Formação continuada de gestores da educação: uma perspectiva interdisciplinar

The research is, thus, guided by the question: Is it possible to identify ontological, epistemological and praxiological aspects in the continued education of Educational Managers that are able to subsidize its interdisciplinary practice on behalf of a participative democratic management in the direction of a qualified school? . As theoretical parameters for the proposed discussion, there are the legislation in force (Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação e Proposta Curricular do Estado de São Paulo Law of Directives and Educational Bases for Education and Curricular Proposal of the State of Sao Paulo); the Idea of Interdisciplinarity (MATURANA, 1990; MORIN, 2000; MACHADO, 2004; FAZENDA, 2005; LENOIR, 2005; GUSDORF, 2006); curriculum (GIROUX, 1997); Continued Education of Educational Managers (LUCK, 2001; FERREIRA, 2006; BRITO, 2009); and Educational Management (HARGREAVES e FINK , 2007; MARTINS, 2007; PARO, 2007; THURLER, 2007). The research also counts on thesis that report praxiological processes of Managers and constitute part of the material for the theoretical articulation and analysis, along with the testimonials of two Supervisors, five Coordinator Professors of the Pedagogical Workshops and five Managers. As a result of such reflection, there is the possibility of constructing the notion of Continued Education of Educational Managers in an interdisciplinary perspective, with the prospection of the strengths in this process, focused on the ontological, epistemological and praxiological aspects of such practice, what resignifies the notion of Management in the current educational context / Este trabalho propõe a articulação de uma perspectiva interdisciplinar na Gestão de instituições de ensino da Rede Pública no contexto educacional do início do século XXI, discutindo os aspectos ontológicos, epistemológicos e praxiológicos envolvidos nesse processo, justificando a necessidade dessa abordagem e buscando identificar os fatores que facilitariam e/ou dificultariam essa proposta. A pesquisa é, assim, norteada pela pergunta: É possível identificar, na formação continuada de Gestores Educacionais, aspectos ontológicos, epistemológicos e praxiológicos, capazes de subsidiar sua prática interdisciplinar em prol de uma gestão democrática participativa na direção de uma escola de qualidade? . The economic order enumerate constitutional precepts as cornerstones free enterprise and the enhancement of human labor already denotes the dual character of economic activity: the pursuit of profit and economic development and their social role. It is precisely in this context that enters the study of the performance of management directors of the Company. All of them should pay attention to the economic aspect together with the social aspect and being a concretizing character of fundamental rights. The social responsibility of the company, as well as the duties to stakeholders, more precisely: consumers, workers, the environment and suppliers, limiting the role of boards of corporations. Interestingly, such a reality to be experienced currently envisioned in the decision making of administrative organs of Stock Action Company, there is no need for direct application of the theory of fundamental rights neither constitutional interpretation is made of their duties, although such practices have a high degree of responsibility of such entities. For this, we analyzed values of livestock and economic performance of organic dairy farm in the state of S?o Paulo with values collected from a database of an industry that had 3259 dairy farms in the same region of the organic property. Data were compared using a benchmark tool. The independent variables identified in all the properties were size in hectares of effective area for milk production, number of lactating cows in the herd and daily milk production. The dependent variables were the zootechnical and economic performances featured in each property. The results of the zootechnical performance of organic property which has 25 hectares area for effective production of milk, dairy cows were 53,60, 2,14 cows per hectare, 1220 liters of daily milk production, 48,80 liter production of milk per area, 83,90% of lactating cows and 22,76 liters of milk per cow in milk, showing better results than conventional properties with similarity in the independent variables. Already the results for the economic margins of organic property were R$ 0,20 and R$ 89,060.00 for gross margins for daily and annual liter, respectively, R$ 0,21, R$ 93,513.00 and R$ 10,47 for banks net per liter per year per hectare, respectively. The economic results of organic property were R$1,00 average cost per liter of milk, -R$ 0,34 return on invested capital, R$ 1,15 Total revenue per liter of milk, R$ 191,989.14 and R$ 639,96 for cash flow in real and actual per hectare per month, respectively. The organic property does not sell milk in its natural form but in derivatives, which have added value and sales value higher than the milk based on CEPEA, which was the analysis parameter. This work also examined the cholesterol and fatty acids in organic milk property, with the results 9.64 ? 0,31mg / 100g cholesterol and the concentration of higher fatty acids in organic milk was palmitic (C16: 0) followed by elaidic (C18: 1 cis 9w9) and stearic (C18: 0). The results of the content of fatty acids in organic milk were 67.06 ? 0.93 mg/100 g for saturated fatty acids (SFA), 26.15 ? 1.10 mg/100g for monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and 2.14 ? 0,15 mg /100g for polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) on a dry matter basis. The values of the quantities of fatty acids represented by ?3 and ?6 were higher in organic milk 0.38 ? 0.04 mg/100h and 2.67 ? 0,41 mg/100 g, respectively. However, the ratio of omega was ?3 / ?6 was 0.19 and ?6/?3 was 22.97. The values of the ratios between the linoleic and linolenic fatty acids were C18: 2 ?6 cis/C18: 3 ?3 were 1.59 and C18: 3 ?3 / C18: 2 cis ?6 was 0.63. It was concluded that, from a technical and economic point of view, the organic system can have values of growth performance and economic compatible or even superior to conventional systems, whatever comparison or benchmark indicators employees. Given the above, it can be concluded that the production of milk in the organic model is sustainable, both from a technical and economic point of view. / O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de avaliar comparativamente o desempenho entre propriedades de leite org?nica e convencionais. Para isso, foi analisado valores de desempenho zoot?cnico e econ?mico de uma fazenda de leite org?nico localizada no estado de S?o Paulo com valores coletados de um banco de dados de uma ind?stria que possu?a 3259 propriedades leiteiras na mesma regi?o da propriedade org?nica. Os dados foram comparados utilizando a ferramenta benchmark. As vari?veis independentes identificadas em todas as propriedades foram tamanho em hectare da ?rea efetiva destinada ? produ??o leiteira, n?mero de vacas lactantes do rebanho e produ??o leiteira di?ria. As vari?veis dependentes foram os desempenhos zoot?cnicos e econ?micos caracterizados em cada propriedade. Os resultados dos desempenhos zoot?cnicos da propriedade org?nica, que possui 25 hectares de ?rea para produ??o efetiva de leite, foram 53,60 vacas em lacta??o, 2,14 vacas por hectare, 1220 litros de produ??o di?ria de leite, 48,80 litros de produ??o de leite por ?rea, 83,90% de vacas em lacta??o e 22,76 litros de leite por vaca em lacta??o, mostrando resultados superiores aos das propriedades convencionais com similaridade nas vari?veis independentes. J? os resultados para as margens econ?micas da propriedade org?nica foram R$ 0,20 e R$ 89.060,00 para margens bruta por litro di?rio e anual, respectivamente, -R$ 0,21, -R$ 93.513,00 e -R$ 10,47 para margens l?quidas por litro, por ano e por hectare, respectivamente. Os resultados econ?micos da propriedade org?nica foram R$ 1,00 de custo m?dio por litro de leite, -R$ 0,34 de retorno sobre capital investido, R$ 1,15 de receita total por litro de leite, -R$ 191.989,14 e -R$ 639,96 para fluxo de caixa em reais e em reais por hectare por m?s, respectivamente. A propriedade org?nica n?o comercializa leite em sua forma natural e sim em derivados, que possuem valor agregado e valores de venda superiores ao do leite com base no CEPEA, o qual foi o par?metro de an?lise. Neste trabalho tamb?m foi analisado o colesterol e ?cidos graxos presentes no leite da propriedade org?nica, tendo como resultados 9,64 ? 0,31mg/100g de colesterol e a concentra??o de maior ?cido graxo no leite org?nico foi de palm?tico (C16:0), seguido pelo ela?dico (C18:1 cis 9 ? 9) e este?rico (C18:0). Os resultados do conte?do dos ?cidos graxos em leite org?nico foram 67,06 ? 0,93 mg/100g para ?cidos graxos saturados (AGS), 26,15 ? 1,10mg/100g para ?cidos graxos monoinsaturados (AGMI) e 2,14 ? 0,15mg/100g para ?cido graxo poliinsaturado (AGPI) em base de mat?ria ?mida. Os valores das quantidades dos ?cidos graxos representados pelos ?3 e ?6 foram altos no leite org?nico 0,38 ? 0,04mg/100g e 2,67 ? 0,41mg/100g, respectivamente. No entanto, a raz?o entre os ?megas foi ?3/?6 foi 0,19 e ?6/?3 foi de 22,97. The containerization of the load has been quickly growing throughout the years. In 2010, 75% of all loads transported in the world were keep in containers. The main goal of this study was to indentify the most relevant factors that lead to a more competitive port according to the users of the ports of brazilian South-east region. A mainly quantitative assessment reaching descriptive and exploratory subjects has been executed. The Factorial Analysis was chosen as the statistic tool to analyze data. That analysis was driven by 31 variables and identified 8 factors that together explani 75% of the variance found among the 31 studied variables. The identified factors and the percentage of variance were explainde by: Factor 1: Support Infrastructure (15,90%); Factor 2: Customs efficiency (11,97%); Factor 3: Public Power Endorsement (10,04%); Factor 4: Container specialization (9,23%); Factor 5: Port Image (7,68%); factor 6: Speed and security in the operation (7,28%); Factor 7: Audit flexibility (6,67%); Factor 8: Land Acess (6,21%). / O transporte mar?timo ? o principal modal utilizado no com?rcio exterior brasileiro, respons?vel, em 2008, por 93,76% da movimenta??o do com?rcio internacional do Brasil, o que evidencia a import?ncia do setor, tanto para as exporta??es quanto para as importa??es nacionais. O processo de conteineriza??o de carga vem crescendo ao longo dos anos. No ano de 2010, aproximadamente, 75% das cargas movimentadas no mundo foram armazenadas em cont?ineres. To meet this objective, we seek to chart a course of education policy brief focused on Professional Education and Youth and Adult Education in Brazil, presenting the historical and political elements that led to the deployment of PROEJA; relationships between work and education categories, explaining how they are in capitalist society, understanding work on Gramsci as an educational principle, such a conception in the questioning PROEJA, indicating the limits and possibilities of linking the PROEJA this principle. The work consists of two chapters, the first refers specifically to PROEJA, its implementation and a brief historical education about the modalities that originated - Professional Education and Youth and Adult Education. The second chapter discusses the debate on the relationship between work and education in capitalist society, has the Gramscian concept of work as an educational principle and reflects on the adoption of this principle by PROEJA, seeking to problematize it in order to understand what the limits and the possibilities realization of this conception in the current mode of production. / Essa pesquisa objetivou problematizar o trabalho como princípio educativo no PROEJA Programa Nacional de Integração da Educação Profissional com a Educação Básica na Modalidade de Educação de Jovens e Adultos. Para cumprir com esse objetivo, buscamos traçar um breve percurso da política educacional voltada à Educação Profissional e Educação de Jovens e Adultos no Brasil, apresentando os elementos históricos e políticos que levaram à implantação do PROEJA; estabelecer relações entre as categorias trabalho e educação, explicitando como estas se constituem na sociedade capitalista; compreender o trabalho como princípio educativo em Gramsci, problematizando tal concepção no PROEJA, indicando limites e possibilidades da vinculação desse princípio ao PROEJA. O trabalho é composto por dois capítulos, sendo o primeiro referente especificamente ao PROEJA, sua implantação e um breve resgate histórico acerca das modalidades de educação que o originaram Educação Profissional e Educação de Jovens e Adultos. O segundo capítulo aborda o debate sobre a relação trabalho e educação na sociedade capitalista, apresenta a concepção gramsciana de trabalho como princípio educativo e reflete sobre a adoção desse princípio pelo PROEJA, buscando problematizá-lo a fim de compreender quais os limites e quais as possibilidades de realização dessa concepção no atual modo de produção.

The subsidiary objective is to describe the current state of functioning of selected non-profit sports organizations in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic Methods: In order to achieve the objectives the method of document analysis and the comparison method is used in this thesis. The method of document analysis is applied to describe the current form of legal and economic aspects of management of non-profit sports organizations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The comparative method is used through selected comparative criterias to draw a comparison between the situation of non-profit sports organizations in both countries. International Criminal Law as an Instrument of Environmental Protection The aim of this thesis is to explore the potential of the international criminal law as an instrument for solving global environmental problems, which would enable better implementation of international environmental legal norms. The first chapter provides an outline of core ideas and concepts, which originate from the understanding of the international criminal law as an ultima ratio instrument for safeguarding the international security and the health of humankind, i.e. the identical values that have been seriously threatened by the global environmental crisis at the beginning of the 21st century. The second chapter elaborates on the international environmental protection in times of peace, with emphasis on the non-existence of effective responsibility mechanisms, which would oblige states and private entities to adhere to general international environmental norms. For the most severe cases of failure to adhere to said norms, the future use of the international criminal law is being proposed. A mediação entre a arte e o público, em espaços expositivos, alicerçada nas experiências desencadeadas pelas narrativas, define, o corpus da presente pesquisa e conduz este estudo no universo do ensino e aprendizagem da arte. A pesquisa analisa as atividades curatoriais e de mediação do Prêmio Brasil Fotografia - SP. Para resolvermos a problemática em questão, realizamos como caminho teórico estudos de um caso (André, 2005), fundamentados com base na história de vida (Josso, 2010), na memória empresarial (Nassar, 2007), nos prêmios corporativos para as artes (Wu, 2006), nos contos de tradição oral (Machado, 2004) e na interpretação da imagem fotográfica (Boris Kossoy, 2007, 2009, 2012). O texto propõe reflexões sobre a mediação cultural em espaços expositivos com base na experiência realizada na abertura da 10ª edição do Prêmio com a exposição \"Ensaio - Estrada Nova S/N\" do fotógrafo paraense Luiz Braga. Quatro elementos são essenciais neste trabalho: a formação de um acervo fotográfico,o espaço expositivo dentro da empresa, o olhar do fotógrafo e o trabalho do mediador. / The mediation between the art and the people in expository places, based on the experiences originated from narratives, defines the corpus of the current research and leads this study through the universe of the learning and the teaching of Arts. This research analyses the curatorial and mediation activities of The Brazil\'s Photography Prize\" - SP. In order for us to find a solution for the referred to subject matter, we used one of the cases (André, 2005) as a way of our theoretical studies, based upon a life story (Josso, 2010), a business memory (Nassar, 2007), the corporative prizes for arts (Wu, 2006), the tales of oral tradition (Machado, 2004), and also upon the interpretation of photographic images (Boris Kossoy, 2007, 2009, 2012). The text proposes some reflections over the cultural mediation in expository places based on the experience made in the opening of the Prize\'s 10th Edition with the exhibition named \"Essay - New Road No number\" by the photographer Luiz Braga from Pará state. Four elements were essential in the composition of this work: the formation of a new photo collection, the expository place in a company, the view of the ´photographer, and the work of the mediator.

Needs-Analysis-Informed Teaching for English for Specific Purposes

Reconceptualization is needed for English language teaching as a response to English-as-an-international language (EIL) contexts. Correspondingly this will lead to what is called “an ecological approach” that invites accommodation of language-learning instruction to the local needs within discourse communities. In this research, the researcher will investigate the English for specific purposes (ESP) needs of business students to explore how best to address their expressed needs through subsequent tutoring. The ecological approach along with vocabulary teaching approach may look deeply into students’ needs. To assess their needs, a questionnaire was developed and administrated to international students in the College of Business and Public Administration (CBPA) at California State University, San Bernardino to investigate what students feel are their strengths as well as needs, in order to succeed in their business studies.

EMPLOYER BRANDING : En analys av idealbilden inom Employer Branding

I en allt mer konkurrenskraftig vardag måste dagens arbetsgivare lägga större fokus på̊ att sticka ut. Endel gör det genom innovativa produkter och samarbeten, andra genom en aggressiv marknadsföringsstrategi. Humankapitalet har därför blivit ett betydelsefullt konkurrensmedel där efterfrågan på rätt kompetens har ökat. Därför har Employer Branding idag blivit ett av de hetaste ämnena inom organisatoriska kompetensförsörjning. Men hur tillämpar man Employer Branding mest effektivt enligt praktiker och teoretiker? Syftet med studien är därför att undersöka med hjälp av en diskursanalys hur Employer Branding-praktikers idealbilder ser ut. Genom denna frågeställning har jag satt praktiken i relation till de teoretiska grundpelarna inom Employer Branding. Vilket har resulterat i nyckeltal och tydliga framgångsfaktorer inom ämnet. Studien ger även en bredare insyn av självbegreppet och hur du kan tillämpa strategin för bästa möjliga effekt.
