Desta forma, o campo dos estudos de gênero foi se nutrindo cada vez mais com pesquisas que buscavam compreender a ordem social e de gênero que tem orientado diversas sociedades e dentro dela, compreender a violência de gênero como uma consequência claramente injusta de tal ordem. Há mais de dez anos tento compreender essa violência de gênero; como ela opera e quem são os indivíduos que a compõem. Deste modo, o intuito desta tese é compreender como é o mundo de homens que têm atuado violentamente contra mulheres em algum momento das suas vidas. E para além desse evento violento, compreender quem são esses homens e como foi seu processo de socialização; na esperança de achar, nessas trajetórias, elementos mais detalhados que nos ajudem a compreender a violência de gênero. Foi assim como encontrei a tese da normalidade proposta por Hannah Arendt (1999) no seu livro "Eichman em Jerusalém: um relato sobre a banalidade do mal", para compreender que os homens agressores não são o monstro que todos esperamos encontrar e sim homens comuns e assustadoramente normais e, o que é pior, todos nós, sujeitos sociais, partilhamos tal normalidade, de forma que a violência de gênero, como outras formas de violência, vão formando parte do cotidiano social e incorporando práticas culturais que tendem a normalizar-se. Da mão desta tese arendtiana, estudei a violência de gênero e fui procurar homens agressores, em primeira instância, e depois homens feministas, que me ajudaram a pensar os comportamentos agressivos de alguns homens contra algumas mulheres. Essa violência faz parte do que eu comecei considerar como uma "crise das masculinidades", pois detrás dos fatos violentos encontra-se um homem em desconstrução, já que as transformações socioculturais femininas e feministas, que começaram a se tecer a partir da segunda metade do século XX, está aos poucos propondo uma nova ordem social e de gênero que muitos homens ainda desconhecem e tal desconhecimento os deixa cada vez mais sós. Constituindo-se assim, a violência de gênero pode ser vista também como uma manifestação da crise da masculinidade, pois a ordem social e de gênero está mudando e muitos homens ainda não o reconhecem. Eu fui atrás de tais processos a partir das narrativas de diversos homens; seus relatos dialogaram com minha própria situação de violência de gênero e que só na reflexão durante a tese surgiu como experiência propriamente dita, servindo-me para aprofundar as questões aqui propostas. Desta forma, estruturei uma tese sobre violência de gênero, masculinidades e crise das masculinidades, a partir de narrativas de homens que agrediram mulheres e de homens feministas que lutam pelo fim da violência contra as mulheres / Abstract: When Joan Scott announced that the gender was a useful category in the social sciences a universe of possibilities opened before us, restless researchers with the intimate world that invade without license the social world. Of this form, the field of the studies of gender was nourishing increasingly with investigations that looked for to comprise the social order and of gender that there is order diverse societies and inside her, comprise the violence of gender like a distinctly unfair consequence of such order. Like this, since ten years ago there is me inquietude comprise this violence of gender; as she operates and who are the individuals that compose it. In this way, the objective of this thesis is to comprise as it is the world of the violent men against women sometimes. And further of this violent event, comprise who are these men and as it was his process of socialization; in the hope to find, in these paths, elements more detailed that they help us to comprise the violence of gender. Was like this as I found the thesis of the normality that proposes Hannah Arendt in her book: "Eichmann in Jerusalem: a relate about the banality of the evil", to comprise that the men aggressors are not the monster that all expect to find and himself common men and unbeliever normal and the worst of all is that all we, social subjects, shared of such normality, so that the violence of gender, as other forms of violence, go forming part of the daily social and incorporating cultural practices that tend the normalize. Of the hand of this thesis arendtiana, studied the violence of gender and was to look for aggressors men, in first instance, and afterwards feminist men, that will help me to think in the aggressive behaviors of some men against some women, to think and reflect that such violence forms part of the that I began to consider like a "masculinities crises", because behind the violent facts finds a man that tends to disappear, since that the transformations social and cultural feminine and feminist, that began to knit from the second part of the century XX is proposing a new social order and of gender that a lot of men still unknown and this goes them leaving increasingly only. Esta dissertação objetiva responder à seguinte pergunta: como jovens, nascidos ou criados numa mesma cidade pequena, em condições socioeconômicas relativamente parecidas, com acesso aos mesmos espaços e instituições, seguem percursos de vida distintos? A partir de vinte narrativas biográficas, a análise de dados centrou-se em três eixos. Primeiro, identificou a influência das instituições escolares, policiais, do mercado de trabalho e da emigração sobre os percursos de vida. Segundo, identificou as relações entre os eventos que compõem os percursos de vida. Terceiro, agrupou as narrativas segundo as categorias de bem-sucedidos na escola, trabalhadores disciplinados e jovens infratores a fim de identificar as semelhanças e diferenças dentro de cada grupo e entre cada um deles. O resultado principal é mostrar os efeitos das interações entre instituições, sequências de eventos, contingências, condições iniciais de vida e agência sobre os percursos de vida. / This dissertation aims to answer the following question: How do young people, born or raised in the same small town, similar in their socioeconomic status and with access to the same spaces and institutions, follow different life paths? Through twenty biographical narratives, data analyses focused on three aspects. First, it identified the influence of the institutional context. Second, it identified the relations among the events of the sequences. Third, it aggregated the narratives according to three categories – successful students, disciplined workers and delinquents – in order to identify differences and similarities within and between each category. The main result is to show the effects of the interactions among institutions, sequences of events, contingencies, initial life conditions and agency over the life courses.

A presente dissertação analisa os perfis de carreira dos senadores brasileiros eleitos entre 1990 e 2006. O argumento do trabalho entende que a caracterização do Senado enquanto recinto de políticos experientes encontra importantes variações, sugerindo uma maior heterogeneidade e permeabilidade política da casa. Num primeiro momento será posto à prova a face senhorial do conjunto dos senadores ao que se refere à longevidade política e partidária. Posteriormente a meta passa a ser o teste de hipóteses que permitam compreender o surgimento de diferentes perfis. Por fim será sugerida uma tipologia passível de abarcar as variações das carreiras encontradas no Senado. / The present dissertation analyse the profile career of brazilian senators elected between 1990 and 2006. The argument of this proposition understand that the senate characterization while enclosure of experienced politics find important variations, suggesting a bigger heterogeneity and permeability politic of the house. In a first moment, will be tested the manorial face of the senators group to make reference to the politic and supporting longevity. Subsequently, the aim became the test of the hypothesis to allow to understand the appearing of the different profiles. Finally, will be suggest a typology susceptible to cover the variation of the careers finded in the Senate.

O foco principal do trabalho é a análise das transformações sócio-territoriais da aldeia decorrentes desde finais da década de 1960 e começos de 1970, momento em que o aumento da emigração contemporânea teve seu auge. Trabalhamos, portanto, duas vertentes diferenciadas das mudanças acontecidas na aldeia: transformações sociais e territoriais da aldeia de Tourém, através do termo terra. A terra é elevada aqui a categoria analítica, pois, é um termo usado pelos moradores da aldeia de Tourém, um termo polissêmico que se refere à aldeia, baixo a nomeação de minha terra; as terras seriam também os diferentes destinos da emigração pelos que passaram os vizinhos da aldeia; e, finalmente a terra, também faz referência á terra-produtiva, sustento da agricultura e pecuária que é a atividade econômica mais importante. Através das trajetórias de vida das pessoas da aldeia e de suas histórias de família e de vida, combinamos os diálogos teóricos com as descrições etnográficas dos usos e desusos das terras de Tourém; assim como os diferentes grupos sociais e os diferentes tempos que têm as pessoas que moram na aldeia. De forma mais explicita dialogamos com conceitos como territorialidade, território e história do lugar através das narrativas dos moradores, das histórias de vida e de família / Abstract: This dissertation is the result of fieldwork conducted between 2011 and 2013 in Tourém , a rural border village between Galicia (Spain) and Portugal . The main focus of the work is the analysis of socio - territorial transformations happening in the village since the late 1960s and early 1970s , at what time the rise of contemporary emigration peaked . We work analysing two different aspects of the changes taking place in the village of Tourém: social and territorial transformations understood by the word of terra. A terra (land) in this context is a highly analytical category , a polysemic term used by the villagers of Tourém that refers to the village from the basis of my land (minha terra). These terras would also be the different destinations of emigrants for those who passed through neighboring village, and finally terra, also refers to the land's agriculture and livestock that are the most important economic activities. Through the life trajectories of the village people and their family histories, we combine theory and ethnographic descriptions with the uses and disuses of the Tourém's terra; as well as different social groups during their respective times who live in the village . Pretendo compreender as articulações entre noções de “família” e a transição para a maioridade de jovens em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas, a partir da experiência de seus familiares e das técnicas do Programa de Execução de Medidas Socioeducativas em Meio Aberto - PEMSE. Desenvolvo um estudo antropológico na área da execução das medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto em Porto Alegre-RS, especialmente acerca da progressão de medida de internação (Fundação de Apoio Socioeducativo-FASE-RS). Meu principal lócus de observação é a rotina das entrevistas de Liberdade Assistida durante o período de agosto a dezembro de 2009, bem como o cotidiano das técnicas do PEMSE. Também tive contato com a comunidade e familiares desses jovens dentro e fora dos espaços institucionais. Nas práticas das técnicas, as relações familiares e afetivas emergem como investimentos na correção da carreira infracional e ao mesmo tempo como modos de transição para a condição adulta. Entendo que as expectativas implícitas nesses investimentos estão atreladas a uma transformação ou “mudança de atitude” dos jovens referidos, o que nos remete ainda, a partir da experiência de familiares e técnicas, a uma indagação sobre concepções de infância diante da transição para a maioridade. A tematização da comunidade e das relações de amizade ou rivalidades nos procedimentos emerge como “riscos” potenciais que podem ser “convertidos” pela relação com o trabalho e com a escolarização. A partir da contribuição bibliográfica sobre o tema, debruçamo-nos acerca da relatividade das fronteiras entre a legalidade e o “mundo do crime”, apontando como o discurso da legalidade se aproxima às estratégias de subjetivação religiosas como modos de produção de consciência. O interesse em refletir sobre a subjetividade dos sujeitos se apresenta como um recurso para pensar o modo como eles condensam determinados significados e sentidos sobre a realidade apresentada. O modo como os sentimentos são vividos por técnicas e familiares nos remetem tanto às históricas representações da infância quanto às dimensões culturais pela qual o curso da vida é incorporado, com destaque para o lugar do gênero e das diferenças de perspectivas geracionais. / I intend to understand the connections between notions of "family" and the transition to adulthood of young people in fulfillment of socio-educational measures, from the experience of their relatives and techniques of the Program of Implementation of Socio-educational Measures in Open Environment - PEMSE. I develop an anthropological study in the area of implementation of socio-educational measures in the open environment in Porto Alegre-RS, especially about the progression of the measure of admission (Foundation to Support Socioeducational FASE-RS). My main lócus of observation is the Assisted Freedom’s routine of the interviews during the period August to December 2009, as well as the everyday techniques of PEMSE. I also had contact with the community and families of these young people inside and outside of institutional spaces. In practice of the techniques, family and emotional relationships emerge as investment in the repair of the infractional career, and at the same time as modes of transition to adulthood condition. I believe that the implicit expectations in these investments are tied to a transformation or "change in attitude” of young people referred to, which brings us yet, from the experience of relatives and techniques, an inquiry into childhood conceptions before the transition to adulthood. The theme of community and relations of friendship or rivalry emerges as potential "risks" that can be "converted" by the relationship with work and with schooling. Starting from the contribution of the literature on the subject, we considered about the relativity of the boundaries between legality and the "world of crime", pointing out how the discourse of legality approaches to the strategies of religious subjectivity as modes of producing consciousness. The interest in reflecting on the subjectivity of presents itself as a resource for thinking about how they condense certain meanings and feelings about the reality presented. How are the feelings experienced by techniques and family members refers both to historical representations of childhood and the cultural dimensions by which the life course is embedded, with emphasis on the place of gender and generational differences in outlook.
