente nas periferias das grandes cidades, para minimizar os conflitos existenciais que atingiam a sociedade, em especial, as mulheres pobres. Embasada nesses aspectos, a pesquisa aponta as mulheres nervosas e confinadas como alvo constante de um sistema político-social discriminatório e repressor que atuava silenciosamente dentro da sociedade. Tais afirmações são demonstradas através dos comoventes relatos transcritos nas suas histórias de vida, Neles, os problemas afetivos econômicos e sociais dessas mulheres se sobressaíam, e as tornavam extremamente vulneráveis aos surtos histéricos. Ressaltamos, também, a importância e o significado das amizades construídas na vizinhança dessas mulheres, que, por sofrerem com a exclusão social e o desamparo das políticas públicas, se identificavam e se apoiavam nas dificuldades surgidas no dia a dia, tendo, na maioria dos casos, a miséria como pano de fundo / This research aims al analyzing the peculiar aspects regarding to women‟s mental psychological and emotional disturbs diagnosed as hysterics in 1950 decade, in the Hospital de Alienados- Hospital for lunatics- in Recife city. In these reports, their-women affective economical and social problems jut out and made them vulnerable, to hysterical outbreaks. This notion distinguishes between individuals who are or are not citizens of one State, as if they possessed certain equal status. It overlooks, however, rooted internal discriminations that distinguish citizens gradually, due to its more or less correspondence to homogeneous parameters and their belonging to social classes. Accordingly, even supposedly democratic states oppress qualitative minorities in veiled manner, defying human rights and disregarding duties that are internationally recognised. The study discussed in this dissertation is based on such statement, and admits the existence of graduated citizenship even among Brazilians. Furthermore, this study proposes to analyse the specific contribution of the Brazilian Judiciary in maintaining the limitations of citizenship in the country, either through direct violation, or through simple connivance. Thus, the dissertation starts with the following question: the role of the national Judiciary has contributed to the perpetuation of the limitation of citizenship rights for marginalized groups even while seeking parity of into-the-process conditions? The hypothesis of this study is that it is up to the courts to ensure the observance of these rights and duties, and if different degrees of citizenship in Brazil can still be found, the parameters and actuation on behalf of equality have not been sufficient to solve the problem. It may lead to the need to revise the paradigms that shape the self-understanding of Justice and how it sees the Brazilian citizen. From the answer of this problem, the dissertation intends to contribute to studies on citizenship and access to justice in Brazil from the joint analysis of these themes - which though commonly operated in isolated way, they act in synchrony on implementation and violation of human rights in Brazil. For this, this study adopts legal pluralism as a theoretical framework that uses primarily the method of dialectical approach, analysing the Law as part of the social totality. The results indicate the need to revise the procedural instrumentalism and reinforce the understanding of the process as subjective right to be satisfied from the dialogical participation. The study criticizes the limitations of the socialization process theory, among which the politicization of the Judge, the procedural slowness and the pursuit of efficiency of the Judiciary according to business criteria. Then, the dissertation proposes the adoption of a qualified democratic process that is timely, effective, appropriate and dialogical. Finally, it also recognizes the need to modify the parameter self-centered that understands the Law, going to examine in different kinds of ways according to the multicultural and multilegal state and through the democratic process. / Segundo a compreensão tradicional, o instituto da cidadania reconhece direitos e obrigações fundamentais em razão da vinculação de determinados grupos de indivíduos a uma orde m jurídica estatal. Essa noção distingue os indivíduos entre aqueles que são ou não cidadãos de dado Estado, como se concidadãos fossem dotados de certo status de igualdade. Olvida, contudo, discriminações internas enraizadas que distinguem os cidadãos de maneira gradual, em razão de sua maior ou menor correspondência a parâmetros homogêneos e seu pertencimento a classes sociais. Assim, mesmo Estados pretensamente democráticos oprimem de modo velado minorias qualitativas, afrontando direitos humanos e descumprindo deveres reconhecidos internacionalmente. O presente estudo parte dessa constatação, admite a existência de graduação de cidadania mesmo entre nacionais e propõe-se a analisar a contribuição específica do Judiciário brasileiro na manutenção das limitações de cidadania no país, seja por meio de violação direta, seja por intermédio de simples conivência. Desse modo, parte do seguinte questionamento: a atuação do Judiciário nacional tem contribuído na perpetuação da limitação de direitos de cidadania para grupos marginalizados mesmo enquanto busca a paridade de armas endoprocessual? Considera-se a hipótese de que se cabe ao Judiciário garantir a observância desses direitos e deveres e continua sendo possível constatar a existência de diferentes graus de cidadania no país, os parâmetros e a atuação em prol da isonomia não têm sido suficientes para solucionar o problema, o que pode ensejar a necessidade de rever os paradigmas que moldam a autocompreensão da Justiça e a forma como esta vê o cidadão brasileiro. Com isso, pretende-se, respondendo o problema, contribuir para os estudos sobre cidadania e acesso à justiça no Brasil, a partir da análise conjunta desses temas que, embora costumeiramente explorados de maneira isolada, atuam com sincronia na concretização e na violação dos direitos humanos no Brasil. Para tanto, adota-se o pluralismo jurídico como marco teórico e utiliza-se prioritariamente o método de abordagem dialético, analisando o Direito como parte da totalidade social. Os resultados alcançados indicam a necessidade de rever o instrumentalismo processual e reforçar a compreensão do processo como direito subjetivo, a ser satisfeito a partir da participação dialógica. Critica-se as limitações da teoria socializadora do processo, dentre as quais a politização do juiz, a morosidade processual e a busca pela eficiência do Judiciário segundo critérios empresariais. Propõe a adoção de um processo democrático qualificado e, por isso, tempestivo, efetivo, adequado e dialógico. Reconhece, também, a necessidade de modificar o parâmetro autocentrado com que se compreende o Direito, passando a analisá-lo de maneira plural, segundo o Estado plurijurídico e multicultural, e por intermédio do processo democrático.

A partir de então, de forma crítica aos paradigmas vigentes no direito, vislumbra-se uma forma pluridimensional de manifestação do mesmo com o propósito de conceber uma retórica jurídica garantidora a estas comunidades. Além disso, aprecia-se a utilização da função social da propriedade em territórios tradicionalmente ocupados, relevando nesta análise a importância dos agentes que compõe este espaço social. Por fim, utilizam-se métodos e instrumentos jurídicos progressistas para possibilitar a efetivação de direitos étnicos e coletivos, potencializando um pluralismo jurídico emancipatório e que somente se justifica pela dinâmica das lutas sociais / This paper aims to analyze and develop tools for the construction of ethnic and collective rights to faxinalenses traditional communities, located in the Mid-South of country. This, from an agrarian reality in which the model of agribusiness development prevails and receives encouragement from the Brazilian state with the purpose of capital expansion at the expense of the livelihoods of traditional peoples. The research shows collective and territorial rights violations perpetrated by the enterprises related to agribusiness and the individuals who embody its logic of operation. Thereafter, in order to critique current paradigms in the law, envisions a pluri-dimensional manifestation of the same in order to devise a legal rhetoric guarantor to these communities. It also assesses the use of the social function of property in territories traditionally occupied, emphasizing in this analysis the importance of the agents that make up this social space. Finally, using legal methods and progressive instruments to enable the realization of ethnic and collective rights, empowering a legal pluralism emancipatory that is only justified by the dynamics of social struggles

Communitarian Justice and the Struggle for a Law, Which Regulates the Coordination of the Judicial Systems / La justicia comunitaria y la lucha por una ley de coordinación de la justicia

The Constitution of Peru claims a law, which regulates the coordination of the indigenous justice with the national judicial system. But since 1993 when the Constitution was enacted, Congress has failed to fulfill this task. The article describes the problems resulting from this legal vacuum and substantiates the need for a law of intercultural coordination of the judiciaries. However, the content of the required law is controversial. In the discussion four currents of opinion can be determined. The end points are characterized, on the one hand, by the «minimalists», who want to reduce the legal competences of the communities to a minimum, and the «maximalists», on the other hand, who advocate unlimited competences of the indigenous judiciary. The article analyzes the arguments of the different currents of opinion and identifies the challenges of the legislative work. / La Constitución Política del Perú reclama una ley de coordinación de la justicia comunitaria con las instancias del Poder Judicial. Sin embargo, el Congreso sigue, desde 1993 cuando se promulgó la Carta Magna, sin cumplir con esta tarea. El artículo describe los problemas que resultan de este vacío legal y fundamenta la necesidad de la Ley de Coordinación Intercultural de Justicia. No obstante, el contenido de la ley es controvertido. En el debate se puede determinar cuatro corrientes de opinión. Los extremos son representados, por un lado, por los «minimalistas», que quieren reducir las facultades de los fueros comunitarios a un mínimo, y los «maximalistas», por el otro lado, que reclaman competencias ilimitadas para las instancias comunales. El artículo analiza los argumentos de las diferentes corrientes e identifica los retos de la tarea legislativa.

Essai d'universalisation du principe d'égalité entre époux : analyse comparative à la lumière des droits français et camerounais / A comparative analysis in the light of French and Cameroonian law

L'essai d'universalisation du principe d'égalité consiste à l'appréhender non dans un sens statique, mais plutôt, dans une logique dynamique. C'est l'ouverture du principe à une pluralité d'interprétations prenant en compte les besoins et aspirations de chaque société. Si cette démarche contribue ainsi à enrichir le concept, elle ne saurait justifier que ce principe soit complètement vidé de son contenu. C'est le véritable enjeu de cette analyse qui, sans doute imparfaitement, a tenté de trouver les voies et moyens permettant à la fois d'affirmer l'universalisation du principe d'égalité et la prise en compte des spécificités locales. L'égalité entre époux, parce qu'elle touche à l'idée qu'on se fait de la famille, rend la tâche plus ardue. Car la famille a une forte imprégnation dans les mœurs et les discussions y relatives sont rarement dénuées de passions et d'idéologies. A cela, il a fallu ajouter, de façon non moins négligeable, les considérations politiques, économiques, socioculturelles qui construisent un univers symbolique, et partant, déteignent sur l'interprétation in concreto du principe d'égalité entre époux. Une certitude doit être retenue : seuls des apports divers et variés pourraient donner tout son sens à l'universalité du principe d'égalité, qui à bien y voir, est une riche et belle conquête. Si des difficultés d'application du principe demeurent dans le contexte où il a vu le jour, celles-ci sont encore plus grandes lorsqu'est envisagée sa transposition dans d'autres ères géographiques. D'où la nécessaire prudence et l'exigence d'une certaine subtilité. Le charme du principe d'égalité résiderait peut-être dans le fait qu'il est en perpétuel mouvement. / The attempt to universalize the principle of equality consists of analysing it none as static, but as a dynamic concept. It is its openness to a variety of interpretations taking into consideration the needs and aspirations of each society. If that approach contributes to enrich the concept, it wouldn't lead to empty its content. That is the main challenge of this study, which, probably imperfectly has tried to find means and ways, allowing both the affirmation of the universality of the principle of equality and taking into consideration local particularities. Equality between spouses, because it is grounded in the thinking behind the idea of family, makes the task difficult. Indeed, family has a profound anchorage in the mainstream thinking, and discussions around it are rarely conducted without passions and ideologies. To that, one should add that economic, political and sociocultural considerations which build up a symbolic world, and so affecting the interpretation in concreto of the principle of equality between spouses. One thing for should be kept in mind: only diverse and varied contributions could give all its meaning to the universality of the principle of equality, which to some extent, is a rich and beautiful conquest. Even if implementation difficulties of the principle remain to deal with, there are more important when its transposition is envisaged in other geographical areas. Thus, there is a necessity of prudence and the requirement of some subtility. The charm of the principle of equality could reside perhaps in the fact that it is in a constant evolution.

Vem styr bostadsbyggandet i Nacka och Södertälje? : Vilka aktörer påverkar slutresultatet?

Who runs the development? A comparative study of the construction of residential buildings in Nacka and Södertälje. The aim of this study is to identify actors involved in the initiation and implementation of residential house construction in two Swedish municipalities. This means who is taking initiative for new residential buildings, who affects the planning process, who finances these new buildings and who builds them. By exploring empiric material from the municipalities of Nacka and Södertälje, the above questions will be answered and by referring to pluralism, growth machine theory and regime theory a link to general theories of political science is made. The results found show that the analysed municipalities have quite different possibilities for acting and that these backgrounds are also important for which actors will take initiative for new residential buildings and which actors will be allowed to state their opinion during the planning process. Due to these differences I claim that the empirical material from the two municipalities are best described by two different theories from the above mentioned.

Boff foi e continua sendo compreendida como uma Teologia Teoantropocósmica. Postula-se, agora, que essa teologia realiza a articulação teológica e praxística entre Teologia da Libertação (TdL) e Teologia do Pluralismo Religioso (TdPR). Antes de 1990/93, apesar de se constatar a abertura dialogal de sua teologia em diversos campos (cristologia cósmica, antropologia, espiritualidade, na visão da trindade e em sua eclesiologia), a centralidade libertadora, suas urgências e mesmo algumas de suas concepções cristológicas, eclesiológicas e antropológicas não permitiram que ela pudesse ser considerada Teologia do Pluralismo Religioso. Como conclusão, defende-se que a teologia de Leonardo Boff, no paradigma ecológico, é uma Teologia Pluralista da Libertação, articulando, portanto, TdL e TdPR. E, dentro dos paradigmas do pluralismo religioso, é categorizada como pluralismo inclusivo teoantropocósmico. Verifica-se também que essa articulação se traduz em práxis: em Diálogo, promotor da Religação, do encontro das religiões, recuperando um cristianismo “universalizável” e postulando o pluralismo de princípio; e em Libertação, através da Dialogação mística, fraterna e ética. Essa dialogação sustenta, fundamenta e promove a ação em seus dois principais desafios: salvaguardar a Terra, em grave crise de sustentabilidade, e garantir a dignidade, a convivência e a paz, lutando pela libertação daqueles que são oprimidos, especialmente os pobres. / The present thesis aims to show that along with the introduction of the ecological paradigm, theological though of Leonardo Boff has been opened to the so called Theology of Religious Pluralism. This research integrates the previous content of Paulo Agostinho Master’s survey which had already pointed out to Leonardo Boff’s paradigm shift. In this way, theology of Leonardo Boff has been interpreted as “Teoanthropocosmic Theology”. The claim here is that this theology has successfully realized practical and theological articulation between Theology of Liberation and Theology of Religious Pluralism. It has also been pointed out that although Theology of Liberation had been opened to dialogue within diverse field like cosmic christology, anthropology, spirituality, trinity understanding and ecclesiology, only after the years of 1990/93 it has started been properly considered as a Theology of Religious Pluralism. This thesis finally claims that Boff’s theology, within ecological paradigm, a “Theology of Liberation and Religious Pluralism” and articulates both Theology of Liberation and Theology of Religious Pluralism. It is also claimed that within Religious Pluralism Paradigm, Boff’s theology could be inserted within the category of “teoantropocosmic inclusive pluralism”. Another claim of the present thesis is that the articulation of “Theology of Liberation” and “Theology of Religious Pluralism” drives us into praxis which takes two complementary directions: the first one is that of dialogue which promotes “re-ligação”, that is to say, the encounter of the variety of world religions, thus recouping the universality of Christianity and postulating the principle of pluralism; the second one is that of Liberation which through mystic, fraternal and ethic “dialogação” sustains and promotes action in this world and provides earth sustainability and makes possible a better world full of peace and human dignity, thus promoting liberation of oppressed human beings, especially poor people.
