The possibilities of the architectural approach in the development of a machine learning model are considered. The analysis of trends in the digital transformation of the insurance industry has been carried out. The effectiveness of the use of machine learning in insurance has been evaluated. A complete model of the architecture of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh was built. An analytical model of machine learning in the field of tariffing of an insurance company has been developed. Based on the process approach, all phases of the project to introduce a machine learning model into the activities of an insurance company are considered in detail. A simulation model for project management for the development and implementation of a machine learning model in the activities of an insurance company has been developed and implemented based on various scenarios.

This research presents a two-part study on a fuel cell electric van (FCEV), focusing on
vehicle modelling and developing different control strategies for the modelled vehicle.
The modelling phase accounts for the aging effects on the fuel cell (FC) and battery, analyzing FCEV behavior over time. This includes estimating and integrating
the degradation impacts on characteristic curves, such as the FC’s polarization and
efficiency curves, the battery’s charging and discharging resistance curves, and the
open-circuit voltage curve. A simplified fuel cell system (FCS) model is designed to
consider power losses in multiple components, including the FC stack, air compressor,
and others. The dynamic limits of the FC are also included to yield more realistic
results. The model is based on the vehicle Opel Vivaro FC specifications, incorporating parameters like maximum FC power, battery capacity, vehicle weight, and tire
dimensions.
Subsequently, various control strategies are applied to analyze their effectiveness
in FC and battery State-of-Health (SOH) degradation and hydrogen consumption. A
rule-based energy management system (EMS) is implemented first, which operates
with five different operational modes dependent on the vehicle’s state. This is followed
by a look-up table (LUT) based strategy, which uses two two-dimensional tables

[pt] Pesquisas no campo de Operações Humanitárias (Humanitarian Operations
- HO) vem atraindo a atenção de acadêmicos e profissionais ao abranger o estudo
de diversas ferramentas analíticas visando a melhora da resposta aos beneficiários.
Diferentes estudos sugerem que a inserção de práticas e teorias tradicionais de
logística e gestão de operações (Operation management – OM) - incluindo
simulação, otimização, probabilidade e estatística - no contexto de desastres
beneficiaria a cadeia de suprimentos humanitária. Uma vez que desastres são
eventos complexos, graves e dinâmicos, com recursos humanos e materiais
limitados, muitos stakeholders envolvidos e alto nível de incerteza de informação,
a capacidade de gerir operações se faz necessária. Uma das técnicas mais
comumente reconhecidas em OM é a simulação, sendo o método de Dinâmica de
Sistemas (System Dynamics – SD) capaz de modelar representações simplificadas
de realidades e obter informações valiosas sobre situações de complexidade
dinâmica. O método fornece um conjunto de ferramentas, como mapeamento causal
e modelagem de simulação, e permite avaliar os resultados de curto e longo prazo
de decisões. Nesse contexto, a presente tese visa estudar a complexidade de HO
através de SD. Para isso a tese conta com uma revisão sistemática da literatura
(Systematic Literature Review – SLR) a fim de identificar o estado da arte,
entregando uma taxonomia, um framework e uma agenda de pesquisa. Em seguida,
duas operações são apresentadas, demonstrando a modelagem através de SD em
contextos humanitários distintos e de alta relevância. A primeira operação estudada
consiste na coleta e distribuição de doações para a população na base da pirâmide
(Bottom of the Pyramid – BoP) do Rio de Janeiro, em meio a pandemia de COVID19. Realizamos uma survey e obtivemos 2155 respostas dos beneficiários. Os dados
também foram obtidos diretamente com as organizações envolvidas na operação.
Como resultado, demonstramos que aumentar o acesso a produtos de limpeza nas
comunidades por meio de doações pode reduzir significativamente a transmissão
do vírus SARS-CoV-2. Ademais, mostramos que as doações de alimentos podem
aumentar a capacidade da população vulnerável de arcar com as necessidades,
aliviando o estresse causado pela pandemia nesta parcela da população. Ademais,
demostramos que quando todas as doações são na forma de vouchers/ dinheiro, a
acessibilidade aumenta em 20 por cento em comparação com todas as doações físicas.
Resultados que podem servir de base para formuladores de políticas ajudarem as
comunidades vulneráveis, especialmente durante crises nas quais os recursos são
escassos e devem ser explorados de forma eficiente. O segundo estudo consiste na
operação do governo federal Brasileiro para receber, abrigar e interiorizar
Venezuelanos no Brasil. Como o fluxo de Venezuelanos para o Brasil tem crescido
e as consequências da pandemia se apresentam como uma preocupação com a
capacidade da operação, a Operação Acolhida é modelada a fim de entender os
gargalos de sua escalabilidade. Como resultado, demonstramos que: (i) o processo
de interiorização é um gargalo, pois além da logística, é necessária a inserção
socioeconômica dos Venezuelanos (por meio de vagas de emprego, por exemplo);
(ii) a capacidade dos abrigos é um gargalo da operação, pois define uma fila de
venezuelanos precisando de ajuda esperando para serem abrigados. / [en] Research in Humanitarian Operations (HO) has attracted the attention of
academics and practitioners by applying analytical tools to improve response to
beneficiaries. Different studies suggest that the integration of traditional practices
and theories of logistics and operations management (OM) in the complex context
of disasters would benefit the humanitarian supply chain. One of the most
recognised techniques in OM is simulation, being System Dynamics (SD) a method
capable of model simplified representations of realities and gain valuable insights
into situations of dynamic complexity. In this context, this thesis aims to analyse
the complexity of HO through SD. The thesis presents a systematic literature review
(SLR) to identify the state of the art of the subject, delivering a taxonomy, a
framework, and a research agenda. Then, two complex and dynamic operations are
modelled through SD. The first operation involves collecting and distributing
donations to the vulnerable population from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, amid the
COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, we demonstrated that: (i) increasing access to
cleaning products in communities can significantly reduce COVID-19
transmission; (ii) food donations can increase the population s affordability; (iii)
accessibility increases by 20 percent in vouchers/cash donations compared to all in-kind
donations. The second one is the Brazilian operation to receive, shelter, and
internalise Venezuelans. Since the flow of Venezuelans to Brazil has grown and,
the pandemic aftermath presents itself as a concern for the operation capacity,
Operation Welcome is modelled to understand the bottlenecks for its scalability. As
a result, we demonstrate that: (i) the internalisation process is a bottleneck as, in
addition to logistics, it is necessary the socio-economical insertion (through job
vacancies, for example); (ii) shelters capacity is an operation bottleneck, as it
defines a queue of needing assistance Venezuelans waiting to be sheltered.

全球運籌的大趨勢使得紡織業必須轉換為全球佈局的產區導向。在台灣內部環境變遷和全球整體大環境劇烈改變下,紡織業早已將生產據點外移,轉移到生產成本更低的地方,增加企業的競爭力。紡織業也是台灣最早進行全球生產佈局的產業之一。因此,將紡織業設置在全球生產、行銷、研發的據點,與台灣營運總部互相連結,紡織業全球運籌之效率及整體的競爭力才能得以更加提昇。
以績效指標作為企業管理的核心,方能有效追蹤經營管理專案執行的狀況。運用績效指標訂立出企業維持營運的重要資訊數字,亦可事先預測企業表現並即時監督改善。透過績效指標的推動與實施,能夠幫助企業達到績效極大化的目標。因此,當企業規劃全球運籌的營運活動時,「指標」可謂評估上絕對不可或缺的一項重要管理工具。
過去對於台灣紡織業之全球運籌績效指標的研究相當少見,本研究所提出之紡織業全球運籌績效指標參考架構,藉由文獻探討,將供應鏈、紡織業、全球運籌此三個領域特性考量在此架構中,並與經濟部技術處示範性資訊應用開發計畫之八家個案廠商所提出的績效指標結合,所得到之結果再利用德爾菲法與學者專家訪談後分析結果,瞭解學者專家對初步之架構之建議,以強化此初步參考架構的適切與完整性。後以嚴謹的方式建立紡織業供應鏈之系統動力學模型,利用電腦模擬工具Powersim建構聚紡織業供應鏈之系統動態模式,並以情境分析模擬,評估在不同產業情境下,不同關鍵績效指標對於產業供應鏈績效之敏感度,以提供業者作為發展供應鏈績效指標架構之參考。

In Taiwan and the global environment, the companies have to locate elsewhere, to lower production costs, to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The companies have to link the global production, marketing, research and development base with the headquarter of Taiwan to cooperate. Thus the efficiency of global logistic and the overall competitive can be more upgraded. We proposed a Global logistic performance indicators framework, through literature review in three areas in this framework: supply chain, the textile industry and global logistic. And then we compare the framework with performance indicators of eight cases of the textile industry. And the results have been used Delphi interviews with scholars and experts. After analysis of the Delphi’s results, we use a rigorous approach to build a system dynamics model of Taiwan's textile industry’s supply chain. We use simulation to test the sensitivities of each indicator in the framework to selected key indicators which can meet Taiwan textile industry’s need and rapidly respond to the real situation.

Dans un contexte de développement des énergies renouvelables et des liaisons HVDC dans les systèmes électriques, les travaux présentés s’attachent au fonctionnement technique de tels systèmes. La génération éolienne, photovoltaïque et les liaisons HVDC sont interfacées par dispositifs d’électronique de puissance au réseau de transport électrique. Dès lors, serait-il envisageable d’alimenter la demande électrique uniquement via des sources électriques interfacées par des convertisseurs statiques ?Le pilotage du système électrique par électronique de puissance constitue un changement radical du fonctionnement dynamique des réseaux. La traditionnelle stratégie de commande « grid-following » des onduleurs a montré ses limites lorsque la pénétration de ces dispositifs devient importante. Elle doit être révisée au profit de stratégies dîtes « parallel grid-forming ».Dans cette thèse, les besoins fondamentaux du système électrique sont d’abord analysés pour définir les exigences de la stratégie « parallel grid-forming », ainsi que les défis associés. Selon ces spécifications, une méthode de synchronisation de sources « grid-forming » est ensuite proposée ainsi qu’un contrôle de tension, adapté aux limitations physiques des convertisseurs de tension PWM. La stabilité de la solution est discutée pour différentes configuration de réseau. Enfin, une stratégie de limitation du courant a été spécifiquement développée pour palier la sensibilité des VSC aux sur courants, lors d’évènements réseaux éprouvant. Les idées développées sur un convertisseur unique sont appliquées à petits réseaux afin d’extraire des interprétations physiques depuis des simulations temporelles / In the context of renewable energy and HVDC links development in power systems, the present work concerns the technical operations of such systems. As wind power, solar photovoltaics and HVDC links are interfaced to the transmission grid with power-electronics, can the system be operated in the extreme case where the load is fed only through static converters?Driving a power system only based on power electronic interfaced generation is a tremendous change of the power system paradigm that must be clearly understood by transmission grid operators. The traditional “grid-feeding” control strategy of inverters exhibits a stability limit when their proportion becomes too important. The inverter control strategy must be turned into a “parallel grid-forming” strategy.This thesis first analyses the power system needs, proposes the requirements for “parallel grid-forming” converters and describes the associated challenges. Accordingly, the thesis gives a method for designing a stable autonomous synchronization controls so that grid-forming sources can operate in parallel with a good level of reliability. Then, a method is proposed to design a voltage control for a grid-forming PWM source taking into account the limited dynamic of large converters. The robustness of the solution is discussed for different configuration of the grid topology. A current limiting strategy is presented to solve the current sensitivity issue of grid-forming converters, subject to different stressing events of the transmission grid. The ideas developed on a single converter are then applied on small grids with a limited number of converters to allow a physical interpretation on the simulation results.

Das zu entwickelnde Konzept zielt darauf ab, ausgehend von definierten Produktionsverfahren, -prozessen und den dafür qualitativ bestimmten Maschinen und Anlagen Erkenntnisse zur notwendigen Anzahl und den resultierenden Kosten zu ermitteln. Mit der Entwicklung des Konzepts soll ein Beitrag zur Schaffung eines unternehmensziel- und strategiekonformen Wertschöpfungsprozesses über alle Bereiche des Produktionsmanagements produzierender Unternehmen geleistet werden. Den Kern des Konzepts bildet die dynamische Dimensionierung, die Belastungsänderungen des Produktionssystems über die Zeit berücksichtigt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Gestaltung eines wirtschaftlich sinnvollen Maßes an Flexibilität und Wandlungsfähigkeit. Weiterhin wird eine Automatisierung des Planungsprozesses in Verbindung mit dem Einsatz von Optimierungstechniken und Kostensimulation angestrebt. Anhand unterschiedlicher Szenarien erfolgt eine Gegenüberstellung des neu entwickelten Konzepts mit bestehenden Verfahren. / The concept which has been developed is based on defined production methods and production processes which are necessary for quality machinery and equipment in order to identify specifically, the number of machines required and the resulting costs. The developed concept contributes to creating a business goal and strategy-driven value creation process in all areas of production management of the manufacturing company. Since the core concept is dynamic dimensioning, it is imperative to take into account the load of the production system and how it changes over time; and is therefore both flexible and adaptable. Furthermore, automation of the planning process in conjunction with the use of optimization techniques and simulation cost is sought. Different scenarios allow the comparison of newly developed concepts with a variety of procedures which already exist.

Auf Grund wachsender Nachfrage der simulativen Beurteilung von Getrieben hinsichtlich Geräuschentwicklung, Vibration und Belastbarkeit, kommt den Berechnungsmethoden immer größere Bedeutung zu. Hier spielen nicht nur die Steifigkeit der Verzahnung, sondern auch die Steifigkeiten der Wellen, Lagerungen und Gehäuse eine wichtige Rolle.
Dazu werden unterschiedliche Simulationsmethoden vorgestellt und diese hinsichtlich Genauigkeit, Effizienz und Limitierung bewertet.
Ein wichtiger Aspekt ist in diesem Zusammenhang auch die Modellbildung, insbesondere die Ermittlung der Eingabedaten für die Beschreibung der einzelnen Komponenten und deren Verbindungselemente. Die Koppelung des Mehrkörpersystems mit einem speziellen Auslegungstool für Getriebekomponenten ist neben der Multi-Physics-Simulation und der klassischen Mehrkörperdynamik eine Methode, die die Stärken beider Tools verbindet.
