El presente trabajo tiene como base la investigación de los criterios y pautas que se van a tomar en el desarrollo del proyecto profesional de un Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario en el distrito de Comas, en el cual se logre la interacción con su ciudad por medio una arquitectura permeable. Se parte del análisis de las necesidades en la ciudad, la cual en la actualidad posee una disgregación en el acceso de los servicios en sectores donde existen mayores niveles de pobreza, generando de esta manera una variedad de problemáticas tales como la inseguridad o la pérdida del tejido social en la población afectada. A partir de los problemas presentados, se plantearon espacios para lograr una mejora en la calidad de vida de las personas en una comunidad; sin embargo, el diseño presentado no logra el vínculo con los habitantes del lugar generando el desinterés y poca afluencia en los Centros. Por medio del análisis de referenciales tanto al nivel nacional e internacional de la tipología y en énfasis del proyecto, se propone una a infraestructura que logre las funciones básicas de los Centros Comunitarios y, a su vez, permite por medios formales y espaciales logre la interacción con el usuario. / The present work is based on the investigation of the criteria and guidelines to be taken in the development of the professional project of a Community Development Center in the Comas district, in which interaction with your city is achieved through an architecture permeable. It starts from the analysis of the needs in the city, which currently has a disaggregation in the access of services in sectors where there are higher levels of poverty, thus generating a variety of problems such as insecurity or loss of social fabric in the affected population. Based on the problems presented, spaces were proposed to achieve an improvement in the quality of life of people in a community; However, the design presented does not achieve the link with the inhabitants of the place, generating disinterest and little influx in the Centers. Through the analysis of benchmarks both at the national and international level of the typology and in emphasis of the project, an infrastructure is proposed that achieves the basic functions of the Community Centers and, in turn, allows for formal and spatial means to achieve interaction with the user. / Trabajo de investigación

La presente investigación busca marcar las pautas para el correcto diseño de un Centro Comunitario que contribuya a suplir el déficit de infraestructura de un sector del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. Se parte de las problemáticas sociales de la zona y de la investigación de la tipología para introducir funciones específicas según los requerimientos propios de la población de la zona. Así mismo, proyectos referenciales, tanto nacionales como extranjeros ayudan a darle forma a la propuesta. Se define y analiza el terreno elegido y sus alrededores, el tipo y cantidad de usuario, la frecuencia de uso y el radio de acción del proyecto, todo ello tomando especial consideración en el diseño integral del proyecto con su ciudad. De ahí que se enfatice en la integración de espacios exteriores e interiores para que así, el espacio público, el entorno y el peatón guíen el planteamiento formal y espacial de la propuesta. / The present investigation seeks to set the guidelines for the correct design of a Community Center that contributes to supply the infrastructure deficit of a sector of the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. It has started from the social problems of the area and the investigation of the typology to introduce specific functions according to the requirements of the population of the area. Likewise, reference projects, both national and foreign, help to shape the proposal. The chosen terrain and its surroundings are defined and analyzed, the type and quantity of the user, the frequency of use and the radius of action of the project, all taking special consideration in the integral design of the project with their city. Hence, emphasis is placed on the integration of exterior and interior spaces so that, public space, the environment and the pedestrian guide the formal and spatial approach of the proposal. / Tesis

El trabajo de investigación plantea la creación de un centro comunitario en Villa El Salvador con el énfasis de la permeabilidad. Que surge por la necesidad del lugar por carecer de espacios y oportunidades en el distrito que promuevan actividades sociales, culturales, deportivas con el fin de contribuir el desarrollo de los jóvenes y adolescentes a nivel barrial del sector. Se plantea un centro comunitario como un lugar de ayuda y complementación para la comunidad. En la que puedan invertir su tiempo libre y además sacar provecho de este. Para tener mayores referencias del centro comunitario, se analizaron proyectos referentes con la misma tipología y también con el mismo énfasis a nivel nacional y del extranjero. El énfasis de la permeabilidad en la arquitectura se trabaja principalmente en la transición del exterior al interior. Considerando aspectos importantes como el asoleamiento del lugar, la materialidad y los aspectos tecnológicos para poder transmitir el énfasis en el proyecto. Concluimos, que el proyecto tiene la finalidad de potenciar las capacidades individuales y colectivas de quienes viven en marginación, a su vez dotar de espacios públicos y semipúblicos a la comunidad preexistente. / The research work proposes the creation of a community center in Villa El Salvador with the emphasis on permeability. That arises from the need for the place because it lacks spaces and opportunities in the district that promote social, cultural and sports activities in order to contribute to the development of youth and adolescents at the neighborhood level of the sector. A community center is proposed as a place of help and complement for the community. In which they can invest their free time and also take advantage of it. In order to have more references from the community center, reference projects with the same typology and also with the same emphasis at the national level and abroad were analyzed. The emphasis of permeability in architecture is primarily on the transition from exterior to interior. Considering important aspects such as the sunlight of the place, the materiality and the technological aspects in order to transmit the emphasis on the project. En la provincia de Huaura, uno de los principales factores de deserción estudiantil, es la preferencia por los trabajos agrícolas y la falta de una metodología educativa que responda a los intereses de los locales. Por ello, se planteó como proyecto de tesis, un complejo de carácter educativo-comunitario orientado a desarrollar el programa arquitectónico en relación a la pedagogía por Alternancia; la cual, reconoce la importancia de una formación técnica y básica en el medio rural. A partir de este principio, la escuela logra erigir espacios para el aprendizaje que van más allá de permanecer en las aulas y establece la distribución de estos, basado en los procesos productivos de una agroindustria. Finalmente, la propuesta arquitectónica desarrolla la apertura de los espacios físicos para permitir los nexos entre el campo y el espacio público, semi-público y privado; lo cual, incentiva la formación teórico-práctico de manera experimental y pone en valor las actividades agrícolas-pecuarias. / In the province of Huaura, one of the main factors of student desertion is the preference for agricultural work and the lack of an educational methodology that responds to the interests of the locals. For this reason, as a thesis project, a community-educational complex in the district of Santa María was proposed; which was oriented to develop the architectural program in relation to Alternation pedagogy; which recognizes, in rural areas, the importance of technical and basic training. In this way, it was possible to develop in the architectural proposal the nexus for the connection of the field with the public, semi-public and private space; which encourages theoretical and practical training in an experimental form and places value on agricultural-livestock activities. / Tesis

Caral fue una civilización que desde el Formativo Inicial se estuvo asentando en los márgenes del río Supe. Actualmente se encuentran descubiertos más de 20 sitios arqueológicos en todo el Valle. El descubrimiento fue hecho por la arqueóloga Ruth Shady en 1994, que a pesar de que ya era conocida la existencia de estos vestigios arquitectónicos no se habían realizado investigaciones hasta esa fecha y recién a partir de las invasiones es que se decide iniciar con el fin de detener las destrucciones (Shady, 2015). En la actualidad no ha mejorado el interés de las personas por informarse, proteger y mantener los sitios arqueológicos. Evidencia de esto son las noticias que informan sobre intenciones de algunos grupos de personas de apropiarse de zonas arqueológicas y sus respectivas áreas de amortiguamiento. Por ello es necesario plantear un espacio que permita al usuario recobrar su identidad y busquen poner en valor sus costumbres. En la presente investigación se hará un análisis histórico de la tipología del proyecto, así como del lugar. También se tendrá un análisis crítico de proyectos referenciales. Luego, se abordará el tema del lugar más a fondo junto con el análisis del usuario. Finalmente, con la información de lo hablado anteriormente se plantea la programación arquitectónica que tendrá el proyecto. En conclusión, esta investigación tiene como fin presentar el por qué la necesidad del proyecto, los usos y áreas propuestas y la aproximación arquitectónica final. / Caral was a civilization that since the Early Formative settled on the banks of the Supe River. Currently more than 20 archaeological sites were discovered throughout the Valley. The discovery was made by the archeologist Ruth Shady in 1994, that although it was already known the existence of these architectonic vestiges, no investigations had been carried out until that date and it was only after the invasions that it was decided to start with the purpose of stop the destructions (Shady, 2015). As of now, the interest of people to inform themselves, protect and maintain the archaeological sites has not improved. Evidence of this is the news that informs about intentions of some groups of people to appropriate archaeological zones and their respective buffer areas. For this reason, it is imperative to propose a project that allow the user to recover their identity and seek to value their customs. In the present investigation a historical analysis of the typology of the project will be made, as well as of the place. There will also be a critical analysis of referential projects. Then, the topic of the place will be addressed more thoroughly along with the user’s analysis. Finally, the architectural programming of the project will be proposed. In conclusion, this research aims to argue why the need of the project, the proposed uses and areas and the final architectural approach. / Tesis

El proyecto planteado es un centro cultural, cuyos principales usuarios son los jóvenes del distrito de Chorrillos. Las estadísticas corroboran que estos usuarios representan a la mayoría poblacional del distrito y que muchos comparten las mismas condiciones educativas y socioeconómicas que los dejan en una situación de vulnerabilidad social, afectando su futuro académico y profesional. Asimismo, la infraestructura cultural ofrecida por el distrito de Chorrillos no da abasto para la cantidad de jóvenes que hay, por lo que el desinterés por hacer uso de este equipamiento es cada vez mayor. Se tomará como base estas carencias para brindar un nuevo programa integral de actividades culturales que contribuyan en el desarrollo cultural de la población joven del distrito, en una infraestructura que los motive a usarla. Para el desarrollo se analizaron 3 centros culturales de carácter internacional bajo los conceptos de 3 libros que detallen el diseño de equipamientos culturales. Se pudo rescatar el indispensable manejo del espacio público de esta tipología. Razón por la que se tratará el énfasis en “arquitectura permeable” por la importancia que le da este al espacio público y se analizarán 3 textos que detallen sus principios fundamentales, así como 3 proyectos referenciales. Este proyecto, finalmente, buscará ser un complemento a los equipamientos educativos del distrito, permitiendo un mejor desarrollo cultural de los jóvenes y adolescentes de Chorrillos; así como convertirse en un elemento regenerador urbano y un espacio abierto a la comunidad, donde se fortalezcan los lazos sociales y brinden mejores oportunidades de crecimiento personal. / The proposed project is a cultural center, whose main users are the young people of the district of Chorrillos. The statistics confirm that these users are the largest population in the district and share the same educational and socioeconomic conditions that leave them in a situation of social vulnerability, affecting their academic and professional future. Likewise, the cultural infrastructure offered by the Chorrillos district is not enough for the number of young people there is, so the lack of interest in making use of this cultural infrastructure is growing. These deficiencies will be taken as a basis to provide a new comprehensive program of cultural activities that contribute to the cultural development of the young population of the district, in an infrastructure that motivates them to use it. For the development, 3 international cultural centers were analyzed under the concepts of 3 books detailing the design of cultural facilities. Public space management of this type is essential. Reason why the emphasis on “permeable architecture” will be treated because of the importance that these places on the public space and 3 texts that detail its fundamental principles, as well as 3 referential projects will be analyzed. This project, finally, will seek to be a complement to the educational facilities of the district, allowing a better cultural development of the youth and adolescents of Chorrillos; as well as becoming an urban regenerative element and a space open to the community, where social ties are strengthened and provide better opportunities for personal growth. / Trabajo de investigación

En el presente documento de tesis se detalla todo el trabajo de investigación para la edificación de un Centro Comunitario de deporte en el distrito de Chorrillos con el objetivo de beneficiar a los futuros y actuales deportistas juveniles de la zona. En el capítulo I se define el tema de tesis presentando la tipología, paquetes funcionales, evolución tipológica y determinación del lugar. En el capítulo II, se presenta la justificación del tema de tesis presentando datos estadísticos y poblacionales. En el capítulo III, se presentan la técnicas y procedimientos de investigación previas a su análisis. En el capítulo IV, se da a conocer las hipótesis principales y secundarias. En el capítulo V, se presenta el análisis de modelos no arquitectónicos de centro de desarrollo comunitario y el análisis de tres textos sobre tipología y énfasis en los aspectos de ubicación, forma, función y tecnología. En el capítulo VI se muestra el análisis de proyectos referenciales en base a la tipología y el énfasis escogido. Y, por último, en el capítulo VII se presentan las conclusiones el análisis de proyectos referenciales de tipología y énfasis en contrate con el análisis de los textos respectivamente. / This thesis document details all the research work for the construction of a Community Center for sports in the district of Chorrillos with the aim of benefiting future and current youth athletes in the area. In chapter I the thesis topic is defined by presenting the typology, functional packages, typological evolution and determination of the place. In chapter II, the justification of the thesis topic is presented, presenting statistical and population data. In chapter III, the investigation techniques and procedures prior to their analysis are presented. In Chapter IV, the main and secondary hypotheses are disclosed. In chapter V, the analysis of non-architectural models of a community development center and the analysis of three texts on typology and emphasis on the aspects of location, form, function and technology are presented. Chapter VI shows the analysis of referential projects based on the typology and chosen emphasis. El Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario es una nueva tipología que el MINSA empezó a implementar como una alternativa para la ayuda de pacientes con problemas psicológicos/psiquiátricos. Este proyecto se diseñó con el propósito de mejorar la tipología que actualmente se encuentra en desarrollo utilizando tanto la normativa nacional como proyectos referenciales de otros países que han desarrollado mejor este tipo de edificaciones. Como punto de partida, se tomó como énfasis la permeabilidad espacial con relación al exterior y contacto con la naturaleza a través de la arquitectura biofilica. Luego de investigar sobre los efectos positivos que tiene la arquitectura en el usuario, se decidió buscar un lugar estratégico para emplazarlo. Una vez decidido el terreno, se diseñó la nueva infraestructura cumpliendo todas las normas tanto nacionales como internacionales, siempre teniendo presente el énfasis elegido. El proyecto no solo se enfocó en el paciente que será atendido, sino también a los usuarios que desean acudir para informarse sobre el tema y tener un trato directo con los habitantes de la zona, siendo así un proyecto para la comunidad. / The Community Mental Health Center is a new typology that MINSA began to implement as an alternative for the help of patients with psychological / psychiatric problems. This project was designed with the purpose of improving the typology that is currently under development using both national regulations and reference projects from other countries that have better developed this type of building. As a starting point, the emphasis was on spatial permeability in relation to the outside and contact with nature through biophilic architecture. After investigating the positive effects that architecture has on the user, it was decided to look for a strategic place to locate it. Once the terrain had been decided, the new infrastructure was designed complying with all national and international standards, always keeping in mind the chosen emphasis. The project is not focused only on the patient who will be treated, but also on the users who wish to go to find out about the subject and have a direct relationship with the inhabitants of the area, thus being a project for the community. / Tesis

En esta investigación se recopilará información teórica fundamental que se consideraran para el diseño de un Centro Comunitario en el distrito de Villa María del Triunfo. Esto se realizará a través de la búsqueda de soluciones sobre los diversos factores de vulnerabilidad y riesgo social, los cuales son deficientes en el distrito, dando como efectos la inseguridad ciudadana, vandalismo, robos, miedo al delito, etc., dentro del distrito. Es así como se definirá como la tipología a través la permeabilidad permitirán un mejor funcionamiento del desarrollo integral otorgando a la comunidad de dicho distrito la regenerarán actividades que proporcionen integración, educación, recreación, salud y reunión social, estas actividades estarán dirigidas especialmente para niños y jóvenes, pero sin excluir adultos y adultos mayores. Para obtener este resultado, se investigará como se complementan estas variables dentro de un Centro Comunitario, abarcados dentro de los espacios de uso comunitario tales como, Espacios de servicio social, zonas para actividades asistenciales, espacios públicos, zona educativa, talleres múltiples, zona de biblioteca, auditorios y zona de salud, espacios propios de la tipología. / In this research, fundamental theoretical information will be gathered that will be considered for the design of a Community Center in the district of Villa María del Triunfo. This will be done through the search for solutions to the diverse factors of vulnerability and social risk, which are deficient in the district, giving as effects citizen insecurity, vandalism, robberies, fear of crime, etc., within the district. This is how it will be defined as the typology through the permeability will allow a better functioning of the integral development giving to the community of this district the regeneration of activities that provide integration, education, recreation, health and social gathering, these activities will be directed especially for children and young people, but without excluding adults and older adults. El espacio contemporáneo para las artes y el barrio se propone como modelo de arquitectura e intervención urbana para unificar los retazos urbanos, espaciales y sociales; en una ciudad fragmentada como Lima. La presencia de espacios artísticos – técnicos y comunitarios pretende hacer de este complejo un núcleo generador de intervenciones que, como puntos de acupuntura urbana, impulsen la regeneración de Barrios Altos, en el marco de la revitalización del centro histórico de Lima. Como modelo de regeneración urbana que mitigue los fenómenos de gentrificación, la permanencia de los residentes actuales es un punto crucial abordado. Es considerado como complejo de usos mixtos por incluir usos públicos de difusión, creación colectiva (artística – técnica), así como usos privados orientados hacia espacios de vivienda temporal, que apoyarán la agilización de proyectos de vivienda social en el barrio. Se explora entonces, la convivencia de lo aparentemente contradictorio o de diferente ámbito: programas de vocación público y privados; difusión y atracción de visitantes desde la puesta en valor y desmitificación de las dinámicas preexistentes en el barrio; arquitectura contemporánea en centros históricos. Con el fin de deconstrucción y construcción, la arquitectura desarrollada se apoya las teorías de genius loci y anti espacios. Articular, desde una respuesta arquitectónica, problemas y potencialidades halladas en el centro histórico, nace de un esfuerzo hacia entender(nos) desde el centro como sociedad compleja, de múltiples capas de superposición espacial - temporal. Desde una visión circular del tiempo, en el ir hacia el pasado encontraremos el futuro. / The contemporary space for arts and the neighborhood is proposed as a model of architecture and urban strategy to unify urban, spatial and social fragments of a chaotic city like Lima. The presence of artistic - technical and community programs aims to make this complex a nucleus that generates interventions that, as urban acupuncture points, promote the regeneration of Barrios Altos, within the revitalization of the historic center. As a model of urban regeneration that mitigates gentrification, the permanence of current residents is a crucial point addressed. It is considered as a mixed-use complex because it includes public uses of exhibition, collective creation (artistic - technical), as well as private uses as temporary housing, which will support the streamlining and proliferation of social housing and other renovation projects in the neighborhood. The coexistence of the apparently contradictory, or of different scope is explored through the mixing of public and private vocation programs; dissemination and attraction of visitors from the enhancement and demystification of the pre-existing dynamics in the neighborhood; and the insertion of contemporary architecture in historic centers. In order to deconstruction and construction, the architecture developed is based on the theories of genius loci and anti-spaces. To articulate, from an architectural response, problems and potentialities found in the historic center, comes from an effort to understand (us) from the center as a complex society, with multiple spatial-temporal layers in superposition.
