Both species have several mollusks as intermediate hosts. Diagnosing the infection requires killing the mollusks, interfering in conservational and population dynamics studies. This work had the objective to demonstrate possible biological markers in infected intermediate hosts, as well as to investigate specific factors related to the parasite-host relationship of mollusks and Angiostrongylus parasites. Mollusks of the Veronicellidae family were infected with A. cantonensis L1. Mucus and feces from these infected and uninfected animals were used for differential expression analysis of proteins using mass spectrometry and the microbiome profile analysis was performed through the 16S gene sequencing, respectively. LC-MS/MS spectrometry analysis showed an increase in F-BAR proteins subfamily and a decrease in the elongation factor of Mycoplasma spp. Microbiome of feces from infected slugs presented a decrease of the Bacteroidetes phylum. We have also analyzed the microbiome profile of Biomphalaria glabrata feces infected with A. cantonensis and Schistosoma mansoni. We could observe a decrease of Vogesella genus. When infected with S. mansoni, a reduction of Mycoplasma and Nitrospira genera and an increase in Niabella genus could be demonstrated. In both infections, decrease of Fluviicola genus and increase of organisms of the Weeksellaceae family were significant. Our results showed that proteins and microorganisms could be promising biomarkers of A. cantonensis infection in intermediate hosts in vivo. During the collection of the mollusks, the invasive species Meghimatium pictum infected with A. costaricensis was found, associated to a case of abdominal angiostrongyliasis, reported in this thesis. Parallel to this study, the postures of Limax sp. and Phyllocaulis sp. were registered to investigate the embryogenesis of these animals. In postures and in decomposing mollusks, mites of the species Caloglyphus berlesei were also identified and this association was observed for the first time. / Angiostrongylus cantonensis e A. costaricensis podem infectar o ser humano acidentalmente causando a meningite eosinof?lica e a angiostrongil?ase abdominal, respectivamente. Ambos possuem diversas esp?cies de moluscos como hospedeiros intermedi?rios. O diagn?stico da infec??o requer a morte destes moluscos, interferindo em estudos de conserva??o e din?mica populacional. Este trabalho teve como objetivo principal encontrar poss?veis marcadores biol?gicos para a infec??o de hospedeiros intermedi?rios, bem como investigar fatores relacionados a rela??o parasito-hospedeiro entre moluscos e Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Exemplares de Phyllocaulis sp. foram infectados com larva de primeiro est?dio de A. cantonensis. O muco e fezes destes animais infectados e n?o infectados foram utilizados para an?lise de express?o diferencial de prote?nas por espectrometria de massas e an?lise do perfil do microbioma por sequenciamento do gene ribossomal 16S, respectivamente. As an?lises de espectrometria por LC-MS/MS mostraram um aumento das prote?nas da subfam?lia F-BAR e diminui??o do fator de alongamento de Mycoplasma spp. O microbioma das fezes de lesmas infectadas apresentou uma diminui??o do filo Bacteroidetes. Tamb?m foram analisados o perfil do microbioma de fezes de Biomphalaria glabrata infectadas com A. cantonensis e Schistosoma mansoni. Nas fezes de caramujos infectados com A. cantonensis foram observados uma diminui??o do g?nero Vogesella; J? quando infectados com S. mansoni, houve redu??o dos g?neros Mycoplasma e Nitrospira e aumento de Niabella. Em ambas as infec??es, a diminui??o de Fluviicola e o aumento de organismos da fam?lia Weeksellaceae foram significativos. Estes resultados mostram que prote?nas e microorganismos s?o promissores biomarcadores da infec??o de A. cantonensis em hospedeiros intermedi?rios, objetivando o desenvolvimento de m?todos diagn?sticos in vivo. Durante as coletas de moluscos, foi encontrada, pela primeira vez, a esp?cie invasora Meghimatium pictum infectada com A. costaricensis associada a um caso de Angiostrongil?ase abdominal, relato que comp?e essa tese. Paralelamente a este estudo, foram acompanhadas as posturas de Limax sp. e Phyllocaulis sp. durante o desenvolvimento embrion?rio, com o objetivo de registrar e investigar a embriog?nese destes hospedeiros. Nas posturas e em moluscos em decomposi??o, foram identificados ?caros da esp?cie Caloglyphus berlesei, em associa??o observada pela primeira vez.

In this study, we used the Affective and Emotional Composite Temperament Scale (AFECTS) to assess such relationship. Data from 16.571 (mean age = 29.1 ? 6.3 yrs, 69.4% females) subjects was collected through the Internet, in Brazil, using the AFECTS. Sexual orientation groups were named: heterosexuals, heterosexual with homosexual experience, bisexuals with preference for the opposite sex, bisexuals with no preference, bisexual with preference for the same sex and homosexuals. Regarding affective temperaments, male cyclothymics and dysphorics had the lowest percentage of people with heterosexual orientation and the highest percentages of people with bisexual and homosexual orientation, the opposite profile was observed in hyperthymic and euthymic types. Among females, the volatile, cyclothymic, apathetic, disinhibited and euphoric types were less often observed in people with ?pure? heterosexual orientation and more often in people with bisexual orientation. In men only, homosexuality was more common among the depressive, cyclothymic and dysphorics temperaments. Emotional trait analysis showed that heterosexual subjects differed statistically from all other groups by having higher scores of coping and stability and lower scores of sensitivity and desire. Overall, the largest differences compared to ?pure? heterosexuals were observed in people with bisexual orientation with no gender preference in females and people with bisexual orientation with opposite gender preference in males. Subjects with heterosexual orientation who have had homosexual experience and those with homosexual orientation presented intermediate scores. / A rela??o entre temperamento e orienta??o sexual ainda n?o foi profundamente investigada em uma grande amostra populacional. Neste estudo, utilizamos a Affective and Emotional Composite Temperament Scale (AFECTS) para avaliar essa rela??o. Dados de 16.571 participantes (m?dia de idade = 29.1 ? 6.3 anos, 69.4% mulheres) foram coletados anonimamente pela Internet, no Brasil, utilizando o modelo AFECTS. Os grupos de orienta??o sexual eram denominados: heterossexuais, heterossexuais com experi?ncias homossexuais, bissexuais com prefer?ncia pelo sexo oposto, bissexuais sem prefer?ncia, bissexuais com prefer?ncia pelo mesmo sexo e homossexuais. Apenas entre os homens a homossexualidade foi mais comum nos temperamentos depressivos, ciclot?mico e disf?rico. A an?lise dos tra?os emocionais mostrou que indiv?duos heterossexuais diferenciam-se estatisticamente de todos os outros grupos por terem maiores escores de Maturidade e Estabilidade e menores escores de Sensibilidade e Desejo. No geral, as maiores diferen?as comparadas ao grupo de heterossexuais ?puros? foram observadas nos bissexuais sem prefer?ncia, entre as mulheres, e nos bissexuais com prefer?ncia pelo sexo oposto, entre os homens. Indiv?duos heterossexuais com fantasias ou experi?ncias homossexuais e os homossexuais apresentaram escores intermedi?rios.

The defended thesis is that construction of the maternal role of the adopted woman is related to experiences in biological and adoptive filiations. Its theoretical outline was the psychodynamic and systemic approach. This is a qualitative research which had as instruments: Clinical Interview, Genogram, and Guide Itineraries for autobiography construction and reflection. The study included six women adopted at the age ranging from one month to twelve years, by legal or indirect adoption, with biological children, currently aged 36 to 53, with high school and college education, living with a partner, with religious or civil marriage, civil servants, formally contracted, and housewives, with family income ranging from one to seventeen minimum wages. After identifying them, three individual transcribed meetings took place in two therapeutic care centers of two private universities in Brazil. The collected data enabled the construction of their journeys, partner-family contexts, life cycle and life history. The information was analyzed based on the Qualitative Epistemology association by Gonz??lez Rey and the Life History Method by Bertaux, which led to the grouping of indicators in three areas of meaning, namely: a) The motherhood of adopted women through the transgenerational perspective discussed the participants??? biological and adoptive maternal influences, received throughout the family life cycle, from graphs based on the model of the Flow of Anxiety by Carter and McGoldrick. The results showed that the adopted women have built references anchored in the two maternal figures, either based on concrete experiences with their adoptive and biological mothers or on idealized experiences, sometimes in denial of the models considered inadequate; b) The difficult journey of becoming a mother from the experience of being a daughter reflected on the importance of the elaboration of grief experienced by the six participants in relation to the biological and adoptive mothers. It was noticed that the more elaborate the losses in childhood and adolescence were, the greater the identification of these women with their mothers was, and the lower the insecurity developed during the practice of their maternal role was; finally, the last area of meaning c) Between the re-establishment of the family myth and the transmission in the development of the maternal role of adopted women, which deepened the discussion of transmission of the maternal role from the re-establishment of the myth of abandonment. The results showed that the biological child of an adopted woman represented not only a sense of belonging but also the retrieval of her family history. It is concluded that, during the practice of the maternal role of adopted women, a transformation of abandonment heritage to the care for the biological child and adoptive mother occurred, being the emotional support of the extended family, spouse, and inlaws important. Methodological limitations relate to the difficulty in accessing the transgenerational history of women who have gone through the adoption process. Future studies were suggested based on the theme???s expansion for adoptive parents. / Este estudo aborda o tema da constru????o e exerc??cio do papel materno e teve como objetivo compreender o papel materno de mulheres adotadas que se tornaram m??es biol??gicas a partir do estudo das rela????es familiares ao longo do seu ciclo de vida familiar e da hist??ria transgeracional da sua fam??lia biol??gica e adotiva. A tese defendida ?? que a constru????o do papel materno da mulher adotada est?? relacionada ??s viv??ncias na filia????o biol??gica e adotiva. Seu referencial te??rico foi a abordagem sist??mica e psicodin??mica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, que teve como instrumento para coleta de informa????es: Entrevista Cl??nica, Genograma e Roteiros para constru????o e reflex??o de autobiografia. Participaram do estudo seis mulheres, adotadas entre um m??s de nascida e doze anos, por ado????o legal ou indireta, com filhos biol??gicos, idades atuais entre 36 e 53 anos, com ensino m??dio e superior, amigadas, casadas no civil ou religioso, servidoras p??blicas, carteira assinada e apenas do lar, com renda familiar entre um e dezessete sal??rios m??nimos. Ap??s identific??-las foram realizados tr??s encontros individuais, transcritos, em dois n??cleos de atendimento terap??utico de duas Universidades particulares no Brasil. A coleta viabilizou a constru????o das trajet??rias e contextos s??cio familiares, ciclo de vida e constru????o da hist??ria de vida das mulheres. As informa????es foram analisadas a partir da associa????o da Epistemologia Qualitativa de Gonz??lez Rey e o M??todo de Hist??ria de Vida de Bertaux que originou o agrupamento dos indicadores em tr??s zonas de sentido, a saber: a) A maternidade de mulheres adotadas na perspectiva transgeracional, discutiu a partir de gr??ficos baseados no modelo do Fluxo de Ansiedade de Carter e McGoldrick as influ??ncias maternas biol??gicas e adotivas das participantes, recebidas ao longo do ciclo de vida familiar. Os resultados apontaram que as mulheres adotadas constru??ram refer??ncias ancoradas nas duas figuras maternas e ora esteve baseada em viv??ncias concretas com suas m??es adotivas e biol??gicas, ora em viv??ncias idealizadas, ora na nega????o dos modelos considerados inadequados; b) A dif??cil travessia de tornar-se m??e a partir da viv??ncia de ser filha, refletiu sobre a import??ncia da elabora????o do luto vivenciado pelas seis participantes em rela????o ??s m??es biol??gicas e adotivas. Percebeu-se que quanto mais elaborado foram as perdas na inf??ncia e adolesc??ncia, maior foi a identifica????o dessas mulheres com suas m??es e menor foi a inseguran??a desenvolvida durante o exerc??cio do seu papel materno e por fim a ??ltima zona de sentido c) Entre a repara????o do mito familiar e a transmiss??o no desenvolvimento do papel materno de mulheres adotadas, que aprofundou a discuss??o da transmiss??o do papel materno, a partir da repara????o do mito do abandono. Os resultados apontaram que o filho biol??gico da mulher adotada representou tanto a possibilidade de sentir-se pertencente a algu??m como o resgate de sua hist??ria familiar. Conclui-se que durante o exerc??cio do papel materno das mulheres adotadas houve uma transforma????o da heran??a do abandono para o cuidado com o filho biol??gico, sendo importante o apoio afetivo da fam??lia extensa, esposo, cunhados e sogras. As limita????es metodol??gicas referem-se ?? dificuldade em acessar ??s hist??rias transgeracionais de mulheres que passaram pelo processo de ado????o. Estudos futuros foram sugeridos a partir da amplia????o da tem??tica para pais adotivos.

It aims to understand how teenagers perceive their relationship to family and school and Bullying occurrence in their school. Theoretical basis was Systemic Structural Theory and some other researchers on the theme. The subjects surveyed were four students from the 9th grade of elementary school, aged 13 to 15 years, who passed through the School Guidance Service and a history of involvement with bullying, as victims, as aggressors or as spectators. None of them had previous direct contact with the researcher. For data collection, we used two instruments: a documental analysis script in the School Guidance Service aiming to identify cases of bullying and a semi-structured interview script. Initially we carried out a survey on the students' records and asked parents by telephone to authorize their children to participate in the research. Afterwards we scheduled individual interviews to the students, which lasted, on average, an hour. To analyze the data, we employed Gonz??les Rey???s qualitative epistemology and we raised indicators that allowed to propose four zones of sense. We called the first one as Occurrence of Bullying in Military School of Brasilia. This zone describes the surveyed students and their perception on bullying occurrence in the school, as well their concepts and feelings concerning to bullying. In this zone, he results pointed out that all the subjects unanimously have identified bullying cases in the school context and all of them reported having experienced situations characteristics of bullying. In their opinion, these situations occur in the recess, in the intervals and in the Physical Education classes. Most of the surveyed students report that the aggressors are often older than the victim. They consider s bullying any form of violence occurred in the school. The second zone was named Family model of Military School of Brasilia in which we sought to identify how adolescents perceive values, rules, roles and authority in their family context. He results showed that the family has deep influence in the teenager formation and decision making. Hey reported a good relationship to their parents. In the families, there is a division of tasks between all the members. The adolescents also demonstrated to live with the reality of limits in a very natural way, in matters such as asking permission to leave home schedules, discipline and their report allowed us to conclude that they are functional families. In the third zone, Partnership family-school, we sought to understand the relationship between the families and the school and their attitude against bullying, the establishment of rules and authority in both institutions. The students reported a harmonic relationship between the two institutions. They said that sometimes there are problems but parents and school solve together and everyone gains with new learning. They unanimously reported punishments both in school and in family e and they deal well with this situation. Finally, the fourth zone Discipline and limits are important to our future, aimed to know the expectations of the students related to the disciplinary and pedagogical model of the surveyed school. Developing a conscientious discipline with moral and ethical values, clear and well established rules, limits and authority was considered as positives aspects. They reported that these issues are important for their professional formation and for a better future. Their positions reinforce that it is essential that the school develops the competences related to teaching, but also healthy habits of behavior and discipline. The research allowed us to reflect on the urgency of the partnership between school and family to achieve the social wellbeing of all the involved people. / O tema desta pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, ?? o papel da escola e da fam??lia na ocorr??ncia e identifica????o de bullying em uma escola com disciplina militar. Seu objetivo foi compreender a percep????o dos adolescentes sobre suas rela????es familiares e com a escola e a ocorr??ncia do bullying na escola que frequentam. Tem como referencial e te??rico a Teoria Estrutural Sist??mica e autores que estudam a quest??o do bulliyng. Os sujeitos pesquisados foram quatro alunos pertencentes 9?? ano do Ensino Fundamental, com idades entre 13 a15 anos, que passaram pelo Servi??o de Orienta????o Escolar (SOE) com hist??rico de envolvimento com o bullying, como v??timas, como agressores ou como espectadores. Nenhum deles tinha contato direto com a pesquisadora. Os dados foram coletados a partir de dois instrumentos: um roteiro de an??lise documental para identificar casos de bullying junto ao SOE; e um roteiro semiestruturado de entrevista. Inicialmente foi realizado um levantamento nas fichas dos alunos Foi solicitada aos pais, por telefone, autoriza????o para os filhos participarem da pesquisa e a assinatura do TCLE. Em seguida, foram agendadas entrevistas individuais, que duraram, em m??dia, uma hora. Para a an??lise dos dados foi utilizada a epistemologia qualitativa de Gonz??lez Rey e levantados indicadores que possibilitaram a constru????o de quatro zonas de sentido. A primeira, denominada, Ocorr??ncia de Bullying no CMB descreve os sujeitos pesquisados e sua percep????o sobre a ocorr??ncia de bullying na escola pesquisada; bem como os conceitos, as situa????es e sentimentos com rela????o ao bullying. Nesta zona de sentido, os resultados mostraram que, que na percep????o un??nime dos sujeitos, o bullying existe no contexto escolar, e todos relataram ter vivenciado situa????es caracter??sticas. Tais situa????es acontecem, segundo os entrevistados, no recreio, nos intervalos e nas aulas de Educa????o F??sica. A maioria dos alunos pesquisados relata nas fichas existentes na SOE que os agressores costumam ser mais velhos do que o colega agredido. No que tange ao conceito de bullying, para eles, qualquer forma de viol??ncia ocorrida na escola ?? caracterizada por bullying. Na segunda zona, denominada Modelo familiar dos alunos do CMB, buscou-se identificar como o adolescente/aluno percebe valores, regras, pap??is e autoridade no seu contexto familiar. Os resultados mostraram que a fam??lia os influencia nas tomadas de decis??o e na sua forma????o. Os adolescentes relataram um bom relacionamento com seus pais. Nas fam??lias, existe uma divis??o de tarefas entre todos os membros. Os adolescentes tamb??m demonstraram conviver com a realidade de limites de maneira bem natural, em assuntos como pedir permiss??o para sair de casa hor??rios, disciplina e, pelo relato deles, p??de-se concluir que s??o fam??lias funcionais. Na terceira zona de sentido, intitulada Parceria fam??lia/escola, buscou-se conhecer a rela????o fam??lia e escola no que diz respeito ?? suas atitudes frente a pr??tica do bullying, o estabelecimento de regras e uso de autoridade nestas duas institui????es. Os sujeitos pesquisados relataram a exist??ncia de uma rela????o harmoniosa entre fam??lia e escola. Falam que, ??s vezes, existem problemas, entretanto pais e escola resolvem juntos e todos ganham com novos aprendizados. Os sujeitos foram un??nimes ao relatar a exist??ncia de puni????o tanto na escola quanto na fam??lia e lidam de forma natural com a situa????o. Finalmente, na quarta zona, A disciplina e as regras da escola s??o importantes para o nosso futuro, buscou-se conhecer as expectativas dos alunos quanto ao modelo disciplinar e pedag??gico do CMB. O desenvolvimento da disciplina consciente, valores morais e ??ticos, regras claras, imposi????o de limites e autoridade foram considerados como pontos positivos. Apontaram tamb??m que esses pontos s??o importantes para a forma????o profissional, e consequentemente um futuro melhor. Suas coloca????es refor??am que ?? imprescind??vel que escola desenvolva as compet??ncias relacionadas ao ensino, mas tamb??m h??bitos saud??veis de comportamento e de disciplina. A pesquisa trouxe uma reflex??o sobre a parceria escola e fam??lia para o bem-estar social de todos se faz cada vez mais urgente.

Immune modulation in pigs through editing of the RELA locus

Livestock animals are an ancient, vital renewable natural resource. Many livestock species have the ability to convert inedible crops and waste food into food fit for human consumption, in the form of meat, eggs and dairy products. As the global demand for high value animal protein is ever increasing, the livestock market continues to play a major role in worldwide economics. Animal disease has the potential to be a huge burden on the livestock industry, impacting both welfare and production. Major outbreaks of transboundary diseases, such as foot and mouth disease, rinderpest and classical swine disease, have resulted in devastating global economic losses. As a result, scientific research is engaged in lowering this impact by generating effective preventative measures and treatments. One way to reduce livestock disease is to select animals that are genetically resistant, traditionally carried out through selective animal breeding programs; however, this is a time-consuming process and requires that appropriate genetic variation exists within the population. Advances in genome engineering technologies offer us an alternative approach, with the capability to make genetic improvements in livestock within a single generation. It is hypothesised that resilience to a disease, known as African swine fever (ASF), could be genetically engineered into the domestic pig. ASF is a highly contagious disease of domestic pigs and is a re-emerging global threat to the swine industry. It is a lethal haemorrhagic disease caused by a virus, known as the African swine fever virus (ASFV). At present, there is no vaccine or treatment for ASF, and disease control relies on rapid diagnosis, quarantine and the mass slaughter of animals. Unlike the domestic pig, swine indigenous to Sub-Saharan Africa, such as the warthog, show no clinical signs of disease following infection with ASFV. A comparative study was carried out to identify host genetic variation that could underlie the difference in response to ASFV, with candidate genes selected based on their potential involvement with the viral protein A238L, involved in immune evasion. Functional polymorphisms where identified in the porcine RELA gene, encoding RelA, a subunit of the NF-κB transcription factor family. This evolutionary conserved protein family plays a vital role in mediating inflammatory and immune responses. The specific RELA polymorphisms identified alter potential phosphorylation sites within the C-terminal transactivation domain of RelA which have been found to modulate NF-κB transcriptional activity in vitro. We set out to investigate whether genome editing tools could be employed to engineer the RELA sequence of domestic pigs. Initial attempts targeted the final exon of RELA, producing animals with a truncated RelA protein; modified animals lack the final 60 amino acids of the C-terminal transactivation domain. The aim of this thesis was to genotype and characterise the effects of this RELA modification at a molecular, cellular, morphological and whole organism level. The ultimate goal of this project was to investigate whether this RELA modification altered the domestic pig’s response to ASFV in vitro and in vivo. Unlike rela-/- mice which have an embryonic lethal phenotype, these RELA-edited pigs were born healthy and were fully viable when housed in a typical farm environment. Phenotypic analysis of lymphoid tissues from the RELA-edited pigs demonstrated no significant anatomical or histological changes compared to unmodified counterparts. Pigs homozygous for the RELA mutation had a significantly lower body weight compared to wild-type pigs. Molecular studies of samples from these pigs have shown that the modified RelA has an altered activity; however, the RELA modified pigs do develop the characteristic disease phenotype when challenged with ASFV. Finally, genome editors have been developed to introduce a specific warthog allele into the domestic pig RELA locus, these editors are currently being taken forward to produce a novel pig line.

Buscando estabelecer um eixo condutor da obra de Mario Benedetti, tratamos inicialmente das considera??es biogr?ficas e observamos que o tema do ex?lio ? reiterado em outras obras do autor. Por fim, analisamos a obra sob um aspecto hist?rico, no sentido de observar as rela??es entre literatura e sociedade junto ?s teses de Candido (2000), trabalhando a tem?tica do ex?lio com ajuda de Said (2005a; 2005b), verificando as estruturas discursivas com Bakhtin (1988) e estabelecendo os v?nculos com as conjunturas liter?rias que Benedetti viveu participando da gera??o de 45 da literatura uruguaia (MONEGAL, 1966; RAMA, 1972; 2008)

Ao recorrer a rela??o texto-vida, colocamos em evid?ncia a vida do aprendiz e a sua forma de ler literatura e de ler a vida, de se posicionar como sujeito pensante, que manifesta suas pr?prias opini?es, tendo vez e voz na escola. / The study investigates the impact of the relationship text-life in the literature reading activity in elementary school learners in pedagogic mediation situation. The learners are students of the 4th grade of elementary school in a public school in Natal / RN -Brazil. The methodological approach is qualitative, involving exploratory research and intervention protocols. In the exploratory stage we performed reflective interview with the class teacher and application of an adapted questionnaire with the learners. In the intervention phase we conducted eight mediation sessions with the book The Yellow Bag (BOJUNGA, 2005) and the tale Bye (BOJUNGA, 2008) planned and implemented according to the scaffolding reading experience: pre-reading, reading and post-reading (GRAVES; GRAVES, 1995). Among the activities proposed in the post-reading we resorted to the discussion activity and to the reading blog. In the data analysis, we based ourselves in the studies of aesthetics of reception theory (JAUSS, 1994, 2013; ISER, 1999; 2013); reading and literature (JOUVE, 2002; SMITH, 1989; PETIT, 2009; AMARILHA, 20; RABBIT, 2000) and imagination, fiction and reality (HELD, 1980; SARTRE, 1996; VIGOTSKI, 2014; ECO, 1994). The results show that the mediation of the relationship text-life favors the formation of an active reader who thinks about what they read, invokes their life experiences, establishes links with the written text and updates them as they select and combine new information, thereby building new meanings giving meaning to the written word. By using the relationship text-life, we put in evidence the life of the learner and their way of reading literature and reading life, of positioning themselves as the thinking subject, who expresses their own opinions, having a turn and a voice in school.
