No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2018-10-29 / The founding of the AA in the twentieth century marked the emergence of the mutual aid group, a social bond characteristic of the context of addictions and the hegemony of the capitalist discourse. Studies in the psychoanalytic field on the Brotherhood are rare, and a detailed survey of its constitution in the social bond is practically absent. The so-called AA literature received a secondary or complementary attention to research already done in the field of social sciences that favor the ethnographic method. Our proposal is to problematize the AA therapeutic program for the alcoholism registered in its literature, considering its central place in the discursive production of the anonymous alcoholic. The present thesis aims, therefore, to analyze the work of subjective construction promoted by AA from the psychoanalytic theoretical reference in its Freudian and Lacanian slope. Research has shown that AA's spiritual therapeutic program appropriates pragmatic, Christian, and psychological philosophical precepts. In historical and genealogical terms this identity reference had as its main effect the individualization and psychologization of the medical category alcoholism. In establishing spiritual belief as a condition for the practice of the twelve steps AAs regain the dimension of the divine Other, but without their theological consistency. In discursive terms, the emphasis on technique reveals an agency of pragmatic knowledge in the mass production of the anonymous alcoholic. It is concluded that for AA the recovery of alcoholism is equivalent to the identity and narrative construction of the anonymous alcoholic, repercussions on an abstinent addicted life form. Em psicanálise são raros os estudos sobre a Irmandade, sendo sua abordagem periférica na discussão sobre o laço social. A chamada ¿literatura de AA¿ recebeu uma atenção secundária ou complementar as pesquisas já realizadas no campo das ciências sociais que privilegia o método etnográfico. Nosso propósito é problematizar a proposta terapêutica dos AA para o alcoolismo registrada em sua literatura, considerando seu lugar central na produção subjetiva do alcoólico anônimo. A presente tese visa, portanto, analisar o processo de (re)construção subjetiva promovido pela irmandade Alcoólicos Anônimos (AA), tendo como referencial teórico a psicanálise freudolacaniana. A pesquisa revelou que o programa terapêutico espiritual dos AA se apropria de preceitos filosóficos pragmatistas, cristãos e psicológicos. Em termos históricos-genealógicos esta referência identitária teve como efeito maior a individualização e psicologização da categoria patológica alcoolismo. Ao estabelecerem a crença espiritual como condição para a prática dos doze passos, os AA recuperam a dimensão do Outro divino, mas sem sua consistência teológica. Em termos discursivos, a ênfase na técnica revela um agenciamento do saber pragmático na produção massiva do alcoólico anônimo. Conclui-se que para os AA a recuperação do alcoolismo equivale a uma construção identitária e narrativa do alcoólico anônimo, repercutindo em uma forma de vida adicta abstinente. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2018-11-05 / This research brings a reflection about the violence in the present, more specifically about the violence in the urban spaces, in the city. For its development, a research oriented by the psychoanalysis, of qualitative bias with a theoretical-bibliographic design, was carried out, in an attempt to create space for a discussion about the effects of a phenomenon so complex and multifactorial for the individual and for the social bond. We took the liberty to open up to other areas, such as philosophy and geography, believing that the circulation between the knowledge allows us to advance on the understanding of our object of study, violence. We start from a discussion in Freud and Lacan about violence and aggressiveness as a constitutive trait of the individual and of civilization. Next, we reflect on the current violence, using some studies of Brazilian psychoanalysts, as well as a brief resumption of our colonial and enslaved past. We also use Zizek's critical thinking to reflect on the panorama of violence by articulating with the Agambenian concept of "state of exception". Finally, we think of the bandit as a figure of the homo sacer, also an Agambenian concept, for an articulation with the Lacanian notion of segregation and its implication in what we can perceive as a divided city. We conclude that the division of the cities acts as an attenuating way for the conviviality between the differences, with the exposure of a common enemy. The state of exception, by means of a diluted sovereign, enters as a facilitator for the elimination of the bandit. However, believing that we are all virtually homo sacer, anyone can become a killable figure. Through what we can call segregated life, violence emerges as a way of legitimizing segregation. Keywords: Violence. Psychoanalysis. Segregation. / A presente pesquisa traz uma reflexão a respeito da violência na atualidade, mais especificamente da violência nos espaços urbanos, na cidade. Para seu desenvolvimento, foi realizada uma pesquisa orientada pela psicanálise, de viés qualitativo com delineamento teórico-bibliográfico, na tentativa de criar espaço para uma discussão sobre os efeitos advindos de um fenômeno tão complexo e multifatorial para o sujeito e para o laço social. Tomamos a liberdade de dar abertura a outras áreas, tais como a Filosofia e a Geografia, acreditando que a circulação entre os saberes nos permite um avanço acerca do entendimento do nosso objeto de estudo, a violência. Partimos inicialmente de uma discussão em Freud e Lacan acerca da violência e da agressividade enquanto traço constitutivo do sujeito e da civilização. Em seguida, fazemos uma reflexão sobre a violência na atualidade, utilizando alguns estudos de psicanalistas brasileiros, assim como uma breve retomada ao nosso passado colonial e escravocrata. Utilizamos também o pensamento crítico de Zizek para a reflexão sobre o panorama da violência, fazendo uma articulação com a categoria agambeniana de ¿estado de exceção¿. Por fim, pensamos o bandido enquanto figura do homo sacer, categoria também agambeniana, para uma articulação com a noção lacaniana de segregação e sua implicação no que podemos perceber como uma cidade dividida. Concluímos que a divisão das cidades age como uma forma atenuante para o convívio entre as diferenças, com a exposição de um inimigo comum. O estado de exceção, por meio de um soberano diluído, entra como facilitador para a eliminação do bandido. No entanto, acreditando que todos somos virtualmente homo sacer; qualquer um pode se tornar uma figura matável. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2008-09-26 / In this research we intend to study the identification process which is characteristic of contemporaneity. Interest in this topic has arisen from the belief that apparatuses today which confer values such as family, religion, sex and socio-economical status lose their power of expressing who the individual is. What is gradually becoming central to the subjective experience today are attitudes which pertain caring for the body. The latter takes on a great and important value in social relations. Our work consists of a theoretical study based upon psychoanalysis on identification. In other words, we begin by discussing the constitutive aspects pertaining to the construction process of an identity, considering the fundamental reference to the body. This paper contains three chapters: in the first one we deal with the issue of the body s centrality, the overvaluation of an aesthetic pattern of thinness, youth and body perfection and the connection between this perfect body with the possibility of happiness. In addition, we see indistinctly the mutant character of the body, which loses the statute of fatality conditioning the individual s life. The body now becomes a reality which can be transformed according to the individual s will. In the second chapter we shall address the matter of visibility intrinsically connected to the ideal of a young and slim body, since the individual s recognition depends on how others see them, once the individual s worth is defined by their appearance. In the third chapter we shall address the Freudian theory of identification, considering two levels of analyses, the first pertaining the cultural ideals and the latter relationships with peers. We have concluded that the identification process in contemporaneity is less driven by the cultural ideals than by how individuals are seen by peers, considering that body appearance becomes the principle of social relevance. Este interesse apareceu por se considerar que hoje as instâncias doadoras de valores como família, religião, sexo e status socioeconômico perdem o poder de dizer quem o sujeito é. Hoje o que se torna central para a experiência subjetiva são as práticas referentes aos cuidados com o corpo. Este assume um valor de grande importância nas relações sociais. Este trabalho consiste de um estudo teórico fundamentado na Psicanálise acerca da identificação. Sua origem está em um questionamento sobre aspectos do processo de constituição do eu, considerando a referência fundamental ao corpo. O trabalho é composto de cinco capítulos, incluindo a introdução, no segundo dos quais se cuida da questão da centralidade do corpo, supervalorização de um padrão estético de magreza, juventude e perfeição corporal, e ligação deste corpo perfeito com a possibilidade de felicidade. Além disso, entrevê-se o caráter mutante do corpo, que perde o estatuto de fatalidade, condicionando a vida do indivíduo. Agora o corpo se constitui em realidade que pode ser transformada de acordo a vontade do indivíduo.No terceiro segmento, trata-se da questão da visibilidade intrinsecamente ligada ao ideal de corpo jovem e magro, pois o rec nhecimento do sujeito depende do olhar do outro, uma vez que o valor do sujeito se define pela sua aparência. No quarto módulo, aborda-se a teoria freudiana da identificação, considerando dois níveis de análises, quais sejam, um relativo aos ideais culturais e outro às relações com semelhantes. Concluímos (quinto capítulo) que, na contemporaneidade, a identificação é menos orientada pelos ideais culturais do que pelo olhar do semelhante, na medida em que a aparência do corpo se torna o princípio da pertinência social. We suppose that such relation can be analyzed under the Freudian Theory of Identifications by means of which Freud explains the social ties. In this manner, it highlights the nature of the social ties involved the subjective experience that prevails in the medical field of today. The research is divided in three chapters. The first describes a medical device, par excellence, that highlights the attendance to elderly and represents the biomedical ideals by following the principals of the quality of life. The second deals with authors that study a way of construction of itself based in Biology as dominant speech in the present day. The third chapter examines the contemporary relations of the subject with the medical knowledge under the Freudian Theory of Identifications, searching to know in what measure we can relate them to the Freudian model of identification. The third chapter concludes that the subjective relations within the medical field are of servitude or fascination in the same way it can be observed in the mass phenomenon. Pressupõe-se que tal relação pode ser analisada à luz da Teoria Freudiana das Identificações por meio da qual Freud explica os laços sociais. Desse modo, privilegia-se a natureza dos laços sociais implicados na experiência subjetiva que caracteriza o domínio médico na atualidade. O trabalho está dividido em três capítulos. O primeiro descreve um dispositivo médico, por excelência, que privilegia o atendimento a idosos e encarna os ideais biomédicos, atendendo aos princípios da qualidade de vida. O segundo trata de autores que investigam uma forma de constituição de si fundada na Biologia como discurso dominante na contemporaneidade. Já o terceiro capítulo examina as relações contemporâneas do sujeito com o saber médico à luz da Teoria Freudiana das Identificações, buscando conhecer em que medida se pode relacioná-las com o modelo freudiano de identificação. Conclui o terceiro capítulo que as relações subjetivas dentro do campo médico são de servidão ou fascinação tal como se observa no fenômeno de massa. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2008-12-01 / This dissertation approached the phonologic deviation from parameters among phonoaudiology and the theories of psychology about the contextualized development in the subjective constitution. The development of the instrumental capacities of a child is understood as destiny of the psychic constitution, especially of the early relations among mother, baby and father. Although phonoaudiology focus on, primarily, the organic etiology and, in consequence, also the possibilities of treatment, the interdiciplinarity allows the apprehension of the symptomatic phonoaudiologic complexity. From this conception, this study focused on contextualizing the phonologic deviation regarding the contribution over the psychologic aspect, approaching the family and institutionalized relations, and not only complains over the deficit presented by the child. The methodology constituted in a qualitative research of bibliographic character, having as emphasis the interfaces among phonoaudiology, psychology and psychoanalysis. Regarding the collection of data, the used technique was the content analysis, being divided in the following categories: the phonologic system and its characterization; the child subjectivity and development; the phonologic deviation and the socialization of the child. The data were interpreted under the theoretical references of phonoaudiology, psychology and psychoanalysis. Therefore, this research addresses to the child that presents phonologic deviation, focusing the child theoretically through an interdisciplinary contextualization, among phonoaudiology and the investigations about subjectivity, especially regarding the development and the constitution of social ties. It was concluded that the studies that focus the interdisciplinary work, among the respective areas, although the appearance of possible difficulties appear, should be stimulated in the clinical environment and in the institutional environment, once it empowers the chances of benefits such as: effectiveness on the resolutions of problems, incentive towards research and favoring professional growth. Key-words: phonoaudiology, subjectivity, child development, interdisciplinary, psychoanalysis. / Esta dissertação aborda o desvio fonológico, a partir das fronteiras entre a fonoaudiologia e os saberes psi sobre o desenvolvimento contextualizado na constituição subjetiva. O desenvolvimento das capacidades instrumentais da criança é entendido como destino da constituição psíquica, especialmente das relações precoces entre mãe, bebê e pai. Embora a fonoaudiologia enfoque, primordialmente, a etiologia orgânica, e em conseqüência, também as possibilidades de tratamento, a interdisciplinaridade permite a apreensão da complexidade sintomática fonoaudiológica. A partir dessa concepção, este estudo visa contextualizar o desvio fonológico à luz das contribuições sobre o psicológico, abordando as relações familiares e institucionais e não somente as queixas do déficit apresentado pela criança. A metodologia constituiu-se em uma pesquisa qualitativa de caráter bibliográfico, com ênfase nas interfaces entre a fonoaudiologia, a psicologia e a psicanálise. Tratandose da coleta de dados, a técnica utilizada foi a de análise de conteúdo, sendo dividida nas seguintes categorias: o sistema fonológico e sua aracterização; a subjetividade e desenvolvimento infantil, construção da linguagem; o desvio fonológico e a socialização da criança. Os dados foram interpretados a partir dos referenciais teóricos da fonoaudiologia, da psicologia e da psicanálise. Desse modo, esta pesquisa se endereça à criança com desvio fonológico, focalizando-a teoricamente através de uma contextualização interdisciplinar, entre a fonoaudiologia e as investigações sobre a subjetividade, especialmente quanto ao desenvolvimento e à constituição de vínculos sociais. Foi concluído que os estudos que enfocam o trabalho interdisciplinar, entre as respectivas áreas, apesar das possíveis dificuldades que surgem, devem ser estimulados tanto no âmbito clínico quanto no institucional, por potencializar as chances de benefícios como: eficácia na resolução de problemas, incentivo à pesquisa e favorecimento do crescimento profissional. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2009-12-15 / The aim of this study is the phenomenon of violence without taking it from the perspective of social inequality or hatred for others, but taking into account the influence of suffering on the marketing appeal backed capitalist logic focused on the exercise of consumption. Having to consume the news, make up as a social function in so far as to be accepted socially that we have entered the market logic that supports them in their major ideology: consume and do not stop consuming! The violence, while contemporary phenomenon, can be studied from the psychoanalysis, in that, for Freud (1930), social existence is not something on the order of nature, but because of the constant work and endless submission of the pleasure principle , primary human inclination, the conditions of interaction between individuals. Currently, the logic behind social existence is eclipsed by the discourse of capitalism in which the individual is required to keep consuming and desiring to establish itself as a love object of another, and thus be able to be inserted in the society. The violence, which is consistent with the way they organized the capitalist society, is taken as a result of an immediate and unrestrained desire to be able to consume all that is possible. Psychoanalysis helps the understanding in a subjective context, in regard to the psychological origins of violence. The psychoanalytic knowledge helps us to monitor the unfolding of subjective problems we put to work as a dialogue with Freud's thought is the theoretical basis that guides us. This research proposes a theoretical exploration and this is a relevant research as it is directly related to acute social problems that dominate the Brazilian nation, allowing the production of knowledge in psychology on the topic presented. Keywords: Violence, Discourse of capitalism, consumption, Psychoanalysis / O objetivo do presente trabalho é estudar o fenômeno da violência sem tomá-la pelo viés da desigualdade social ou ódio ao outro, mas levando em consideração a influência que sofre dos apelos mercadológicos respaldados na lógica capitalista voltada para o exercício do consumo. Ter que consumir, na atualidade, perfaz-se como uma função social na medida em que, os indivíduos, para ser aceitos socialmente têm que estar inseridos na lógica do mercado que se sustenta em sua ideologia maior: consuma e não pare de consumir! A violência, enquanto fenômeno contemporâneo, pode ser abordada a partir da psicanálise, na medida em que, para Freud (1930), a existência social não é algo da ordem do natural, mas resulta do trabalho constante e infinito de submissão do princípio do prazer, inclinação humana primordial às condições de vinculação entre os indivíduos. Na atualidade, a lógica que subjaz a existência social é suplantada pelo discurso do capitalismo em que é necessário o indivíduo manter-se desejante e consumir para constituir-se como objeto de amor do outro; e assim, ser possível sua inserção no meio social. A violência, estando de acordo com a maneira como se organizou a sociedade capitalista, é tomada como resultado de um desejo imediato e irrefreado de conseguir consumir tudo o que for possível. A psicanálise auxilia a compreensão em um âmbito subjetivo, no que tange às origens psicológicas da violência; ajuda-nos a acompanhar os desdobramentos subjetivos da problemática que se coloca à trabalhar, uma vez que um diálogo com o pensamento freudiano é o eixo teórico que nos orienta. A presente investigação propõe uma exploração teórica e trata-se de uma pesquisa relevante na medida em que está diretamente relacionada aos problemas sociais agudos que dominam a nação brasileira, permitindo a produção de conhecimento na área de psicologia sobre a temática apresentada. Our main goal is to investigate the meanings that mothers tend to attribute to the child´s obesity at the light of psychoanalytical theory. Our specific goals are 1) To present the importance of the mother-child relationship in the building of the child s body image as well as in the subjetivation of feeding habits; 2) To investigate the subjective implications of an obese child s mother; 3) To research the influence of medical discourse in the meanings attributed by the mother to the child s obesity; 4) To contribute with IPREDE in promoting a possible dialogue with psychoanalytical knowledge, highlighting factors related to the mother-child relationship in children who suffer from obesity. We have therefore done a qualitative research with both bibliographical and field investigations. Between April14 and June 26 2010 we had two interviews with each mother who took part in the Obesity Prevention Program developed by IPREDE. We used the discourse analysis method to orient the field material, organized according to the following categories:1) The meanings attributed to the interventions of the Program to Prevent Obesity; 2) The establishment of the demand for food; 3) Anxiety and symptom formation.We could conclude that the child s obesity can be taken as a symptom of a specific kind of mother-child relationship where anguish appears in splitting situations and food becomes the link between them. The symbolic coordinates of parents determine important conditions for us to reflect upon the suffering and subjectivation in childhood. Elegemos como objetivo geral investigar no discurso materno os significados atribuídos à obesidade do (a) filho (a) e como específicos: 1. Apresentar na teoria psicanalítica a importância da relação mãe/filho na subjetivação das práticas alimentares e na construção da imagem corporal da criança; 2. Investigar as implicações subjetivas da mãe da criança obesa em um cenário pautado por este tipo de acometimento, tomando a psicanálise como referêncial teórico; 3. Pesquisar a influência do discurso médico nos significados atribuídos pela mãe à obesidade do (a) filho (a); 4. Contribuir com o Programa de Ensino e Pesquisa das Desordens do Comportamento Alimentar e Obesidade do Instituto de Promoção da Nutrição e Desenvolvimento Humano (IPREDE), no sentido de promover um possível diálogo com a psicanálise, relevando fatores relativos à relação mãe-criança presentes no quadro de obesidade. Com vistas à investigação dos objetivos propostos foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa com investigação bibliográfica e de campo. No período de 14 de abril a 26 de junho de 2010, foram realizadas com cada mãe que participava do Programa de Prevenção à Obesidade do IPREDE duas entrevistas semi-estruturadas. O método da análise de discurso orientou o trabalho com o material de campo, organizado a partir das seguintes categorias: 1. Os significados atribuídos às intervenções do Programa de Prevenção a Obesidade; 2. O estabelecimento da demanda do alimento; 3. Angústia e formação do sintoma. Diante do percurso empreendido, pode-se concluir que a obesidade da criança pode ser tomada como sintoma de uma modalidade de relação mãe-criança, onde a angústia comparece frente à separação e o alimento se mantém como objeto de ligação da díade. As coordenadas simbólicas dos pais determinam condições importantes para refletirmos sobre as formas de sofrimento e subjetivação na infância. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2010-12-22 / This dissertation deals with the adolescent transition crisscrossed by the cancer experience proposing to investigate the subjective implications of this disease in teenagers and its consequent mutilations as well as the expressions of discomfort and the attempts to elaborate the mourning. The insertion of the psychoanalyst in the hospital and the possible psychoanalytic practice with adolescents were the starting points to consider the possibility of making the psychoanalytic research in dialogue with the health field. The listening of teenagers in hospitals evoked the first questions about the losses that reveal the vulnerability of the body and the psychic labor of adolescents in order to reintegrate the corporeal changes to their body image. Organic illness and the transformations of puberty should face the teenager to the Real of the body which will need to be reframed. To Psychoanalysis the adolescence is a singular moment of psychic organization involving a new position before the corporeal changes and events so to be recognized in a new subjective position. During this path clinical cases were used which evoked the theorization, based upon the framework of Psychoanalysis, about the body issues and the adolescent transition marked by cancer. The clinic calls the analyst to theorize about the effect of his practice so he can be an author, being the construction of the clinical case an elaboration of the analyst-researcher who tries to learn what comes out from transference: the subject. The psychoanalytic research will not be considered dissociated from the practice and the clinic as well as from being based upon ethics and the place of the analyst in the social bond. Keywords: adolescence; psychoanalysis; body; cancer; hospital. / Esta dissertação aborda a passagem adolescente entrecruzada pela experiência do câncer, propondo investigar as implicações subjetivas do câncer em adolescentes e das consequentes mutilações, bem como as expressões do mal-estar e as tentativas de elaboração do luto. A inserção do psicanalista no hospital e a prática psicanalítica possível com adolescentes foi o ponto de partida para considerar a possibilidade de fazer pesquisa psicanalítica em interlocução com o campo de saúde. A escuta com adolescentes no contexto hospitalar suscitou os primeiros questionamentos acerca das perdas que revelam a vulnerabilidade do corpo e do trabalho psíquico das adolescentes, a fim de reintegrar as mudanças corporais à imagem corporal. O adoecimento orgânico e as transformações da puberdade confrontariam o adolescente com o Real do corpo, que precisará ser ressignificado. A adolescência, para a psicanálise, é um momento singular de estruturação psíquica que envolve um novo posicionamento diante das mudanças corporais e dos acontecimentos para ser reconhecido numa nova posição subjetiva. Neste percurso, foram utilizados casos clínicos que evocaram a teorização, pautada no referencial psicanalítico, sobre as questões do corpo e da passagem adolescente marcada pelo câncer. A clínica convoca o analista a teorizar sobre o efeito da sua prática para poder ser autor, sendo a construção do caso clínico uma elaboração do analista-pesquisador que tenta apreender o que emerge na relação transferencial: o sujeito. A pesquisa em psicanálise será considerada como indissociada da prática e da clínica, também estando pautada na ética e no lugar do analista no laço social. The search, bibliographic and in the field, within the qualitative approach, is based on psychoanalysis article discusses from-lacanian and sought to investigate The main references subjective assigned by men the experiences of submission in love relations. Through the discourse of the subjects interviewed, it was found that the submission is related to the first experiences of love from childhood, indicating an attempt to answer the typical lack of structural condition of the subject; that the illusion of being loved is competing for the subjects they sustain and remain in situations of submission; that the compulsion to repeat and the installation of the device of gozo are present in the choice of the object of love; and that the respondents occupying the place of lovers lived situations of submission and great suffering, joyful cannot adopt the position of subject of his own desire. O cenário desse trabalho está alicerçado na contemporaneidade, caracterizada pelas contradições oriundas do capitalismo que promovem efeitos subjetivos no sujeito e nos laços sociais, a ponto de afetar as relações amorosas e desafiar os homens a ocuparem outras posições frente às próprias fragilidades; se concentra na idéia de que o conceito de masculino é uma construção social, atravessado por questões de gênero; na visão de que o discurso amoroso é produto das construções históricas que obedecem a lógicas de dominação e poder, se articulando com a falta e a linguagem e que a submissão, além de ser uma disposição para aceitar um estado de subserviência e dependência ao objeto amoroso a tal ponto que o sujeito se permite vivenciar situações em que se humilha e é humilhado, em que comete atos, abdicando da sua posição de sujeito, é uma das características observadas naqueles enlaçados pelo estado amoroso. A pesquisa, de natureza bibliográfica e de campo, dentro da abordagem qualitativa, fundamentou-se na psicanálise freudo-lacaniana e buscou investigar as principais referências subjetivas atribuídas pelos homens às vivências de submissão nas relações amorosas. Através do discurso dos sujeitos entrevistados, verificou-se que a submissão se relaciona às primeiras experiências de amor da infância, indicando uma tentativa de resposta à falta típica da condição estrutural do sujeito; que a ilusão de ser amado concorre para que os sujeitos sustentem e permaneçam em situações de submissão; que a compulsão à repetição e a instalação do dispositivo de gozo estão presentes na escolha do objeto de amor; e que, os entrevistados ocupando o lugar de amantes viveram situações de submissão e grande sofrimento gozoso, não conseguem adotar a posição de sujeito do seu próprio desejo. The idealism of romantic love modern, in which the love object was overvalued and timeless relations were desired, is no longer supported with such intensity in contemporary times, predominantly marked by consumerism of capitalist discourse. In this context, wonders: how the offsets contained in speeches about love relate to contemporary capitalist discourse? From songs of Chico Buarque de Hollanda, composer, who both sang love and its pains, relates psychoanalytic theory and artistic object, pointing out that existing changes in the regulation of the relationships can also be seen on the letters buarqueanas , over the years. From a brief research about the speeches about love, from modernity, and from a small theoretical route in the works of Freud and Lacan, discusses the regulation of affectionate tie today. It is perceived that the prevailing social order, from the capitalist discourse, considers the other, often, just one more object of consumer satisfaction. The loving realization, however, continues to be cause of idealization and sufferings. See, then, a division between immediate joys (ephemeral and passengers) and a desire for perfect fusion. From the use of a part of the musical work of Chico Buarque, regarded as a speech about love, notices, over the years, a rereading of the loving sentiment, which was the date of the speech of psychoanalysts and historians here contemplated. O idealismo do amor romântico moderno, em que o objeto de amor era supervalorizado e as relações atemporais eram almejadas, já não é sustentado com tanta intensidade na contemporaneidade, predominantemente marcada pelo consumismo do discurso capitalista. Nesse contexto, questiona-se: como os deslocamentos existentes nos discursos sobre o amor se relacionam com o discurso capitalista contemporâneo? A partir de canções de Chico Buarque de Hollanda, compositor, que tanto cantou o amor e suas dores, relaciona-se teoria psicanalítica e objeto artístico, apontando que mudanças existentes na regulação das relações amorosas também podem ser vistas nas letras buarqueanas, ao longo dos anos. A partir de uma breve investigação acerca dos discursos sobre o amor, desde a Modernidade, assim como de um pequeno percurso teórico nas obras de Freud e Lacan, discute-se a regulação do laço amoroso na atualidade. Percebe-se que a ordem social vigente, a partir do discurso capitalista, considera o outro, muitas vezes, como mais um objeto da satisfação consumista. A realização amorosa, entretanto, continua sendo causa de idealizações e sofrimentos. Vê-se, então, uma divisão entre gozos imediatos (efêmeros e passageiros) e um desejo de fusão ideal. A partir da utilização de uma parte da obra musical de Chico Buarque, considerada como um discurso sobre o amor, percebe-se, ao longo dos anos, uma releitura do sentimento amoroso, que foi ao encontro do discurso dos psicanalistas e historiadores aqui contemplados. Temse, em ambos os discursos, uma menor idealização e dependência dos objetos de amor frente a uma nova relação com o tempo; em outras palavras, uma nova resposta à castração, à finitude, e à morte.
