This diploma thesis focuses on the possibility of cognition and roles of philosophy and science as basic forms of knowledge. It is not an analysis of Neubauer's work, but rather an interpretation of its specific parts. The work offers insights into the post-modern treatment of knowledge as it appears in the essays published in the collections Přímluvce postmoderny (An Intercessor of Postmodernity) and O Sněhurce aneb cesta za smyslem bytí a poznání (Of Snowhite, or The Quest for the Meaning of Existence and Cognition). The work describes and amends Neubauer's recognition of the world. It also shows Neubauer's perspective on the imagination, not only as a part of cognition, but also its influence on the development of human society. Besides canceling the monopoly of Science to truthful cognition, it is also guilty of making assumptions about the future, that will almost certainly prove incorrect. The most important part of the work is the question of equality between the perception of social sciences when compared to the perception of exact sciences, and while that question has not been fully answered, already just asking such questions can be useful.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie är att få syn på pedagogers perspektiv på förskolans pedagogiska miljö, samt de möjligheter miljöerna erbjuder barnen. Teorierna som används i detta examensarbete är det postmoderna perspektivet och det sociokulturella perspektivet. Metoden för denna studie är intervjuer. Med det har det framkommit ett resultat som bland annat visar på att en pedagog behöver vara närvarande och med det observant. En pedagogisk miljö behöver även vara föränderlig och utforskande, vilket ni kommer kunna läsa mer om längre fram i arbetet. Utifrån teorierna och olika litteraturer har vi fått mer kunskap om de olika begrepp som framkommit i vårt resultat.

Den här uppsatsen behandlar ämnet olaglig fildelning på internet. Intervjuer med fem svenska fildelare ligger till grund för en kvalitativ analys av deras egna handlingar. Analysen kretsar kring fem grundläggande teman som syftar till att förmedla en bild av individernas egen bild av fildelning och moraliska dilemman som kan uppstå vid denna handling. Teorin som har används beskriver främst handlingsramarna och samhället som fildelarna kan tänkas befinna sig i. Kopplingar görs mellan individernas handlingar och den övergripande samhällsteorin för att påvisa om de stämmer överränns. Olaglig fildelning är ett utbrett fenomen i Sverige. De fem fildelare som ingick i analysen verkar både ha förståelse för att fildelning är ett så utbrett fenomen, samtidigt som de i stor utsträckning känner att det behövs en lag som reglerar fenomenet. Skivbolagen målas upp som de stora och rika bovarna i frågan.

The thesis deals with the organization structure of the Diocese Charity in České Budějovice (DCH ČB) as viewed through the eyes of social workers who are involved in the projects which DCH ČB arches over. In the introductory part of the thesis there is a description of the contemporary state of social work and the position of social workers in our post-modern society where social workers prefer to work in smaller communities where they can more easily adapt and co-form the rules for the organization and share ideas with people who have similar attitude to social work and how to control and carry it out the best. In connection with the outcome of the study there is a more detailed description of the organization structure of the DCH ČB which was set up according to Scheiner's formation of organization structures. In accordance with the organization structure there is a contemplation whether the DCH ČB does not have a tendency to incline towards ideological management without a possibility for the social workers to co-form the rules and have some autonomy in the projects of the DCH ČB, while the DCH ČB is in a position of an Ideological Hegemon.

The status of contemporary Czech music reviews (also the Czech cultural criticism) ties in with mass culture and trends of postmodern thinking supports. Subjective journalist genres type reviews and critics look like the relevant expert testing about artistic performance, their real aim is economic profitability and fixing a position in their discourse domain. Mass culture can not offer an alternative to itselfa nd that's the reason, why central dichotomy variation - scheme is applicable not only to its products (music CDs, theatrical performances, a new book at he art), but also on the way, which is about these products further talks . Det övergripande syftet med min uppsats är att visa på faktorer som bidrar till att elever väljer att gå det estetiska programmet med inriktning bild och formgivning på gymnasiet. Elevernas valsituation har jag valt att sätta i relation till vår tids ökade avtraditionalisering och utökade valmöjligheter. Dessa levnadsvillkor belyser jag främst genom att använda mig av Thomas Ziehes teorier, men även resonemang hämtade från Andy Hargreaves, Anthony Giddens och Pierre Bourdieu förekommer i uppsatsen. För att undersöka elevernas egna uppfattningar har jag i den empiriska studien valt att använda mig av en kvalitativ metod; enskilda intervjuer med tio elever på det estetiska programmet med inriktning bild och formgivning på två olika gymnasieskolor. Mina övergripande frågeställningar är följande: Vad anser eleverna att de grundat sitt beslut att gå det estetiska programmet med inriktning bild och formgivning på? Hur upplevde de valprocessen? samt Hur ser de på sin framtid? Resultatet från min undersökning visar bland annat att det är elevernas estetiska intresse samt upplevelsen av lust och glädje som varit avgörande för deras val att gå det estetiska programmet. Programmets möjlighet till både fördjupning inom det konstnärliga området och fortsatta högskolestudier nämns också som en bidragande faktor. Flera av eleverna kan tänka sig ett framtida yrke inom det estetiska området. Generellt sett upplever eleverna den ökade valfriheten, i såväl skolan som samhället, som positiv. Dock menar flertalet elever att de stora valmöjligheterna också innebär att de rent allmänt ställs inför valprocesser som kan skapa osäkerhet och upplevas som svåra då de innebär ökade krav på eget ansvartagande. Jag drar därför slutsatsen att skolan, i takt med samhällsutvecklingens förändrade levnadsvillkor och utökade valmöjligheter, i högre grad måste förbättra och utveckla sin stödjande och vägledande funktion samt sin samverkan med det omgivande samhället.

Societies progress: currently, a globalized and computer world, is a postmodern society. In it, the ways of transmitting and socializing culture have changed; new human beings have been developed postmodern individuals with very particular characteristics: they are our students. How to optimize the learning triad (student-teacher-knowledge)? It is not enough to know the contents and be a specialist in the field, it is essential to be aware of the current environment to analyze and understand the characteristics of our students, also called "sons of globalization" or "digital natives". Only then shall we know, also, our own reality as individuals and teachers. This paper seeks to analyze the characteristics of our students and reflect on our role as teachers in a complex and changing environment. / Las sociedades progresan: la actual, en un mundo que comandan la globalización y la informática, es una sociedad postmoderna. En ella, se han modificado las formas de transmitir y relacionar socialmente la cultura; se han desarrollado nuevos seres humanos, individuos postmodernos con características muy particulares: ellos son nuestros alumnos. ¿Cómo optimizamos la tríada del aprendizaje (alumno-docente-conocimientos)? No basta saber los contenidos y ser un especialista en la materia; es indispensable ser conscientes del entorno actual para analizar y comprender las características de nuestros alumnos, también denominados “hijos de la globalización” o “nativos digitales”. Solo así conoceremos, asimismo, nuestra propia realidad como individuos y docentes. El presente ensayo procura analizar las características de nuestros alumnos y reflexionar sobre nuestro papel como docentes en un entorno complejo y cambiante.

TKADLEČKOVÁ Alena: "Sunday school and its teachers at the beginning of the 21 century" SUMMARY The thesis, entitled "Sunday school and its teachers at the beginning of the 21 century", examines in particular the theoretical basics of Sunday school and its teachers in an interview with the current practise in the Czech Brethren Evangelical Church. The main theme of the first chapter is Sunday school in relation to worships, its content, puspose and form. The second chapter deals with the Sunday school teacher as authentic, reflecting and delegated witness. The third part examines the environment and the time that Sunday school and teachers are surrounded. Its themes are: postmodern world, Czech Brethren Evangelical Church, particular church. The subtext of the whole work is the question of identity Sunday school teacher.

This thesis deals with the work of the Spanish writer Enrique Vila-Matas. The text firstly focuses on Vila-Matas himself and subsequently contemplates the role of this author within the scope of the Spanish, Hispanic and ultimately also international literary history. Given the fact that Enrique Vila-Matas is, in many aspects, an exemplary post-modern writer, it is interesting to follow the paralels in his narrative approaches and compare them with reflections of reality by various sociologists and philosophers, such as, for example, the French philosopher Francise Lyotard. Vila-Matas is a direct follower of the so called metaliterary approach to literature - literature about literature - the development of this method can be encountered in the Spanish prose of Jorge Luis Borges. This manner of writing is very close to the literary theories of Jacques Derrida or Julia Kristeva. Thoughts of these authors are easily applicable to the works of Vila-Matas due to the fact that they are essencially identical or better to say, they are fictionally implemented in the works of Vila- Matas. This part of the thesis focuses, among other issues, also on the very term intertextuality, a term very significant for the work of Vila-Matas.
