The diploma´s purport is to verify the care of historical monuments results and citizen´s, local government´s and administration´s position. Diploma feeds the view of the grant´s programms, which available in rural areas are. Further the care of historical monuments in Czech Republic is described. Diploma is sight on villages Hradešice, Kanice, Klenčí, Ostřetice, Pocinovice, Poleň, Stráž, Trhanov and Velké Hydčice.

This work analyses the possibility of using financial resources from European Union´s funds for benefit of tourism development in the microregion Nepomucko. As a part of this thesis I would like to find out what is the potential of this region in connection with tourism. Nepomucko is an interesting microregion in the western Bohemia which offer its nature and historical beauty. It´s able to attract visitors. This microregion has very good potential for development of rural tourism and therefore was created the design for the farm-house. That is why was one country estate renovated and used them in tourist trade. Each factor is analyzed in separate part, attention is also paid to financial resource, which is a important subject in the process. The aim of the study analysing finance and prosperity of this device and seems very optimistic. It evaluates, according to receipts and expenditures that this sort of tourism may be used for the development of tourism in this area. In Nepomucko there are posibilities for the future to target as facilities with hight quality, looking for a new segment of demand and using financial resources from European Union´s funds. Chances of the applicants in the West Bohemian region are suitable, they correspond with the resources of the ROP of the NUTS II SW. Regional policy of the European Union is a indispensable foundation of the development the tourist trade. Not only private subjects but also regions take advantage of using financial resources from European Union´s funds, because the winner takes it all.

This diploma thesis analyses technical heritage sites near the town of České Budějovice. The analysis also comprises an assessment of the current status of utilisation of these technical heritage sites in travel industry. A utilization plan of technical heritage sites as travel industry products was also formed on the basis of primary and secondary sources.

This diploma thesis focuses on the problems of transport and traffic literacy. The first part includes the analysis of the current state of transport services and of the traffic literacy in the Tábor region. In this part a field research was done on the basis of survey among the inhabitants of Tábor. The results of the field research were summarized and analyzed in the synthetic part of the diploma thesis. The results of this field survey imply that both the public transport and the traffic literacy in Tábor are on good level. This part also includes a study of practicability for implementation of trolley-bus transport in Tábor. The implementation of this transport in the route Tábor {--} Sezimovo Ústí {--} Planá nad Lužnicí would require an investment in an amount of circa 400 million crowns, however, indisputable benefit would be a decrease of emissions and acoustic noise in the town. In the conclusion, several suggestions for improvement of the current state are presented, whose aim was the improvement of the transport services and the overall transport potential in the Tábor region.

A região do baixo rio Branco está localizada ao sul do município de Caracaraí, no estado de Roraima, onde há mais de uma década vem se desenvolvendo atividades de turismo de pesca, dentro da Área de Proteção Ambiental (APA) Xeriuini. A vila Terra Preta está inserida nesta APA e tem seus moradores contratados para trabalharem como guias de pesca na atividade turística. Este estudo tem como objetivos: identificar o perfil dos moradores da comunidade de Vila Terra Preta; avaliar qual o estágio de desenvolvimento da atividade de turismo de pesca praticada na região do Baixo Rio Branco; identificar as interferências causadas pela atividade de turismo de pesca que afetam as condições de vida dos residentes da Vila Terra Preta; analisar a receptividade e o envolvimento dos autóctones em relação às atividades desenvolvidas pelos operadores de turismo na região. Fez-se uso de questionário como instrumento de pesquisa exploratória com abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, chegando a resultados que mostram interferências positivas quanto à geração de empregos e complemento de renda, mesmo que esses postos de trabalhos sejam temporários. Mas, por outro lado interferências prejudiciais à população de peixes devido aos equipamentos usados por turistas/pescadores, percebidas por alguns moradores. Também o turismo não tem contribuído para melhorias na infraestrutura da comunidade e em relação à gestão os entrevistados consideram-se excluídos dos processos de decisão e participação na organização da atividade turística. / The region of the lower Rio Branco is located south of the city of Caracaraí in the state of Roraima, where for more than a decade has been developing fishing tourism activities within the Environmental Protection Area (EPA) Xeriuini. The Vila Terra Preta is inserted in this EPA and its residents have hired to work as fishing guides in tourist activity. This study aims to: identify the profile of the residents of the Vila Terra Preta; assess what stage of development of the activity of fishing tourism practiced in the Lower Rio Branco region; identify the interference caused by the activity of fishing tourism that affect the living conditions of the residents of Vila Terra Preta; analyze the responsiveness and involvement of indigenous in relation to activities undertaken by tourism operators in the region. Made use of a questionnaire as a tool for exploratory research with quantitative and qualitative approach, achieving results that show positive interference as the generation of jobs and income supplement, even if those jobs are temporary jobs. But, on the other hand harmful interference to fish population due to the equipment used by tourists/fishermen, perceived by some locals. Also tourism has not contributed to improvements in community infrastructure and the management respondents consider themselves excluded from decision- making and participation in the organization of tourism.

Esta pesquisa busca analisar a relação do município de Canela/RS com o turismo a partir dos seus vínculos com o artesanato. Tem como objetivo geral contribuir para a emergência de outros sentidos na ressignificação do município de Canela/RS, enquanto destino turístico. A Análise do Discurso (AD) Francesa pecheutiana é o dispositivo teórico-analítico que embasa essa discussão. O conceito de discurso fundador é norteador para analisar a historicidade da relação entre Canela e o turismo. O discurso fundador possibilitou identificar aspectos de memória e de esquecimento na abordagem dos ciclos sociais, econômicos e políticos, tendo início com os indígenas, os tropeiros, os senhores, as madeireiras, o turismo e a chegada do trem. O que também possibilitou identificar diferentes posições-sujeito na disputa de sentido no jogo de forças no município e com o turismo. O conceito de paisagem é pertinente para abordar o atrativo turístico, Cascata do Caracol, cujos sentidos instituem-se e modulam-se em polissemia. O artesanato em madeira, produzido com raízes de araucárias, retratam pássaros, e articula-se com a memória social ligada ao desmatamento, carregando em si os vestígios do ciclo das madeireiras. Porém, com a iconografia de pássaros retornam à natureza e à paisagem, assim como, transformam-se em souvenires, viajam com os visitantes e afirmam a autoria do sujeito artesão / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This research aims to analyze the relationship of the municipality of Canela/RS with tourism from their links with the craft. General objective contribute to the emergence of other senses in ressignification of the municipality of Canela/RS, as a tourist destination. The Discourse Analysis (DA) French pecheutiana is the theoretical and analytical device that reinforces this discussion. The concept of discourse founder is guiding to analyze the historicity of the relationship between Canela and tourism. The discourse founder possible to identify aspects of memory and forgetting in addressing the social, economic and political cycles, beginning with the Indians, the drovers, the lords, timber, tourism and the arrival of the train. What also made it possible to identify different subject-positions in contention for meaning in the power game in the municipality and tourism. The concept of landscape is pertinent to address the tourist attraction, Cascata do Caracol, whose senses establishing themselves and modulate in polysemy. The wooden handicrafts, produced with roots of araucarias, depict birds, and articulates with the social memory linked to deforestation, carrying in itself the traces of the logging cycle. However, with the iconography of birds return to nature and landscape, as well as turn into souvenirs, traveling with visitors and claim authorship craftsman subject.

Esta pesquisa visa contribuir para a discussão/(re)construção do conceito de turismo sexual, na perspectiva de abordá-lo pedagogicamente na formação superior em turismo. O suporte teórico para as reflexões foi buscado na Teoria das Representações Sociais e na teoria psicanalítica freudiana sobre sexualidade. Metodologicamente, a análise do discurso pautou-se pelos conceitos de enunciação, de polifonia e heterogeneidade, respectivamente de Bakhtin, Ducrot e Authier-Revuz, assim como por procedimentos analíticos da Fenomenologia-Hermenêutica, conforme Panosso Netto. Foram analisadas matérias dos jornais Gazeta de Alagoas/AL e Correio do Povo/RS versando sobre turismo e respostas de alunos e professores de graduação em Turismo desses estados, a quem foi perguntado ´Como você define turismo sexual?´. Relativamente às representações sociais, as matérias jornalísticas indicaram predomínio do aspecto de ilicitude do fenômeno, sinalizando compartilhamento simbólico do turismo sexual, centrado, metonimicamente, na exploração sexual de menores, como problema social, e sobre a busca por satisfação sexual. Do ponto de vista da sexualidade, os jornais, representantes da mídia, portam o discurso freudiano fundante da organização dos grupos sociais, ou seja, o discurso fundante de acesso à cultura, de reconhecimento do interdito que viabiliza o social, impondo como necessária a repressão da sexualidade. O mesmo se aplica aos alunos e professores quando o polo definitório de turismo sexual recai sobre a perversão da sexualidade, aquele assumindo o discurso fundante e estes, dele sendo portadores. Outro polo definitório incide sobre a satisfação do desejo sexual, o que poderia estar refletindo a ―voz científica‖ da Academia, de aceitação do homem em sua natureza bio-psicossocial, embora não haja referência a segmentos turísticos em cuja denominação não aparece o termo ―sexual‖ inseridas socialmente no âmbito da normalidade. Confirma-se assim a complexidade conceitual do fenômeno e a necessidade de discutí-lo, seja, avançando na compreensão de tabus em relação ao termo, seja reconhecendo a existência de um lugar sadio e adequado para atender a demanda do turista na sua busca humana do prazer (não ilícito), da satisfação erótica. Nessa direção, cabe ao profissional do turismo reconhecer o desejo de natureza sexual do turista como um desejo humano, que não se constitui perverso ou ilícito a priori.

Com as grandes mudanças ocorridas no meio rural, fez-se necessário a inclusão das atividades não-agrícolas para o incremento da renda familiar rural. Como atividade paralela, o turismo no espaço rural vem auxiliando as famílias rurais a aumentar seus rendimentos e diversificar as suas atividades. Partindo dessa premissa, foi realizado um estudo comparado do turismo no espaço rural nos Conselhos Regionais de Desenvolvimento (COREDEs) Campos de Cima da Serra e Fronteira Oeste, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. A pesquisa foi dividida em duas fases, sendo a primeira, de caráter exploratório, onde se realizou o levantamento do número das propriedades rurais ativas, que recebiam turistas. No segundo momento, todas as propriedades foram visitadas, para aplicação de um questionário, com perguntas abertas e fechadas. Foram coletados dados em 20 propriedades rurais, em dezembro de 2013 e janeiro de 2014. Coube a esse estudo identificar e comparar as potencialidades das propriedades rurais, para o desenvolvimento do turismo no espaço rural como alternativa econômica, diferenciar as propriedades rurais que praticam agroturismo das que praticam o turismo rural em ambas as regiões, e estabelecer o perfil da geração de emprego e renda nos setores primário e terciário. Entre os resultados apresentados, foi identificado que 95% dos proprietários iniciaram a atividade turística para aumentar os rendimentos familiares. O agroturismo é o mais praticado nas duas regiões, com 55% das propriedades. Os empregos gerados pelo turismo em sua maioria são empregos temporários. / With the major changes that have occurred in rural areas, it was necessary to develop new non-agricultural activities to increase rural household incomes. As a parallel activity, tourism in rural areas has been helping rural families in increasing their income and diversifying their activities. Starting from this premise, we conducted a comparative study of tourism in the rural regional development councils (COREDEs) of Campos de Cima da Serra and Fronteira Oeste, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The survey was divided into two stages. The first was exploratory, assessing the number of active farms which received tourists. On the second stage, all these properties were visited for the application of a questionnaire with open and closed questions. Data were collected in 20 rural properties in December 2013 and January 2014. Te aim of this study was to identify and compare the potential of rural properties to the development of tourism in rural space as a cost-effective alternative, differentiate the farms practising agritourism from those practicing rural tourism in both regions, and establish the profile of the generation of employment and income in primary and tertiary sectors. Among the findings, it was identified that 95% of the owners started the tourist activity to increase family incomes. Agritourism is the most practiced in both regions, with 55 of the properties. Tourism-generated jobs are mostly temporary jobs.

O turismo é um dos setores que mais cresce, gerando emprego e renda em todo mundo, tornando-se um fator importante para o desenvolvimento econômico. Dentro do turismo, o setor hoteleiro destaca-se na economia do país em razão da capacidade de atender a demanda causada pelo deslocamento de pessoas. O objetivo da presente pesquisa é analisar, com base no modelo SERVQUAL, a qualidade do serviço hoteleiro oferecido pela cidade de Gramado – RS. Este estudo tem caráter exploratório, de natureza qualitativa. Para isso, utilizou-se de um levantamento bibliográfico (em banco de dados e nos principais periódicos do turismo). O objeto de estudo foram os 13 hotéis de categoria luxo e conforto localizado na cidade de Gramado – RS. Os resultados foram alcançados através das análises feitas nos sites e das avaliações destes hotéis feitas pelos clientes nas Online Travel Review. As visões foram estudadas separadamente e na sequência feitas um comparativo entre elas com respaldo da literatura. As análises foram realizadas através do modelo SERVQUAL de acordo com as seguintes variáveis: tangibilidade, confiabilidade, presteza, segurança e empatia. Os resultados apresentados mostraram que o capital humano é o elemento que mais carece de investimento por parte dos hotéis. / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior, CAPES. / Tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors, generating employment and income worldwide, making it an important factor for economic development. Within tourism, the hotel sector stands out in the economy of the country because of the capacity to meet the demand caused by the displacement of people. The objective of this research is to analyze, based on the SERVQUAL model, the quality of the hotel service offered by the city of Gramado - RS. This study has an exploratory character, of a qualitative nature. For this, a bibliographical survey was used (in databases and in the main journals of tourism). The object of study were the 13 hotels of category luxury and comfort located in the city of Gramado - RS. The results were achieved through the analyzes made on the websites and the evaluations of these hotels made by the customers in the Online Travel Review. The visions were studied separately and in the sequence made a comparative between them with support of the literature. The analyzes were performed through the SERVQUAL model according to the following variables: tangibility, reliability, readiness, safety and empathy. The results presented showed that human capital is the element that most requires investment by hotels.

The aim of my dissertation is forming of bussiness plan for providing of accommodation services without boarding, situated in a small vinicultural village, considering and choosing of the most suitable form of its financing. The project begins with a vision of owners, it continues with marketing analyses and a market research, a preliminary financial calculation and it finishes with choosing of the suitable investor.
