The subjects who took part in this research were three teachers from the Natural Sciences area and one hundred and nine students, aged 15 to 16 years old, from two public schools of Porto Alegre and one private school from its metropolitan region. For data collection instruments, we used questionnaires to collect their profiles; individual semi-structured interviews with teachers; semi-structured interviews in focus groups with students, and three questions, with different competencies from PISA, which were answered by the students of this research. We analyzed data collected qualitatively through Content Analysis, according to the assumptions of Bardin (2016). Analyzes compose a discussion about the proximities and disagreements between the dimensions of scientific literacy proposed by PISA and the reality of science education. In addition, they are intended to argue if the competences required by the evaluation meet scientific knowledge presented by the students taking part in this research. From the analysis of the results, it is possible to infer that the skills and competencies of the PISA questions are beyond the knowledge presented by the students; therefore, they do not reflect the reality of the science education of studied schools. / A presente investiga??o tem o objetivo de analisar como as compet?ncias e habilidades das quest?es da prova do PISA est?o refletidas na realidade da educa??o em ci?ncias de escolas de Porto Alegre e regi?o metropolitana. Os sujeitos participantes da pesquisa foram tr?s professores da ?rea de Ci?ncias da Natureza e cento e nove estudantes, na faixa et?ria de 15 a 16 anos, de duas escolas p?blicas de Porto Alegre e uma escola privada da regi?o metropolitana. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foram utilizados question?rios, para levantamento de perfil; entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais, com os professores; entrevistas semiestruturadas em grupos focais, com os estudantes e tr?s quest?es, de compet?ncias distintas, do PISA, que foram respondidas pelos estudantes sujeitos da pesquisa. Os dados coletados foram analisados qualitativamente por meio do m?todo de An?lise de Conte?do, de acordo com os pressupostos de Bardin (2016). As an?lises comp?em uma discuss?o acerca das aproxima??es e dos desacordes entre as dimens?es do letramento cient?fico, propostas pelo PISA e a realidade da educa??o em ci?ncias. Al?m disso, consistem em argumentar se as compet?ncias exigidas pela avalia??o v?o ao encontro dos conhecimentos cient?ficos apresentados pelos estudantes participantes desta pesquisa. Existem metodologias de ensino mais tradicionais com seus princ?pios mais voltados para decorar e o repetir, como tamb?m, metodologias ativas alicer?adas no principio da autonomia, e no desenvolvimento de compet?ncias. O objetivo do estudo ? compreender a percep??o dos docentes em rela??o ? ado??o das metodologias de ensino para o desenvolvimento de compet?ncias do turism?logo no curso de Turismo da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Para alcan?ar essa finalidade foi realizado um estudo de caso de natureza explorat?ria, com a aplica??o de um roteiro de entrevista semi-estruturado com 29 docentes do curso, selecionados por meio de uma amostra intencional, adotando-se a abordagem de an?lise qualitativa. Os resultados do trabalho apontaram que os docentes adotam mais um pluralismo metodol?gico, onde a escolha dessa metodologia ? proveniente do perfil da turma e do conte?do a ser ministrado em sala. Identificou-se ainda que as metodologias consideradas como sendo as mais apropriadas para a aplica??o no curso de turismo, foram as metodologias ativas . Em rela??o ?s principais dificuldades e desafios das estrat?gias pedag?gicas adotadas pelos docentes em sala de aula, evidenciou-se a desmotiva??o do discente, al?m da sua falta de compreens?o em rela??o a import?ncia de uma base te?rica e de leitura consiste para entender e desenvolver as pr?ticas de turismo, al?m de permitir a sua aplica??o pr?tica, contribuindo assim no desenvolvimento das compet?ncias. Por fim, os dados demonstraram que as metodologias de ensino, devem valorizar uma associa??o entre a teoria e a pr?tica, permitindo uma vis?o cr?tica do discente, contribuindo com o desenvolvimento de compet?ncias, principalmente com as habilidades necess?rias para a atua??o do turism?logo. / Teaching methodologies can be defined as basic elements of discussion through teaching activities, and the act of teaching and presenting content.There are more traditional teaching methods with its more focused principles to decorate and repeat, but also active methodologies grounded on the principle of autonomy and skill development can be used. The aim of the study is to understand the perceptions of teachers in relation to the adoption of teaching methodologies for the development of the tourism specialist skills in the course of Tourism of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. To achieve this purpose a case study is conducted in an exploratory nature, with the application of a semi-structured interview with 29 teachers in the course. They are selected through an intentional sample, adopting a qualitative analysis approach. Our results showed that the professors adopt more a methodological pluralism, where the choice of this method comes from the class profile and the content to be taught within the classroom.It is also identified that the methodologies considered are the most suitable for the application in the tourism course;the active methodologies. Also, regarding the main difficulties and challenges of pedagogical strategic that was adopted by teachers in the classroom, he presented the motivation of the student, in addition to their lack of understanding in relation the importance of a theoretical base and reading is to understand and develop practices through tourism, in addition to allow its practical application, thereby contributing to the development of skills.Finally, the data showed that the teaching methodologies, should value an association between theory and practice, allowing a critical view of students, contributing to the development of skills, particularly with the skills necessary for the performance of tourism specialist.

Constru??o de escala de indicadores socioemocionais em crian?as e adolescentes / Construction scale of socio-emotional indicators in children and adolescents

Considering that in the international scientific context this issue is in evidence and that, in Brazil, studies in this area are still very incipient, this research aimed to developing a scale to identify socio-emotional skills in children and adolescents focused in rating by parents / caregivers. The research consisted of three phases. First, 83 parents / caregivers of children and adolescents aged from 10 to 14 years old responded to three open-ended questions that focused on behaviors and characteristics of children and adolescents. From the responses we sought to identify the characteristics most commonly cited by participants, which resulted in a list of 211 adjectives. Then this list was referred to analysis of five judges, four students and one teacher graduate, to assess their adequacy. This objective consisted in Study 2, which aimed to search for evidence of validity based on content.The task consisted in the classification of each of the adjectives in the model of the big five personality factors (openness to experience, extroversion, agreableness, conscientiousness and neuroticism) also judging which factor and pole (positive or negative) the adjective meant. The analysis of the percentage of agreement as well as the calculation of Kappa coefficient indicated that, in a first round of analysis, 58.3% of adjectives showed perfect agreement or substantial (over 80%), being suitable. A second round of analysis was performed as the results did not indicate five adjectives for each pole and factor as desired. A list of 50 adjectives was, thus, obtained, ten belonging to each factor of the adopted character model, five of a negative character and five of a positive one. Subsequently, the Study 3 was conducted, which consisted in preparing items for a first version of the scale. A sentence being built for each selected descriptor in Study 2 was made. A proposal for a Likert scale was prepared, and the instrumental is now ready to have their psychometric properties investigated in future studies. / As habilidades socioemocionais, tamb?m chamadas de compet?ncias socioemocionais, t?m sido, cada vez mais, destacadas na literatura cient?fica internacional, dada sua influ?ncia em diversos indicadores de sucesso escolar, pessoal e profissional. Considerando-se que, no ?mbito cient?fico internacional essa tem?tica est? em evid?ncia e que, no Brasil, estudos nessa ?rea ainda s?o bastante incipientes, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo a elabora??o de uma escala para identifica??o de compet?ncias socioemocionais em crian?as e adolescentes voltadas a pais/cuidadores. A pesquisa foi composta por tr?s fases. Na primeira delas, 83 pais/cuidadores de crian?as e adolescentes na faixa et?ria de 10 a 14 anos responderam a tr?s perguntas abertas que versavam sobre comportamentos e caracter?sticas de crian?as e adolescentes. A partir das respostas obtidas buscou-se a identifica??o das caracter?sticas mais comumente citadas pelos participantes, as quais deram origem a uma lista de 211 adjetivos. Em seguida, a lista de adjetivos foi encaminhada para an?lise de cinco ju?zes, quatro estudantes e um professor de p?s-gradua??o, para verifica??o da sua adequa??o, cujo objetivo consistiu no Estudo 2, de busca por evid?ncias de validade baseada no conte?do. A tarefa consistiu na classifica??o de cada um dos adjetivos no modelo dos cinco fatores de personalidade (abertura a experi?ncia, extrovers?o, amabilidade, conscienciosidade e neuroticismo) julgando a qual fator e polo (positivo ou negativo), o adjetivo se referia. A an?lise da porcentagem de concord?ncia, assim como o c?lculo do coeficiente Kappa indicou que, em uma primeira rodada de an?lise, 58,3% dos adjetivos apresentaram concord?ncia perfeita ou substancial (acima de 80%), mostrando-se adequados. Uma segunda rodada de an?lise foi realizada visto que os resultados n?o indicaram cinco adjetivos para cada polo e fator, como almejado. Obteve-se, assim, uma lista com 50 adjetivos, sendo dez pertencente a cada fator do modelo de personalidade adotado, cinco com car?ter negativo e cinco com car?ter positivo. Posteriormente, o estudo 3 foi conduzido, o qual constituiu-se na elabora??o de descritores para uma primeira vers?o da escala, tendo-se constru?do uma frase para cada descritor selecionado no estudo 2. Uma proposta de escala likert foi elaborada, sendo que o instrumental encontra-se, agora, pronto para ter suas qualidades psicom?tricas investigadas em estudos futuros.

The theme of socioemotionality and receiving investments for research around education. Still, with a greater concentration of studies with children and young people, in addition to the prevalence of quantitative research. In this context, a population of teachers has been little investigated in relation to their perceptions of relations with students and school. These perceptions are relevant in that they raise teachers' demands on how advanced educational actions for students and improve feelings of job satisfaction. Two studies compose the present dissertation, being a conceptual analysis and an empirical study. The conceptual analysis explores empirical studies of the last ten years around Psychology that use the term socioemotional. The objective of the research was evaluated as the concept has been employed, defined, in its contexts, its operationalization and as measures used in the different researches. The search returned 74 articles, being only two national articles. There has been an increase in the number of studies using the term over the past five years, with the prevalence of studies around education and development. In all, 26 terms related to the socioemotional term were found, so that the term "socioemotional" adjective used terms in the studies. In all, 73% of the studies did not operationalize the concept of social-emotional, although 66% of the studies propose to measure socioemotionality dimensions. In view of the results obtained in the first study, we chose to develop a qualitative study in teachers, since they are presented in a less expressive way. The empirical study aimed to investigate a perception of teachers about their relationship with students and a school in a sample of public elementary school teachers in Porto Alegre. In all, 16 teachers participated in focus group discussions about perceptions of their relationship with their students and their relationship with the school. Teachers were divided into two groups, with a first phase and another with the second phase of elementary education. The researcher asked guiding questions about teacher-student relationships and their relationship with a school. How teachers' statements were recorded and later transcribed and analyzed. A thematic analysis was conducted, in which the categories emerged from the speeches of the participants. The results pointed to a need for dialogue between teachers, school, community, and government for greater effectiveness of education actions. In addition, a promotion of information about a value as educational actions for a community to improve their relationships. / A pesquisa em torno da terminologia ?socioemocional? vem sendo utilizada em Psicologia de forma dispersa, em contextos plurais e com diferentes formas de defini-lo. O tema da socioemocionalidade vem recebendo investimentos para pesquisas na ?rea da educa??o. Ainda assim, h? maior concentra??o de estudos com crian?as e jovens al?m da preval?ncia de pesquisas quantitativas. Nesse contexto, a popula??o de professores tem sido pouco investigada em rela??o ?s suas percep??es das rela??es com alunos e escola. Essas percep??es se mostram relevantes na medida em que levantam demandas dos docentes em rela??o a como promover a??es educacionais eficazes para os alunos e melhoram sentimentos de satisfa??o no trabalho. A presente disserta??o ? composta por dois estudos, sendo uma an?lise conceitual e um estudo emp?rico. A an?lise conceitual explora estudos emp?ricos dos ?ltimos dez anos na ?rea de Psicologia que utilizam o termo socioemocional. O objetivo da pesquisa foi avaliar como o conceito tem sido empregado, definido, em quais contextos, sua operacionaliza??o e as medidas utilizadas nas diferentes pesquisas. A busca retornou 74 artigos, sendo apenas dois artigos nacionais. Observou-se um aumento do n?mero de estudos que utilizam o termo nos ?ltimos cinco anos, com preval?ncia de estudos na ?rea de educa??o e desenvolvimento. Ao todo, 26 termos conectivos ao termo socioemocional foram encontrados, de forma que o termo ?socioemocional? adjetivava os termos trazidos nos estudos. Ao todo, 73% dos estudos n?o operacionalizou o conceito de socioemocional, ainda que 66% dos estudos tenham se proposto a medir dimens?es de socioemocionalidade. Em vista dos resultados obtidos no primeiro estudo, optamos por desenvolver um estudo qualitativo em professores, j? que se apresentam de forma menos expressiva. O estudo emp?rico teve como objetivo investigar a percep??o de professores sobre sua rela??o com os alunos e com a escola em uma amostra de professores de rede p?blica de ensino fundamental em Porto Alegre. Ao todo 16 professores participaram das discuss?es dos grupos focais a respeito das percep??es da sua rela??o com seus alunos e da rela??o com a escola. Os professores foram divididos em dois grupos, sendo um da primeira fase e outro da segunda fase do ensino fundamental. O pesquisador fez perguntas norteadoras com os temas de rela??o professor-aluno e de sua rela??o com a escola. As falas dos professores foram gravadas e posteriormente transcritas e analisadas. Foi conduzida uma an?lise tem?tica, em que categorias emergiram das falas dos participantes. Os resultados apontaram para a necessidade de di?logo entre professores, escola, comunidade e governo para maior efic?cia das a??es de educa??o. Al?m disso, a promo??o de informa??o sobre a import?ncia as a??es educacionais para a comunidade podem melhorar essas rela??es.

It was a qualitative research. Firstly, it was applied an interview scrip. Secondly, with the professors. The results from the first stage show that, according to the coordinator, the competency approach is dealt with since the beginning of the course, and in all disciplines: basic, professional, theoretical and practical. The results from the second stage show that, despite working the competency approach, most professors do not know the concept of competency-based education, but apply this concept, although not knowing the theory. This stage also verified that the Teaching Project is in accordance with the National Curricular Guidelines. / O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar a consist??ncia entre o Projeto Pol??tico Pedag??gico, a legisla????o pertinente ao ensino superior no Brasil e as pr??ticas docentes, por meio do olhar do coordenador e dos docentes de um curso de gradua????o de Ci??ncias Cont??beis da cidade de S??o Paulo. A pesquisa qualitativa foi o m??todo selecionado. Em uma primeira etapa, foi usado um roteiro de entrevista com o coordenador do curso e, em uma segunda etapa, com os professores. Os resultados da primeira etapa apontam que, na vis??o do coordenador, a no????o de compet??ncias ?? tratada desde o primeiro dia do curso e em todas as disciplinas de forma????o: b??sica, profissional e te??rico-pr??tica. Os resultados da segunda etapa apontam que, apesar de trabalharem a no????o de compet??ncias, a maioria dos docentes n??o conhece o conceito de pedagogia por compet??ncias, mas aplicam esse conceito, embora n??o conhe??am a teoria. Tamb??m constatou que o projeto pol??tico pedag??gico contempla as orienta????es contidas nas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais.

At the same time, it is incontrovertible that the competitiveness is essential to the inclusion of Brazilian companies in markets more and more globalized. In that context, the interest in entrepreneurship grows. Entrepreneurial competences take the lead role. The aim of this study is to identify how such entrepreneurial competences take part in the history of the life of the agents of the winning companies of the 2006 and 2007 Corporate TOP Awards and what made them successful people. This research has, as basis, the taxonomy presented by Vergara (2006): as far as to the ends, exploratory and descriptive and, to the means, bibliographic, documental, and multiple cases studies. The data were gathered through a semi-structured questionnaire and sent to the awarded people, after they were personally contacted. The treatment and the data analysis were developed through the Method of Content Analysis, mixed categorical analysis where they were defined, a priori, based on the theory of Man and Lau (2000). The sample of the first study, related to the winners of the 2006 Corporate TOP Award, had five out of six entrepreneurs; and, the sample of the second study, related to the winners of the 2007 Corporate TOP Award, had six out of eight. Seven entrepreneurial competences area stood out in the study. The results show that three of the seven competences area considered relevant and common: Conceptual Competence, Strategic Competence and Support Competence; and, they represent 58.77% of the related frequency, emphasizing the first and the second ones that stand for 24.85% of the total. It can be inferred that there is a relation between the entrepreneurship s success and the inherent competences of the entrepreneurs, such as independence and self-assurance, persistence, pride and self-esteem, creativity, innovation, intuition, taking moderate risks, perfectionism, and calling. The recognition of market opportunities is the key to the development of the activities where the derivation of occupation is the starting point. The major emphasis of its project is related to the obsessive search for quality and sustainability, aiming to the constant satisfaction of its clients. They are innovative in the Schumpeterian style, in the way that they don t necessarily associate innovation with scientific knowledge. They prospered once they had created in the market a new business strategy, as they have a high intelligence level for success. / Nos ?ltimos anos, consolidou-se a import?ncia que micro e pequenas empresas representam no cen?rio econ?mico e social do pa?s. Ao mesmo tempo, ? incontroverso ser a competitividade fundamental para a maior inser??o das empresas brasileiras em mercados cada vez mais globalizados. Nesse contexto, cresce o interesse pelo empreendedorismo. Compet?ncias empreendedoras assumem papel de destaque. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar como tais compet?ncias empreendedoras fazem parte da hist?ria de vida dos agentes das empresas ganhadoras do Pr?mio TOP Empresarial nos anos de 2006 e 2007 e que os teria tornado bem sucedidos. Esta pesquisa adota como base a taxionomia apresentada por Vergara (2006): quanto aos fins, explorat?ria e descritiva e, quanto aos meios, bibliogr?fica, documental e de estudo de casos m?ltiplos. Os dados foram colhidos atrav?s de um question?rio semi-estruturado, enviado por e-mail aos agraciados, ap?s serem contatados pessoalmente. O tratamento e a an?lise de dados se desenvolveram atrav?s do M?todo de An?lise de Conte?do, an?lise categorial mista, onde as categorias foram definidas, a priori, com base na teoria de Man e Lau (2000). A amostra do primeiro estudo, referente aos ganhadores do Pr?mio TOP Empresarial 2006, se constitui de cinco dentre os seis empreendedores. J? a amostra do segundo estudo, ganhadores do Pr?mio TOP Empresarial 2007, se constituiu de seis dentre os oito empreendedores. Destacaram-se sete ?reas de compet?ncias empreendedoras no estudo. Os resultados mostram que tr?s destas s?o consideradas relevantes e comuns: Compet?ncia Conceitual, Compet?ncia Estrat?gica e Compet?ncia de Suporte e representam 58,77% de freq??ncia relativa, com destaque para a primeira, que representa 24,85% deste total. Depreende-se que muito do sucesso do empreendimento est? relacionado ?s compet?ncias inerentes a esses empreendedores, como: independente e autoconfian?a; persistente, orgulho e auto-estima, criatividade, inova??o, intui??o, assun??o de riscos moderados, perfeccionismo e voca??o. O reconhecimento de oportunidades de mercados se mostra fundamental, para o desenvolvimento de suas atividades, onde a deriva??o de ocupa??o ? a base. O grande destaque do seu produto est? relacionado ? busca obsessiva pela qualidade e sustentabilidade, visando ? constante satisfa??o dos seus clientes. S?o inovadores no estilo schumpeteriano, dado que, n?o associam necessariamente a inova??o ao conhecimento cient?fico. Prosperam ao criarem no mercado uma nova estrat?gia de neg?cios, pois t?m um alto n?vel de intelig?ncia para o sucesso.

The human relations beings inside of the companies elapse of a series of personal and structural variable that influence in the organization, in turn may to modify the effective organizational culture, provoking changes in its initial structure. The people who integrate the organization withhold a greater or minor capacity before the this type of change. For consequence some companies react more positively than others ahead of an uncertain scene. This capacity of adaptation, as well as the consequent growth of the organization comes to be in function of the organizational learning that promotes the understanding of new realities and the adoption of new behaviors. However, the relation among people can occur of a conflictive standard, that accents the difference of positions, opinions between itself. Of this shock a possible learning results, that comes to provide a development in the organization. In this aspect the subject of the present research, the management of the conflict inhabits. The objective that if considers is to investigate the phenomenon of the interpersonal conflict in the process, according to factors of the organizational culture, compared them it the raised empirical data concerning the considered subject, for intermediary of a study of multiple cases. The employed methodology follows the considered one for Yin (2004), as study of case and Fleury (1996), as inquiry of the organizational culture, analyzing its history, the socialization of new members, the communication process, and the work process. The changeable proposals in the survey of the interviews look for to discover concerning the understanding of the people how much to the existence of conflicts, behavior in the resolution of the conflict, the standard of reaction before the changes, the consequences of a conflict, the intensity of a conflict and its benefit, the possibility of the learning existence after a conflict, that techniques if use in the resolution of the conflict. For such study four organizations, being two of the private initiative and two state ones had been investigated. To the end of the analysis of the data, one evidences that each organization possess its proper method of conflict resolution, that if relates to the organizational culture of each institution. To the end one in accordance with presents a proposal of management of conflict, based the theoretical referential and the carried through research of field. The conclusion of the work looks for to still contemplate, suggestions for future research, as well as suggestions to the companies, in the moving one to the management of the conflict. / O presente trabalho aborda o assunto do conflito dentro das organiza??es. As rela??es humanas dentro das empresas decorrem de uma s?rie de vari?veis pessoais e estruturais que influem na organiza??o, por sua vez podem vir a alterar a cultura organizacional vigente, provocando mudan?as em sua estrutura inicial. As pessoas que integram a organiza??o det?m uma maior ou menor capacidade ante a esse tipo de mudan?a. Por conseq??ncia algumas empresas reagem mais positivamente que outras diante de um cen?rio incerto. O objetivo que se prop?e ? investigar o fen?meno do conflito interpessoal, segundo fatores da cultura organizacional, comparando-os aos dados emp?ricos levantados acerca do tema proposto, por interm?dio de um estudo de casos m?ltiplos. A metodologia empregada segue o proposto por Yin (2004), como estudo de caso e Fleury (1996), como investiga??o da cultura organizacional, analisando-se sua hist?ria, a socializa??o de novos membros, o processo de comunica??o, o processo de trabalho. As vari?veis propostas no levantamento das entrevistas procuram descobrir acerca da compreens?o das pessoas quanto ? exist?ncia de conflitos, conduta na resolu??o do conflito, o padr?o de rea??o ante as mudan?as, as conseq??ncias de um conflito, a intensidade de um conflito e seu benef?cio, a possibilidade da exist?ncia de aprendizagem ap?s um conflito, que t?cnicas se empregam na resolu??o do conflito. Para tal estudo investigaram-se quatro organiza??es, sendo duas da iniciativa privada e duas estatais. Ao final da an?lise dos dados, constata-se que cada organiza??o possui seu m?todo pr?prio de resolu??o de conflito, que se relaciona ? cultura organizacional de cada institui??o. Ao final apresenta-se uma proposta de gest?o de conflito, fundamentada de acordo com o referencial te?rico e a pesquisa de campo realizada. A conclus?o do trabalho procura contemplar ainda, sugest?es para futuras pesquisas, bem como sugest?es ?s empresas, no tocante ? gest?o do conflito.

Those are outsourced workers in a continuously way. They were present for consecutive years personally way and even in a functional way, these workers establish a bi-univocal and symbiotic relationship with those who surround them. It is not different at the Rural Federal University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), which has a significant contribution from the workers. This study intends to understand the correlation of concepts involved in the appropriation of knowledge of these workers in service and how this knowledge could be measured and formally recognized through a Certification System for their own knowledge. In the investigations that deal with the Certification by already developed habilities was found the concept of skills. To a better comprehension about the problem we sought to understand how this concept would be or not be useful in this purpose. Having established the possible conceptual space to work, it was intent in an exploratory research allied with case study, since the sample cut focused on workers of Vet UFRPE Hospital, the identification of a certification model that make the most of these workers. Among the methods studied, one has presented as the most appropriate, perhaps because it is more directed to the recognition of acquired skills and not necessarily intrinsic skills. The results, rather than allow the understanding of the elements involved in this relationship UFRPE / worker, brings to light the individual value of each one dedicated to the daily task of contributing to the objectives of the institution, in which they work with care and diligence, though not confirm the possibility and certify them the competences in terms of the study has show. However, it maintains that it can certify them the knowledge and skills gained in services in order to give them a formal qualifying title of his professional status. / A administra??o p?blica tem contado h? j? um bom n?mero de anos com o incremento de uma for?a de trabalho muitas vezes determinante dos resultados daqueles ?rg?os nos quais est? inserta. Trata-se dos trabalhadores em servi?os terceirizados de forma continuada. Presentes por anos seguidos seja essa presen?a de forma pessoal ou at? mesmo funcional, esses trabalhadores estabelecem uma rela??o biun?voca e simbi?tica com seu entorno. N?o ? diferente na Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE), que conta com uma significativa contribui??o deles. Dentre os m?todos estudados, um se apresentou como mais adequado, talvez porque seja mais direcionado ao reconhecimento de habilidades adquiridas e n?o necessariamente ? compet?ncias intr?nsecas. Os resultados, mais do que possibilitar a compreens?o dos elementos envolvidos nessa rela??o UFRPE/trabalhador, nos trazem ? luz o valor individual de cada um dos dedicados ? tarefa di?ria de contribuir com os objetivos da institui??o na qual laboram com zelo e dilig?ncia, embora n?o confirmem a possibilidade e certificar-lhes as compet?ncias nos termos do que este estudo mostrou. Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2016. / This study aimed to analyze the required competencies to perform the activities of management positions at the Faculdade de Ci?ncias Sociais Aplicadas e Exatas (FACSAE) [Faculty of Social Applied and Exact Sciences] of the Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM) [Federal University of the Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valeys], campus of Te?filo Otoni-MG, in the perception of its professors, a classic theme of Administration and Personnel Management applied in the private sphere still incipient in the context of the public education sector. The qualitative and quantitative methodology used consisted of a case study with data collection conducted through document analysis, participant observation and questionnaire application. As result, the professional academic profile of the FACSAE professors was delineated and skills required for management positions were raised; even restricted to a set of attributes perceived as ideal, it is important to know the real demands for the development of people and qualification for a managerial function, especially the knowledge of administrative and legal framework of UFVJM and its units, processes and work routines; for the skills of stimulating and promoting teamwork and maintain good interpersonal relationships; for attitudes such as ethics, relationship and cooperation. Such results point out to planning a management training program in educational institutions that would address topics such as Public Management and Budget, Legislation, Ethics and Interpersonal Relations. It is hoped that the present discussion contributes to the development of management competencies within the universities, in order to increase the quality and efficiency of the provided services.

O objetivo do estudo foi investigar o desenvolvimento de compet?ncias empreendedoras de estudantes universit?rios participantes do Movimento Empresa J?nior no Brasil. Participaram da pesquisa 796 estudantes universit?rios das cinco regi?es brasileiras que estivessem vinculados a uma empresa j?nior no momento da pesquisa. Os instrumentos utilizados foram o Invent?rio de Compet?ncias Empreendedoras de Man adaptado e a Escala de Suporte ? Aprendizagem Informal no Trabalho, o primeiro foi adaptado semanticamente para o portugu?s brasileiro e passou por uma valida??o cruzada e o segundo foi revalidado. Foi realizada uma regress?o linear m?ltipla, a partir da qual foi poss?vel identificar os fatores de suporte da empresa j?nior e suporte dos colegas como vari?veis preditoras dos cinco fatores de compet?ncias empreendedoras encontrados nesse estudo (compet?ncias de gest?o estrat?gica, compet?ncias conceituais, compet?ncias de gest?o de pessoas, compet?ncias de relacionamento e compet?ncias de oportunidade). Al?m disso, pode contribuir metodologicamente com os estudos de compet?ncias empreendedoras no pa?s. / This research aimed to investigate the development of entrepreneurial competencies of college students who participate of junior enterprises in Brazil. These companies present themselves as college students? initiatives for practical application of theoretical knowledge of the graduation by providing services in the acting area allowing learning and skills development. This scenario brings us to the following question: beyond the professional development, the junior enterprises allow a relative development to entrepreneurship? In order to tailor the questionnaire on the format and understanding among the respondents a face pretest was conducted with 20 junior entrepreneurs and egresses of the movement. Then 796 junior entrepreneurs of the five Brazilian regions were investigated, they responded to an online survey containing a four dimensions questionnaire: demographic and contextual data of the junior entrepreneur, junior enterprise data, learning support and entrepreneurial competencies. Factorial analysis to validate the instruments and correlational analysis to identify relationships between the main constructs were conducted. It was found that the junior enterprises play an important supportive role for the development of entrepreneurial competencies and that these competencies, in turn, are developed primarily from the daily practical implementation of activities in the junior enterprise. With the results of this study it is expected to contribute at four levels: the forming agents, the junior enterprise movement it self, the students and literature on junior enterprises and the entrepreneurial competencies.
