Analysis has also been realized in order to check the children’s preference as consumers of food and beverages. Within the behavioral perspective studies have been carried out using the Foxall model of the BPM (Behavior Perspective Model) seeking to understand consumer behavior by the threefold contingency from the analysis of its elements: antecedent, response and consequent. This paper aims to evaluate the effects of advertising exposure on the choice of children for beverages, as well as the effect of the number of alternatives available during the choice through the use of the BPM model. An experiment was carried out with 16 children of both sexes, aged between 10 and 12 years old, using a board game and presenting drinks advertisements: juice, soda and a toy advertisement. The participants were divided into four groups; for each group, one of the advertisements was presented before the beginning of the game, when they had to make the choice between juice or soda during 20 trials in each session, and two sessions were held. The results showed that the advertisements had no influence on the participants' choices, because, regardless of the advertisement, the children showed a preference for juice instead of the refrigerant. The number of alternative choices presented in format for group four seems to have exerted influence on the choices during the trials. / A pesquisa sobre o campo de estudo do comportamento do consumidor está relacionada à multidisciplinaridade desse campo, em se tratando de consumo alimentar diversas pesquisas buscam analisar a influência da propaganda na escolha alimentar das pessoas. Análise também tem sido realizadas a fim de verificar a preferência de escolha das crianças en quanto consumidoras de alimentos e bebidas. Dentro da perspectiva comportamental estudos tem sido realizados utilizando o modelo de Foxall o BPM (Behavior Perspective Model) procurando entender o comportamento do consumidor pela vertente da tríplice contingência a partir da análise de seus elementos: antecedente, resposta e consequente. Este trabalho objetiva avaliar os efeitos da exposição de propagandas sobre a preferência de escolha de crianças por bebidas, bem como, o efeito do número de alternativas disponibilizadas durante a escolha através da utilização do modelo BPM. Para tanto foi realizado um experimento com 16 crianças de ambos os sexos, com idade entre 10 e 12 anos, com a utilização de um jogo de tabuleiro e apresentação de propagandas de bebidas: suco, refrigerante e uma propaganda de brinquedo. Os participantes foram divididos em quatro grupos, para cada grupo foi apresentado uma das propaganda antes do início do jogo, quando os mesmos teriam que fazer a escolha entre suco ou refrigerante durante 20 tentativas em cada sessão, sendo que foram realizadas duas sessões. Os resultados demonstraram que as propagandas não exerceram influência nas escolhas dos participantes, pois independente da propaganda exibida, as crianças demonstraram preferência pelo suco em detrimento ao refrigerante. O número de alternativas de escolhas apresentado em formato para o grupo quatro, parece ter exercido influência nas escolhas durante as tentativas.

Contraceptive Access at Federally Qualified Health Centers During the South Carolina Choose Well Initiative: A Qualitative Analysis of Staff Perceptions and Experiences

Federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) provide essential contraceptive services to low-income individuals; yet, access to all method options, notably intrauterine devices (IUDs) and implants, may be limited at non-Title X FQHCs. The South Carolina (SC) Choose Well initiative is a statewide contraceptive access initiative that was launched in 2017 and extends into 2022. Choose Well established a collaborative network between training and clinical partners and is aimed at facilitating implementation of contraceptive care best practices through capacity-building and training of clinical and administrative staff in partner organizations. The initiative provided funding for workforce expansion and contraceptive methods. We examined perceptions of staff from Choose Well-participating FQHCs regarding contraceptive access during the first 2 years of the initiative, including factors that facilitated or posed access challenges as well as sustaining factors. This study informs the process evaluation of Choose Well while providing data critical for uncovering and scaling up contraceptive access initiatives. Interviews were conducted with FQHC staff ( = 34) in 2018 and 2019 to assess Choose Well implementation and were recorded, transcribed, and double-coded at least 80% interrater reliability or consensus coding. Data were analyzed according to clinical and administrative factors influencing contraceptive access. Increased capacity for contraceptive counseling and provision through training and external funding for IUDs and implants were the most noted clinical factors facilitating access. Streamlining workflow processes was also a facilitator. Buy-in and engagement among staff and leadership emerged as a facilitator at some clinics and as a barrier at others. Policy/structural factors related to costs of devices and insurance coverage were identified as threats to sustainability. The Choose Well initiative contributed to the perception of an increase in contraceptive access at participating FQHCs in SC. Statewide contraceptive access initiatives have the potential to support FQHCs in meeting their clients' contraceptive needs. Organizational buy-in, sustainability of funding, and training are key to realizing the full potential of these initiatives.

La thèse propose de mesurer le rôle et la place que le droit accorde aujourd’hui à la volonté du salarié dans le rapport de travail. Elle cherche aussi, dans un même temps, à identifier, à l’aune de l’observation de certaines évolutions, un affermissement de sa prise en compte. Une telle démarche exige de dépasser le constat, classiquement posé, de l’état de subordination du salarié et de la protection impérative et collective dont il fait l’objet. La volonté, telle que définie par l’auteur, suppose, en effet, un domaine d’exercice reconnu et protégé par le droit, par le biais de prérogatives et droits individuels dont le salarié est titulaire et qui lui confèrent une certaine liberté, une faculté de choix, un pouvoir d’agir au sein du rapport de travail. Pour investir les figures volontaires du salarié, dans leur diversité et leur spécificité, l’approche est menée au regard successivement de la dimension contractuelle et de la relation de pouvoir de l’employeur contenues dans le rapport d’emploi. Le diagnostic qui est posé, mêlant étroitement faveur et suspicion, valorisation et protection de la volonté du salarié, laisse néanmoins apparaître une prise en compte plus systématique et plus radicale de cette volonté. L’orientation, ainsi engagée par le droit positif, est susceptible d’annoncer, non la fin du salariat, mais au contraire une forme de renaissance. / The thesis offers to measure the role and place which law reserves for the employee’s will in labour relations. It also tries, at the same time, to identify, through the observation of certain evolutions, that the employee’s will is being more clearly taken into account. This approach necessarily goes beyond the observation generally made of the degree of the employee’s subordination and of the necessary and collective protection from which he benefits. The will, as defined by the author, supposes, as a matter of fact, a recognized field of application protected by the law through prerogatives and individual rights held by the employee which give him/her a certain degree of freedom, the ability to choose and the power to act within the labour relations. In order to cover the diversified and specific forms of voluntary action by the employee, our approach is led with regard to firstly the contractual dimension and secondly the degree by which the employer’s power affects the job relationship. The diagnostic made, which mixes closely favour and suspicion, valorization and protection of the employee’s will, shows nevertheless that this will is more systematically and radically taken into account. The orientation, engendered by positive law, is likely to announce not the end of the salaried status but on the contrary some sort of renaissance.

The thesis named "The Institution Is My Home" aims to describe the right of people with learning disabilities choose their form home and closer forms of implementation of this right, explore the context of the emergence and selection process constitution home. An authoress theoretically specifies the right choice home sites in the plane of Human Rights and in the context of the status of a person with intellectual disabilities in society as a citizen with all human rights and duties. The text reflects in particular Article 19 of the Convention on the Rights of Person with Disabilities setting the right of people to live in the community, with a choice place your home on an equal basis with others. Implementation of this law in the Czech Republic affects the continuing provision of a dual model of residential social services - community and institutional. The authoress also discusses the conflict between the decision of a person to live in an institution and a sense of social services, which must not hinder social inclusion and deepen social situation. Qualitative research presents a connection creation and the process of choosing the constitution as the home of four persons a place chosen by their home institution.

Detta leder till hård konkurrens inom branschen, och försäkringsbolagen tvingas slåss om kunderna.Uppsatsens syfte är att analysera vilka försäkringsrelevanta faktorer som kan förklara försäkringstagares val av försäkringsbolag. Uppsatsen bygger på kvantitativ metod och en positivistisk infallsvinkel med en deduktiv ansats används.Uppsatsen indikerar att följande faktorer har positiv påverkan på försäkringstagare i valet av försäkringsbolag: Lågt pris på försäkringstjänsten, hög kvalitet på försäkringstjänsten, bra försäkringspersonal, lättåtkomligheten, starkt varumärke och banktjänstemäns påverkanEn medveten avgränsning som gjorts är att enbart fokusera på svenska privatpersoner, vilket lämnar utrymme för liknande forskning i ett globalt perspektiv. Ett förslag på fortsatt forskning är därför att analysera vilka faktorer som förklarar företags val av försäkringsbolag.Forskningen har varit begränsad inom försäkringsbranschen, såväl nationellt som internationellt. Mycket av tidigare forskning har fokuserat på befintliga kunder och hur de bibehålls. När det gäller vår inriktning är forskningen nästintill obefintlig. Vi hoppas att uppsatsen kan bidra med nyttig information till bland annat försäkringsbolag, då det torde vara av intresse för dem att veta vad som förklarar personers val av försäkringsbolag. / With more than 400 companies to choose between, the Swedish insurance sector is gigantic. The competition is fierce, and the insurance companies have to fight over customers and market shares. Our purpose with this dissertation is to analyze which insurance relevant factors determine which company the private consumer chooses. This dissertation has a quantitative research method, a positivistic philosophy and a deductive approach. Our study indicates that the following factors have a positive influence on insurers in their selection of insurance companies : Low price, high quality insurance service, professional staff, high accessibility and strong trademarks. Bank employees also tend to have influence on insurers in their selection of insurance companies. This study selectively focuses on the Swedish market, leaving room for further research in a global perspective. Additional research regarding companies selection of insurance companies may therefore be interesting. Research has traditionally focused on the existing customers, and how to keep them. In contrast, research concerning how people choose their insurance company has been limited, both nationally and internationally. We believe this dissertation may be of value for insurance companies because the knowledge of the factors may be important for attracting customers.

In Peru, the right to choose freely among products and services has not been developed in extent, right contained in the Code of Protection and Defense of the Consumer. In that order of ideas, this right is not alleged in courts to be enforced due its content is not well known. Therefore, our research has the purpose of analyzing common situations, where the right to choose freely among products and services is discussed with the objective to limiting its scope clear and evenly, which would greatly contribute to its compliance. / En el Perú, no se han desarrollado en extenso los alcances del derecho a elegir, libremente, entre productos y servicios, consagrado, actualmente, en el artículo 1º, inciso 1, literal f ) del Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor. En ese sentido, podemos manifestar que este derecho no se hace respetar a plenitud por parte de los consumidores, en la medida que su real contenido no es conocido. Por ende, en este breve artículo queremos pasar revista a aquellas situaciones de la vida cotidiana, en las cuales el respeto al derecho a elegir está en discusión, con el fin de que aplicando, básicamente, el método deductivo se clarifiquen los alcances del mismo, y situaciones que hoy no son pasibles de cumplimiento por parte de los proveedores, lo sean.

A escolha, o comprometimento e o entrincheiramento com a carreira e a área de atuação: um estudo entre administradores / Choice, commitment and entrenchment with career and area of perfomance: a study among administrators

Emmerling and Cherniss (2003) say that the choice of career/area of performance can not be taken under an isolated perspective, but the community of a series of decisions involving the individual levels of professional and personal aspirations. Thus, understanding the dynamics that embraces choice, and the bonds established with the career and area of performance, both individual and collective point of view, becomes significant, since a profession achieve its social statement if the individuals that composes it demonstrate commitment and dedication. Among the bonds formed by the individual are commitment and entrenchment. To Baiochhi and Magalhães (2004), these constructs are geared to explain the intention of the employee to remain on a course of action that defines his occupation and the investments that it makes. Therefore, this work was made whit the purpose to analyze how the choices about career and area of performance influence the relationships of commitment and entrenchment of the managers surveyed. It was conducted a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Study participants totaled 208 administrators logged in Regional Management Board of Rio Grande do Sul (CRA-RS). A semi-structured questionnaire was applied, consisting of questions covering the respondents profile, the process of career choice and area of performance from Carvalho (2007) and about the bonds of commitment from Blau (1985) and Meyer and Allen (1984) and entrenchment from Carson et al (1995) with the career and area of performance. Data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics, nonparametric tests and correlations. It was evident that the administrators participants of the survey were predominantly male (52.88%), married (46.63%) with a mean age of 34 years. It was found that the process of career choice performed by administrators gave up predominantly by internal factors (45.94%), while the process of choosing the area of performance was guided by external factors (48.56%). In general, rates of commitment were more expressive than the levels achieved by the entrenchment bond, for career and area of performance. Correlations the bonds with the career and area of performance were significant and positive. However, the correlations between the choice process and the bonds, not reach significance, thus the study hypotheses were rejected. Finally, it is expected that this survey will serve to the better understanding of the administrator profession and how this professional form and establishes its bonds with the career and area of performance. / O trabalho pode ser visto pelo indivíduo como um emprego ou como uma carreira. Emmerling e Cherniss (2003) dizem que a escolha da carreira/área de atuação não pode ser tomada sob uma ótica isolada, mas pela comunhão de uma série de decisões, que envolvem níveis de aspirações pessoais e profissionais do indivíduo. Dessa forma, compreender a dinâmica que abarca a escolha, e os vínculos estabelecidos com a carreira e área de atuação, tanto do ponto de vista individual quanto coletivo, torna-se expressivo, já que uma profissão conseguirá sua afirmação social se os indivíduos que a compõe demonstrarem compromisso e dedicação. Dentre os vínculos formados pelo indivíduo, encontram-se o comprometimento e o entrincheiramento. Para Baiochhi e Magalhães (2004), esses são construtos voltados para explicar a intenção do trabalhador em permanecer num curso de ação que delimita a sua ocupação e os investimentos que faz. Diante disso, esse trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de analisar de que forma as escolhas em relação à carreira e à área de atuação influenciam as relações de comprometimento e entrincheiramento dos administradores pesquisados. Realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva, de abordagem quantitativa. Os participantes do estudo totalizaram 208 administradores registrados no Conselho Regional de Administração do Rio Grande do Sul (CRA-RS). Aplicou-se um questionário semiestruturado, constituído de questões abrangendo o perfil dos respondentes, o processo de escolha da carreira e da área de atuação de Carvalho (2007) e sobre os vínculos de comprometimento de Blau (1985) e Meyer e Allen (1984) e entrincheiramento de Carson et al (1995) com a carreira e a área de atuação. Os dados obtidos foram analisados por meio de estatísticas descritivas, testes não-paramétricos e correlações. Evidenciou-se que os administradores participantes da pesquisa foram predominantemente homens (52,88%), casados (46,63%) e com idade média de 34 anos. Constatou-se que o processo de escolha da carreira realizado pelos administradores deu-se predominantemente pelos fatores internos (45,94%), enquanto que o processo de escolha da área de atuação foi guiado pelos fatores externos (48,56%). No geral, os índices de comprometimento apresentaram níveis mais expressivos do que os alcançados pelo vínculo de entrincheiramento, tanto para a carreira quanto para área de atuação. As correlações dos vínculos com a carreira e com a área de atuação foram significativas e positivas. No entanto, as correlações entre o processo de escolha e os vínculos, não obtiveram significância, dessa forma as hipóteses do estudo foram rejeitadas. Por fim, espera-se que a realização dessa pesquisa sirva para melhor compreensão da profissão de administrador e de como este profissional forma e estabelece seus vínculos com a carreira e a área de atuação.

For this have been used methods of SWOT analysis and a questionnaire. The main aim was disclose and take advantage of opportunities, eliminate weak intents and limit distress.. One of the results of the thesis is choice of an acceptable agency for seeking new employees, implementation of a system for customers relationship management and institution of first step for management quality.
