Dušková, Barbora January 2017 (has links)
The main goal of this project is to fill the potential of the place, that is hidden behind the church wall. A proposal that will benefit not only the place itself but also the village community and visitors. A project that revives the spirit of the place but preserves its intimate atmosphere. The design itself includes a bistro, an art gallery, accommodation with sauna and a wine gallery. Between all of this is a Provence-style garden.

Nová nábřeží - urbanistická studie přestavby vybraného území podél řeky Svitavy v Brně / New Embankments - Urban Redevelopment of Selected Area along the River Svitava in Brno

Pišová, Linda January 2013 (has links)
The project follows two previous semesters when the analysis of river Svitavy in Brno was elaborated together with colleagues Lenka Gulačovou and Zdeňka Sedláková. It dealt with the river's values and potential problems and subsequent recovery. Important aspect of the thesis is that it does not have the traditional form of urban study. The project extends into the theoretical plane, which is dedicated to the waterfront, the river in an urban environment and in particular to the issues of brownfields, that are substantial for the area of Svitava river. For this work I chose a site located close to the northern edge of the city (Obřany, Maloměřice, Husovice). Three sites are selected, their central motifs are islands and brownfields. Both of these phenomena have their values, problems, but also large potential. At selected locations (Obřany, Maloměřice, Husovice) I try to illustrate the options that are presented in the form of interventions. Selected locations continually follow each other and are connected by a series of interventions that improve the quality of the space.

Analýza tvorby Romaina Garyho z perspektivy filosofie dialogu / Analysis of the work of Romain Gary

Dědinová, Lenka January 2011 (has links)
Title of the thesis: Analysis of the work of Romain Gary Keywords: dialogue, motiv of meeting, morality of relationship, identity, crisis of identity, alienation, symbology, "unspeakableness" (impossibility to expresse an experience having an intime or an extreme character), novel, figure of "the third", Jewry Abstract: The principal objective of this thesis is to show the ideological relationship between the ideas of Romain Gary, the french writer of Russian origin, and the philosophy of dialogue, that was founded by Martin Buber and elaborated by Emmanuel Lévinas. We want to reach this aim on the one side through the interpretation and the confrontation of the several philosophical thoughts and on the other side through the analysis of the novel work. This thesis is separated into four main chapters. In the first head we try to approach the effect of the economic development and the all-society transformation, that France passed through at the turn of the 19th and 20th century and especially after the First World War, that it had on the cultural life and the philosophical atmosphere. In the second head we want to define the basic thesis of the philosophy of the dialogue. The third part is dedicated to familiarization with the personality of Romain Gary and his publication. And the last part belongs to the...

Význačné prvky grupových okruhů / Distinguished elements of group rings

Procházková, Zuzana January 2021 (has links)
Title: Distinguished elements of group rings Author: Bc. Zuzana Procházková Department: Department of Algebra Supervisor: doc. Mgr. et Mgr. Jan Žemlička, Ph.D., Department of Algebra Abstract: This thesis is about finding idempotents in a group ring. We describe three techniques of finding idempotents in a semisimple group ring and in the last chapter there is an attempt to find idempotents in a group ring that does not have to be semisimple. The first technique uses representations and characters of a group. The second technique finds idempotents through the use of Shoda pairs. The third technique lifts idempotent from the factor ring with the help of CNC system of ideals, which is a generalization of a well-known technique with nilpotent ideals, and it is here extended to group rings formed by non-abelian group and noncommutative ring. iii

Klid duše jako topos epikurejského životního stylu reflektovaný v životopisných vyprávěních současníků / Calmness of Heart as Topos of the Epicurean Lifestyle Reflected in the Biographical Narration of Contemporaries

Havlová, Pavlína January 2016 (has links)
1 ABSTRACT Title: Calmness of Heart as Topos of the Epicurean Lifestyle Reflected in the Biographical Narration of Contemporaries Author: Pavlína Havlová Department: Oral History - Contemprorary History Supervisor: Mgr. David Bartoň Abstract: The proposed diploma thesis focuses on the presence of the Epicurean tradition in the biographical narration of selected contemporaries. The main emphasis is laid on substantiating relatedness between the thoughts that were formulated by the Greek thinker Epicurus at the turn of 3rd and 4th century BC and the values and lifestyle of the given individuals. The theoretical basis of the thesis is Epicurus's Letter to Menoeceus, which contains the explication of human life and ethics in particular. Based on the analysis of the letter, four general topics were defined (sobriety, moderation, internal and external lifestyle). These topics served as starting points for the interviews that also enabled their analysis and interpretation. The interviews were recorded using the oral history method, which facilitates individual approach to the scrutiny of biographical narration of selected contemporaries. Keywords: Epicurus, Epicurean, Ethics, Character, Sensibility (Temperance and Sobriety, Sophrosyne resp.), Happiness (Well-fare/Flourishing, Eudaimonia resp.), Moderation...

Brownfieldy v ČR v návaznosti na historické centrum / Brownfields in the Czech Republic in connection with historical centers

Murárová, Lucia January 2019 (has links)
The subject of the Diploma thesis is an urban study in the area of the former part of Tepna in Náchod. The Tepna area is largely after demolition and is currently dilapidating. This area has the potential for development and use, located within a short walking distance from the historic city center and at the same time from the residential area in the northern part of Náchod. Above the solved area is the castle, which is a dominant and a city landmark. The aim of the proposal was to use the potential of the territory at most, but at the same time to approach the surrounding landscape sensitively and to connect the urban character of the surrounding urban structure of the city and, conversely, the existing buildings of unclosed blocks are supplemented by new development.

Technik und Bildung in der verwissenschaftlichten Lebenswelt

Lumila, Minna 02 June 2023 (has links)
The study attempts to open Husserl's model of a non-scientific lifeworld for pedagogical investigations of the relationship between technology and “Bildung” in the scientific world. It discusses developmental problems of late modernity under plural questions and brings together approaches and traditions that have taken different paths to the further development of modern “Bildungs”-theory. The central question is how modern technology can be problematized on the one hand as the alienation of human beings from the world of life and on the other hand be appreciated as a product of human freedom and the shaping of the world. Four chapters present the methodological approaches and answers that philosopher and educator Eugen Fink (1905–1975), philosopher Martin Heidegger (1889–1976), philosopher and educationalist Theodor Litt (1880–1962), and sociologist Helmut Schelsky (1912–1984) have given to the question of the relationship between education and technology. In the course of their positions, a concert will be developed whose originality lies in addressing the coordination problems of “Bildung” (education), “Technik” (technology) and “Lebenswelt” (lifeworld) from a post-dualist, praxis-theoretical as well as post-humanist perspective.
