SammanfattningDetta arbete gör ett nedslag i Malmös och Lunds bostadsmarknad, med fokus på hyresmarknaden. Det som åskådliggörs under arbetets gång är vad som styr dagens hyresgäster när det kommer till att välja boendeform. Detta är sprunget ur den kraftiga ombildningshysteri från hyresrätt till bostadsrätt, som råder i dagsläget. Vi ämnar ta reda på vilken boendeform man föredrar som hyresgäst och varför. Vidare vill vi undersöka vilka förväntningar man har på respektive boendeform och hur dessa gestaltar sig, samt vilka för- och nackdelar man upplever med de olika formerna. Vi valde att undersöka detta med hjälp av en omfattande enkät, av vilken vi fick in tankar och funderingar från 100 hyresgäster i Malmö och Lund. Resultatet som framkom när vi analyserade enkäten var att bostadsrätten var den klart mest attraktiva formen av boende. Dessutom visar enkäten tydligt att hyresgästerna har högre förväntningar på bostadsrätten. Dels tror man på stigande priser och dels på en bättre gemenskap i huset, medan hyresrätten ses som ett bra alternativ för de som vill dra nytta av den service som man får när man hyr sin bostad. / AbstractThis report is about the housing market of Malmö and Lund and the main cause is to see what determines the choice of living. The facts that will be shown during the progress of our work, is the tenants’ expectations of their chosen form of living. This investigation is based on the high number of rented flats that are converted into cooperative flats today. We are to find out which of these forms of living you prefer as a tenant and why. As we go on, we will further investigate what expectations people have and how these take place and at the same time investigate the tenants’ experienced pros and cons of each form of living. Our method of the investigation was an extensive survey. Our goal was to get 100 people in Malmö and Lund to participate in the survey and contribute with their thoughts and opinions in the matter. The results we got when the survey was analyzed was that the corporative flat was the most preferred way of living. The next thing that became a fact in our analysis was that the expectations of the corporative flats were the highest among the given forms of living. The tenants believe in increasing housing prices and better standard in terms of connecting with the neighbours. The rented flat is seen as an option if you want to use all the service that the landlord provides, which doesn’t come with the corporative flat.

This is a normative study of integration in Sweden. The focus lies on the segregation found in the larger metropolitan areas and the politics surrounding the different ways in which to tackle problems new and old. This paper centers on the recent discussions around immigration and integration in Sweden and Europe as a whole. This paper looks at the increasing segregation in Swedish suburbs and aims to explore the reasons for this. The paper will look at economic, societal and cultural reasons for this segregation. In addition it will also explore the politics of integration on a local and national level. The local level studies four city areas that features the highest percentage of inhabitants with a foreign background in Västerås. The main focus of this paper is the housing situation that more or less “cause” segregation.

Syftet med denna kvalitativa studie var att belysa uppfattningar och erfarenheter hos personal inom Socialtjänsten i Stockholms stad och Stockholms Stadsmission vid val av klienter till projektet Bostad först. Syftet var även att se om projektet kan ha påverkat synen på hemlösa personer med missbruksproblematik. Studien utgick från en hermeneutisk utgångspunkt som bygger på sex semistrukturerade intervjuer med personal, som arbetar med klientarbete. Det teoretiska perspektiv som valdes för att analysera resultatet var människovårdande organisationer och Lipskys teori Street-Level Bureaucracy. Resultatet visar på att personalen uppfattar att missbruksproblematik, psykisk problematik, individuella faktorer och de ökande krav som finns i samhället är orsaker till hemlöshet. Det urval som görs av klienter till Bostad först bygger på att klienten inte har tillgång till den vanliga bostadsmarknaden, ett aktivt missbruk och har haft många insatser från Socialtjänsten. Det framkom även hos personalen att de klienter som väljs ut är de som anses kunna lyckas i projektet. Inom de professionellas verksamhet kan en förändrad syn på hemlöshet ha skett, i och med att personer som bor i träningslägenheter får bo kvar vid återfall i missbruk.

ABSTRACT In this study, five people were interviewed who are involved in a drug-assisted program for opiate addiction, also called substitution program. The meaning of substitution is that these clients' drug addiction is replaced with substitute preparations, either methadone or Subutex in an orderly manner. The clients of the researcher decided to study the substitution program have all been a heavy opiate addiction for years. Their participation in the replacement program is more than two years, and those who have been around the longest have been in the program for six years, so long as the substitution program has existed in Visby.This is a qualitative study in which interviews are conducted face to face with each individual client, and the interview was unstructured in the sense that no specific issues made in advance. The interviews have been themed, and the researcher has gone through various areas of life around the respondent. The researcher was paid partly from a salutogenic perspective, and selected KASAM-theory, but also Goldberg's conspiracy theory and Ex-processes. The aim has been to try to find out which social factors play in a person's life because he or she should be able to be of abuse. It can, for example be about networking, work/employment, housing or health. The result shows that one's family, home and health are among the main reasons for their enforcement to be addiction free. But this would not be met if they had not received their replacement therapy.

Rapporten avhandlar visualiseringen i marknadsföringsstadiet av ett byggnadsprojekt med tillämpning på Trivselhus bostäder. För att få en grund till vad som ska ändras gällande företagets nuvarande visualisering har intervjuer genomförts med samtliga berörda parter. Dessa är säljare, kunder och husdesigners. Efter detta har två förslag till förändringar av nuvarande visualiseringar arbetats fram i Revit med intervjuerna som underlag.

Jag har spenderat största delen av min vakna tid och en del av nätterna, av vårterminen, i en trälåda. Genom att bygga och bygga om dess inre och hela tiden befinna mig mitt i projektet har jag använt min kropp som mätinstrument för att utvärdera det som jag har byggt. Mina tankar om rummet har fått materialisera sig som en fullskalemodell istället för en ritning, det har gjort arkitekturen till en upplevelse istället för en abstrakt idé. Med en såg och en skruvdragare har jag förändra min omgivning och sökt efter ett intuitivt sätt att förstå och skapa arkitektur på. Det har varit en resa där det har handlat om att återupptäcka de mest fundamentala aspekterna av arkitektur så som värme, ventilation, ljus och mörker och grundläggande konstruktionsaspekter i hur regel- och skivmaterial samverkar. All dokumentation och ritningsarbete har skett inifrån lådan i den senaste konfigurationen. I och med metasituationen, att sitta i det som jag avbildar, har fokus hamnat lika mycket på att beskriva hur det känns att vara i lådan som den byggtekniska aspekten. / I have spent most of my waking hours and some of the nights of the spring semester in a wooden box in my yard, built and rebuilt its interior and tried to make it better. By constantly changing my surroundings and then letting my body evaluate the space, I have been looking for an intuitive and evolutionary way to understand and create architecture. I have materialized my ideas in a full scale model instead of a drawing; it made the architecture to an experience instead of an abstract idea. This project has been about rediscovering the most fundamental aspects of architecture such as heating, ventilation, light and darkness and the basic design aspects of the beams and board materials. All documentation and drafting work has been done from inside the box. In the Meta situation, to be in the site as I image, the focus has fallen equally on to describe how it feels to be in the box as the constructional and technical aspect.

De senaste decennierna har det blivit allt tydligare att utbudet på bostadsmarknaden inte matchar efterfrågan. Främst den rådande bristen på bostäder, men också för de bostäder som alla slåss om i huvudsak är byggda utifrån hur Sverige såg ut för 40–50 år sedan. Dagens familjer och deras behov ser inte lika dana ut som när bostäderna byggdes. Bostadsmarknaden måste följa samhällets utveckling och vara villiga att satsa på nytänkande. I mitt examensarbete vill jag visa på hur ett sådant boende skulle kunna se ut.
