The theme of this thesis is based on daily encounters with the problems, opinions and helplessness students of secondary school (age 12-16) how to spend and enjoy free time in the same centre and not yet created a situation in which an individual learns to achieve pleasure and satisfaction of delinquent behavior. The aim was to define and describe the basic concepts related to the sociopathological phenomena,frequently observed species and ways of prevention. Purpose of my work is to find answers to the questions:What are the possibilities of the school and local community in the prevention of delinquent behavior of children and adolescents? Mokymą(si) skatinantys veiksniai Jaunimo mokykloje / Learning factor of Youth in school

Vis dažniau kalbama apie vieną aktualiausių mokyklos problemų - moksleivių mokymosi motyvacijos silpnėjimą, pasireiškiantį nenoru mokytis, blogu lankomumu, domėjimosi stoka, užduočių neatlikimu ar visišku pasitraukimu iš mokyklos. Kiekviena šalis susiduria su nebaigusiųjų mokyklos ir iškritusių ar nubyrėjusių iš mokyklos problema. Todėl jos sprendimas negali būti atsietas nuo šalies ekonominės bei socialinės struktūros. Ši problema egzistuoja daugelyje pasaulio šalių ir yra siejama su skurdu, bedarbyste, piktnaudžiavimu narkotikais bei alkoholiu, žema socialine padėtimi, pakitusiomis socialinėmis vertybėmis. Problema – nepanaudojami veiksniai, kurie galėtų paskatinti mokymąsi Jaunimo mokykloje. Objektas – mokymąsi Jaunimo mokykloje skatinančių veiksnių visuma. Tyrimo tikslas: atskleisti veiksmingiausius mokymą(si) skatinančius veiksnius Jaunimo mokykloje. Darbe keliami šie uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti mokymo (si) sampratą. 2. Apibrėžti mokymąsi skatinančių veiksnių visumą; 3. Išryškinti jaunimo mokyklos ypatumus ir besimokančiųjų charakteristikas; 4. Atskleisti nelankymo priežastis jaunimo mokykloje; 5. Išryškinti pagrindinius veiksnius, skatinančius mokymąsi jaunimo mokykloje. Tyrimo metodai: 1. Mokslinės literatūros apžvalga. 2. Interviu ir apklausa raštu. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Increasingly, one of the most pressing problems in schools - students' learning motivation decline, indicated by a learning experience, poor attendance, lack of interest, task, or not being a full withdrawal from school. Each country is faced with drop-outs and left school problem. Therefore, its decision can not be decoupled from the country's economic and social structure. This problem exists in many countries around the world and is associated with poverty, unemployment, drug and alcohol abuse, low social status, social values changed. The problem - goes unused, factors which could encourage the learning of young people in school. Subject - Youth in school learning all the factors. The aim of the study: to reveal effective training factors in school youth. The work of the following tasks: 1. Disclosure of Instruction concept. 2. Defining the learning factor in promoting a whole; 3. Highlight the features of school and student characteristics; 4. Failure to disclose the reasons for the youth in school; 5. Prevence kriminality mládeže na základních školách v praxi / Prevention of juvenile crime at middle schools

This thesis deals with the problem of the implementation of the crime prevention at the primary schools in the Czech Republic. The main objective was to evaluate the application of the crime prevention programs as viewed by the pedagogues from the selected primary school and to find the main insufficiencies and the room for improvements, especially in the implementation of the crime prevention programs area. This Thesis is divided into the two main parts. The theoretical and factual basis are presented in the first part. The theoretical basis collects the opinions of the experts from the given area and helps to define basic terms, concepts and theoretical scopes, with which this thesis further deals. The main theoretical basis of this thesis is the implementation of the state crime prevention through the street-level bureaucrats (employees of the school as the most direct executioners of the state crime prevention). The factual basis comes out from the research of the public legislative and structural basis for the crime prevention at schools in the Czech Republic and thus, it puts the problem into the reality of the current state and demands of the Czech state prevention system. Procura-se conhecer as intenÃÃes, anseios, e, por conseguinte, dificuldades e possibilidades que os sujeitos tÃm, considerando suas trajetÃrias pessoais e suas experiÃncias escolares. Procura-se conhecer como sÃo elaboradas as estratÃgias para realizaÃÃo de seus propÃsitos de vida em seus cotidianos, a partir da socializaÃÃo que vivenciaram em suas realidades concretas. I research the studentâs intentions, aspirations, and further, their difficulties and possibilities, considering their personal path and scholar experiences. I try to know how the strategies for achieving their life purposes in their daily lives are elaborated, from the socialization that they experienced in their concrete realities. To think about the field of possibilities of these youths, I discuss from the ideas of different authors, several support categories, such as social and scholar differences, cultural privileges accumulation, marginalization and concealment of knowledge and social practices, curriculum, intelligence, individual gift and personal merit. The considerations outlined here are made thought reflections, theoretical and empirical studies, which show the challenge of breaking with the circumscribe opportunities reserved to the youths and adults of popular classes. The chances of consummation of studentâs project or purposes of life, professional or educational to the poorest people are scarce and pointed. Considering that the own social and educational system filter and classify in a unequal way, the research propound the denaturalization of the definitions of success and failure in life, express by the hierarchies of knowledge and practice that are regimented socially as individual choice or competence.

We all entered into this process of continuous and rapid changes, however, is the youth that live more intensely. In this sense, the school as a place where there are massive presence of young people going through a similar process. In an attempt to understand these changes our work investigates the cultural practices juveniles through the appropriation of urban spaces and school in the city of Palhoça SC. Through interviews mapped the circuits, musical preferences and behavior of youth in and out of school and established relations with production, consumption and circulation of cultural products. We also present the speeches made on the city from a journalistic production emphasizing cultural aspects of the city. / Os avanços tecnológicos vêm transformando as relações entre os indivíduos nas sociedades contemporâneas, emergem novas formas de sociabilidades. Estamos todos inseridos neste processo de mudanças continuas e aceleradas, entretanto, é a juventude que a vive mais intensamente. Nesse sentido, a escola como um espaço onde há presença massiva de jovens passa por um processo semelhante. Na tentativa de compreender essas mudanças nosso trabalho investiga as práticas culturais juvenis através da apropriação dos espaços urbanos e escolares na cidade de Palhoça SC. Através de entrevistas mapeamos os circuitos, as preferências musicais e o comportamento juvenil dentro e fora da escola e estabelecemos relações com produção, consumo e circulação de produtos culturais. The aim of the master's thesis is to clarify the concept of open clubs. Basic terms connected to an open club are defined in the first part of the thesis. Spontaneous activities and low-threshold approaches are the most important there. The principle of low-threshold approaches are typical also for other institutions, that are registered in law. It concerns low-threshold centres for children and youth. The origin, development, aiming and activities of these centres are described. The thesis explains open activities for young people offered by different leisure time centres. Also open clubs and Salesian centres offer these activities. The last chapter of this part shows basic differences between an open club and a low-threshold centre for children and youth. The second part of the thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the School Education Programme of a chosen centre carrying on an open club. The aim of the research is to find information about the open club in the document and evaluate the extent and the quality of the discovered details.
