Através de um estudo de caso exploratório indutivo e comparativo entre as duas campanhas, a pesquisa contempla a análise de dados secundários coletados dos programas eleitorais, além de entrevistas em profundidade com os principais responsáveis pelas estratégias adotadas. Os resultados obtidos elucidam a participação de cada estratégia no cômputo geral da propaganda de cada candidato e ajudam na análise dos resultados finais obtidos nas urnas. / Salvador

La production scientifique sur les rapports des femmes à la politique est aussi importante que variée, comme en attestent les nombreuses recherches menées dans les différents champs disciplinaires qui se sont saisis de cette thématique (histoire, science politique, sociologie, psychanalyse….). Il n’existe cependant que très peu d’écrits sur lareprésentation politique des femmes africaines en ce qu’elles ont peut-être de spécifique dans leur capacité d’agir dans ce domaine. L’intérêt de cette recherche est donc de contribuer à l’avancement des connaissances en sociologie politique–s’agissant des femmes en général, des Africaines et notamment des Gabonaises en particulier–. À cet effet, cette thèse se propose d’explorer les mécanismes par lesquels les femmes accèdent aux fonctions électives dans un pays marqué par des pratiques et logiques socio-culturelles limitant leur accès aux sphères de décision. La construction socio culturelle du rapport au pouvoir des élues a été interrogée. Les capitaux personnels et professionnels, la culture sociale et politique, ont été tour à tour examinés afin de ressortir les éléments de l’identité de femme au Gabon et leur articulation avec les exigences de leur métier. L’analyse de genre, a permis de rendre compte de la dimension genrée des rapports sociaux de sexe, des phénomènes politiques, et des pratiques en œuvre non seulement dans les sociétés moderne et traditionnelle, mais aussi dans les institutions, tours à tours lieux de construction et d’expression des rapports de genre. / The scientific productionon women and politics is as important as diverse. Indeed, many research have been conducted in various disciplines such as history, political sciences, sociology, and psycoanalysis that have studied that duo theme. However, there are very few writings on the representation of the specifics of african women to act as a female politician. This research work aims at contributing to the adavancement of knowledge by exploring the mechanisms through which women access elected functions in a country charactirized by socio-cultural practices and logics that restrict women access within the decision-making spheres. The elected socio-cultural constuction relation to powerhas been scrutinized. Proessional and personnal assets, the socio-political culture, all have been scrutinized in order to highlight the components of the woman’s identity in Gabon and their interaction with the requirements of their profession. The gender analysis has enabled to report on the gender-based dimension of the social relationship of sexe, political phenomena and the ongoing praticises in traditional and modern societies and institutions, areas of construction and expresion of gender relations.

O presente trabalho analisa a realidade da prática dos assistentes sociais nos serviços de saúde da Aeronáutica/RJ, tendo como referência o projeto ético - político profissional do Serviço Social expresso no Código de Ética do Assistente Social, na Lei n 8.662/1993 que regulamenta a profissão, bem como nas Diretrizes Curriculares da ABEPSS. O interesse em realizar este estudo em um espaço profissional, pouco debatido no meio acadêmico, define-se pela necessidade de uma investigação teórica que possibilite analisar, revelar e divulgar um segmento da categoria, muitas vezes desconhecido e estranho ao conjunto dos profissionais do Serviço Social. Entendemos que este estudo apresenta um caráter predominantemente exploratório. Para uma melhor compreensão do universo militar da Aeronáutica, tornou-se imprescindível, captarmos na realidade concreta, os limites e as possibilidades do movimento do real na sua historicidade. Para tanto, tivemos como alicerce o referencial teórico marxista crítico-dialético que possibilita ir para além da aparência dos fatos. É certo que uma instituição cujo funcionamento se aproxima do modelo de instituição fechada e conservadora, fundamentada nos princípios da hierarquia e da disciplina, sinalize, a priori, uma inviabilidade real de um projeto profissional emancipatório. Ao realizarmos uma análise dos depoimentos das assistentes sociais entrevistadas, buscamos considerar a cotidianidade da prática profissional, que revela presenças e ausências, aponta problemas imediatos desvela/oculta, caminhando do particular para o universal. Este estudo teve com lócus de investigação os Hospitais da Aeronáutica do Rio de Janeiro: HAAF, HCA e HFAG. Tem-se nesses espaços, uma atuação desafiante para aqueles profissionais que buscam romper com práticas burocráticas e conservadoras e que visam fortalecer práticas democráticas e coletivas de atendimento às demandas no contexto institucional. / This paper examines the reality of practice of social workers in the health services of the Air / RJ, with reference to the ethical-political project of professional social services, expressed in the Code of Professional Ethics, the Law which regulates the profession, and as guidelines for curriculum ABEPSS. The interest in performing this study in professional areas, little discussed in academic circles, defined by the need for theoretical research that enables analyze, develop and disseminate a segment of the class, often unknown and alien to all those working in Social Service. We believe that this study presents a predominantly exploratory nature. For a better understanding of the universe's military Air Force, it is essential to receive "in reality, the limits and possibilities of the real movement of its historicity. To this end, we had the foundation to the theoretical critical-Marxist dialectic that allows to go beyond the appearance of facts. It is true that an institution whose function is close to the model institution "closed", positivist and conservative, based on the principles of hierarchy and discipline, signal, a priori, an impossibility of a real professional emancipatory project. When we conduct an analysis of the statements of social workers interviewed, we tried to consider the everyday professional practice, which reveals presence and absence points to the immediate problems reveals / hides, moving from the particular to the universal. This study aimed to research the locus of the Air Force Hospital in Rio de Janeiro: HAAF, HCA and HFAG. La parité s’est enrichie d’une consolidation en 2013, avec l’abaissement du seuil pour son application aux communes de plus de 1000 habitants. L’étude de la sélection et des carrières des élu-e-s ruraux-ales des années 1970 à 2015, à partir du cas girondin, permet de saisir la manière dont l’espace des activités politiques est investi par les hommes et par les femmes et le rôle qu’y joue la nouvelle contrainte paritaire. À l’aide d’une méthodologie reposant à la fois sur des techniques qualitatives et quantitatives, cette thèse s’efforce de relier les transformations constatées dans la sélection du personnel politique des « petites » communes aux mutations des mondes ruraux contemporains. Elle se veut tout autant une contribution à la sociologie politique des espaces ruraux qu’à la sociologie du genre en politique. / The reform for equal representation of men and women started in 2000s has been consolidated in 2013 by lowering the threshold for an implementation in towns of more than 1’000 inhabitants. The study of political recruitment and political careers of local elected politicians in rural area from 1970 to 2015 in Gironde allows us to understand the political activities of men and women in a context of gender parity which became binding. Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, this dissertation aims to connect the transformation of political recruitment in small towns with the changes of contemporary rural societies. It will thus contribute to the literature in both political sociology of rural societies and gender in politics.

It is still distinguished as propeller spring the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Law of Lines of direction and Bases of the National Education - Law N.º 9.394/96. In this direction, it is considered to analyze basic questions and the new affection the pertaining to school management, in face of the new demands that the School faces in the context of a society that it searchs if to democratize and to transform. They are innumerable urgent changes in the school, so that it guarantees competent formation of its pupils, way who are capable to face creative and with critical spirit, the more complex problems each time of the society and to act engaged in the taking of collective decisions. In this particular one, it is emphasized relevance of the persistence of the professional of the education in this construction, having searched to make possible democratic spaces. / Neste trabalho apresenta-se idéias sobre a democratização da educação, seus desafios e perspectivas, nos últimos anos. Para tanto, focalizam-se como fatores preponderantes: a participação como requisito indispensável à democratização da educação e as contribuições do gestor escolar como líder na elaboração do projeto político pedagógico para um processo educaci onal emancipatório. Destaca-se ainda como mola propulsora a Constituição Federal de 1988 e a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional Lei N.º 9.394/96. Nesse sentido, propõe -se analisar questões fundamentais e os novos afetos a gestão escolar, em f ace das novas demandas que a Escola enfrenta no contexto de uma sociedade que busca se democratizar e se transformar. Sentido pessoal e projeto político pedagógico: análise da atividade pedagógica a partir da psicologia histórico-cultural / Sense and political pedagogical project: pedagogical activity analysis from a historical cultural psychology

Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de compreender o processo de atribuição de sentido pessoal à atividade pedagógica dos professores da escola pública de ensino fundamental por meio do levantamento dos motivos dessa atividade. Ao enfocarmos a atividade pedagógica, pretendemos, também, localizar a função e a importância do projeto político pedagógico na organização das ações pedagógicas. Para tanto, este trabalho tem como embasamento teórico a psicologia histórico-cultural (Vigotski, Leontiev, Luria e outros), mais especificamente a contribuição dos autores que se dedicaram ao estudo da atividade humana como unidade central da vida do sujeito concreto, ou seja, a teoria psicológica geral da atividade (Leontiev, Davidov e outros). Nosso estudo centrou-se na observação do cotidiano escolar de uma escola pública municipal de ensino fundamental que almejava construir seu projeto político pedagógico e articulá-lo com as ações pedagógicas desenvolvidas. Inspirados no estudo de caso do tipo etnográfico, foram usados os seguintes procedimentos de investigação: observação participante, análise de documentos e realização de entrevistas com professores. No processo de análise dos dados, organizamos as informações obtidas em três grandes contextos: "Organização escolar", "Em busca do projeto político pedagógico" e "Atribuição de sentido pessoal à atividade pedagógica". Nos dois primeiros contextos, apresentamos as formas como os profissionais da escola organizam suas atividades e ações pedagógicas e apontamos as dificuldades na construção de um projeto político pedagógico, a produção da fragmentação do trabalho pedagógico e as possibilidades de superação da alienação. No último contexto, a partir da trajetória profissional de dois professores, analisamos o processo de atribuição de sentido pessoal à atividade pedagógica. Os professores entrevistados denunciam as rupturas entre o significado e o sentido pessoal, entre os motivos da atividade e os fins das ações e expressam essas cisões não só verbalmente, como física e emocionalmente. Contraditoriamente, indicam, também, elementos no seu trabalho e na organização escolar reveladores das possibilidades do estabelecimento de relações conscientes com a universalidade dos homens, para além da relação singular-particular. Assim, a análise ressalta a construção do projeto político pedagógico entendido como atividade enquanto um dos elementos possíveis de humanização docente, ou seja, como espaço de resistência à desintegração entre o significado e o sentido pessoal atribuído à atividade pedagógica. / This research aims to study the process of sense attribution to the public elementary school teacher's pedagogical activity through the study of this activity motives. By focusing the pedagogical activity we also intend to find the political pedagogical project function and importance in the organization of pedagogical actions. For doing so, this work has as theoretical basis on the cultural-historical psychology (Vigotski, Leontiev, Luria et al.), more specifically, the contribution of authors who were dedicated to the study human activity as the central unity of the concrete individual's life, or else, the general psychological theory of activity (Leontiev, Davidov et al). Our study has been centered on scholar daily routine observation of a public elementary school that aimed to build its political pedagogical project and link it with the developed pedagogical actions. Inspired in the case study of the ethnographic perspective, there were used the following investigation procedures: participant observation, documents analysis and interviews with teachers. During the process of data analysis we have organized the obtained information in three major contexts: "Scholar Organization", "In search of the political pedagogical project" and "Attribution of sense to the pedagogical activity". In the first two contexts we have presented the ways that school professionals organize their activities and pedagogical actions and have pointed out the difficulties in the construction of a political pedagogical project, the fragmentation production of pedagogical work and the possibilities of alienation overcoming. In the last context, as from two teachers professional trajectory, we have analysed the process of sense attribution to the pedagogical activity. Interviewed teachers reveal the ruptures between the social meaning and the sense, between the activity motives and the actions objectives and express these scission not only orally but also physically and emotionally. In a contradiction, they also indicate elements in their work and in scholar organization that reveal possibilities of relationships establishment conscious with men universality, for beyond the singular-particular relation. Thus, the analysis reinforces the construction of the political pedagogical project understood as activity, as one of the possible elements of teaching humanization, or else, as an area of resistance to the disintegration between social meaning and sense given to the pedagogical activity.

This thesis represents the first complete biography of Jiří Pichl, a journalist and politician who was born in 1872 in Česká Třebová. Pichl started writing for a regional newspaper after finishing high school, in the times of progressive movement that was calling for a change in the status of Czech lands within the Austrian-Hungarian Empire, and expansion of voting rights. In the beginning of the 20th century he became the reporter in charge with a Czech National Social Party newspaper in Prague. He was also working with several papers published by the Melantrich publishing house. His journalism career peeked when he became a chair of the Czechoslovak Journalists Syndicate where he achieved pension insurance for journalists. During the First Republic, Pichl also started his political career. He became the first mayor of Královské (Royal) Vinohrady after the political overturn. Later he also became a senator of the National Assembly. As a politician he was also looking after the interests of journalists. He was very vocal in calling for a new press law. For many years, he was also a chair of the Central Workers' School. He lost all of his functions during the World War II as he never collaborated with the Nazi regime. Cette thèse traite de l’utilisation des symboles traditionnels dans la vie politique indonésienne. Nous nous sommes intéressés à l’exploitation de ces symboles dans la manière de présenter les discours politiques au sein de la communauté. Notre travail de recherche durant la période des élections de 2014 montre que le sujet de la légitimité est présent au cœur des discours électoraux. L’incorporation et l’utilisation des symboles traditionnels au sein des discours sont efficaces pour attirer l’attention du peuple et pour obtenir un soutien électoral. Les partis politiques, les hommes politiques et la Commission électorale à l’échelle locale exploitent ces symboles et les personnages mythologiques pour faire passer leurs messages aux citoyens. La plupart de politiciens prennent délibérément l’image de ces figures mythologiques pour servir leurs propres intérêts. Les hommes politiques profitent du réseau de parenté pour créer une légitimité culturelle en tant que leaders choisis pour la communauté. Ils essayent de retracer leurs liens généalogiques avec les grands personnages de l’histoire en les arborant ainsi dans leurs discours électoraux à travers les médias. Cette exploitation est authentifiée par la croyance populaire selon laquelle seuls les individus de grandes familles (balung gedhé) issues de la royauté peuvent devenir leurs leaders. Certaines des pratiques culturelles sont aussi organisées dans des lieux sacrés par les politiciens pour asseoir leur légitimité au sein de la communauté locale et à travers lesquels les citoyens reconnaissent leur supériorité. Ces manières dont les hommes politiques produisent leurs discours sont vivaces à l’intérieur de la communauté qui est toujours en attente de la présence d’une personne ayant la qualité d’une figure messianique qui va apporter la prospérité à la communauté. / This thesis deals with the use of traditional symbols in Indonesian politics. We have been interested in using these symbols in the presentation of political discourse in the community. Our field research during the general elections of 2014 shows that the subject of legitimacy is present at the heart of the electoral discourse. Politicians exploit the kinship network to create cultural legitimacy as chosen leaders for the community. They try to trace their genealogical ties with the great personality of the nation by supporting them in their electoral discourse through the media. This exploitation is authenticated by the popular belief that only individuals of great families (balung gedhé) from royalty can become their leaders. Some of the cultural practices are organized by politicians in sacred places to establish their legitimacy within the local community and through which people recognize their superiority. The incorporation and the use of traditional symbols in discourses are effective in attracting the attention of the people and in gaining electoral support. Political parties, politicians and the Election Commission at the local level employ these symbols and mythological characters to transmit their messages to citizens. Most politicians deliberately take the image of these mythological figures to serve their own interests. These ways in which politicians produce their discourses are persistent within the community which is always waiting for the presence of a person with the quality of a Messianic figure that will bring prosperity to the people.

This diploma thesis will study the mental attitude of Viktor Dyk (poet, prose writer, and politician) to fascism. The aim of this thesis is to understand the development of his thinking, identify the key historic moments that shaped him, and in doing so, reconstruct his political opinion. Those historic moments are most importantly the events of December 1987, the first world war, the fall of the Habsburg monarchy and the creation of the Czechoslovakian republic (1914-1918). The year 1922 (in which the first fascist groups in Czechoslovakia were created) was crucial for the shaping of his relationship to fascism. The goal of this work is to evaluate, whether Viktor Dyk leaned towards fascism or not. To allow us to study Dyk's relationship to fascism, the first part is dedicated to defining fascism. Afterwards we define the basic principles on which fascism stands. A short chapter is dedicated to Dyk's life, which is important to understand his worldview. The objective of the second part is to analyse Dyk's position on the fascist principles, which were defined in the first part. For this analysis, Dyk's poems, political speeches, journal articles and his prosaic works were used. The aim of the thesis is to study personal identity development of the participants who move from active civic engagement within the civil society to active political participation within the political sphere at the reginal level. The thesis focuses on personal identity and the method of its construction through life stories. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with terms such as civic engagement, political participation and concepts based on narative identity. The second part contains a research methodology. Specifically is presented which presents the narrative approach with the use of narrative interview as a research method. The third part is based on deals with the research itself. The research works with a specific case based on political and socio-historical context of the city of Usti nad Labem. The data is obtained in the form of narrative interviews with local policiticians. The results of the research have shown that there are three different ways in which the actors are self- presenting their identity in relation to the environment. It was the identity of the politician, the identity of the activist / active citizen and the identity of the politician joined with the identity of the activist.
