O presente trabalho tem por objetivo averiguar como se dá o processo identitário através da memória evocada na poética de Ana Cruz e Conceição Evaristo. O corpus teórico está dividido em duas partes. Na primeira, com base em autores como Iván Izquierdo (2004), Jacques Le Goff (2003), Santo Agostinho (1973), Paul Ricoeur (2007), Maurice Halbwachs (2006), Henri Bergson (1990 e 2006) entre outros, discorre-se a respeito de três tipos de memória: individual, coletiva e histórica. Na segunda, pela perspectiva de Michael Pollak (1989 e 1992), Stuart Hall (2003, 2005), Homi Bhabha (1998), Zilá Bernd (1987, 1988 e 2003) e Eduardo de Assis Duarte (2006, 2007 e 2010), aborda-se a questão identitária relacionada ao processo de rememoração utilizado na literatura afro-brasileira. O corpus de análise é constituído pelas obras Guardados da memória, de Ana Cruz, e Poemas da recordação de outros movimentos, de Conceição Evaristo, publicadas no ano de 2008. Tomada a poesia como forma privilegiada e sucinta de extravasar a consciência e os sentimentos humanos quanto à história e à realidade, os resultados desta pesquisa revelam a memória identitária do negro no Brasil a partir dos tipos de vivência elucidadas pelas autoras. / The present study has as objective to investigate how is the development of the identitary process through memory evoked in the poetry of Ana Cruz and Conceição Evaristo. Contrapondo palavras – escritas e orais – a presente pesquisa tem como foco a performance e poesia que deste encontro podem desencadear. Centrando-se em dois temas-base (colonialismo pelo olhar de Stuart Hall, Albert Memmi e Ana Mafalda Leite principalmente e guerra, mais precisamente pelo viés que Frank Fanon nós guia.) apresenta-se um entrecruzamento de idéias e sons emitidos pela escritora Ana Paula Tavares em sua obra, A Cabeça de Salomé, publicada pelo Editorial Caminho em 2004 e transcrições em áudio e vídeo das narrativas contadas pelo interlocutor Adalberto de Almeida Moreira, seu Beto, atual catador de lixo da cidade de Dom Pedrito (Rio Grande do Sul/Brasil). São temas, cenas, questionamentos que se originam do dia-a-dia dos narradores apontando para as suas memórias que propiciaram a efetivação deste estudo resultando neste texto e em três documentários que seguem em anexo. / The valorization of voice is perhaps here in this study the unleashing element present throughout the following text. Here it is found an attempt to sew with different edges of the same spool, the stories told by seu Beto, an interlocutor inhabitant from Dom Pedrito city (located in Rio Grande do Sul state countryside - Brazil), and by the Angolan writer Ana Paula Tavares. Using the colors offered by orality and writing, it was organized a weaving of themes from colonialism and war, biases that are overcrossed and by lined up according to Literature and History. Furthermore, following the same material used in printed material - some chronicles presented in the work named The Salome’s Head (A Cabeça de Salomé in Portuguese)(Caminho, 2004) and narrations recorded in audio and video – some documentaries were constructed that point to other issues that are lesser appeared on this text. However, all of them have as common feature: the character of everyday life. They are themes, scenes, questions that arise from the storytellers’ daily routine pointing out to their memories.

A revolução tecnológica e os movimentos feministas ocorridos durante o século XX, somados ao fenômeno da globalização do início do século XXI, resultam na alteração da identidade dos indivíduos e a ressignificação de seus espaços de habitar, especialmente, no que diz respeito à condição a que estiveram submetidas as mulheres, sob a égide da dominação masculina. Este trabalho investiga como ocorrem as formas de representação dos espaços de habitar ficcionais em suas dimensões regionais, naturais e domésticas e a condição da identidade feminina, na literatura de escrita feminina contemporânea, tendo como objeto de estudo a obra literária A audácia dessa mulher (1999), de Ana Maria Machado. A partir de uma abordagem culturalista, utilizamos os conceitos de subjetividade dos espaços ficcionais, além de aspectos da filosofia fenomenológica e da geografia humanista, bem como pressupostos da crítica literária feminista, estabelecendo relações com o contexto sócio-histórico representado no romance, examinando como as personagens femininas e seus respectivos espaços de habitar se relacionam. Também verificamos como cada espaço se constrói a partir de determinada condição histórica, social e cultural, culminando na constituição de ambientes simbólicos ricos em significações, a partir das identidades impostas e/ou assumidas, dependendo da época de existência das personagens, cada uma em seus momentos específicos de vivência. / The technological revolution and the feminist movements that happened during the 20th century, added up to the globalization phenomena in the early 21st century, result in the change of identity of individuals and in resignification of the spaces of inhabiting, especially, when it comes to the conditions which women had been through under the aegis of male domination. This project investigates how the ways of representation of fictional spaces to live occur in their regional, natural and domestic dimensions, and the condition of the female identity in the contemporary female written literature, having as study object the literary work A audácia dessa mulher (The boldness of this woman) (1999), by Ana Maria Machado. From the culturalist approach, we used the concepts of fictional spaces subjectivity, besides aspects of phenomenological philosophy and humanist geography, as well as assumptions of feminist literary critics, establishing relations with the socio-historical context represented in the romance, examining how the female characters and its spaces of inhabiting relate. We also verify how each space is built from an specific historical, social and cultural condition, culminating in the constitution of symbolic environments rich in signification, from the imposed and/or assumed identities, depending on the existence time of the characters, each one in their specific moments of living.

O uso das técnicas de análise multivariada está reservado aos grandes centros de pesquisa, µas grandes empresas e ao ambiente acad^emico. Essas técnicas s~ao muito interessantes porque utilizam simultaneamente todas as variáveis respostas na interpretação teórica do conjunto de dados, levando em conta as correlações existentes entre elas. Uma das principais barreiras para a utilização dessas técnicas é o seu desconhecimento pelos pesquisadores interessados na pesquisa quantitativa. A outra dificuldade é que a grande maioria de softwares que permitem esse tipo de análise (SAS, MINITAB, BMDP, STATISTICA, S-PLUS, SYSTAT, etc.) não são de domínio público. A disseminação do uso das técnicas multivariadas pode melhorar a qualidade das pesquisas, proporcionar uma economia relativa de tempo e de custo, e facilitar a interpretação das estruturas dos dados, diminuindo a perda de informação. Neste trabalho, foram confirmadas algumas vantagens das técnicas multivariadas sobre as univariadas na análise de dados de expe- rimentos agropecuários. As análises foram realizadas com o auxílio do software R, um software aberto, \"amigável\" e gratuito, com inúmeros recursos disponíveis. / The use of the techniques of multivariate analysis is restricted to large centers of research, the higher companies and the academic environment. These techniques are very inte- resting because of the use of all answers variables simultaneously in theoretical interpretation of the data set, considering the correlations between them. One of the main obstacle to the usage of these techniques is that researchers interested in the quantitative research do not know them. The other di±culty is that most of the software that allow this type of analysis (SAS, MINITAB, BMDP, STATISTICA, S-PLUS, SYSTAT etc.) are not in public domain. Publishing the use of Multivariate techniques can improve the quality of the research, decrease the time spend and the cost, and make easy the interpretation of the structures of the data without cause damage of the information. In this report, were con¯rmed some advantages of the multivariate techniques in a univariate analysis for data of agricultural experiments. The analysis were taken with R software, a open software, \"friendly\" and free, with many statistical resources available.

L’objet de cette thèse est de montrer les spécificités de l’anecdote, comme micro-récit à prétention véridique, à partir du milieu du XVIIe siècle. Ce genre de récit a alors connu un essor notable dans les discours émanant des milieux mondains et savants ; au même moment, il devient une des modalités de l’écriture de l’Histoire dans les Mémoires de cour. En constituant un corpus d’échantillons issus de Mémoires, de Vies et d’Ana (recueils de pensées et d’anecdotes), nous dégageons un prototype de cette séquence textuelle. Malgré son air de famille avec l’exemplum, la facétie ou l’apophtegme, l’anecdote s’en distingue par la rétention à la véridicité. Cette propriété s’avère décisive dans une période où l’écriture historique et biographique connaît une reconfiguration rhétorique, à la faveur d’une attention accrue à l’individu et au détail authentique. Mais d’autres traits inhérents à l’anecdote entravent ce souci du vrai. Parce que son usage vise à susciter un affect (rire, surprise), elle est attirée par les formes de l’invention (fiction, plaisanterie, satire). Elle est par ailleurs faite pour circuler, dépourvue de véritable auteur : issue d’un discours oral, elle est transmise par l’écrit, puis souvent extraite en recueils et compilée. En vue d’établir une poétique et une rhétorique de ce genre, nous examinons ses caractéristiques langagières, ses modalités de circulation, et sa manière paradoxale de construire un discours vrai sur l’individu. Nous espérons ainsi contribuer à une histoire des formes, en montrant que l’anecdote prend le relais d’anciens genres de récits brefs à la fin de la première modernité. / The purpose of this work is to define the characteristics of the anecdote, understood as a short non fictitious narrative, from the middle of the 17th century. In that period the anecdote enjoyed a wide popularity amongst scholars and high society, while it became an historiographic form in Memoirs of the court. The analysis of a series of examples taken from Memoirs, Lives and Ana (i.e. collections of thoughts and anecdotes) enables us to outline a textual pattern. In spite of the likeness it bears to the exemplum, the jest and the apothegm, the anecdote differs by its claim to truthfulness. This particularity appears to be essential in the context of a profound transformation of historical and biographical rhetoric, which evolves towards a deeper interest in the individual and the authentic detail. However this aspiration to truthfulness is limited by other characteristics of the anecdote. Insofar as it aims to provoke an emotional reaction (such as laughter or surprise), the anecdote is also linked to more inventive forms (for instance fiction, joke, satire). Besides it is designed for circulation and doesn’t belong to a single author: its oral origin is altered by the process of writing, collecting and compilating. To describe a poetic and rhetoric of this genre, we intend to analyse its linguistic characteristics, the paths of its circulation, and its paradoxical way of producing a truthful statement on the individual. Our work takes part in the history of literary forms and aims to show that the anecdote has replaced ancient forms of brief narratives in early modern French literature and historiography.

The subject of the thesis Online Propagation of Web Portal is formulation of recom-mendations for online campaigns for selected business entity. In the first chapter are defined basic concepts of Internet advertising as part of marketing and terms of web analytics. In the second chapter, there are internet campaigns analyzed using web analy-tics. On the basis of this analysis are formulated specific recommendations in the third chapter. The fourth chapter deals with the evaluation of modified campaigns. The fifth chapter deals with the evaluation of the results and the formulation of final recommen-dations.

The purpose of this project was to develop a semester length community college curriculum for a course in the theory and servicing of digital-high definition television for the students in the service technology field of electronics at Santa Ana Community College in Santa Ana, California. Additionally, it is designed with the current electronic service industry in mind.

This thesis focuses on mapping the service department at Bystronic Czech Republic s.r.o. and optimizing it to improve future process conditions. Optimization will include a solution design to improve the functionality of the department so that business goals can be achieved. The evaluation is based on a comparison of data of past periods using a process approach. The introduction describes the analytical and optimization tools from which the data will be used to design the most appropriate solution.

Tesis para optar al grado de Magíster en Literatura / Escuela de Postgrado / Esta investigación tiene como fin estudiar la construcción del cuerpo marginal en tres textos narrativos escritos durante la dictadura y postdictadura chilena: Lumpérica (1983) de Diamela Eltit. Óxido de Carmen (1986) de Ana María del Río y La esquina es mi corazón (1995) de Pedro Lemebel. Desde mi punto de vista, estas configuraciones del cuerpo se articulan, principalmente, desde las voces narrativas, las que definen a los cuerpos como espacios de resistencia político-identitaria. En la tesis sostengo que la representación del cuerpo marginal del corpus de estudio entra en debate con el proyecto ideológico refundacional al Estado chileno que se inicia con el Golpe de Estado en Chile (1973). Dicho proyecto se sostiene en, al menos, tres tipos de discursos: el nacionalista, el católico y el neoliberal. Los tres actúan sobre la matriz heteronormativa para reproducir un determinado orden de relaciones que evoluciona hacia un modelo neoliberal. Los textos seleccionados desafían el contexto ideológico en el que fueron escritos, generando concepciones contrahegemónicas de sujeto y de comunidad, así como recursos literarios que problematizan las bases de los discursos antes mencionados.
