Darbo aktualumas ir problema. Lietuvos Respublikos švietimo įstatyme yra numatyta, kad Lietuvos gyventojai turi teisę mokytis kitose šalyse. Studijuoti užsienyje nėra lengva: su sunkumais susiduriama ne tik akademiniame, bet ir dvasiniame lygmenyje. K. Singhas (1993) išskiria pagrindines problemas, su kuriomis susiduriama bestudijuojant užsienyje: emocinės – vienišumas, namų ilgesys, mitybos sutrikimai, pergyvenimas dėl rūpesčių namuose; akademinės – bendravimas užsienio kalba, aukštesnis studijų lygis, nesusipratimai tarp dėstytojų ir studentų; prisiderinimas – tai priklauso nuo socialinės klasės (aukštesnio socialinio lygmens studentai adaptuojasi lengviau negu vidutinio), universiteto lygio (lengviau studijuoti provincijos universitetuose), studijų trukmės, amžiaus ir asmeninių savybių. Visi šie faktai rodo, jog užsieniečiai studentai kenčia labiau negu vietiniai, kadangi jie dažniau patiria papildomus stresus, tokius kaip komunikacijos barjeras, kultūrinė dezorganizacija: senos ir naujos kultūros vertybių susidūrimas, šeimos paramos stoka. Kuo didesnis skirtumas tarp kultūrų, tuo sunkiau individui akultūruotis naujoje aplinkoje, tuo jis ilgesnį laiką jausis ,,iškritęs“ iš bendruomenės. Akultūrizacijos procesas individualus, todėl vykstant svetur turėtų būti iš anksto pasiruošiama, kaip sušvelninti šią būseną.

[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Relevance and problem of the present paper: Educational Law of Republic of Lithuania supposes the right of Lithuanian citizens to study abroad. Studying abroad is not an easy task: students have difficulties not only in academic field but psychologically as well. K.Singh (1993) pointed out main problems that people have while studying abroad: emotional – loneliness, missing home, eating disorders, worries for what is going at home; academic – communication in foreign language, higher level of studies, misunderstandings between professors and students; readjustment that depends on social class (students coming from higher social level adopt themselves easier than those from average level), university level (it’s easier to study at regional institutions), time-span of studies, personal age and characteristics. Facts reveal that students from abroad suffer more than natives as they often experience additional stress like communication barrier, cultural disorganization: conflict between old and new cultural values, lack of family support. The more different cultural environment is the harder is acculturation process for individuals. Individuals feel out of community for a longer time then. Acculturation is an individual process so before moving abroad one has to be prepared how to ease the condition.

Kejsarens nya kläder: emotionella normer för stödsamtalets funktion i polisyrket : En grundad teori om svenska polisers upplevda möjlighet att uttrycka känslor i stödsamtalFlodell, Cornelia January 2017 (has links)
År 2006 kom ett riksdagskrav till Polismyndigheten om att implementera handledningssamtal i syfte att förbättra den psykosociala arbetsmiljön. Tre år senare hade det inte utförts i någon större utsträckning och Rikspolisstyrelsen förklarade situationen med ekonomisk resursbrist. I den händelsestyrda och ofta påfrestande miljö svenska poliser arbetar i är samtalsstöd en viktig faktor för emotionell bearbetning. Studiens syfte var att nå ökad kunskap om stödsamtal som verktyg inom Polisen genom att undersöka svenska polisers uppfattningar om stödsamtal och hur dessa tillämpas. Grundad teori har varit den metodologiska utgångspunkten. 5 semistrukturerade intervjuer med intervjuguide genomfördes; 2 deltagare är kvinnor och 3 är män. Resultatet visade att organisatoriska förutsättningar är centralt för chefers skapande av en trygg grupp och miljö för medarbetarnas upplevda möjlighet att uttrycka känslor i. Formellt samtalsstöd används främst för att behandla praktiska frågor efter en svår händelse, medan informella samtal är den huvudsakliga arenan för emotionsbearbetning. Stödsamtalets funktion för polisyrket kan förstås av kärnvariabeln ”upprätthållande av den emotionella organisatoriska normen genom organisationskultur”. Studiens praktiska implikationer är att medvetandegöra chefer om deras roll i att en miljö som är positiv för samtalsklimatet. Vidare forskning skulle kunna fortsatt intressera sig för den sociala anpassning som sker till följd av polisens organisationskultur. / In 2006, the Swedish parliament demanded of the Police Authority that counseling be implemented as means of improving the psychosocial working environment. In 2009, it had not been executed to any greater extent due to lacking financial resources. In the operational environment in which police officers work, counseling is an important factor in emotional processing. The aim of this study was to attain knowledge of how counseling can be used within the Police force by studying Swedish police officers’ perception of counseling and its application. Grounded theory has been the methodological approach. Five semi-structured interviews were conducted; two participants were women, three were men. The results showed that organizational conditions are key in police managers’ shaping of a group, and of an environment for the coworkers' perceived opportunity to express feelings. Formal counseling is used mainly to deal with practicalities after a difficult incident, whilst informal dialogue is the main arena for emotional processing. The role of supportive counseling in the police force can be understood by the core variable ”the upholding of the emotional organizational norm through organization culture”. The practical implications of this study are to increase police managers’ awareness of their role in shaping a positive environment for the conversation climate. Further research could look into the social adaptation that occurs as a result of the organization culture within the police force.

It is well known, that when the employees are unsatisfied, they don't use so much effort in their work or in a worse case they loose interest to stay in the company and they start to seek for another one. Remarkable influence on stabilization of employees in a company certainly has their successful adaptation to the new employment. This diploma work focuses on an analysis of the adapting process in the company Siemens Ltd. Using a questionnaire there were inefficient components of the contemporary programme for adaptation of new employees discovered and recommendations for the management of Siemens Ltd. were proposed.

This Diploma Thesis deals with the employee adaptation to a new workplace, social and cultural environment. The research was conducted in the company Skanska a. s. The Diploma Thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part explains the main terms and definitions important for understanding and performing the research in the practical part. The theoretical terms described in the first part of the Thesis are: definition of adaptation and definitions of some related terms, types and phases of the process of integration, the position of the adaptation process in the HR activities and modern trends in integration of new employees, e.g. mentoring, trainee programme or teambuilding. The practical part is dedicated to a research in the company Skanska a. s. and verification of hypothesis formulated in the Introduction of the Thesis. The practical part first analyses the current situation within each division and then describes the adaptation phases in the Headquarters of the company in Prague. The research methods used in this practical part were: interviews with the representatives of each division, HR Business Partners and new employees. The last chapters contain recommendation for the company and an example of the Adaptation Plan. The Conclusion of the thesis sums up the results of the research, evaluates the hypothesis, emphasizes the most important findings and recommendations for the leaders of the company.

Previous issue date: 2012-06-14 / This actual study investigates the logic about Pentecostal Assemblies of God
churches (IPAD). The theological denomination "Ministries" tells about the
organization of these denominations and arrange on their dynamic, ramification
process of the church and as their divergences and strategy of domination.
Starting from the investigations of historical documents and studies of
empirical data - primary sources - and the studies about origins and foundation of
IPAD, this current research exposes the mythic origins, the history about this
denomination, discourse and analysis its logic of operation.
The ADs ministries follow theirs objective profiles in certain moments or
situations, not necessarily according with the pre-established or situations, keep
these traditional patterns in others questions and enlarge his continuity of works by
consentment, or by "fraternal ties" between the ministries and the churches.
The typologies about power written by Max Weber, the field concept written by
Pierre Bourdieu, ideological concepts and hegemony offers a theoric arsenal to this
analysis, about speech and "ministerial" practice of ADs churches / O presente estudo investiga a lógica dos Ministérios das Igrejas Pentecostais
Assembleias de Deus (IPAD). A denominação teológica Ministérios expressa a
organização da denominação e acomoda em sua dinâmica, processos de
ramificação da igreja bem como suas divergência e estratégias de dominação.
Partindo das investigações de documentos históricos e levantamentos de
dados empíricos fontes primárias e de estudos sobre a origem e fundação da
IPAD, a presente pesquisa expõe as origens míticas, a história dessa denominação
e discorre e analisa a sua lógica de funcionamento.
Os Ministérios das ADs seguem os seus perfis objetivados em determinados
momentos ou situações, não necessariamente em acordo com as regras préestabelecidas,
conservam esses padrões tradicionais em outras questões ampliam

front to the renewal of the environment and its people, as well as of your time.
To modify a characteristic means that not to make different, before is necessary
to renew positions and thoughts, without which the foreseen success is not reached.
To study the church Assembly of God in the São Paulo's neighbor of the Bom
Retiro, its traditional characteristics and socio-cultural factors, amongst others, made
possible to understand as the societies human beings establish bonds from interests
in common; and, in ours case, the search of new profiles of people appears a new
image for the church.
It also exists, a disruption with its philosopher-theological origins, appearing new
forms, practical, distinct and divergent ways of if articulating with the faith, thus
generating, a religious pluralism and new theology of understanding in its speeches.
This alteration of characteristics comes of meeting with economic factors related
to the welfare and the way of life based in the idea of the minimum state, or either,
the auto determination of the people front to its longed for objectives.
Therefore, we today have a church in transit, that follows the profiles objectified
at definitive moments or situations, not necessarily in agreement with the daily payestablished
rules, but breaching with these traditional standards and extending its
continuity of works.
Today, it is not more the people that adapts to the molds of the church, but is
the church that adapts to the profiles of its people / A presente pesquisa é fruto de constantes inquietações sobre como a igreja se
transforma frente à renovação do ambiente e de seus fiéis, bem como de sua época.
Alterar uma característica significa muito mais que fazer diferente, antes é
preciso renovar posturas e pensamentos, sem os quais não se atinge o sucesso
previsto.
Estudar a igreja Assembléia de Deus no bairro paulistano do Bom Retiro, suas
características tradicionais e fatores sócio-culturais, dentre outros, possibilitou
entender como as sociedades humanas estabelecem vínculos a partir de
necessidades em comum; e, em nosso caso, como a procura de novos perfis de fiéis
gera uma nova imagem para a igreja.
Existe também, um rompimento com suas origens filósofo-teológicas,
aparecendo novas formas, práticas, maneiras distintas e divergentes de se articular
com a fé, gerando assim, um pluralismo religioso e novas teologias de compreensão
em seus discursos.
Essa alteração de características vem ao encontro com fatores econômicos
relacionados ao bem estar e ao modo de vida arraigado na idéia do estado mínimo,
ou seja, a auto determinação das pessoas frente aos seus objetivos almejados.
Portanto, temos hoje uma igreja em trânsito, que segue os perfis objetivados
em determinados momentos ou situações, não necessariamente em acordo com as
regras pré-estabelecidas, mas rompendo com esses padrões tradicionais e
ampliando sua continuidade de trabalhos.
Hoje, parece não ser mais o fiel quem se adapta aos moldes da igreja, mas a
igreja quem se adapta aos perfis de seus fiéis

Darbo tema: Nakvynės namuose gyvenančių vaikų adaptacijos ypatumai Vilniaus miesto mokyklose (vaikų, jų tėvų ir socialinių darbuotojų vertinimas).
Darbo problema ir naujumas. Vaikų iš nakvynės namų adaptacija mokykloje yra aktuali problema, nes mokinys, sunkiai adaptuodamasis mokykloje, patiria nesėkmę, dažnai netenka noro mokytis, silpnėja jo mokymosi motyvacija – tai daro neigiamą įtaką jo tolimesniam gyvenimui. Neturėdami noro ar galimybių lankyti mokyklas ir įgyti išsilavinimą, benamiai vaikai neįgyja įgūdžių ir žinių, kurie ateityje padėtų jiems išsivaduoti iš skurdo. Norint keisti tokią situaciją, labai svarbu sukaupti kuo daugiau informacijos apie tokių vaikų gyvenimo problemas, sąlygas ir šeimos gyvenimo aplinkybes bei adaptacijos problemas.
Lietuvoje benamių vaikų problemoms skirtų mokslinių darbų turime nedaug. Tai dažniausiai pavieniai straipsniai, kuriuose pateikiama empirinė tyrimų medžiaga, liečianti benamių vertybes, jų asmenybės ypatumus, gyvenimo sąlygas. Konkrečių tyrimų apie nakvynės namuose gyvenančius vaikus nėra. Taigi benamių vaikų adaptacijos problema mokykloje nėra plačiai išplėtota, o statistiniai duomenys nėra aiškūs, nes dažnai tokie vaikai tik paminimi trumpai.
Šio darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti vaikų, gyvenančių nakvynės namuose, adaptacijos mokykloje problemas ir ypatumus.

Problem and novelty of the study: the adaptation in schools of children from homeless shelters is a relevant problem because while student is heavily adapting in school, he experiences failure, often looses intention to learn, the motivation to learn also weakens so it influences the rest of his life. Since children have no intention or possibilities to go to school and to get an education therefore homeless children do not gain skills and knowledge which could help them to escape from poverty in the future. In order to change this situation it is very important to collect as much information about children life problems, conditions, circumstances of their family life and also adaptation problems.
There are jus few scientific studies in Lithuania about the problems of homeless children. It is often just articles which contains empirical studies information associated with the values of homeless people, their personal peculiarities and living conditions. There are no specific studies about children living in housing/homesless shelters. Thus the problem of homeless children adaptation in schools is not widely developed and statistical data is not clear because homeless children are just slightly mentioned.

In today's society we spend more time on social media than ever before. 61% of all Sweden's internet users are active on Instagram, this makes the social media platform the second most used application after Facebook. The aim of this study was to explore how active users on Instagram, so-called prosumers, experience their own use and self-presentation on Instagram. We chose to conduct ten qualitative semi-structured interviews. We sought to create an understanding of how prosumers use the application and whether there are any usage standards that are important in how they want to present themselves to other users. The collective term “usage standards” has been created to illustrate the relationship between how prosumers are expected to act and behave towards each other on the platform, and how they subsequently use Instagram. The purpose of this study has been investigated by the use of three research questions: How do prosumers describe their own activity on Instagram? How do prosumers’ usage standards affect other users on Instagram? What is the prosumers’ understanding of the way they present themselves on Instagram? We have used a number of theoretical frameworks to investigate the study’s purpose. All theories deal with different areas such as use of social media, self-presentation and comparison. The used theories are Goffman’s work on social norms and self-presentation, social comparison theory, social cognitive theory and uses and gratification. To develop a deeper understanding of the study and the subject, it was most appropriate to use a qualitative interview method. Even before the interviews were conducted, four main themes were identified - use, self-presentation, social adaptation and comparison, which are all part of the concept of usage standards. The interviews were conducted in the form of individual interviews and were based on semi-structured questions. This means that the interview contained open questions that allowed respondents to describe their thoughts and experiences. The four main themes discussed above were used to report and analyze the results. It was discovered that prosumers are mainly influenced by their social environment, which leads them to being inspired by other users as well as copying content. Prosumers also admit that it is important to showcase a “real” image of themselves on the platform, while at the same time insisting that they care about adjusting and customizing their images to make it look aesthetically pleasing. The results show that prosumers compare themselves to other users, consciously and subconsciously, in order to determine how to present themselves. In the discussion and conclusion, it is found that the social environment influences prosumers in all their activity on Instagram. Prosumers also create usage standards by comparing and adapting their behavior to other users’ content on the platform. / Idag spenderar vi mer tid i sociala medier än vi någonsin gjort tidigare. 61% av alla internetanvändare i Sverige är idag aktiva på Instagram vilket gör applikationen till den sociala medieplattformen med flest aktiva användare efter Facebook. För att få reda på hur aktiva användare, så kallade prosumers, upplever sin egen användning och självpresentation på Instagram valde vi att genomföra tio stycken kvalitativa samtalsintervjuer. Vi strävade efter att skapa en förståelse för hur prosumers använder applikationen och om det fanns några användningsnormer som hade betydelse för hur de ville framställa sig själva för andra användare. Samlingsbegreppet användningsnormer skapades för att illustrera förhållandet mellan hur prosumers förväntades agera och bete sig gentemot varandra på plattformen, och som sedan leder till hur prosumers i praktiken använder Instagram. Syftet med denna studie har undersökts med hjälp av tre forskningsfrågor: Hur beskriver prosumers sin egen aktivitet på Instagram? Vad har prosumers användningsnormer för betydelse gentemot andra användare på Instagram? Vilken förståelse har prosumers för hur de väljer att framställa sig själva på Instagram? Vi har använt ett antal teoretiska ramverk för att undersöka studiens syfte. Samtliga behandlar olika områden som är: användning, social självpresentation och jämförelse. Teorierna vi har använt oss av är Goffmans teorier om sociala normer och självpresentation, social jämförelseteori, social kognitiv teori och användarforskningen. För att skapa en djupare förståelse för studien och ämnet var det mest lämpat att använda en kvalitativ intervjumetod. Redan innan intervjuerna utfördes identifierades fyra huvudteman - användning, framställning, social anpassning och jämförelse som samtliga är en del av begreppet användningsnormer. Intervjuerna utfördes i form av enskilda samtalsintervjuer och utgick ifrån semistrukturerade frågor. De fyra huvudteman som benämns ovan användes för att redovisa och analysera resultatet. Det framkom att prosumers i stor mån blir påverkade av den sociala omgivningen vilket leder till att de inspireras av andra användare samt kopierar deras innehåll. De medgav även att det är viktigt att visa upp en “äkta” bild av sig själva på plattformen, samtidigt påtalade de att de bryr sig om att justera och anpassa sina bilder för att det ska bra ut för andra Instagram-användare. Resultatet visar att prosumers jämför sig med andra användare, medvetet och omedvetet för att själva komma fram till hur de ska framställa sig. I diskussionen och slutsatsen, visade det sig att den sociala omgivningen påverkar prosumers i alla beslut de tar om Instagram. Prosumers skapar även användningsnormer genom att jämföra och anpassa sig till andra användare på plattformen.

Работа посвящена изучению онлайн-взаимодействия как ресурса социальной адаптации людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, в век цифровых технологий. Структура выпускной квалификационной работы состоит из введения, двух глав, каждая состоит из трех частей, заключения, списка литературы и приложения. В первом параграфе первой части мы ознакомились с проблемами людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, участвующих в онлайн-взаимодействии, а во второй – охарактеризовали социальную адаптацию людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, как технологию социальной работы, в третьей – выявили сущность социальных сетей как ресурса разрешения проблем людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание. В первой части второй главы мы проанализировали онлайн-практики, сравнили их развитие в России и за рубежом. Во второй части рассмотрели существующие особенности взаимодействия людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, в социальных сетях. В третьей части были представлены результаты исследования, цель которого заключалась в анализе роли онлайн-взаимодействия людей, имеющих онкологическое заболевание, как ресурса социальной адаптации и разработаны рекомендации по предотвращению выявленных рисков. Для этого мы использовали следующие методы исследования: контент-анализ и фокус-группа. Состав выборки первого исследования: мужчины и женщины от 18 до 45 лет. Состав участников фокус-группы: юрист, психолог, врач, специалист по социальной работе, человек, имеющий онкологическое заболевание, родственник человека, имеющего онкологическое заболевание. В выпускной квалификационной работе использовано: 3 таблиц, 3 рисунков, 3 приложений, 120 источников литературы. The structure of the final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters, each consists of three parts, a conclusion, a bibliography and an appendix. In the first paragraph of the first part, we got acquainted with the problems of people with cancer who participate in online interaction, and in the second, we characterized the social adaptation of people with cancer as a technology of social work, in the third, we identified the essence of social networks as a resource for resolving problems. people with cancer. In the first part of the second chapter, we analyzed online practices, compared their development in Russia and abroad. In the second part, we examined the existing features of the interaction of people with cancer in social networks. In the third part, the results of a study were presented, the purpose of which was to analyze the role of online interaction of people with cancer as a resource for social adaptation, and recommendations were developed to prevent the identified risks. To do this, we used the following research methods: content analysis and focus group. Sample composition of the first study: men and women from 18 to 45 years old. The composition of the focus group participants: a lawyer, a psychologist, a doctor, a social work specialist, a person with cancer, a relative of a person with cancer. In the final qualifying work used: 3 tables, 3 figures, 3 annexes, 120 sources of literature. The total number of pages in this work is 91.
