En mängd olika faktorer har visat sig påverka smakperceptionen. Ålder, fetma och den mikrobiellamiljön i munhålan är bara några exempel på omständigheter som kan resultera i smak-skillnader.Denna litteraturstudie syftar till att översiktligt granska de mekanismer som är involverade i munnenssmakuppfattning samt andra smakpåverkande faktorer såsom sjukdomar, kostvanor och oralametaboliter för att sedan utvärdera om samband existerar mellan dessa. Metabolismen som utförs avmikrober i saliv och tungfilm diskuteras också som potentiella variabler i smakuppfattningen, baseratpå att en adaption (smak-anpassning) i munhålan kan orsaka lägre detektionströsklar. Studienpresenterar smakförstärkarna miraculin och curculin, då dessa har en förmåga att förstärka sötasmaker genom modulering av smakreceptorerna. Alla dessa processer i munhålan är avgörande för attförstå komplexiteten i individers smakuppfattning. Den mikrobiella aktiviteten i munnen tyckspåverka smakperceptionen, därför uppmuntras ytterligare studier kring oral mikroflora och smak föratt vidare utvärdera dess korrelation. Insamlad information kan vara av relevans för biotekniskaändamål eller sensoriska tester. / Many different factors have been shown to influence taste perception. Age, obesity, olfactoryresponses, sensitivity to the chemical 6-n-propylthiouracil (PROP-sensitivity), and even the microbialcomposition of the oral cavity are just a few examples of circumstances related to taste differences.This literature review aims to briefly assess taste transduction mechanisms and other taste-affectingfactors such as disease, dietary patterns, and oral metabolites to evaluate if correlations exist. Themetabolites made by microbes present in saliva and tongue film are also being discussed as variablesin the subjectiveness of taste, suggesting that adaptation in the oral cavity is causing lower detectionthresholds for specific tastes. A section presenting flavor-enhancers exemplifies the ability ofparticular proteins to amplify sweet tastes through the modulation of sweet receptors. Excludingolfactory responses, these in-mouth processes are crucial to understanding the complexity of flavor.Microbial activity in the mouth appears to play a role in the individuality of taste. Since this is anemerging area of research, future studies will help identify and characterize the connections betweentaste and oral microbiota. Assembled information in this review could also be relevant forbiotechnical purposes or sensory tests.

"Action stage design" is a term which was originally used in the mid-70s in the connection with 1975 Prague Quadrennial. Soviet critic Viktor Berjozkin chose this term to describe a new approach which was apparent in the majority of national expositions. It was an alternative approach to dramatic space, the traditional proscenium theater was systematically abandoned. New possibilities of producing in non-traditional, mainly non- theatrical spaces which offered closer contact with audience were searched. In aesthetic approaches the action stage design abandoned rampant focus on art, illusoriness, embellishment and complicated technical solutions. On the contrary it took inspiration from "earth works" (arte povera) and pop-art. They used "poor" - which means - common and natural materials [mainly fabrics] and everyday objects. Simplicity and inventiveness became an important requirement of the new aesthetics, as well as constant confrontation of dramatic and empirical reality. Stage props were meant to be mainly polysemous. It means that a scenic element could change its meaning and function a few times during the performance thanks to actors activity. For example - a bed became a dining table, an altar, or a prison. It demanded big imagination of spectators, they often became a part of performance....

Estes métodos demonstraram equivalência para a descrição destes dispositivos moleculares. Fizemos cálculos quânticos para o Hamiltoniano derivado de Hartree-Fock (HF) e obtivemos as propriedades de corrente-voltagem (I-V) para as duas estruturas moleculares. Com o método FGNE conseguimos modelar o transporte através de um sistema de multiníveis eletrônicos obtendo a corrente descrevendo as regiões de ressonância e a assimetria do sistema. Como resposta o PSS demonstrou assimetria para polarizações direta e reversa e a ressonância é alcançada mostrando que o dispositivo opere como um transistor molecular bi-direcional. Para o PPV investigamos também as propriedades geométricas através da conexão entre transporte eletrônico e o grau de quiralidade molecular que foi calculado usando o índice quiral que depende apenas das posições atômicas. Obtivemos que moléculas quirais e propriedades estruturais podem induzir uma assimetria no transporte eletrônico, resultando num processo de retificação. Também obtivemos que a resposta elétrica (I-V) e momento de dipolo elétrico são proporcionais ao grau de quiralidade molecular. Estes resultados sugerem que o transporte eletrônico neste sistema pode ser explorado na avaliação do seu grau de quiralidade. / In this work, we simulate the electronic distribution properties as charge in two molecular organic compounds, the Ponceau SS (PSS) and Oligo-(para)phenylene-vinylene (PPV), by means of ab initio calculations and the Nonequilibrium Green function (NEGF) method. These methods demonstrate equivalence to the description of molecular device. We make quantum calculations for the Hamiltonian derivative Hartree-Fock (HF) and obtained the current-voltage characteristics (I-V) for the two molecular structures. With the method NEFG, we model the transport through of electronics multilevel system obtaining the current by parameters that describe the resonances and the asymmetry of the system. In response the PSS demonstrated an asymmetric characteristic for direct and reverse polarization, the resonance is reached and confirm the device as a bi-directional molecular transistor. For the PPV also investigate the geometric properties through the connection between electronic transport and the degree of chirality calculated means chiral index that only depends on the atomic positions. Since, the structural properties of chiral molecules can induce an asymmetry in the electron transport, resulting in the grinding process. We demonstrated that corrent-voltage and dipole moment are proportional to the degree of molecular chirality. This result suggests that the electronic transport in this system can be exploited in assessing the degree of chirality.

This phenomenological study includes exploration of the instructional experiences and the schooling factors that have been in place both assisting and failing academically six long-term English learners who attend a comprehensive urban high school in Los Angeles. Long-term English learners have attended schools in the United States (U.S.) for more than six years and are not yet fully proficient in English. Qualitative and quantitative data sources, include demographic questionnaire, one-on-one focused interviews, classroom observations using English learner Shadow Study Protocol (Soto, 2012), academic transcript analysis, and a focus group, were analyzed using descriptive content analysis and Critical Sociocultural Theory (Handsfield, 2012; Lewis, Enciso, & Moje, 2007). The researcher identified two instructional experiences-lessons not engaging students in social interactions or learnercentered activities, and instruction did not help students gain proficiency in the English language-that hindered these students’ advancement-and three schooling factors-enrollment in Structured English Immersion (SEI) programs throughout schooling, lack of knowledge about the reclassification process and low academic literacy skills and lack of understanding of how to succeed. To remedy this situation as it impacts numerous students, Legislators should pass laws that support bilingual education and schools should offer English learners the opportunity to develop their native language to be successful in developing bilingualism.

Ett köp av en nyproducerad bostadsrätt är en tidskrävande process som består av flera olika steg. Det är också en transaktion som står för ett stort värde. Därför är det extra viktigt att köparen känner till vilka risker som finns och de många problem som kan uppstå under processen, innan avtal ingås om att köpa den nya lägenheten. Dessa risker och problem kan vara både av privatekonomisk och associationsrättslig natur. Det är således viktigt att köparen är informerad om hur processen genomförs, dess delar och ur vilka situationer som nämnda risker och problem kan uppkomma. I denna uppsats utreder vi de situationer en köpare kan utsättas för under köpprocessen, fråntidigt intresse till inflyttning. Vi för också fram de för köp av nyproduktion relevanta regleringarsom föreslagits i SOU 2017:31 samt prop. 2021/22:171. Vilka konsumentskyddande egenskaper de har och hur de förhåller sig till gällande lagstiftning på området. Vi djupdyker även i dessa regleringar för att förstå bakgrunden till dem samt de konsumenträttsliga situationer som de är tänkta att lösa. Vikt läggs även vid de remissyttranden som myndigheter och intresseorganisationer har lämnat på både SOU och propositionens promemoria. En analys görs av de väsentliga förbättringar som innehållet i förarbetena kan komma att innebära för konsumentskyddet vid köp av nyproducerade bostadsrätter. Förbättringarna analyseras i flera av de steg som köpprocessen består av. Slutligen identifieras kvarstående särskilda brister i konsumentskyddet och en diskussion kring hur dessa kan lösas förs fram.

Vi växer alla upp med olika förutsättningar, differentierandeerfarenheter och i ett samhälle som är upprättatoch upprätthåller riktlinjer, regler och standarder som vimer eller mindre tvingas leva utefter. Med samhälleligastrukturer så hårt bundna till dessa ramar kan det iblandvara svårt att veta hur en ska förhålla sig när de ramarsom är skapta för att vara till fördel för somliga bevisasvara skadliga och förstörande för andra.Detta var något jag själv inte riktigt hade lagt märke tillförrän Black Lives Matter-rörelsen uppmärksammadesoch krävde rättvisa till följd av mordet på George Floydsommaren 2020. BLM-rörelsen spreds, demonstrationergenomfördes världen runt och sociala medier fylldes avsvarta fyrkanter och människor som uttryckte sig angåendeden rasism som pågått för länge och som fortfarandepågår.Mitt arbete har riktats mot att titta på den roll grafiskdesign spelar i den fortsatta etableringen av de ramar ochregler som gör det omöjligt för rasism att elimineras, i enansats att samtidigt visa hur det inte räcker att enbartsäga: "jag är inte rasist". / We all grow up in different conditions, with differentiatingexperiences in a society founded upon the samerules, guidelines, and standards that are still exercised todayand which we as people are more or less forced to liveby. With social structures so tightly wound around theseguidelines it can sometimes be difficult to know how onemight behave and relate when those same guidelines onone hand serve as an advantage for some while beingdetrimental and harmful to others.This was something I was not fully aware of until the BlackLives Matter movement called for justice following themurder of George Floyd during the summer of 2020. TheBLM-movement spread, protests ensued on a global scale,and social media exploded showcasing black squaresand people expressing themselves regarding both pastand ongoing racism.My work has focused on observing the role graphic designplays in the continued establishment of the guidelinesand rules making the elimination of racism impossible.In an attempt to also demonstrate it’s no longerenough to say: "I am not racist".

Sedan slutet av 1960-talet har det i lag funnits en avdragsregel som innebär att utgifter, för vissa typer av ändringsarbeten på en byggnad, kan dras av omedelbart, istället för genom årliga värdeminskningsavdrag. Regeln brukar benämnas det ”utvidgade reparationsbegreppet” och återfinns i 19 kap. 2 § 2 st. inkomstskattelagen (1999:1229). Efter att många skattskyldiga ansåg att regeln givits en alltför restriktiv tolkning i rättspraxis, genomfördes en lagändring som resulterade i att benämningen i lagtexten ändrades från ”den bedrivna näringsverksamheten” till ”den skattskyldiges näringsverksamhet”. Ändringen innebär att bedömningen av huruvida vidtagna ändringsarbeten kan anses normala i en verksamhet ska göras utifrån antingen fastighetsägarens eller hyresgästens verksamhet, beroende på vem av dem som bekostar arbetena. I juni 2016 publicerade Skatteverket ett ställningstagande i vilket redogörs för om utgifter för ändringsarbeten på en byggnad vid en ”förstagångsanpassning” av byggnaden eller dess byggnadsdel (lokal), kan vara omedelbart avdragsgilla enligt det utvidgade reparations-begreppet. Skatteverkets slutsats är att utgifter för ändringsarbeten vid en ”förstagångs-anpassning” inte är omedelbart avdragsgilla. Skatteverket har kritiserats för att i ställningstagandet tolka begreppet ”näringsverksamhet” alltför restriktivt i förhållande till lagstiftarens syfte och gällande rätt i övrigt. I föreliggande uppsats studeras det utvidgade reparationsbegreppet närmare med följande övergripande frågeställningar som utgångspunkt: Vad är gällande rätt avseende det utvidgade reparationsbegreppet? Är Skatteverkets ställningstagande och tolkning av begreppet ”näringsverksamhet” förenligt med gällande rätt? I uppsatsen kommer författaren fram till slutsatsen att Skatteverkets tolkning av begreppet ”näringsverksamhet” förefaller vara restriktivare än vad lagstiftaren åsyftar. Emellertid finner författaren likaledes att, i brist på prejudikat ifrån HFD, någon definitiv slutsats om huruvida Skatteverkets tolkning överensstämmer med gällande rätt eller ej, inte går att fastställa i dagsläget. Istället får det konstateras att rättsläget tillsvidare är oklart.

The sculptural environments I create immerse the viewer in a decrepit vaudevillian past. The sculptures allude to narratives within Community Theater as well as the Drag Show. Making becomes an act; manipulating materials such as synthetic hair and paint are associated with the guise of the makeup artist. Frantic rehearsal logic prevails as a dress is repurposed into a male giant's costume and window blinds are used to construct a boat's deck. This collusion asks the viewer to transgress the boundary of the stage, becoming a voyeur privileged to the world of exiled props and role reversal.
