Such a change takes place when the philosopher realizes that his atomistic approach has unsolving problems. The dissolution point of that conception concerns the change regarding the notion of elementary proposition/state of things, that is to say, when Wittgenstein realizes that it is no more reasonable conceiving them as logical atoms. His paper Some remarks on logical forms presents this breaking point and leads him to reevaluate his philosophical conception. Firstly, he is based on a phenomenological conception of language, but afterwords he negates it. Then, this study focuses on that break regarding his phenomenological conception, when Wittgenstein comes to defend a hypothetical conception of language, such as the Physics. / Este presente estudo examina a mudança paradigmática da filosofia de Wittgenstein. Tal mudança ocorre quando o filósofo percebe que sua concepção atomista contém erros irrecusáveis. O ponto de dissolução dessa concepção foi a mudança quanto à concepção de proposição elementar/estado de coisas, a saber, quando Wittgenstein percebe que não é mais possível concebê-los atomicamente. O artigo Algumas Observações sobre a Forma Lógica apresenta esse momento de ruptura, levando o filósofo a repensar sua concepção filosófica. Em um primeiro momento o filósofo vienense apoia-se em uma concepção de linguagem fenomenológica, chegando a negá-la pouco tempo depois. Por fim, o estudo aponta para uma ruptura com essa concepção fenomenológica, quando Wittgenstein então parecerá defender uma concepção de linguagem como a da física, i. e., hipotética.

Out of the problems that arise, this study highlights the question of primacy of the logic dimension from the conception of fact. In other words, from the ideia of divisibility or indivisibility of the fact it’s possible to suppose that: either the ontological dimension gives logical structure to language, or it’s language that gives the reality a logical structure. This point of contention arises from the comparison between the commentators Marrill B. Hintikka, Jaakko Hintikka, Hans-Johan Glock, P.M.S. Hacker e Donald Peterson. Once estabilished these reading parallels, I resort to the attempt of elaborating an exit to this question involving two stages: a reading of the main concepts involved in the problem and Wittgenstein’s possible answers to this question of primacy. Which leads indeed to a elimination of this possibility of primacy when considering the Tractatus own terms. / O presente estudo é uma tentativa de articular uma discussão que nasce da comparação entre diferentes interpretações do Tractatus de Wittgenstein. Dos problemas que surgem, este estudo evidencia a questão de primazia da dimensão lógica a partir da concepção de fato. Isto é, a partir da ideia de divisibilidade ou indivisibilidade do fato é possível supor que: ou a dimensão ontológica cede a estrutura lógica à linguagem, ou é a linguagem quem imprime sobre a realidade uma estrutura lógica. Este ponto de tensão surge da comparação entre os comentadores Marrill B. Hintikka, Jaakko Hintikka, Hans-Johan Glock, P.M.S. Hacker e Donald Peterson. Uma vez estabelecido estes paralelos de leitura, recorro à tentativa de elaborar uma saída para esta questão envolvendo duas etapas: uma leitura dos principais conceitos envolvidos no problema e as possíveis respostas de Wittgenstein a esta questão da primazia. O que leva de fato a uma eliminação desta possibilidade de primazia considerando os próprios termos do Tractatus.

Este entendimento nos permitirá apresentar a tese do filósofo da linguagem, Donald Davidson como modelo de triangulação entre jogos de linguagem. Para tanto, discutiremos os escritos do filósofo austríaco Ludwig Wittgenstein, o contexto de seu surgimento e as mudanças que suas ideias tiveram no decorrer de sua vida. Seu empreendimento filosófico pode ser dividido em dois momentos, em sua primeira filosofia Wittgenstein assinala que o representacionismo é o método estruturante do real e da linguagem, já sua segunda filosofia culminou na obra Investigações Filosófica onde afirma que a análise das formas linguísticas deve sair do plano metafísico; tendo as palavras diferentes usos em diferentes contextos, sendo essa concepção a tese dos jogos de linguagem. Assim, a compreensão desta tese nos permitirá aproximar o pensamento de Wittgenstein com o viés pragmatista / The present work is an investigation of the language used by reeducation in a prison organization, understanding that communication as a language game. This understanding will allow us to present the thesis Donald Davidson as triangulation model of language games. To do so, we discuss the writings of the Austrian philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein, the context of its emergence and changes their ideas had throughout his life. His philosophical enterprise can be divided into two moments in his early philosophy Wittgenstein notes that representationalism is the structuring of the actual method and language, as his second philosophy culminated in the work Philosophical Investigations which makes clear that the analysis of linguistic forms must exit metaphysical plane, taking the words different uses in different contexts, with the thesis of language games this conception. Thus, the understanding of this thesis allow us to approach the thought of Wittgenstein with the pragmatist bias
