Previous issue date: 2017 / ? cada vez mais crescente a demanda por profissionais capacitados para operar m?quinas com elevada tecnologia e valor comercial. A fim de resolver parte desse gargalo, o simulador de realidade virtual de m?quinas florestais est? entre as tecnologias mais utilizadas para treinamento com menor custo/benef?cio. Logo, definir e conhecer o perfil de um futuro operador frente ?s condi??es de trabalho do simulador possibilita maior chance de ?xito na execu??o das atividades de campo, com m?quinas de colheita florestal. Objetivou-se, com
este trabalho avaliar o desempenho de operadores no treinamento com simulador de realidade
virtual Harvester, considerando-se diferentes classes de idades, grau de escolaridade e
categoria de habilita??o. Os dados s?o provenientes do Centro T?cnico de Forma??o de
Operadores de M?quinas Florestais, situado no Campus JK da UFVJM, em Diamantina- MG.
Foram avaliados 40 profissionais, sem experi?ncia na opera??o do Harvester. No decorrer dos
treinamentos coletaram-se dados do desempenho dos profissionais, referentes apenas ao
m?dulo V do software espec?fico (Simlog), por se tratar da fase que melhor caracteriza as
principais atividades da m?quina. Com isso, os resultados evidenciaram que a diferen?a de
tempo m?dio gasto no ciclo de opera??o do modulo V apresentou alta correla??o com a idade
do operador, sendo diretamente proporcional ao aumento desta, ou seja, quanto maior a idade
do operador em treinamento, maior a diferen?a entre o tempo m?dio gasto por ele em rela??o
? meta estabelecida. Para o teste de Kruskal-Wallis, a signific?ncia de 5% para Dif ? Tempo
apontou diferen?a significativa apenas para os agrupamentos por habilita??o, mostrando que
as diferentes categorias de habilita??o exercem influ?ncia sobre o tempo de execu??o das
tarefas, sendo a categoria B a que apresentou menor Dif ? Tempo m?dio em rela??o ?s outras
categorias. J? os agrupamentos por categoria de habilita??o e escolaridade n?o apresentam

high technology and commercial value. In order to address part of this bottleneck, the forest
machine virtual reality simulator is among the most commonly used technologies for lower
cost / benefit training. Therefore, defining and knowing the profile of a future operator in
front of the working conditions of the simulator, allows a greater chance of success in the
execution of the field activities, with forest harvesting machines. The objective of this work
was to evaluate the performance of operators in the training with Harvester virtual reality
simulator, considering different age classes, educational level and habilitation category. The
data come from the Technical Center for the Training of Forest Machine Operators, located at
JK Campus of UFVJM, in Diamantina-MG. 40 professionals were evaluated, with no
experience in the operation of the Harvester. During the training, data were collected on the
performance of the professionals, referring only to module V of the specific software
(Simlog), because it is the phase that best characterizes the main activities of the machine.
With this, the results showed that the mean time difference spent on the operating cycle of the
V module showed a high correlation with the age of the operator, being directly proportional
to the increase in age, that is, the higher the age of the operator in training, the higher the
difference between the average time spent by him in relation to the established goal. For the
Kruskal-Wallis test, the significance of 5% for Dif-Time showed a significant difference only
for the groupings by habilitation, showing that the different categories of habilitation exert an
influence on the time of execution of the tasks, being the category B that presented lower Dif
- Mean time in relation to the other categories. not present significant differences between
them.

Previous issue date: 2017-03-09 / In the context of neuropsychology, the study of executive functions (EF) has
been gaining space, especially when it comes to understanding how executive
processes develop during childhood. The EF play an important role in initial school
processes and are an underlying aspect of learning and achieving good academic
performance. Consequently, intervention programs have been developed to stimulate
executive skills in the school setting. However, few studies focus on psychoeducation
and effective training for teachers to stimulate the EF in school. The objectives of this
thesis were to identify EF subcomponents and their development in children from 6 to
12 years of age, and to create and analyze the effects of an early and preventive
neuropsychological intervention program. The program focused on training educators
to stimulate the EF in 2nd and 3rd grade children. The first study explored which factors,
as well as which cognitive, executive, and linguistic components are subjacent to
performance scores in executive tasks. It also analyzed how children with ages from 6
to 12 years old develop such executive components. The final sample has 109 children
with average age of 10.32 years old (SD=1.79) who were assessed through the
following EF tasks: verbal fluency, Hayling Sentence Completion Test for children
(HSCT-C), narrative discourse (ND), and Bells cancellation test. The results identified
a model with three factors: (1) Factor 1: verbal executive component (language,
working memory in the discursive process, verbal initiation, and planning); (2) Factor
2: cognitive flexibility and processing speed; and (3) Factor 3: inhibitory control. Age
seemed to influence the development of the verbal executive factor, but not the
development of cognitive flexibility, suggesting a gradual evolution for the latter. There
was an increment in inhibitory control among younger children in comparison to older
ones. These results are important to support the elaboration of effective intervention
measures that stimulate the EF during childhood, both in clinical and in school settings.
The second study presented the development process and content validity evidences
of the CENA ? early and preventive neuropsychological intervention training program
for educators focused on EF and attention. The development of this program involved
three different stages: research and theoretical assumptions (neuropsychology and
education), construction of the program and brainstorming sessions with the authors,
and expert referee analysis. The CENA was suitable with respect to its objectives,
structure, language, and method, presenting evidences of content validity. The third

study examined the effect of the CENA on 2nd and 3rd grade children. The final sample
had 19 teachers (EG=10 and CG=9) and 64 children (EG=32 and CG=32) who were
assessed before and after the completion of the program. In the post-intervention
analysis, there was an increase in performance of tasks involving arithmetic skills
favoring children in the experimental group, indicating a transfer effect to the school
setting. Some EF tasks were better performed by children in the control group. After
the intervention, teachers in the experimental group showed greater appropriation of
the contents addressed by the program. They also presented an improved ability to
observe the executive and behavioral functioning of the children, especially with
respect to concepts worked during the intervention (planning, inhibitory control, and
working memory). The results of the three studies, in an integrated way, contribute to
the advancement of scientific knowledge at the interface of neuropsychology and
education. They provide insight about both the development of EF subcomponents
during childhood and the elaboration of an innovative early and preventive intervention
program. Such program went through a rigorous validation and construction process
and yielded results that suggest effectiveness. For future studies, the authors suggest
the analysis of development curves of executive components with larger samples, and
with association of verbal and visuospatial tasks. It is also recommended that the
CENA be adapted to other school grades, especially in public schools. The CENA
should benefit from a longer period and more systematic methods for execution and
evaluation, providing an effective contribution of neuropsychology to education. / No atual contexto da neuropsicologia, as fun??es executivas (FE) vem sendo
cada vez mais investigadas com o intuito de melhor compreender como se
desenvolvem os processos executivos na inf?ncia. As FE possuem um importante
papel nos processos escolares iniciais, sendo consideradas fundamentais para a
aprendizagem e bom desempenho acad?mico. Em consequ?ncia, programas de
interven??o v?m sendo desenvolvidos com o objetivo de estimular as habilidades
executivas no contexto educacional. No entanto, ainda s?o escassos os estudos que
tenham por meta a psicoeduca??o e a capacita??o efetiva de professores para
estimula??o das FE em ?mbito escolar. A presente tese teve como objetivo
caracterizar subcomponentes de FE no que tange ao seu desenvolvimento em
crian?as de 6 a 12 anos, assim como construir e verificar efeitos de um programa de
interven??o neuropsicol?gica precoce-preventiva de capacita??o de educadores para
estimula??o das FE em crian?as do 2? e 3? ano do Ensino Fundamental (EF). No
primeiro estudo, buscou-se investigar quais fatores e componentes cognitivos,
executivos e ling??sticos est?o subjacentes aos escores de desempenho em tarefas
executivas e verificar como crian?as de 6 a 12 anos desenvolvem estes componentes
executivos. A amostra final foi composta por 109 crian?as com idade m?dia de 10,32
(DP=1,79) que foram avaliadas em tarefas de flu?ncia verbal, teste Hayling-Inf, tarefa
de discurso narrativo oral (DNO) e teste de cancelamento dos Sinos.Os resultados
identificaram um modelo de tr?s fatores, caracterizado por: (1) Fator 1: componente
executivo verbal (linguagem, mem?ria de trabalho no processamento discursivo,
inicia??o verbal e planejamento); (2) Fator 2: flexibilidade cognitiva e velocidade de
processamento e (3) Fator 3: controle inibit?rio. Observou-se que a idade pareceu
influenciar no desenvolvimento do fator executivo verbal e n?o influenciou no fator
flexibilidade cognitiva e velocidade de processamento, sugerindo uma evolu??o mais
gradativa deste ?ltimo fator. Observou-se um incremento no controle inibit?rio nas
crian?as menores quando comparadas com as crian?as de mais idade, Considera-se
a import?ncia destes resultados para subsidiar a elabora??o de medidas de
interven??o para estimula??o das FE na inf?ncia em ?mbito cl?nico e escolar. O
Estudo 2 apresentou o processo de desenvolvimento e evid?ncia de validade de
conte?do do CENA ? Programa de interven??o neuropsicol?gica precoce-preventiva
para capacita??o de educadores com ?nfase em FE e aten??o. O desenvolvimento

algumas medidas de FE, foi observado um melhor desempenho das crian?as do grupo
controle. Ap?s a interven??o, foi constatada uma maior apropria??o das professoras
do grupo experimental sobre os temas trabalhados no programa. Verificou-se que as
professoras do grupo experimental demonstraram maior observa??o sobre o
funcionamento executivo e comportamental das crian?as, em especial, no que se
referiu aos construtos trabalhados na interven??o (planejamento, controle inibit?rio e
mem?ria de trabalho). Observa-se que os resultados dos tr?s estudos, de forma
integrada, contribuem para o avan?o do conhecimento cient?fico na interface da
neuropsicologia e educa??o, propiciando um maior conhecimento acerca do
desenvolvimento dos subcomponentes de FE na inf?ncia, bem como, em rela??o ao
desenvolvimento de um programa de interven??o precoce-preventiva inovador,
caracterizado por um processo de constru??o e valida??o rigoroso, e com alguns

Previous issue date: 2017-08-18 / How can empowerment actions help improve employers' union leaders performance?
Employer??s unions have an important role of representing industrial enterprises, but
their leaders, most of the times, are entrepreneurs who take over their entities without
sufficient management training. Identifying this need, the Brazilian National
Confederation of Industry (CNI), through its Associative Development Program
(PDA), started to structure educational actions focused on this public and offered
through a Project called ???Union advance???. This case study involved documentary
analysis and semi-structured interviews with Union presidents, state and national
program managers. Results indicate that Unions have improved their performance in
several areas, such as communication, advocacy, collective bargaining and service
delivery. In this sense, it is already possible to notice that most leaders have been
awakening for the need of a professional management within their corporate
representation entities. The interviews conducted in this study confirmed the
relevance of capacity building initiatives delivered by the Project ???Union advance??? to
make possible vital changes in the profile and performance of the union leaders in
the last years. / Como a????es de capacita????o podem ajudar a aprimorar a atua????o dos l??deres
sindicais patronais? Os sindicatos possuem um importante papel de representa????o
das empresas industriais de sua base, mas seus l??deres, na maioria das vezes s??o
empres??rios que assumem a gest??o das entidades sem ter qualquer prepara????o.
Identificando esta necessidade de forma????o, a CNI, por meio do Programa de
Desenvolvimento Associativo, passou a estruturar a????es educacionais voltadas a
esse p??blico e ofertadas, via Projeto Avan??a Sindicato. O estudo de caso envolveu
an??lise documental e entrevistas semiestruturadas com presidentes de sindicatos,
gestores estaduais e nacional do Programa. Os resultados evidenciam que h?? um
avan??o na atua????o dos sindicatos no campo da comunica????o, da defesa dos
interesses, da negocia????o coletiva, presta????o de servi??os e j?? ?? poss??vel perceber
que os l??deres v??m despertando para a necessidade de profissionalizar a gest??o das
entidades de representa????o empresarial. As entrevistas confirmaram a import??ncia
das iniciativas de capacita????o do Projeto Avan??a Sindicato para que essas

To be competitive, it?s necessary to deliver software more quickly, with more quality, efficiently, within the time and the cost. The requirements for this competitivity are various, and hardly ever they will be achieved without a qualified, an oriented to high performance, a high technical and behavioral and business domain team, witch has, among other features, its commitment to the each member of the team?s growth and success. However, the training courses in Software Engineering are not aligned with the need to form prepared teams to face this new reality. For this reason, the objective of this research is to propose a high performance practices guide for software development teams, achieving this need. For the development of this research, primary and secondary studies were executed, including a systematic literature review, field research with industry professionals and a Focus Group with experts. This research aims to contribute with the scientific community and the software industry, presenting the characteristics of the high performance teams, existing training approaches and the proposal of a high performance practices guide for software development teams. / O mercado de desenvolvimento de software evolui a cada dia, e a ind?stria de software tem se tornado uma das ?reas mais competitivas atualmente. Para ser competitivo, ? necess?rio entregar software com mais agilidade, qualidade, efici?ncia, dentro do prazo, do custo e com qualidade. Previous issue date: 2016-08-23 / There are difficulties to evaluate the effectiveness of learning at work, while recognizing its
value, on the assumption that the performance of workers and organisations can be improved
with the learning that occurs in schools (technical and higher), T&D centres (training and
development) or organisations while the work is done. On the other hand, in the context of
organizations, managers exercising a key role for the development of their staff with a view to
achieving the Organization's strategic guidelines. Given such a scenario, the aim of this work
was to evaluate the effectiveness and the impact of formal and informal learning strategies in
the development of key competence of leadership "Encourages and practice innovation". To
this end, the range of learning events groups (GEA) proposed by Chakraborty (2009) was
customized and applied with 663 managers of the tactical level of a national public financial
institution. The frequency analysis of the responses identified that the experiential learning
events groups and caused are those with the highest average for the development of this key
competence of leadership, being considered by managers as the most effective. Subsequently,
the scale of Chakraborty has been validated by applying factor analysis, confirming the four
dimensions (constructs) proposals (F1-Induced Learning; F2 ??? Experiential Learning; F3 ???
Learning Caused; and F4 ??? Conceptual Learning). Finally, the hypothesis was tested: The
informal learning events groups, linked to factors F2 and F3, are those with the greatest impact
on the development of key competence of leadership "Encourages and practice innovation".
The hypothesis has not been confirmed, although the only event that has presented significant
correlation with such competence, albeit low, belongs to F2 (event: participate in challenging
projects or experience difficult situations). It is concluded that the GEA range does not have a
favourable framework for assessment of the key competence of leadership "Encourages and
practice innovation", however, suggested that the improvements can subsidize the identification
of teaching-learning strategies for the development of essential skills of leadership. / H?? dificuldades em se aferir a efetividade da aprendizagem no trabalho, embora se reconhe??a
o seu valor, partindo-se do pressuposto de que o desempenho dos trabalhadores e das
organiza????es podem ser melhorados com a aprendizagem que ocorre nas escolas (t??cnicas e
superiores), nos centros de T&D (Treinamento e Desenvolvimento) das organiza????es ou
enquanto o trabalho ?? feito. Por outro lado, no contexto das organiza????es, os gestores exercem
papel fundamental para o desenvolvimento de suas equipes com vistas ao alcance das diretrizes
estrat??gicas da organiza????o. Considerando-se tal cen??rio, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a
efic??cia e o impacto de estrat??gias de aprendizagem formal e informal no desenvolvimento da
compet??ncia essencial de lideran??a ???Incentiva e pratica a inova????o???. Para tanto, a escala de
grupos de eventos de aprendizagem (GEA) proposta por Cassimiro (2009) foi customizada e
aplicada junto a 663 gerentes do n??vel t??tico de uma institui????o financeira nacional p??blica de
grande porte. A an??lise de frequ??ncia das respostas identificou que os grupos de eventos de
aprendizagem experiencial e provocada s??o os que apresentam a maior m??dia para o

Previous issue date: 2016-06-27 / This research addressed the existing legislation around the Free Trade Area of Tabatinga city of Commerce - (ALCT) which is located at the western end of the state of Amazonas, tri-border area of Brazil, Colombia and Peru, investigating its importance in the formation Technical student Administration considering the purpose of ALCT to promote the development of the western end of the state of Amazonas. The authors examine the approach to legislation to tax incentives directed to fishing, from the understanding of the fish potential in the region due to the large volume sold and their allocation to the international market, Leticia - Colombia. In the belief of being the education the way for positive changes, especially in the regional study scenario, students of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Amazon Technology - IFAM Campus Tabatinga were invited to voluntarily participate in the study, through the Pedagogical Workshop methodology collaborating with the teaching-learning process. observation techniques of data collection, questionnaires and interviews were applied. Results of psychometric scale (Likert) indicate satisfactory learning of the participants, students who did not know or had not discussed topic of knowledge initially showed overall average of 3.79, however after studies began to overall average of 4.64 points. Participants indicate, in their view, the importance of prepare for this market segment studying the Free Trade Area and related matters, in order to be able to exploit legal incentives for the benefit of the region. Fishermen with years of experience in their professional practice were interviewed and demonstrated the meaninglessness that the Free Trade Area of Tabatinga Trade carries in his profession, despite the legal provision to encourage the segment, clearly demonstrating the need for technical professionals with specific knowledge of the subject. We propose that the study of the Free Trade Area of the Campus Tabatinga is real potential to develop professional future technicians able to exploit incentives legislation and local potential in order to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of the western end of the state of Amazonas. / Esta pesquisa abordou a legisla??o existente em torno da ?rea de Livre Com?rcio do munic?pio de Tabatinga - (ALCT) que est? localizado no extremo oeste do Estado do Amazonas, ?rea de tr?plice fronteira Brasil, Col?mbia e Peru, investigando sua import?ncia na forma??o T?cnica do aluno em Administra??o considerando a finalidade da ALCT de promover o desenvolvimento do extremo oeste do estado do Amazonas. O estudo delimitou a abordagem da legisla??o ao incentivo fiscal direcionado ? pesca, a partir do entendimento da potencialidade do peixe na regi?o devido ao grande volume comercializado e sua destina??o ao mercado internacional, Let?cia - Col?mbia. Na cren?a de ser a educa??o o caminho para as mudan?as positivas, principalmente no cen?rio regional do estudo, discentes do Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia do Amazonas ? IFAM Campus Tabatinga foram convidados a participarem voluntariamente da pesquisa, atrav?s da metodologia de Oficina Pedag?gica, colaborando com o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Foram aplicadas t?cnicas de coletas de dados de observa??o, question?rios e entrevistas. Resultados da escala psicom?trica (Likert) apontam aprendizagem satisfat?ria dos participantes, alunos que n?o conheciam ou tinham pouco conhecimento do tema abordado inicialmente apresentaram m?dia geral de 3,79, entretanto ap?s estudos passaram para m?dia geral de 4,64 pontos. Os participantes indicam, na vis?o deles, a import?ncia de se preparem para este segmento do mercado estudando a ?rea de Livre Com?rcio e assuntos correlatos, a fim de estarem aptos a explorarem os incentivos legais em benef?cio da regi?o. Pescadores com anos de experi?ncia em sua pr?tica profissional foram entrevistados e demostraram a insignific?ncia que a ?rea de Livre Com?rcio de Tabatinga exerce em sua profiss?o, apesar da previs?o legal de incentivo ao segmento, demonstrando claramente a necessidade de profissionais t?cnicos com conhecimentos espec?ficos do assunto. Propomos que o estudo da ?rea de Livre Com?rcio no Campus Tabatinga representa real potencial para desenvolver futuros t?cnicos profissionais capacitados para explorarem os incentivos da legisla??o e as potencialidades locais, a fim de atingirem a finalidade de promover o desenvolvimento do extremo oeste do estado do Amazonas.

Previous issue date: 2017-11-23 / A preceptoria em sa?de, em hospitais universit?rios, tornou-se uma pr?tica pedag?gica e muitos profissionais do servi?o foram inseridos como preceptores, por?m a maioria deles n?o teve forma??o em educa??o. Esse fato pode lev?-los a encontrar dificuldades em adotar estrat?gias de ensino-aprendizagem que aproximem o conhecimento cient?fico ? realidade pr?tica na forma??o de profissionais da ?rea da sa?de. O presente estudo objetivou analisar o conhecimento das metodologias de ensino pelos preceptores no processo ensino/aprendizagem de residentes multiprofissionais em sa?de. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, composto por 50 preceptores, que atuavam h? mais de um ano na resid?ncia multiprofissional em sa?de de um hospital-escola. A coleta de dados foi realizada de setembro a dezembro de 2016, por meio de um roteiro semiestruturado para caracteriza??o dos sujeitos do estudo e com a aplica??o da t?cnica de associa??o livre de palavras. Os dados foram analisados pelo software Ensemble de Programmes Permettant L?Analyse des Evocations (EVOC), vers?o 2000, e discutidos com base no referencial te?rico da Teoria do N?cleo Central. Teve aprova??o do Comit? de ?tica em Pesquisa, sob o n? 1.663.421/16. Os dados foram divididos em tr?s unidades tem?ticas: conhecimento dos preceptores sobre estrat?gias de ensino, sobre metodologia tradicional e metodologias ativas e suas respectivas categorias: elementos conceituais; uso te?rico pr?tico, aprofundamento do conte?do e aplicabilidade. Foram considerados como elementos do n?cleo central as palavras que tiveram menor ordem media de evoca??o (MOE), com par?metro de 2,0, 2,3 e 2,5 e maior frequ?ncia(F) com par?metro de 10. Na unidade tem?tica referente ? estrat?gia de ensino destacaram-se as palavras ?m?todo de ensino? (OME, 1,4- F29). ?din?mica? (OME 1,6 - F 13) e ?aulas? (OME 2,0 - F17). A metodologia tradicional foi representada por ?ensino arcaico? (OME 1,7 ? F 45) e ?centrado no professor? (OME 1,8 F 22). Para as metodologias ativas destacaram-se ?proatividade? (OME 1,7 ? F 23), ?construtivismo? (OME1, 9 F 61) e ?Feedback ?(OME 2,1 F10). O estudo apontou que os preceptores compreendem as estrat?gias de ensino com m?todos que favorecem o ensino aprendizado, evidenciando-se o conhecimento sobre as metodologias tradicionais como ?ensino arcaico? e ?metodologia conteudista?, e as metodologias ativas como ?proatividade?, ?construtivismo? e ?feedback?, embora a maioria aponte a n?o utiliza??o desta no ensino da resid?ncia multiprofissional em sa?de. Por fim, acredita-se que para a forma??o de profissionais na ?rea da sa?de deve haver um car?ter interdisciplinar, com uso de metodologias ativas que despertem no aluno o seu potencial cr?tico-reflexivo, tornando-o agente transformador no processo de cuidar dos sujeitos nos diferentes cen?rios de atua??o profissional proposto pelo Sistema ?nico de Sa?de. Como produto desse estudo, foi criada uma proposta para capacita??o dos preceptores da resid?ncia multiprofissional de sa?de, campo do estudo, em metodologias ativas de ensino. / Preceptory in health in university hospitals has become a pedagogical practice and many service professionals were inserted as preceptors, but most of them did not have education training. Finding difficulties in adopting teaching-learning strategies that bring scientific knowledge closer to practical reality in the training of health professionals. This study aims to analyze the knowledge of teaching methodologies by preceptors (teachers) in the teaching/learning process of multiprofessional residents in health. It is a descriptive, cross-sectional study with a qualitative approach, composed with 50 preceptors who had been working for more than one year in the multiprofessional health residency of a school hospital. Data collection was carried out from September to December 2016, through a semistructured script to characterize the subjects of study and with the application of the word-free association technique. Data were analyzed by the Ensemble software of Permettant L'Analyse des Evocations (EVOC), version 2000, and discussed based on the theoretical framework of the Core Nucleus Theory. It was approved by the Research Ethics Committee under no. 1.663.421 / 16. Data were divided into three thematic units: knowledge of preceptors about teaching strategies, about traditional methodology and active methodologies and their respective categories: conceptual elements; practical theoretical use, deepening of content and applicability. The items with the lowest mean order of evocation (MOE), with a parameter by 2.0, 2.3 and 2.5 and higher frequency (F) with a parameter by 10, were considered with elements of the central nucleus. In the thematic unit referring to teaching strategy, the words stood out the words, such as "teaching method" (MOE, 1,4- F29). "Dynamic" (MOE 1.6 - F 13) and "lessons" (MOE 2.0 - F17). The traditional methodology was represented by "archaic teaching" (MOE 1.7 - F 45) and "teacher-centered" (MOE 1.8 F 22). For the active methodologies "proactivity" (MOE 1,7 - F 23), "constructivism" (MOE1, 9 F 61) and "feedback" (MOE 2.1 F10) stood out. The study pointed out that preceptors have understood the teaching strategies with methods that have favored learning teaching. Moreover, it has evidenced the knowledge about traditional methodologies, such as "archaic teaching" and "content methodology" and active methodologies, such as "proactivity", "constructivism" and "feedback", although most points out the non-use of this in the teaching of multiprofessional residency in health. Finally, it is believed that for the training of professionals in the area of health, there must be an interdisciplinary character, using active methodologies that awaken in the student his/her reflexive-critical potential, making him/her a transforming agent in the process of caring for the subjects in the different scenarios of professional activity proposed by Unified Health System. As a product of this study, a proposal was created to train the preceptors of the multiprofessional health residency, field of study, in active teaching methodologies.

Tendo em vista a import?ncia dessa fun??o, grande responsabilidade ? atribu?da ? gest?o escolar e ? atua??o do gestor. Apesar disso, observa-se que o dirigente escolar encontra-se muitas vezes desprovido da qualifica??o necess?ria para o exerc?cio das atividades de gest?o, em virtude das lacunas do seu processo de forma??o inicial e das defici?ncias comumente constatadas em seu processo de capacita??o, quando n?o da aus?ncia desse processo. A capacita??o de gestores escolares ? considerada, por estudiosos da ?rea de gest?o escolar, como condi??o fundamental ? implementa??o de pol?ticas p?blicas e de reformas na ?rea educacional. Assim, no ?mbito desse estudo, questiona-se como ocorre a capacita??o dos gestores das escolas estaduais do munic?pio de Te?filo Otoni, localizado no interior do estado de Minas Gerais (MG). Esta pesquisa objetivou, ent?o, analisar a capacita??o recebida pelos gestores escolares da rede p?blica estadual de ensino do referido munic?pio. Para tal, foi realizado um estudo descritivo, de natureza qualitativa, desenvolvido por meio de pesquisa bibliogr?fica, documental e de campo, que envolveu a realiza??o de entrevista do tipo semiestruturada. Os sujeitos selecionados para participarem da pesquisa foram os diretores de nove escolas estaduais, localizadas na zona urbana do munic?pio e que oferecem concomitantemente os n?veis de ensino que comp?em a educa??o b?sica. Os dados coletados foram tratados utilizando-se a t?cnica denominada an?lise de conte?do. Observou-se que a forma??o acad?mica inicial dos diretores entrevistados pouco contribui com a atua??o deles enquanto gestores. A capacita??o emp?rica foi elencada por eles como o que mais d? suporte para o exerc?cio das atividades de gest?o. Quanto ? capacita??o oficial, cinco dos sete entrevistados participaram do Programa de Capacita??o ? Dist?ncia de Gestores Escolares (Progest?o), tendo sido esse o ?nico programa de capacita??o de gestores escolares oferecido pela Secretaria de Estado de Educa??o de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG). N?o houve participa??o dos gestores em nenhum outro programa de capacita??o oficial ou extraoficial. Assim, est?o apresentadas, neste trabalho, a caracteriza??o do Progest?o, bem como as percep??es dos diretores quanto ao programa. Os entrevistados acreditam que a forma??o acad?mica individual, somada ? experi?ncia profissional, n?o ? suficiente para prepar?-los para o exerc?cio da gest?o escolar. Owing to the value of this function, a big responsibility is imputed to the school management and to the operation of the manager. Nevertheless, is observed that many times the school manager lies lacked of the needing qualification to exercise the activities of management, due the gaps of them own initial formation and the usual deficiency of their own process of technical capacitation, or the absence of this process. The professional training of the school managers is considerate, to the academics of the area, as fundamental condition to the implementation of the public policy and to reforms in the educational area. Thereby, in the sphere of this study, wonders how happens the professional training of the managers of the state schools of the city of Te?filo Otoni, located on the up-country of the state of Minas Gerais (MG). This research aims to analyze the professional training received by the school managers of the public network of education of the referred city. Therefore was elaborated a descriptive study, of qualitative nature, developed through a bibliographic research, documental and field, that involves the achievement of interviews of the half structured kind. The selected subjects to take part of the research was the principals of nine state schools, located in the urban area of the city and that concomitantly offers the levels of teaching that compose the basic education. The collected data were treated by the technic denominated content analysis. It was observed that the initial academic formation of the interviewed principals contributes little whit their acting as managers. The empiric capacity was describe by them as it gives more support to the manage activity. As the official professional training, five of seven interviewed participate of the ?Programa de Capacita??o a Dist?ncia para Gestores Escolares (Progest?o)?, this has been the only program of professional training of school management offered by the ?Secretaria de Estado de Educa??o de Minas Gerais? (SEE/MG). There wasn?t any participation of them in no other official or not official program of capacity. Therefore, is presented on this work the description of ?Progest?o?, and the perception of the principals of the programs. The interviewed believe that the individual academic formation, increased by the professional experience, is not enough to prepare them to the exercise of the school management. Therefore, it fomented a debate about the contribution of the professional training in the acting of the public manager in education.

setoriais. As contribui??es deste estudo constituem em: 1) identifica??o de recursos
estrat?gicos para capacita??o tecnol?gica; 2) levantamento de processos de tomada de

determina??o de condi??es para efici?ncia din?mica da agroind?stria. Concluiu-se que a
empresa sucroalcooleira estudada deve formalizar um processo para defini??o de sua
estrat?gia tecnol?gica, direcionado aos mercados industriais, assim como, manter uma

ABSTRACT: The opening of Brazilian economy made the sugar and alcohol industries undertake the reorganization process of their productive structures aiming to increase their competency in product differentiation and in productive and market diversification in order to face the incitement of competition. Considering this scenario, the purpose of
the dissertation is to analyze technological qualification in the company and to suggest
policies for the construction of a model of technological management in order to reinforce the company so that it becomes able to face the competition and the setorial
markets. The contributions of this chapter are: 1) identification of the strategic resources for technological qualification; 2) survey of decision making processes for technological acquisition and learning; and 3) evaluation of practices and management means and, therefore, indication of a reference model for technological management of the company. To structure this work, a research model was elaborated taking into account the revision of literature regarding the competitiveness of Brazilian agroindustry as well as theoretical approaches of technological qualification and management of companies.The method used on the field research was an exploratory and qualitative one based on the study of only one case. It is emphasized that the research model is presented as a contribution acquired from the dissertation and that it can be used for investigations in
the future. The results of this work constitute a contribution for the determination of conditions for dynamical efficiency of the agroindustry. The conclusion is that the sugar and alcohol company studied should formalize a process for definition of its technological strategy aiming the industrial market, as well as to maintain a structure for technological management. For this, it is proposed a model of qualification and technological management, considering the technological resources of the company and its position on the productive and supply chains in which it is inserted. It is believed that the case study of the problem in one company can be used as reference by other agroindustrial companies and by new researches on this theme

Previous issue date: 2008-04-28 / The objective of this dissertation is to investigate the technological development process which
took place at Novartis Bioci?ncias S.A., at its Pharmochemical Plant in Resende-RJ. Following
the corporative strategy, the plant went through a huge technological structure build-up process
and started to play a key role in the Global Supply chain as Resende facility took over the
production of four intermediate steps of the company s main pharmaceutical ingredient,
exporting two of these steps. This is an atypical situation in the current Brazilian pharmaceutical
scenery, as importation is really remarkable in this sector. A study case was established on this
situation and the field research method was based on guided interviews with professionals of the
Finance, Engineering and Production areas who actively took part in the development process.
Among the observed difficulties regarding innovative activities, the ones related to infrastructure,
specialized service and labor qualification stood out. The low standard level of
Brazilian international marketing as well as the low investment towards research and
development in the pharmaceutical area show how important Novartis initiative is. Not only
because of the social and economical benefits observed, such as production volume increase,
creation of new jobs and increase of quality standards, but also due to the chance of technological
background development of the national industry. At last, it is also important to mention the
fundamental participation of public authorities who made the country a lot more attractive to
investments at the described level, resulting in changes in the direct foreign investment policy. / O objetivo geral nesta disserta??o consiste em investigar o processo de capacita??o tecnol?gica
ocorrido na empresa Novartis Bioci?ncia S.A., em seu estabelecimento de Produ??o
Farmoqu?mica localizado na cidade de Resende, no estado do Rio de Janeiro. Atrav?s da
estrat?gia corporativa, a planta sofreu um amplo processo de reestrutura??o tecnol?gica,
tornando-se uma planta chave no abastecimento da cadeia produtiva do grupo em n?vel global,
assumindo a produ??o e exporta??o de etapas do principal f?rmaco da companhia. Por tratar-se
de uma situa??o at?pica ao que ocorre com as grandes empresas transnacionais do ramo
farmac?utico instaladas no Brasil, sendo o mercado nacional fortemente marcado pelo alto n?vel
de importa??o de produtos farmac?uticos e farmoqu?micos, foi elaborado um estudo de caso. A
metodologia da pesquisa de campo baseou-se em entrevistas estruturadas com profissionais dos
Departamentos de Produ??o, Engenharia e Finan?as, que participaram ativamente do processo.
Entre os obst?culos observados em atividades inovativas, destacaram-se aqueles ligados ?
desqualifica??o da infra-estrutura de servi?os especializados e m?o-de-obra de opera??o. O baixo
padr?o de especializa??o do com?rcio exterior brasileiro, aliado ao baixo n?vel de investimentos
direcionados para inova??es do setor farmac?utico no pa?s justificam a import?ncia deste tipo de
investimento, primeiro, pelos benef?cios sociais e econ?micos observados atrav?s da atividade de
exporta??o (aumento significativo da produ??o anual, n?mero de empregados, padr?o de
qualidade e competitividade, entre outros) e, segundo, pela oportunidade de absor??o de knowhow
em novos processos para o setor industrial brasileiro. Finalmente, constatou-se a
fundamental import?ncia da atua??o da administra??o p?blica em tornar o pa?s atraente para
projetos deste porte, causando mudan?as qualitativas no papel do investimento estrangeiro direto.
