本文研究動機緣於台灣早期的「反共必勝、暴政必亡」到廿世紀晚期的「中國崩潰論」,其預測及論述與現實的「中國崛起論」並不相符,且對緩解「台海衝突論」毫無意義。社會科學研究總是反應時代現實,因此本文的研究目的是理論層面的探討以及時代精神的反省。本文以辜汪會談為切入點並研究九○年代以來「台海衝突論」的癥結「一個中國爭議」,論述台灣政策氛圍的集體心態調整與柔水哲學的生存觀點。本文探討兩岸潛在衝突性的解決之道並理性化台灣的最大國家利益。本文理論基礎的「柔水哲學/Habeeb理論」的實質內涵有兩層,一是集體心態上的不與強國爭勝,寧願「裡子」甚於「面子」或「裡子」與「面子」的平衡,二是政策面向的彈性與柔軟,總括其為柔性策略或彈性策略的中心概念。這在突顯其與九○年代以來,台灣面對兩岸關係的僵持無解與「鎖國心態」形成兩者之間在理念上的鮮明對比。本章以三個節項(本文結論的型模分析、柔水哲學/Habeeb理論的理念闡述、理論主張檢驗)來鋪陳本文結論與相關論述。 / This dissertation mainly study Cross-strait relation of Taiwan.When Taiwan faces rising-China,it may renew the thinking,policy and collective spirit against the old one that is a survival way for Taiwan.So, this dissertation assert Taiwan may assume some soft-power and soft manner to deal rising-China.For the purpose of survival way of Taiwan,this dissertation address a case-study to research the resolution of conflict existed Cross-strait presently.In fact,Cross-strait conflict mainly result from one-China dispute.So,the survival way for Taiwan mainly strive the issue of one-China.Under the context of that spirit,Taiwan may develop some strategies and adapt attitude for accommodation the rising-China.Along the approach of case-study,this dissertation discourse the negotiation strategy in Koo-Wang talk in 1993.Additionally,soft-power and soft manner for Taiwan to treat China is a normative prescription so that this dissertation develop some statements compatible the principle of one-China.That must be a new norm for Taiwan in the new era.

The work is a human experience that highlights the intersection of collective and individual nature, which is encouraged throughout the individuation. From the concept of work and the ancestry of the profession in Brazil, which denotes its cultural complex, we construct a reflection approaching the daily work of nannies today and some considerations about their professional persona. We note that the centrality of work is a characteristic of the profession, influencing the lives of workers in how they invest energy and dedication in the personal and family context. This occurs mainly among workers who live in the residence of work, which makes the boundary between public and private spheres almost nonexistent, which may favor the rigidity of the professional persona. The professional role of the nanny is related to parental functions such as care, educate, give affection, attention and love, through a substitutive fraternal relationship, which makes her supporting of familiar life. In this sense, she coordinates archetypal elements of maternal and paternal, of eros and power, in their daily assignments. The coordination of these elements stems from the psychological baggage of professional and express your personal directory about the symmetric and asymmetric relations. This dynamic is manifested in the relationship between the worker, child and parents, setting up a triangulation, in which the nanny must pass, and the more good it does, more integrate will be the experience of his professional persona. Thus, it becomes relevant to the creation of a specialized space, group and/or individual, in which daily experiences can be shared in order to increase consciousness of workers about their professional role, and also to propitiate the development of symbolic language, which can facilitate the individuation / Esta pesquisa caracteriza-se pelo enfoque metodológico qualitativo e tem como objetivo conhecer as particularidades do cotidiano de trabalho das babás, no intuito de elaborar uma reflexão acerca dessas vivências à luz da psicologia analítica, considerando aspectos históricos e sociais. O trabalho é uma experiência humana que evidencia a intersecção entre a sua natureza coletiva e individual, que é dinamizada ao longo do processo de individuação. A partir do conceito de trabalho, e da ancestralidade da profissão no Brasil, que denota o seu complexo cultural, construímos uma reflexão abordando o cotidiano de trabalho das babás na atualidade e algumas considerações sobre sua persona profissional. Observamos que a centralidade do trabalho é uma característica da profissão, que influencia a vida das trabalhadoras no modo como investem energia e dedicação no âmbito pessoal e familiar. A New Hands-free Face to Face Video Communication Method : Profile based frontal face video reconstruction

This thesis proposes a method to reconstruct a frontal facial video basedon encoding done with the facial profile of another video sequence.The reconstructed facial video will have the similar facial expressionchanges as the changes in the profile video. First, the profiles for boththe reference video and for the test video are captured by edge detection.Then, asymmetrical principal component analysis is used to model thecorrespondence between the profile and the frontal face. This allows en-coding from a profile and decoding of the frontal face of another video.Another solution is to use dynamic time warping to match the profilesand select the best matching corresponding frontal face frame for re-construction. With this method, we can reconstructed the test frontalvideo to make it have the similar changing in facial expressions as thereference video. To improve the quality of the result video, Local Lin-ear Embedding is used to give the result video a smoother transitionbetween frames.

<p>The subject of this thesis is interaction in the service encounter. The aim is to describe and explain the service encounter interaction with a special focus on the social and organisational context. The contextual focus is related to two overriding questions: What significance does the human interaction have for the service encounter? What significance does the organisational context have for the service encounter?</p><p>The result show that even though the communication consists of four discerned phases – salutation, the subject of the call, concluding the subject, and rounding off the call, each phase also displays contradictions. Consequently, there are both relational and instrumental utterances, as well as symmetrical and asymmetrical aspects of the conversations.</p><p>These contradictory results of the relational-instrumental and symmetrical-asymmetrical features are explained when interaction is viewed in terms of three different sets of logic – the commercial, the bureaucratic, and the social. Every logic is constituted by a number of characteristics, each contributing to the shape of the interaction and to the relationship between the customer and the employee.</p><p>Analytically speaking, the three forms of logic can be described in terms of their respective field of action and rationality, that is, what the actors talk about and what the purpose of the talk is. It is shown that the actors must prioritise between economic, administrative and personal areas within a limited time of action. It is also clear that the disparate rationalities, that is, economic, executive and recognition, all exercise influence over the service encounter, which means that acts aiming at a specific goal are restricted by the objectives of the other logics. Therefore there is a certain self-regulating function in the antagonism between the logics. The positions of the employee in relation to the customer, the organisation and the so-called collective customer mean that there are demands made from three qualitatively different directions. There is, in other words, a three-bosses dilemma for employees. The different positions of the employee also entail three different asymmetrical relationships in which either the customer or the employee has the advantage. This position constructs the hierarchy of dominance between employee and customer.</p><p>To conclude, the interaction constitutes a complex relationship between the characteristics of the logics and when these combine the interaction of the service encounter is shaped. The fact that the service encounter involves human interaction means that there is a counter balance against the organisational ascendancy.</p>

According to the summary statistics, the annual sales volume of American second-hand vehicle is already 2.5 times of its new vehicle sales volume, and the year sales volume of Japanese second-hand vehicle has continuously surpassed its new vehicle the sales volume for many years. Just because of huge second-hand vehicle market, the developed countries can maintain a stable and huge market of new vehicle market. The final work of master studies reviews various industrial robots constructions and parameters, from which they are characterized. Robotics systems and control of flexible production have been discussed in here. Various robots’ drives and their control advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. In the practical part original robot global movement platform is suggested and algorithm of two flexible production bays handling is created. Static characteristics of linear drive used in platform are calculated. Using software package “Matlab Simulink” model of symmetrical linear induction motor (LIM) is created and dynamic characteristics are gained. Concluding part presents inferences and suggestions.

Surveys show that consumers tend to avoid traditional marketing channels, leading the practitioners to use earned media channels through public relations (PR). This has also led to the use of covert PR. To understand the use of this communications method, the purpose of this thesis is to study campaigns, which have gained transmission in social media, by investigating how practitioners of three different campaigns motivate the choice to use covert PR. The study is based on a hermeneutic methodology and has an abductive approach. It is carried out by semi-structured elite interviews with six contributors of three different campaigns, using covert PR. The primary data consists of the empery of the interviews, while the secondary data consists of a theoretical framework of excellence in public relations, the PR practice and viral messages. The result of the study indicates the point of view that covert PR has given the campaigns a wider reach. Furthermore the campaigns are described as having gained an extensive viral transmission, which exceeded the expectations of the interviewees. Nevertheless none of the practitioners think they will do a similar campaign again, it seems that they are aware of the risk of covert PR reducing the organisation’s reputation. The analysis also show a contradiction between the interviewees’ position and the presented theory, which might be caused by a perspective on PR as a way of spreading information rather than creating relationships. / Undersökningar visar att konsumenter i allt större utsträckning undviker reklam, vilket har gjort att kommunikationspraktiker i större utsträckning väljer förtjänade kanaler, eller public relations (PR), för att nå sina målgrupper. En följd av det är PR-aktiviteter med dolda avsändare. Med utgångspunkt i den debatt som finns kring metoden är syftet med studien att undersöka PR som fått viral spridning med avseende på hur tre kampanjer utformats och hur praktikerna bakom dessa i efterhand motiverar och resonerar kring valet av dold viral PR. För att få förståelse för fenomenet och varför sådana kampanjer genomförs har studien ett hermeneutiskt förhållningssätt och en abduktiv ansats. Undersökningen har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod genom semistrukturerade elitintervjuer med sex stycken praktiker som jobbat med någon av tre valda kampanjer. Det empiriska materialet i form av intervjuerna utgör studiens primärdata, medan dess sekundärdata består av teorier och tidigare forskning om excellens i public relations, PR i praktiken och viral spridning i sociala medier. Resultatet visar att den dolda avsändaren och dess avslöjande anses bidra till viral spridning. Kampanjerna motiveras med att de nått stora målgrupper, väckt debatt och varit underhållande – och räckvidden har överträffat praktikernas förväntningar. Ändå nämner alla att det inte är önskvärt att förknippas med metoden. Respondenternas utsagor går till viss del emot teorins normativa resonemang, vilket möjligtvis skulle kunna förklaras av en syn på PR som informationsspridande snarare än relationsskapande.
