The theme of this thesis is the design of new agricultural building cowshed, near the town of Kamenný Újezd. The theoretical part consists of a literary research, which deals with description of possible and the most used variants of technical and technological equipment, supplemented by legislative conditions for the type of construction. The practical part deals with the design of technical and technological equipment, which is chosen as the most suitable for this construction. Then these designs are elaborated and plotted in disposition and technology schemes and drawings.

I do two things in my dissertation. One is to tell the history of academic research on my language from the perspective of a Native person who has been involved in this work as an assistant to non-Native researchers. The other is to explain more about my culture and language and how it works from the perspective of a Yakima person who has spoken and used the language her whole life. My most important task in this dissertation is to explain at more length some of the most basic vocabulary about our ancient culture and way of life. I do this by writing about different important parts of traditional life - life circles, sweathouse, ceremonies, horses, and foods - and explaining the words we use to talk about these and how those words explain the deeper meaning of what we do. I write this dissertation for the Ichishkíin speaking communities in hope that by documenting our lost traditions they will have a resource from which to learn our ancestors' ways and language. Detailing the traditional practices offers a much needed historical and social accounting of each. I include various dialects and practices shared by other Ichishkíin speaking communities. I incorporate texts, songs, descriptions of dances, and practices in Ichishkíin. This dissertation contributes also to the fields of sociolinguistics and theoretical linguistics, as well as historical and cultural anthropology. Despite the best efforts of some anthropologists and linguists, all the work done on Yakima Ichishkíin is by researchers from outside the community and is inevitably seen and presented through the lens of the English language, Euro-American culture, and the Western tradition of "objective" scholarship. I am in a unique position to present the research on my language as a contribution to academic scholarship but from a very different perspective, that of a Native speaker and scholar. Implicit in my view of scholarship is the way researchers should work with Native people; therefore, I address how linguists can better work with community members. I discuss the protocols and etiquette expected by Native people in working with non-Natives.

Buscou-se percebê-la no circuito social da fotografia investigando aspectos da produção, difusão e consumo, através de coleções familiares, imprensa, acervos institucionais e de profissionais do ramo. Na pesquisa se trabalhou com levantamento e análise de dados seriais e qualitativos utilizando-se de fotografias, jornais, escritos e depoimentos orais relativos às microrregiões de Jacobina e Senhor do Bonfim. A abordagem pauta-se nas práticas sociais, representações culturais da fotografia, seus usos na construção de memórias e como objetos de lembranças. The dissertation highlights the presence of a photographic culture in the hinterland of Bahia in the first half of the 20th century. The research setting is the social circuit of photography. Aspects of the production, dissemination and consumption are investigated through family collections, the press and institutional and professional archives. The research was accomplished through survey and analysis of serial and qualitative data, using photographs, newspapers, written and oral testimonies related to region of Jacobina and Senhor do Bonfim. The approach is based on social practices, cultural representations of photography and its uses for memory building and as tokens of remembrance.

This thesis is aiming on designing of project documentation within the extent of the building Act. This documentation describes the building of family house with external and internal wheelchair access and operational arrangements related to these needs. One of the goals is also familiarization with the building Act as well as with Decree on general technical requirements for the construction. Wheelchair accessibility is wide and complicated subject, where are the requirements for the construction strictly given, therefore the Decree 398/2009 Sb. about the general technical requirements establishing the use of barrier-free buildings has become the starting basis. The building must comply with technical and architectural demands to allow the disabled persons normal usage of the construction.

The diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part presents a current situation in South Bohemia describing in detail the community planning documentation. It also attends to local crisis management and protection of the population and its partial activities. In last chapter of the first part I describe integrated rescue system with particular focus on its one of basic elements, The Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The second part of the thesis concerns research that by means of charts and graphs provides particular results of the questionnaire filled out by managers of the constructions department, department of regional development and by workers of south-bohemian municipal workplaces with extended activities oriented on crisis management. The research is then followed by short empirical statistics. The thesis conclusion shows that the community planning documentation focused on crisis management and protection of the population is processed within the range that can be considered as satisfactory.

The Master Thesis deals with the evaluation of the development of territorial plans documentation in the cadastral territory of the town Trebon. The main objective is the evaluation and comparison of the spatial arrangement of the individual functional areas in the territorial plans from the years 1959, 1976, 1993 and 2012; and the contribution of the plans to the development, accouterment, and protection of the examined territory. Another part of the thesis is an own proposal of changes to the current territorial plan. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts, the history of the legal regulation of spatial planning in the Czech Republic, forms, subjects and processes in spatial planning, the geography of the city and suburbanization. The methodological part describes the database with the issue of its acquisition; the methodical procedure of unifying the legends of the individual spatial plans; and the characteristics of the examined territory. In the analytical part, there is evaluated the historical development of the building composition in Trebon, the conclusions regarding the representation of the individual functional areas in the spatial plans and the comparison of their development. An important component of the thesis is the map outputs presenting the spatial arrangement of functional areas in the territory of Trebon in the analyzed territorial plans.

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of managed documentation for yearly Short-term Stability Check of the planning system and identification of critical points, which refer to their lack of security. Documentation of Short-term Stability Check is specified for use with the Eclipse Planning System from Varian Medical Systems, at the Oncology Department of the České Budějovice Hospital, a. s. In the theoretical part, I focused on producing managed documentation and innovations in the sphere of planning system. I described also the cyber security that relates to one of my targets. At first in the practical part I elaborated a draft of managed document for Short-term Stability Check of the planning system based on the internal directive of the České Budějovice Hospital, a.s. The draft will become the managed document after the approval process. Furthermore, in the practical part are defined the most critical points of the methodology, which could have a negative impact on the safely functioning planning system and the whole department in general. Subsequently I analyzed the risk using the KARS method. After evaluation of critical points I described how they are secured and where are situated deficiencies. Measures were proposed based on results of the analysis for their protection. The benefit of this work is a new perspective on the issue of safe using. This analysis shows an expansive concept of safety in using the planning system with an impact on the operation of the entire department.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / In the documentation of software architecture, it must be considered two relevant points: i) the architecture is composed by several visions, and ii) each vision identifies a set of components and interactions which allows a better understanding between developers and system programmers. The documentation of the components, when treating reusability, must present a set of information concerning its functionality and applicability in order to adapt them in applications of same domain. When we think of interaction among components, the information concerning the communication messages must be well identified so that the process of working may be clearly understood. This work shows the creation of a catalog of documentation patterns for the architecture of image processing and analysis systems approaching on the concept of design patterns and architecture visions of UML which will be used as the base for designing the Patterns. Through its use, the developers will be more sure of which is necessary to document and safer when reusing components previously tested and documented. It is also shown in this work the development of templates environment of the Patterns in the tool MoinMoinWiki aiming at creating a scenery for collaborative work and also a repository of information on documentation of systems architecture and frameworks within image domain. / Na documentação da arquitetura de software deve ser considerado dois pontos relevantes: i) a arquitetura é composta por várias visões, e ii) cada visão identifica um conjunto de componentes e interações, permitindo melhor compreensão entre desenvolvedores e projetistas do sistema. A documentação dos componentes, quando se tratando de reusabilidade, deve apresentar um conjunto de informações referente a sua funcionalidade e aplicabilidade a fim de adaptá-los em aplicações de mesmo domínio. Quando pensando em interação entre componentes, as informações relacionadas às mensagens de comunicação devem ser bem identificadas, para que o processo de funcionamento seja claramente entendido. Este trabalho apresenta a criação de um catálogo de Padrões de Documentação da Arquitetura de sistemas e frameworks para processamento e análise de imagens, abordando o conceito de design patterns e visões arquiteturais da UML, as quais servirão de base para elaboração dos padrões. Através do uso desses, os desenvolvedores sentirão mais clareza do que é necessário documentar e mais seguros em reusar componentes previamente testados e documentados. Apresenta-se também neste trabalho, o desenvolvimento de um ambiente de templates dos Padrões na ferramenta MoinMoinWiki, com o objetivo de criar um cenário para o trabalho colaborativo, e também um repositório de informações sobre a documentação da arquitetura de sistemas e frameworks no domínio de imagens.

No caso específico do Brasil, dispõe-se da Classificação Decimal de Direito, que, nem mesmo em sua edição mais recente (2002) prevê subdivisões específicas para a área de Direito Processual do Trabalho. Isso que gera a impossibilidade de representação dos assuntos desse ramo jurídico, principalmente no caso dos recursos trabalhistas, que possuem grande especificidade temática e intensa produção documental. Dessa forma, objetivou-se realizar um cotejo entre a área de Direito Processual do Trabalho (por meio da identificação e hierarquização de seus termos de acordo com a doutrina brasileira) e a estrutura conceitual e notacional da Classificação Decimal de Direito, de modo a fornecer subsídios metodológicos para o processo de extensão e atualização da mesma no âmbito dos recursos trabalhistas. Partindo da caracterização dos recursos no âmbito do Direito Processual do Trabalho brasileiro, adentrou-se na abordagem do tratamento temático da informação, com especial destaque à estrutura notacional e terminológica da Classificação Decimal de Direito, que apresenta uma simbiose entre o aspecto... / The organization and representation of the knowledge registered or socialized implies the usage of documentary languages, in a field that bibliographic classification systems stand in bold relief, which not only determine the physical localization of a document in an information unit but also represent the area of speciality related to the subject of the document. In the specific case of Law, the speciality and the update of these instruments become determinative, because it is a field in constant development, with a fast embodiment of new terms in the speciality area. In the specific case of Brazil, there is the Law Decimal Classification, which not even in its more recent edition (2002) foresee specific subdivision of labor law procedures. This is what generates the impossibility of the representation of the subjects of this juridical sphere, especially in working resources stance, which have a great thematic specificity and intense documentary production. In this way, we tried to make a comparison between the labor law procedures area (by the identification and act hierarchizing of its terms according to Brazilian doctrine) and the conceptual and notational structure of Law Decimal Classification, so as to provide methodological subsidy to the enlargement and update process of the structure in the working resources field. To do that it was used doctrinaire literatures, because they are considered as sources to the knowledge structuring in the area. Essa relação é objeto de estudo dessa pesquisa, que se pautará na análise do formato de intercâmbio de dados bibliográficos Machine Readable Cataloging, MARC 21, em sua versão em Extensible Markup Language, XML, linguagem de marcação que prove mecanismos de comunicação de dados desenvolvida pela Ciência da Computação, caracterizando o referencial teórico da pesquisa a partir da interdisciplinaridade existente. O objetivo da pesquisa é destacar a importância da XML para a Ciência da Informação, a partir da própria estrutura da linguagem e de estudos sobre Formas de Representação, apresentando a versão MARC 21 em XML como ferramenta adequada para representação documentária. A proposição apresenta subsídios teóricos e metodológicos que destaca o MARC 21 em sua versão XML como uma relevante opção de representação documentária, e promove uma discussão sobre a necessidade de desenvolvimento de ferramentas de software e não de novos métodos de representação. Evidências técnicas sobre o MARC 21, XML e a indicação a versão MARC 21 em XML como método adequado para representação documentária embasarão a proposição. That relation is the object of study of this research, that it will be ruled in the analysis of the format of exchange of bibliographical data Machine Readable Cataloging, MARC 21, in its version in Extensible Markup Language, XML, demarcation language that proves mechanisms of communication of data developed by the Science of the Computation, characterizing the theoretical referencial of the research starting from the existent interdisciplinary. The objective of the research is to detach the importance of XML for the Science of the Information, starting from the own structure of the language and of studies on Forms of Representation, introducing the version MARC 21 in XML as appropriate tool for documentary representation. The proposition presents theoretical and methodological subsidies that it detaches MARC 21 in its version XML as a relevant option of documentary representation, and it promotes a discussion about the need of development of software tools and not of new representation methods. Technical evidences about MARC 21 XML and the indication of the version MARC 21 in XML as appropriate method for documentary representation will base the proposition.
