Foram utilizados 60 dentes humanos unirradiculados sem coroa. As raízes foram preparadas pela técnica coroa-ápice com sistema Reciproc. Para obturação, as raízes foram divididas em grupos (n = 10) de acordo com o cimento endodôntico utilizado: SO= sem obturação; GP=guta percha sem cimento; AHP= guta-percha + AHPlus; SLP= guta-percha + Sealapex; IRT= guta-percha + iRoot SP; e ERZ= guta-percha + EndoRez. As raízes foram obturadas pela técnica do cone único. A cimentação dos pinos de fibra de vidro Rebilda n.12 foi realizada com sistema adesivo futurabond DC e cimento Rebilda DC em 10 mm do comprimento da raiz. Após esse período, as raízes foram seccionadas obtendo-se discos de 2 mm de espessura em cada terço da raiz (3 discos por raiz) que foram submetidos ao teste de push out, análise por meio de uma lupa estereoscópica (40x) para identificação através de scores da presença de remanescente de material obturador na luz do canal e avaliação por espectroscopia de energia dispersiva (EDS) para identificação de remanescente de componentes químicos do cimento endodôntico presentes nos túbulos dentinários. Os dados obtidos foram analisados estatisticamente pelos testes de Kruskal Wallis, Qui Quadrado e teste de Anova e Tukey, todos com nível de significância de 5%. Não houve diferença estatística para a resistência adesiva entre os cimentos na região cervical (p = 0,49), media (p = 0,28) e apical (p = 0,09). Os grupos SLP e ERZ apresentaram menos remanescente de material obturador nas regiões cervical (p = 0,045) e apical (p = 0,006). Significantes diferenças de remanescentes de componentes químicos foram observadas na região apical dos grupos AHP, IRT e SLP. Conclui-se que os materiais endodônticos não influenciaram na resistência de união adesiva de pinos de fibra de vidro. / The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of remnants endodontic filling material in root canal on the bond strength of fiberglass posts cemented. Sixty single-rooted human teeth were used.Crowns were removed. The roots were prepared by crown-down technique with Reciproc system. For fillings, the roots were divided (n = 10) according to the sealer used: SO- without fillings; GP-gutta-percha without sealer; AHP- gutta-percha + AHPlus; SLP- gutta-percha + Sealapex; IRT-gutta-percha + iRoot SP; ERZ-and gutta-percha + EndoRez. Single cone obturation technique was used. After root canal fillings, the teeth were kept in an oven 37 0C for 7 days. Cementing fiberglass posts Rebilda n.12 was performed with fiber adhesive system Futurabond DC and cement Rebilda DC in 10 mm of root length, getting stored in an oven at 37 0C for 48 h. After this period, roots were sectioned obtaining 1 disc of 2 mm thickness in each third of the root (3 discs per root), this discs were underwent to push out test, analyzed by means of a stereomicroscope (40x) to identify the presence of remnants of filling material in the lumen of the canal, and then evaluated by energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) for identification of chemical components remnants sealer present in the dentinal tubules. Datas were analyzed with Kruskal-Wallis test, Chi square test, and also Anova and Tukey test, 5% of significance. There were no significant differences in push-out bond strengths among the different groups in the coronal (p = 0.49), middle (p = 0.28) or apical third (p = 0.09). Sealeapex and EndoRez groups showed significantly less remnants of filling material at coronal (p = 0.045) and apical levels (p = 0.006).Significant differences of chemical components remnants were found in AHP, IRT and SLP groups on apical third. It is concluded that residual endodontic filling material does not influence on the bond strength of fiberglass.

Os aparelhos fotopolimerizadores empregados foram: Optilux 360 (Demetron) - luz halógena; Radii (SDI) - LED; UltraLume 5 (Ultradent) - LED. Nenhuma diferença estatisticamente significante foi observada nos valores de microdureza Vickers, dos terços cervical, médio e apical do canal radicular, para o cimento resinoso químico (G1), e os terços cervicais do cimento resinoso dual, para todos os aparelhos fotopolimerizadores (G2, G3 e G4) (p>0.05). Porém, o aparelho de luz halógena (G2) e o LED UltraLume 5 (G4) apresentaram comportamentos semelhantes, proporcionando uma diminuição gradativa nos valores médios de microdureza do cimento resinoso dual, do terço cervical para o apical (p<0.001). Os menores valores de microdureza foram encontrados nos terços apical do sistema RelyX ARC fotopolimerizado com luz halógena ou com LED UltraLume 5. / Abstract: This study evaluated the Vickers microhardness of a chemically cured resin cement (C&B Cement - Bisco) and a dual cure cement (RelyX ARC - 3M ESPE), light cured by different light sources, according to the different root canal depths, for luting of glass fiber posts. The light curing units employed were Optilux 360 (Demetron) - halogen lamp; Radii (SDI) - LED; UltraLume 5 (Ultradent) - LED. No statistically significant difference was observed in Vickers microhardness values at the cervical, middle and apical root thirds for the chemically cured resin cement (G1), and at the cervical third for the dual resin cement, for all light curing units (G2, G3 and G4) (p>0.05). However, the halogen lamp unit (G2) and LED UltraLume 5 (G4) presented similar performance, providing gradual reduction in mean microhardness values for the dual resin cement from the cervical to the apical third (p<0.001). Avaliação das propriedades mecânicas e químicas em função de diferentes cimentos resinosos e pinos não-metálicos /

Resumo: Este estudo objetivou: (1) testar a hipótese que a utilização de pinos nãometálicos em dentes tratados endodonticamente está associado a longevidade da restauração através de uma revisão sistemática; (2) avaliar o grau de conversão de dois cimentos resinosos em diferentes tempos após a fotoativação; (3) avaliar a resistência adesiva de diferentes cimentos resinosos usando dois pinos não-metálicos; (4) e avaliar a resistência a fratura e padrão de falha de dentes submetidos ao clareamento dental interno usando peróxido de hidrogênio a 35% restaurados com diferentes procedimentos. No artigo 1, 157 artigos participaram do estudo e após os critérios de inclusão-exclusão, restaram apenas 5 artigos. Para o artigo 2, vinte espécimes foram confeccionados para cada cimento, Panavia® F2.0 e RelyXTM Unicem Applicap. Cada espécime foi curado com luz LED e foram analisados imediatamente, 24 horas, 48 horas e 7 dias após a fotoativação. Os testes usados foram grau de conversão (FT-IR) e termogravimetria. No artigo 3, oitenta dentes pré-molares unirradiculares livres de coroas foram usados e divididos em 8 grupos: os pinos Exacto! e Everstick! foram cimentados com Breeze!, Nexus! 3, Panavia! e Bistite!. Os dentes foram obturados e preparados para cimentação dos pinos não-metálicos. Cada espécime foi perpendicularmente seccionado em aproximadamente 1 mm de espessura em 6 discos e divididos em região ! cervical, médio e apical. No artigo 4, oitenta dentes incisivos inferiores foram usados e metade foram clareados. Os dentes foram restaurados com resina composta, pinos de resina reforçado com fibra e pinos de fibra de vidro. Os pinos foram cimentados com Breeze! e Panavia!. Os espécimes foram submetidos ao teste de resistência a fratura pela máquina de testes universal. For the article 3, eighty single-rooted human mandibular first premolar free crown were used and divided into 8 groups: Exacto! and Everstick! posts were cemented with Breeze!, Nexus! 3, Panavia! F 2.0 and Bistite! II DC. The teeth were obtured and prepared for cementation of the nonmetallic posts. Each specimen were perpendicularly sectioned into approximately 1 mm thick sections resulting in 6 serial slices and divided in cervical, meddium and apical region. At this work, fracture strength of bovine teeth with different weakened root levels and rebuilded with glass fiber posts used in a unique way or associated with accessory glass fiber posts was evaluated. Fifty bovine mandibular incisors with similar mesio-distal and bucco-lingual dimensions were used at the study. They were sectioned at 14 mm from the apex and the pulp was removed. Teeth were fixed in acrylic resin blocks, then they were allocated into 5 groups: G1) teeth with normal root canal enlargement and glass fiber post Exacto # 3 (2 mm cervical diameter and 1.1 mm apical diameter (control group); G2) medium root canal enlargement and glass fiber post Exacto # 3; G3) medium root canal enlargement and glass fiber post Exacto # 3 associated with two accessory glass fiber post; G4) wide root canal enlargement and glass fiber post Exacto # 3; G5) wide root canal enlargement and glass fiber post Exacto # 3 associated with five accessory glass fiber posts. Specimens from group 1 were prepared with burns # 3 from Exacto Kit (apical diameter: 1.1 mm and 10 mm diameter: 2 mm) at 10 mm of depth. Specimens from group 2 and 3 were prepared with the same bur and depth than group 1, however the cervical 5 mm were prepared with diamonds burs 3018 HL (diameter 2.9 mm). Specimens from group 4 and 5 were prepared with the same burs of groups 3 and 4, nevertheless remained just 1 mm of dentinal thickness at cervical 5 mm and measured with digital caliper. The post luting process was made with Scotch Bond Multipurpose and RelyX ARC. Resin composite cores with Filtek Z-350 and metallic crowns were made. The specimens were stored at distillated water during 72 hours at 370C until use at fracture strength test. A universal testing machine (Emic) was used and the specimens were loaded at 1350 with the teeth long axis at crosshead speed 0.5 mm/min. The results did not indicated difference statistically significant among the groups (ANOVA 1-factor, α = 0.05). All the groups showed predominant failure patterns favorable to remaining teeth. / No presente trabalho foi avaliada a resistência à fratura de dentes bovinos com diferentes graus de alargamento do conduto radicular e reconstruídos com pinos de fibra de vidro utilizados isoladamente ou associados a pinos acessórios de fibra de vidro. Foram selecionados 50 incisivos inferiores bovinos, de dimensões mésio-distal e vestíbulo-lingual similares, seccionados transversalmente a 14 mm do ápice radicular. O tecido pulpar foi removido e os dentes foram fixados em blocos de resina acrílica, sendo a seguir distribuídos aleatoriamente em 5 grupos: G1) conduto com alargamento normal e cimentação de pino de fibra de vidro Exacto n0 3, que possui 2 mm diâmetro na porção cervical e 1,1 mm de diâmetro apical (grupo controle); G2) conduto medianamente alargado e cimentação do mesmo pino de fibra de vidro usado no grupo 1 (alargamento médio); G3) conduto medianamente alargado e cimentação de pino de fibra de vidro Exacto n0 3 associado a dois pinos de fibras de vidro acessórios Reforpin ; G4) conduto amplamente alargado e cimentação de pino de fibra de vidro Exacto n0 3 (alargamento amplo); G5) conduto amplamente alargado e cimentação de pino de fibra de vidro principal Exacto n0 3 associado a 5 pinos acessórios Reforpin (alargamento amplo). Os espécimes do grupo 1 tiveram seus condutos preparados em 10 mm de profundidade utilizando broca n0 3 do sistema Exacto (diâmetro extremidade apical: 1,1 mm; diâmetro em 10 mm: 2 mm). Os espécimes do grupo 2 e 3 foram preparados com a mesma broca do sistema de pinos em profundidade de preparo idêntica ao grupo 1, associado ao preparo dos 5 mm cervicais com pontas diamantadas 3018 HL (no diâmetro da broca 2,9 mm). Nos espécimes dos grupos 4 e 5 foram utilizadas as mesmas pontas diamantadas dos grupos 2 e 3, entretanto o desgaste dos 5 mm cervicais foi realizado de modo que permanecesse espessura dentinária radicular de apenas 1 mm, verificada através de paquímetro digital. A cimentação dos pinos foi realizada com o sistema adesivo Scotch Bond Multiuso Plus e cimento resinoso RelyX ARC. As porções coronárias dos núcleos foram reconstruídas com resina composta Filtek Z-350 e coroas totais metálicas foram cimentadas com cimento de ionômero de vidro modificado por resina RelyX Luting sobre os núcleos de preenchimento. Os espécimes foram armazenados em água destilada durante 72 horas a 370C até serem submetidos ao teste de compressão mecânica. Para tal, foi utilizada máquina de ensaios universal Emic e aplicação da carga em angulação de 1350 em relação ao longo eixo do dente, à velocidade de 0,5 mm/min. Os resultados não indicaram diferença estatística significativa entre os grupos testados (ANOVA 1-fator, α = 0,05). Todos os grupos apresentaram predomínio de falhas favoráveis para o remanescente dentário.

Jazyková analýza příspěvků českých zpravodajských internetových serverů na sociální síti Facebook / Linguistic analysis of posts of Czech news websites on Facebook

The diploma thesis analyzes posts that are produced by three online Czech news websites - Aktuálně.cz, iDnes.cz and Novinky.cz. The lingustic analysis is based on the five linguistic levels - orthography, syntax, lexicology, morphology and stylistics. The news writing style and its characteristics are described in the theoretical part. It is accompanied by the description of the electronic communication phenomena. The key theoretical knowledge about changes in the Czech language used on the Internet is summarized. Chapter focused on Facebook development and its specific features is also included. The results of the analysis show two main tendencies in Czech language used on Facebook by online news websites. Firstly, language originality was used to capture user attention in Facebook feed. Secondly, the economy of language, shortness and conciseness in Facebook posts were identified. Results reveal the high number of spelling errors, high frequency of elliptical and condensed sentences without redundant phrases. The sentences were often replaced by nominal equivalents or fragments without predicates. Neologisms and colloquial Czech are considerably present in the text. All posts contain a significant graphical section.

Philosophiae Doctor - PhD / This study set out to investigate the social and institutional factors which impact on the retention and progression of female academics in four universities in Zimbabwe. Drawing on a qualitative research methodology the aim of the study was to understand seeking to unpack the factors that shape the low representation of female academics in occupational spheres, the study finds unequal gender-based patterns in Zimbabwean society as a key condition that finds its way into the four institutions. In this regard, the patterns and shape of gender relations, based on the principles of kinship, become the platform for unequal relations among male and female academic staff. This manifests itself in different ways, including the (negative) role played by the extended kin family in the progression of married women academics to higher level management posts, resistance to women's authority by both men and women, the culture of male domination within institutions which works to the disadvantage of female academics and stereotypical behaviour by men within the institutions stand the social and institutional factors related to the retention and progression of female academics in four institutions in Zimbabwe.

Vad gör en studie- och yrkesvägledare anställningsbar?

Anställningsbarhet anses vara av värde för flera intressenter, däribland samhället, företagen och individen. Vårt examensarbete behandlar anställningsbarhet för studie- och yrkesvägledare. Vi har uppmärksammat att konkurrensen om vägledningstjänster är hård i Skåne. Vi ämnade därför undersöka vad som gör en studie- och yrkesvägledare, eller annan aspirant till vägledningstjänster, anställningsbar. Vi begränsade oss dock till att undersöka vad som ökar möjligheten för en studie- och yrkesvägledare att bli kallad till just anställningsintervju, för vägledningstjänster. Detta gjorde vi genom att använda en, av oss upprättad, kriterielista med anställningsbarhetskriterier. Kriterierna på listan fick sedan arbetsgivare inom sex olika vägledningsområden i Skåne prioritera och diskutera. Vidare jämförde vi detta utfall med Sveriges Vägledarförenings, och Studie- och yrkesvägledarföreningen i Lärarnas Riksförbunds, prioritering av samma kriterielista. Detta eftersom vår föreställning är att dessa föreningar kan bidra till studie- och yrkesvägledares ökade anställningsbarhet, förutsatt att de har samma syn på anställningsbarhet som arbetsgivarna har. Vår slutsats är att de anställningsbarhetskriterier som väger tyngst, hos studiens arbetsgivare, vid kallande till anställningsintervju för vägledningstjänster är: studie- och yrkesvägledarutbildning, arbetslivserfarenhet inom branschen, bred arbetslivserfarenhet inom olika branscher, eftergymnasial utbildning inom branschen samt professionella/välformulerade ansökningshandlingar. Vidare kom vi fram till att samstämmigheten, mellan å ena sidan arbetsgivarnas svar och å andra sidan svaren från Sveriges Vägledarförening, är hög gällande vissa kriterier, men skiljer sig mycket gällande andra. Detta gäller även för jämförelsen mellan arbetsgivares syn på anställningsbarhet och Studie- och yrkesvägledarföreningen i Lärarnas Riksförbunds syn på detsamma. / Employability is regarded to be valuable for several actors, among them the society, the enterprises and the individual. Our essay considers employability for career counsellors. We have noticed that competition for counsellor posts is hard in Skåne. Our aim was therefore to examine what makes a career counsellor, or other candidates for counsellor posts, employable. Yet we limited the essay to examine what increases the possibilities for a career counsellor to be summoned interviews, for counsellor posts. We did this by using a list of criteria of employability, established by us. The criterions on the list later got ranked and discussed by employers within six different counsellor areas in Skåne. Then we compared these results with the priorities of the Sveriges Vägledarförening, and Studie- och yrkesvägledarföreningen i Lärarnas Riksförbund. This because our conception is that these institutions can contribute to increased employability for a career counsellor, presupposed that they have the same vision of employability as the employers do. Our conclusion is that the five most important criteria for employability once summoned to a job interview for counsellor posts are, according to the employers in this study: career counsellor education, work experience within the trade, wide work experience within different trades, education in a higher level than upper secondary school within the trade and professional/well formulated application forms. We also made the conclusions that the consensus between, on one hand the answers of the employers and on the other hand the answers of Sveriges Vägledarförening, is high concerning certain criteria, but is very different concerning others. This also concerns the comparison between the idea of employability among the employers and the idea of the same of Studie- och yrkesvägledarföreningen i Lärarnas Riksförbund.

Organisationer och företag använder idag frekvent sociala medier för att skapa deltagande hos sin målgrupp. I vårt digitala samhälle och stora mediebrus behövs strategier och medvetenhet kring vilka inlägg i sociala medier som lyckas generera högst deltagande. Denna uppsats identifierar utbildningsföretags inlägg på sociala medier som lett till högst deltagande. Syftet med uppsatsen är att finna eventuella mönster i dessa. Syftet är även att bidra med aktuell kunskap som utbildningsföretag, och företag i allmänhet, kan ta del av i sitt arbete med att skapa deltagande genom sociala medier. Uppsatsens undersökning genomförs genom kartläggning av utbildningsföretags inlägg på sociala medier under en begränsad tidsperiod. Utifrån kartläggningen identifierades inlägg med högst antal gillamarkeringar, kommentarer och delningar som sedan sammanställs i cirkeldiagram. Resultatet visar att samtliga inlägg som genererat högst deltagande är informativa, med undantag för uppdatering av omslagsbild och videopresentationer. Resultatet visar även att inlägg som handlar om lediga tjänster, artiklar om skolor, information om SFI (svenska för invandrare) och mobiloptimering genererar högst deltagande. / Organizations and enterprises frequently use social media as a strategy to create participation within their group of target. Strategies and awareness are needed in order to publish successful posts in today’s society and large media noise. This essay focuses on distinguishing which posts by educational companies have generated the most interactions during a specific time period.The purpose of this study is to identify posts with the highest participation rate and find potential patterns within them, in addition to identifying current knowledge and contributing new knowledge for primarily, but not limited to, educational companies to use. This study shows that informative posts are the most successful posts in terms of generating participation,with an exception of cover photos and video presentations that also generated high participation.Furthermore, posts about job openings, articles about schools, Swedish for immigrants and mobile optimizing were the posts that generated highest participation.

Covid-19 pandemin skapade många begränsningar i det fysiska mötet för företag i Sverige. Problematiken för de företag som inte kunde erbjuda sin produkt på samma sätt digitalt var det som skapade ett intresse att genomföra denna studie. Många företag fick göra ett skifte och fokusera mer på de digitala verktygen under den här tiden. Därför valde gruppen att fördjupa sig i hur företag på Instagram arbetar med sitt innehåll för att skapa engagemang. Frågorna som besvarades togs fram med syftet att skapa en uppfattning kring vilken av de tre framtagna inläggs kategorierna som skapar högst engagemang, rationella inlägg, interaktionella inlägg eller transaktionella inlägg. Samt hur innehållet på Instagram kan förändras beroende på om det fysiska mötet är begränsat eller ej.En kvalitativ fallstudie på Liseberg genomfördes i form av dokumentanalys på företagets Instagramkonto. Resultatet kopplades därefter samman med den tidigare forskningen inom engagemang, digital marknadsföring, sociala medier marknadsföringsstrategi och Social Exchange Theory. Studien är avgränsad till att endast mäta engagemang baserat på gilla-markeringar och kommentarer. Vikten av att ett företag behöver engagemang för att vara konkurrenskraftiga klarläggs samt relevans att företag finns på sociala medier. Resultatet visade att de transaktionella inläggen hade betydligt högst engagemang, men även att de interaktionella inläggen skapade högt engagemang. Förslagsvis borde företag under perioderna de har nedstängt fokusera just på dessa två kategorier som uppmanar till att skapa engagemang i form av gilla-markeringar och kommentarer. Studien visade också hur Liseberg anpassade mängden samt innehållet av deras inlägg under de olika perioderna för att hålla sig aktuella med vad besökarna efterfrågade. Studien är skriven på svenska. / Covid-19 pandemic created a lot of limitations for companies when it came to the physical meeting. The problem that occurred when companies no longer were able to offer their product in reality created an interest in this study. Many companies had to make a shift and focus more on digital tools during this time. Therefore, this group chose to dive into how a company on Instagram works with their content to create engagement. The questions that were answered were developed with the aim of creating knowledge about which of the three developed post categories create the highest engagement, rational posts, interactional posts or transactional posts. As well as how the content on Instagram may change depending on whether the physical meeting is limited or not.A qualitative case study on the amusement park Liseberg was carried out in the form of document analysis on @Lisebergab Instagram. The result was then connected with the previous research on engagement, digital marketing, social media marketing strategy and the Social Exchange Theory. The study is limited to only measuring engagement based on likes and comments. The importance of companies needing engagement to be competitive is clarified, as well as the relevance of companies being on social media. The transactional posts received the highest engagement, but it was also shown that it is not financially sustainable to focus on this too much.The results showed that transactional posts had the highest engagement, but also that interactive posts created high engagement. It is suggested that companies during periods of shutdown should focus on these two categories that encourage engagement in the form of likes and comments. This study also showed how Liseberg adapted the amount and content of their posts during different periods to stay current with what visitors demanded from the company.
