Prezentační Vrstva Pro Exploraci Multimediálních Kolekcí / Presentation Layer For Multimedia Exploration In Multimedia Collections

Macík, Miroslav January 2016 (has links)
Multimedia exploration is addressing the issue of searching within multimedia collections where the data is not annotated, the user is not able to formulate the text query, does not have any example data or wants to get quickly acquainted with the features of the collection. Part of the exploration is also the presentation of the results which is the main contribution of this thesis. The relations between the pictures in the exploration results are transformed into a graph which is visualised through a particle physics model. To visualize a large number of pictures, it is necessary to optimize the calculation. This thesis describes the optimization of both the basic algorithms and their adaptations for the need of multimedia exploration. The calculation layout is available in 2D and 3D space. Podpora prezentační vrstvy v aplikačních frameworcích / Presentation layer support in the frameworks

Kapčiar, Jan January 2009 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the presentation layer and its framework support for the web applications. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First of all, the presentation layer is described; followed by the depiction of the particular basic technologies running within the web browsers. Communication with the server is one of the topics mentioned as well. The thesis analyzes the AJAX techniques and from a theoretical perspective focuses on the server part of the presentation layer by means of the design patterns. Afterwards, theoretical findings are analyzed with three different frameworks (Zend, PRADO, Nette) while the practical example shows all the options offered by each framework. The final conclusion summarizes the particular experiences observed. Therefore, the reader is expected to obtain information regarding the presentation layer from all the points of view. Moreover, the practical comparisons are provided in order to help the reader to choose an efficient framework for development.

Reminiscence Computer Therapy for People with Dementia / Vývoj asistenční aplikace pro lidi s demencí

Černý, Martin January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to implement a presentation layer for the Reminiscence Computer Therapy application. Reminiscence Therapy involves the discussion of the past memories and it is believed to help people with dementia to improve their well-being and sustain their memories. Computer Reminiscence Therapy involves technology in this therapy. The research introduces into Dementia and Reminiscence Therapy with and without using technologies. The application developed as part of this diploma thesis uses picture upload and speech recognition techniques for the memory input. This is used to support remembering of past memories and to increase discussion. The application can be used with or without the carer as well as with friends and family members. The six most important requirements on the developed application are the speech recognition, picture upload, asking questions about the previous recordings, asking questions about tagged friends, using old stories for discussion and presenting the statistics. The application was developed as a part of the competition made by AngelHack organization. Presentation, business and persistence layers of the application are discussed in this diploma thesis as well as user manual and persistence layer implementation of the requirements. The presentation layer was developed using React framework for JavaScript. Other libraries have to be used as well with the most important being Redux library for storing application state. This library affected the structure of the persistence layer.

Streamlining Certification Management with Automation and Certification Retrieval : System development using ABP Framework, Angular, and MongoDB / Effektivisering av certifikathantering med automatisering och certifikathämtning : Systemutveckling med ABP Framework, Angular och MongoDB

Hassan, Nour Al Dine January 2024 (has links)
This thesis examines the certification management challenge faced by Integrity360. The decentralized approach, characterized by manual processes and disparate data sources, leads to inefficient tracking of certification status and study progress. The main objective of this project was to construct a system that automates data retrieval, ensures a complete audit, and increases security and privacy.  Leveraging the ASP.NET Boilerplate (ABP) framework, Angular, and MongoDB, an efficient and scalable system was designed, developed, and built based on DDD (domain-driven design) principles for a modular and maintainable architecture. The implemented system automates data retrieval from the Credly API, tracks exam information, manages exam vouchers, and implements a credible authentication system with role-based access control.  With the time limitations behind the full-scale implementation of all the planned features, such as a dashboard with aggregated charts and automatic report generation, the platform significantly increases the efficiency and precision of employee certification management. Future work will include these advanced functionalities and integrations with external platforms to improve the system and increase its impact on operations in Integrity360.
