Our problem is related to the growing way individuals present themselves as the classification given to them by the diagnosis. The research, exploratory by nature, used various authors who dedicate to the study of the epistemological and clinical bases of the diagnosis and the medical clinic. Regarding the psychoanalysis it is present as the base theory that allowed us to read our question, mainly in the aspects of the clinic, as we made an option to use scraps of clinical cases as a support to our discussions. The first chapter is dedicated to the study of the relations between diagnosis and classification, bringing up the effects that the medical discourse implies on the social field regarding the legitimacy and legality. On the second chapter we discuss the conceptions of identification and nomination on psychoanalysis, on Freud and Lacan, questioning the ways of representation that the significant takes for the subject in relation to the operations of nomination. The third chapter leans toward the questions between psychoanalysis and medicine, using the scraps of clinical cases to take up the discussion about subjective effects of classification. We consider this problem to be vast and we came to think about the contributions that psychoanalysis can offer to the medical field. Those contributions, on our point of view, lean towards the clinic, fundamentally on what concerns the consideration given to the demand and to the subject. Nossa problemática diz respeito ao modo como os indivíduos cada vez mais passam a se apresentam a partir da classificação que lhes foi atribuída pelo diagnóstico. A pesquisa, que é de caráter exploratório, utilizou-se de diversos autores que se dedicam ao estudo das bases epistemológicas e clínicas do diagnóstico e da clínica médica. No que diz respeito à psicanálise esta aparece como teoria base que nos permitiu a leitura dedicada a nossa questão, sobretudo no que diz respeito à clínica, uma vez que optamos por também utilizar recortes de casos clínicos como suporte para nossa discussão. O primeiro capítulo é dedicado ao estudo às relações entre diagnóstico e classificação, pondo em pauta os efeitos que o discurso médico opera no campo social em termos de legitimidade e legalidade. No segundo capítulo tratamos dos conceitos de identificação e nomeação na psicanálise, em Freud e Lacan, questionando as formas de representação que o significante assume para o sujeito no que diz respeito às operações de nomeação. O terceiro capítulo trata das questões entre psicanálise e medicina, trazendo em seguida as vinhetas de casos clínicos para retomarmos a discussão sobre os efeitos subjetivos da classificação. Consideramos que esta problemática é vasta e nos leva sobretudo a pensar em que tipo de contribuição a psicanálise tem a oferecer para o campo médico. Estas contribuições, a nosso ver, dizem respeito à clínica, fundamentalmente no que à consideração concedida à demanda e ao sujeito. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2013-12-16 / This work has as an objective to analyze the clinical case construction as a therapeutic device on an interdisciplinary program of nutritious disorders. The used methodology, to realize this research, is the documentary analysis of patients medical registries, diagnosed with nutritious disorder, attended on the Interdisciplinary Program of Nutrition in Nutritious Disorders and Obesity (PRONUTRA). The theoretical reference is the freudian and lacanian psychoanalysis and thematic commentators about the nutritious disorders and about the clinical case construction. Beyond the relevant taxes, we noticed that the subjects present clinical gravity and complexity degree that justifies the relevance of specialized services on the field of the mental health. We can verify that, even in specialized teams, the prevalence of biomedical discourse reaches all of the professionals, including those of the psychology which, directed by the biomedical objectivity, let fundamental subjective questions slip on the conduction of the case, referring to the psychic constitution of the subject. The said questions are considered by psychoanalysis, and that s why the nutritious disorders are treated as oral disorders. This way, we defend the construction of the clinical case as a therapeutic device, as one of the main contributions of psychoanalysis to the field of mental health, on the spheres of intervention and clinical-institutional research. In order to do it, a case of anorexia was chosen, considering the emphasis on the therapeutic direction, as registered on the medical registry, where we evaluate the subjective aspects, such as: parental relationships, feminine sexuality, puberty and transference. We make evident the possibility of a proposal of investigation and integrated work in handling the attending to oral disorder patients and the insertion of psychoanalysis on mental health institutions. Finishing, we ratify the higher incidence in women and the necessity of studies about oral disorders amongst men. / Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a construção do caso clínico como um dispositivo terapêutico em um programa interdisciplinar de transtornos alimentares. A metodologia utilizada, para a realização desta pesquisa, é a análise documental de prontuários de pacientes, com diagnóstico de transtorno alimentar, atendidos no Programa Interdisciplinar de Nutrição em Transtornos Alimentares e Obesidade (PRONUTRA). O referencial teórico é o da psicanálise freudiana, lacaniana e comentadores das temáticas sobre os transtornos alimentares e sobre a construção do caso clínico. Além das taxas relevantes, percebe-se que os sujeitos apresentam gravidade clínica e grau de complexidade que justificam a relevância de serviços especializados no campo de saúde mental. Verifica-se que, mesmo em equipes especializadas, a prevalência do discurso biomédico atinge todos os profissionais, inclusive os de psicologia que, levados pela objetividade biomédica, deixam escapar questões subjetivas fundamentais à condução do caso, referentes à constituição psíquica do sujeito. Tais questões são consideradas pela psicanálise, por isso os transtornos alimentares são tratados como transtornos orais. Dessa forma, defende-se a construção do caso clínico como um dispositivo terapêutico, como uma das principais contribuições da psicanálise ao campo de saúde mental, nas esferas da intervenção e da pesquisa clínico-institucional. Para tanto, foi escolhido um caso de anorexia, considerando a ênfase no encaminhamento terapêutico, tal como registrado no prontuário, onde avaliamos os aspectos subjetivos, tais como: relações parentais, sexualidade feminina, puberdade e transferência. Evidenciou-se a possibilidade de uma proposta de investigação e trabalho integrado ao manejo de atendimentos a pacientes com transtornos orais e a inserção da psicanálise nas instituições da saúde mental. Por fim, ratificou-se a incidência maior entre mulheres e a necessidade de estudos de transtornos orais entre homens.

The methodology for this research was based on a theory reflexion (literature review) about Mental Health from the psychiatric reform by comparing it with psychoanalysis. We investigate the following topics: 1. regarding to mental health- legislation and the process of psychiatric reform in Brazil, medical devices and equipment used as an alternative treatment in Instituitions. 2. regarding psychoanalysis: the notions of subject, psychological distress and therapeutic. 3. regarding the presence of psychoanalysis and its medical devices in mental health institutions: the place of the analyst, the discussion of the clinical diagnosis and management. Considering that the Public Policies in mental health have as goals the achievement of autonomy and psychosocial rehabilitation of mental distress. We identify goals that guide psychiatric reform, when taken as a hegemonic character exactly opposite the clinical that should guide treatment strategies of people in psychological distress. We discussed whether there is a place for the subject, as envisioned by psychoanalysis subject of the unconscious, instinctual and desiring - the practices developed in the field of mental health, ratifying the proposed clinic expanded construction of the case history and concomitant development of a therapeutic project singular and possibilities of building a place for and by the subject and its vicissitudes. Extended Clinic. / Este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar as contribuições e especificidades da psicanálise no campo da saúde mental a partir do movimento da reforma psiquiátrica. A metodologia utilizada para a realização desta pesquisa foi revisão bibliográfica acerca da saúde mental a partir da reforma psiquiátrica em interface com a psicanálise. Foram pesquisadas as seguintes temáticas: 1. quanto ao campo da saúde mental: legislação e o processo da reforma psiquiátrica no Brasil, equipamentos e dispositivos clínicos alternativos ao tratamento asilar; 2. quanto à psicanálise: as noções de sujeito, sofrimento psíquico e terapêutica; 3. quanto à presença da psicanálise e seus dispositivos clínicos nas instituições de saúde mental: o lugar do analista, o trabalho em equipe, a discussão diagnóstica e o manejo da clínica. Considerando que as Politicas públicas em saúde mental têm como metas a conquista da autonomia e a reabilitação psicossocial do portador de sofrimento mental visando à consolidação da cidadania, com a Psicanálise interrogamos tais objetivos norteadores da reforma psiquiátrica, quando tomados como hegemônicos frente ao caráter propriamente clínico que, eticamente, deve nortear as estratégias de tratamento das pessoas em sofrimento psíquico. The performance in the field of social assistance public policies guided by the psychoanalytic praxis, considers the subject appearance beyond the subject of rights. The conceiving of the abandonment idea consists in a way to oppose the social vulnerability notion used by the social assistance to organize the politic actions. In this thesis, we seek to problematize the social assistance public policies actions from the Psychoanalysis contribution, through the listening of their story of life and their psychic issues with the intention to overcome the idea of a socioeconomic causality that guides the social assistance field. Therefrom the challenge is ethical, since the psychoanalyst starts to listen the subject from his unconscious and from the position for which he is responsible. Parte-se de uma contextualização histórica da política da assistência social, com o propósito de traçar um percurso que forneça subsídio para uma leitura das suas ações dentro do trabalho social. Em seguida, aborda-se o conceito psicanalítico de desamparo, enquanto condição estruturante e permanente do sujeito como uma via favorável para contrapor à noção de vulnerabilidade social utilizada pela assistência social para estruturar as ações políticas. O desafio que está posto é ético, já que o psicanalista passa a escutar o sujeito a partir de seu inconsciente e da posição pela qual é responsável. Acredita-se que o aporte teórico da Psicanálise desbrave um caminho novo para se pensar a viabilidade de realização de um trabalho no campo social considerando-se a implicação do sujeito diante de suas mazelas econômicas e sociais. Para tanto, cabe inferir que no âmbito das instituições públicas deve-se refletir sobre a necessidade de uma política que avance na orientação da singularidade, em direção a uma clínica da responsabilização. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2014-05-08 / This research was the result of the work developed in the Patativa do Assaré Educational Center, where they had the opportunity to know the life story of several teenagers who committed illegal acts. From across the state of Ceará, between 16 and 17 years old at that time fulfilled socio-educational measures in period of between six months and three years - this is, in prison settigns. Know their thinking their positions it was possible based on the trust established between us and, finally, the transfer important concept developed by Freud, without which it is impossible to own analysis. For suvery is taken as theoretical psychoanalysis based on a study case, elected nearly 500 teenagers attended from may 2008 to may 2012. Teenagers socioeducatings and subjects in this study had multiple records of recurrence and several opportunities for building new social ties, however never involved in childcare project, despite numerous attempts. In this research, it was evident the importance of identifications still in the adolescent stage in terms of recurrence or possible exits before 87h~,.ç~[ay. Therefore, the position of adolescents about the practices of illegal, acts as well as their involvement with the socio socio-educative, measure depend on their subjective responses. Psychoanalysis. / Esta pesquisa resulta do trabalho desenvolvido no Centro Educacional Patativa do Assaré, onde se teve a oportunidade de conhecer a história de vida de vários adolescentes que praticaram atos infracionais. Oriundos de todo o Estado do Ceará, de 16 a 17 anos, cumpriam naquele momento medida socioeducativa em regime de internação em período compreendido de seis meses a três anos isto é, em privação de liberdade. Conhecer suas formas de pensar seus posicionamentos foi possível com base na confiança estabelecida entre nós e, por fim, a transferência, importante conceito elaborado por Freud, sem o qual se faz impossível a própria análise. Para a pesquisa toma-se como referencial teórico a Psicanálise, realizada com base em estudo de caso, eleito cerca de 500 adolescentes atendidos no período de maio de 2008 a maio de 2012. Os adolescentes, socioeducandos e sujeitos desta pesquisa tiveram vários registros de reincidência e diversas oportunidades de estabelecer novos laços sociais, no entanto nunca se implicaram no projeto socioeducativo, apesar das inúmeras tentativas. Nesta pesquisa, ficou evidente a importância das identificações ainda na fase adolescente em função das reincidências ou possíveis saídas ante a reinserção social e como a escolha de um grupo e sua permanência terá uma função relevante neste percurso. Portanto, a posição do adolescente perante as práticas de atos infracionais, assim como a sua implicação com a medida socioeducativa, dependera das suas respostas subjetivas. As a development of two political character events on the decade of 1990 the world conferences about Education for Everyone and about Special Educational Necessities - , the National Politic of Special Education in the Inclusive Education Perspective, published in 2007, actually guides the inclusive practices on Brazilian schools. The work have as an objective thinking on the inclusive education in light of the psychoanalysis and, therefore, is divided in three chapters. The first identifies the discursive references that sustain the inclusive education. The construction of the proposal of education for everyone was influenced by the discourses produced from special education, disciplinary power, biopower, the liberation school and public politics. The second chapter investigates the theoretical articulations between psychoanalysis and education and points the main institutional experiences in this field. The third chapter discusses the displacements that part of the special education, sustained on the alliance with a medicine directed towards the disease and it s treatment, and reaches contemporary inclusive education, influenced by the effects of the new medical rationality, that, in turn, have as object health and health promotion. The new medical rationality has a narrow relationship with the ideal of difference reductions of capitalism, pointing towards an exclusion of the subject of the desire. The psychoanalysis is offered as a discursive alternative to the contemporary inclusive education, due to the long history of theoretical contributions and institutional experiences making possible the rescue the subject and the articulation between treating and educating. Sendo desdobramento de dois eventos de cunho político da década de 1990 as conferências mundiais sobre Educação para Todos e sobre Necessidades Educacionais Especiais , a Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva, publicada em 2007, norteia atualmente as práticas inclusivas nas escolas brasileiras. O trabalho tem por objetivo pensar a educação inclusiva à luz da psicanálise e, portanto, está dividido em três capítulos. O primeiro identifica as referências discursivas que sustentam a educação inclusiva. A construção da proposta da educação para todos foi influenciada pelos discursos produzidos a partir da educação especial, do poder disciplinar, do biopoder, da escola libertadora e das políticas públicas. O segundo capítulo investiga as articulações teóricas entre psicanálise e educação e aponta as principais experiências institucionais nesse campo. O terceiro capítulo discute o deslocamento que parte da educação especial, sustentada na aliança com uma medicina voltada para a doença e seu tratamento, e chega à educação inclusiva contemporânea, influenciada pelos efeitos da nova racionalidade médica, que, por sua vez, tem como objeto a saúde e a promoção da saúde. A nova racionalidade médica tem estreita relação com o ideal de redução das diferenças do capitalismo, apontando para uma exclusão do sujeito desejante. A Psicanálise é proposta como referência discursiva outra para a educação inclusiva contemporânea, devido ao longo histórico de contribuições teóricas e de experiências institucionais que possibilitam o resgate do sujeito e a articulação entre o tratar e o educar. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2014-09-19 / This study had as an objective to analyze the approximations and distances between the biomedical and psychoanalytic perspectives about the body in anorexia and bulimia and its consequences, especially in an interdisciplinary clinical institutional program, the interdisciplinary program of nutrition in eating disorders and obesity (PRONUTRA). To achieve those results, we have based on the psychoanalytic theory, especially the Freudian contributions to make considerations about the biomedical and psychoanalytic rationalities, the eating disorders, institutional clinical and the construction of clinical cases. As these cases presents a complexity and accentuated gravity, PRONUTRA proposes an interdisciplinary intervention, where professionals, psychiatrists, nutritionists and psychologists, attempt to act in an integrated form in the care of the attended patients. However, in this scenario, biomedical knowledge is emphasized, and the subjective approach, referring to the psychic constitution of the subject, privileged in psychoanalytic listening, we deem necessary to discuss the possibilities of dialogue between these knowledges. In the construction of the clinical case, the singularity of the subject becomes relevant and this device offers important contributions to public health , especially to interventions and institutional clinical research, enabling strategies for case-by-case interventions. Accordingly, here we built a case of anorexia and other of bulimia, considering the constitution of the subject, the notion of orality, emphasizing the importance of life story that interweaves individual and the collective, and appear especially (in) controllable bodies. We emphasize the risk of reductionist visions that only consider the subject of the biomedicine, or only the subject of psychoanalysis, considering that even with epistemological and methodological differences, the subject and its modes of existence should be the main in researches and interventions in this area. Keywords: Psychoanalysis, biomedicine, body, anorexia, bulimia / Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar as aproximações e distanciamentos entre as perspectivas biomédica e psicanalítica acerca do corpo na anorexia e na bulimia e seus desdobramentos, sobretudo, em um programa clínico-institucional interdisciplinar, o programa interdisciplinar de nutrição em transtornos alimentares e obesidade (PRONUTRA). Para trilhar este percurso, pautamo-nos no referencial psicanalítico, especialmente a partir das contribuições freudianas, para tecer considerações sobre as racionalidades biomédica e psicanalítica, os transtornos alimentares, a clínica-institucional e a construção de casos clínicos. Visto que tais quadros apresentam uma complexidade e gravidade acentuada, o PRONUTRA apresenta uma proposta de intervenção interdisciplinar, onde os profissionais envolvidos, psiquiatras, nutricionistas e psicólogos, procuram atuar de forma integrada no cuidado às pacientes atendidas. Porém, neste cenário, o saber biomédico ganha destaque e, ao abordar questões subjetivas, referentes à constituição psíquica do sujeito, privilegiadas na escuta psicanalítica, julgamos necessário discutir as possibilidades de interlocução entre esses saberes. A partir da construção do caso clínico, a singularidade do sujeito ganha relevância e esse dispositivo traz importantes contribuições para o campo da saúde coletiva, sobretudo no que diz respeito às intervenções e pesquisas clínico-institucionais, possibilitando a construção de estratégias de intervenção no caso a caso. Nesse sentido, aqui construímos um caso de anorexia e outro de bulimia, considerando questões pertinentes à constituição do sujeito, à noção de oralidade, destacando a importância da história de vida que entrelaça o singular e o coletivo e, sobretudo, aparecem em corpos (in)controláveis. Ressaltamos os riscos de visões reducionistas que ora vislumbram o sujeito da biomedicina, ora da psicanálise, apostando que, mesmo com diferenças epistemológicas e metodológicas, o sujeito e seus modos de existir devem ser o balizador de pesquisas e intervenções. It is a woman who gets to say you do not want, according to the clinical vignettes, only want the useful, necessary. From this issue, one may question the structural peculiarities of obsessional neurosis in women, through the Freudian and Lacanian theory. Thus, this study was guided through four specific objectives: the first was to make a historical retelling of sexual difference and the place of women in Western society; the second was to build an overview of the concept of femininity in Freud and Lacan, to contextualize the female issue in obsessional neurotic; the third specific objective was to address the main cases discussed obsessional neurosis in women by Freud and Lacan. The latter is to analyze the relationship of the obsessional neurotic with the mother, the maternal substitutive, from Persephone and Demeter myth. The methodological approach used was to review the literature concerning the matter and the use of clinical vignettes, aimed at a theoretical and clinical discussion about the structure of obsessional neurosis in women in the light of psychoanalysis. It follows the work asking to obsessional neurotic: what is to be a woman? Possibly, your answer would be is to be sustained by by a phallic signifier and how femininity mark on your body is antagonistic. KEYWORDS: Psychoanalysis, clinic, obsessional neurosis, feminine desire. / O presente trabalho indaga sobre que mulher é essa, que tenta se inscrever no campo da masculinidade, com um discurso completamente distinto do histérico reivindicativo de um desejo insatisfeito, que era hegemônico no tempo de Sigmund Freud. É uma mulher que chega a afirmar não desejar, de acordo com as vinhetas clínicas, só querer o útil, o necessário. A partir dessa problemática, questionam-se as peculiaridades estruturais da neurose obsessiva na mulher, através da teoria freudiana e lacaniana. Desse modo, o presente trabalho se norteou através de quatro objetivos específicos: o primeiro foi de fazer uma releitura histórica sobre a diferença sexual e o lugar da mulher na sociedade ocidental; o segundo foi de construir uma síntese sobre o conceito de feminilidade em Freud e Lacan, para contextualizar a questão do feminino na neurótica obsessiva; o terceiro objetivo específico foi de abordar os principais casos debatidos de neurose obsessiva na mulher por Freud e Lacan. Este último consiste em analisar a relação da neurótica obsessiva com a mãe, a suplência materna, a partir do mito de Perséfone e Deméter. O percurso metodológico utilizado foi a revisão da literatura pertinente ao tema e o uso de vinhetas clínicas, que visam a uma discussão teórica e clínica acerca da estrutura da neurose obsessiva na mulher, à luz da psicanálise. Conclui-se o trabalho indagando à neurótica obsessiva: o que é ser uma mulher? Possivelmente, sua resposta seria: é ser sustentada pelo por um significante fálico e o quanto a marca de feminilidade em seu corpo é antagônica. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2014-12-15 / This dissertation had as general objective the comprehension of the subjective implications present in women victim of self-inflicted burns by means of the psychoanalytic listen, by using, to do so, psychoanalysis and its theoretical and clinical constructs as a theoretical reference. As particular objectives, we ve stablished: to comprehend the suicide atempt by means of the clinical case construction method and caracterize the analytical work realized with the burnt patient on an institutional setting. The interest in the study of women that made a suicide atempt by burns was related to our clinical practice on a hospital of high complexity in urgency and emergency, instituto Dr. Jose Frota IJF, accompanying burnt patients on the Centro de Tratamento de Queimados CTQ. To this attempt we ve chosen three clinical cases accompanied by the researcher on the position of analist, and they would be used on the construction of the clinical case. From these cases, we conclude that the patients brought a history of pain and suffering that culminate on self-inflicted burn as a atempt of dealing with present psychic pain. We conclude that these women didn t have the intention of dying, highlighting the will to be alive, but they intended to modify a situation of pain and suffering. The suicide atempt was a mean to contain the pulsional excess that crossed the psyche as it couldn t find a way of being simbolyzed. It was still possible to mark the analytical work present on a hospitalar institution as possible and capable of producing analytical effects, propelling the subject to changes in his subjective position according to the therapeutic proposal of the clinical institutional device of subjective urgency which summons the subject to reposition before unease and making it possible that analytic cicles can be closed even on a short time. Key-words: Hospital, Interdisciplinarity, Self-inflicted burn, Suicide atempt, Psychoanalysis. / Nesta dissertação tivemos como objetivo geral compreender por meio da escuta psicanalítica as implicações subjetivas presentes em mulheres vítimas de queimadura autoinfligida, utilizando, para isso, como referencial teórico a psicanálise e seus constructos teóricos e clínicos. Como objetivos específicos estabelecemos: compreender a tentativa de suicídio por meio do método da construção do caso clínico e caracterizar o trabalho analítico realizado com o paciente queimado em um setting institucional. O interesse em estudar mulheres que realizaram tentativa de suicídio por queimadura estava relacionado à nossa prática clínica em um hospital de alta Complexidade em Urgência e Emergência, o Instituto Dr. José Frota - IJF, acompanhando pacientes queimados no Centro de Tratamento de Queimados- CTQ. Para esse intento escolhemos três casos clínicos acompanhados pela pesquisadora na posição de analista para ser realizada a construção do caso clínico. A partir destes casos, concluímos que as pacientes traziam uma história de dor e sofrimento que culminou na queimadura autoinfligida como uma tentativa de poder dar conta da dor psíquica presente. Constatamos que essas mulheres não tinham a intenção de morrer, ressaltando a vontade de estarem vivas, mas pretendiam modificar uma situação de dor e sofrimento. A tentativa de suicídio era uma forma de poder conter o excesso pulsional que atravessava o psiquismo por não encontrar uma maneira de ser simbolizado. Assinalamos ainda o trabalho analítico presente na instituição hospitalar como possível e capaz de produzir efeitos analíticos, impulsionando o sujeito a mudanças em sua posição subjetiva a partir da proposta terapêutica do dispositivo clínico institucional da urgência subjetiva em que convoca o sujeito a reposicionar-se diante do seu mal estar e possibilita que ciclos analíticos possam ser fechados mesmo que em curto espaço de tempo. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2014-10-02 / This paper aims to discuss, based on the clinical case of a child with learning problems, the fundaments of child psychoanalysis in the light of psychoanalytic theory, primarily through the ideas of Freud and Melanie Klein. Based on the hypothesis of the maternal body as the first object of knowledge, it is believed that the epistemophilic drive enabled by the emergence of oedipal tendencies turns to the mother's body to serve as a stage where the processes of sexual development will take place. The case is reported throughout the development of the study, always correlating the clinical scenario with theory. Based upon a situation of impulse excess, initially, Freud's drives concepts are approached followed by Klein's main thoughts on archaic situations of anguish. Subsequently, the theory of fantasy is investigated founded on Freud and Klein's ideas. The case report concludes with a study about the construction of symbols inferring on the development of a child's psyche from the earliest moments of its constitution. Keywords: psychoanalysis; child psychoanalysis; anguish; fantasy; symbol formation. / Este trabalho tem como objetivo discutir, a partir de um caso clínico de uma criança, com impasses escolares, os fundamentos da clínica infantil à luz da teoria psicanalítica, principalmente, através das ideias de Freud e Melanie Klein. Partindo da hipótese do corpo materno como primeiro objeto do conhecimento, acredita-se que a pulsão epistemofílica ativada pelo surgimento das tendências edipianas, volta-se para o corpo da mãe que servirá de palco onde acontecerão os processos e desenvolvimentos sexuais. O relato de caso aparece durante o desenvolvimento do trabalho, sempre tentando correlacionar a clínica com a teoria. Partindo de uma situação de excesso pulsional, abordamos o conceito de pulsão em Freud seguido das principais ideias de Klein sobre as situações arcaicas de angústia. Em seguida, investigamos o conceito de fantasia, sempre a partir de Freud e Klein. Por último, chegamos à formação de símbolos, onde encerramos o relato do caso, buscando extrair conclusões sobre o desenvolvimento do psiquismo da criança, desde os mais remotos momentos de sua constituição.
