Pedagogická komunikace fotbalových trenérů mládeže / Pedagogical communication of a youth football coachŠVEC, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The main research objective of this thesis is to determine if, or how, the verbal communication of a youth football coach differs from the coaches at the club level of the regional competitions and republic competitions. The theoretical section of the thesis deals with coaching and communication. The first chapter describes the work of a football coach as an educator. The second chapter, focused on communication, further describes concepts such as verbal, pedagogical and effective communication. The empirical section presents the results of a quantitative survey. It has been shown that coaches' communica- tion with players varies significantly, for example, in the content of commands, remorse, vulgarism, or in frequency of shouting towards a player after his mistake. The frequency of occurrence of the above-mentioned communication features is higher for coaches at regional club level.

Previous issue date: 2015 / O problema central desta dissertação refere-se à necessidade de adaptação da comunidade
escolar em face da necessária reconfiguração das estratégias de ensino-aprendizagem, a partir
do uso das novas Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação (TICs) enquanto ferramentas
pedagógicas nos ambientes escolares. O objetivo principal é analisar o processo de
adaptabilidade de educandos e educadores frente a esse processo, por meio do estudo de caso
do Projeto Ginásio Experimental de Novas Tecnologias (GENTE), desenvolvido na Escola
Municipal André Urani, na Rocinha, Rio de Janeiro. O objetivo secundário é compreender
como se dá a mediação do consumo de mídia em um ambiente em que o uso das TICs ganhou
centralidade. Do ponto de vista teórico, pretende-se discutir aspectos das interconexões entre
os campos da Comunicação e da Educação, a partir de referencial que tem como alicerce a
produção de autores filiados aos estudos culturais, sobretudo os latino-americanos, em
posição dialógica às teorias dos campos da Educação para a mídia, destacando-se a
Educomunicação e a Mídia-Educação, bem como alguns pressupostos da chamada Educação
para o Século XXI. Para o levantamento de dados valeu-se, primordialmente, da abordagem
qualitativa, com uso de pesquisa exploratória, observação participativa e entrevistas em
profundidade. A análise dos dados baseou-se na utilização da teoria do Discurso do Sujeito
Coletivo (DSC) e do software desenvolvido para aplicação dessa técnica. Dentre os principais
resultados alcançados, destaca-se a agregação de conhecimento científico que possa, de
alguma forma, colaborar com as políticas públicas de Educação e com ações subsequentes do
uso das TICs nos ambientes públicos escolares, por meio do relato de um caso real de
empenho adaptativo coletivo para tornar o uso das novas tecnologias um aliado na missão de
educar e preparar os alunos para a vida cidadã, sem perder de vista os novos desafios da
Educação, como a promoção da autonomia e do protagonismo infantil e juvenil / The core problem of this work concerns the need to adapt the school community, due to the
necessary reconfiguration of teaching and learning strategies from the use of new Information
and Communication Technologies (ICTs) as teaching tools in educational environments. The
main objective is to analyze the adaptability process of learners and educators to this process
through the case study of Project New Technologies Experimental Gymnasium (GENTE in
portuguese), developed at André Urani Municipal School at Rocinha, Rio de Janeiro. The
secondary objective is to understand how the mediation of media consumption
occurs\happens on the environment in which the use of ICTs has gained centrality. From a
theoretical point of view, we intend to discuss aspects of the interconnections between the
fields of Communication and Education, from a reference that has as its foundation the
production of authors affiliated with the well-known School of Latin American Cultural
Studies, in dialogic position to theories of media education courses, highlighting Educational
Communication and Media-education, as well as some assumptions of the so-called
Education for the twenty-first century. For data collection a primarily qualitative approach
was chosen, using exploratory research, participative\ interactiveobservation and in-depth
interviews. Data analysis was based on the use of the Collective sSbject Discourse theory
(DSC) and the software developed for the application of this technique. Among the main
results that we sought to achieve, we can\should\must emphasize, adding scientific knowledge
that can somehow work with public policies of education and subsequent actions of the use of
ICTs in school public environments through the account of a real case of adaptive collective
commitment to make the use of new technologies an ally in the mission of educating and
preparing students for civic life, without losing sight of the new challenges ineducation, such
as the promotion of autonomy and child and youth participation

O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar via programação das rádios comunitárias: 8 de Dezembro" situada na Cidade de Vargem Grande Paulista e Cantareira", situada na Vila Brasilândia, município de São Paulo e junto aos discursos de seus ouvintes, como se dá a comunicação de riscos sanitários inerentes ao campo da vigilância sanitária e qual é a influência destas mensagens nos hábitos cotidianos desses ouvintes. Utilizou-se como instrumento da metodologia adotada, o documental proporcionado pela programação das rádios, levantando o conteúdo abordado sobre saúde e mais especificamente sobre vigilância sanitária, e entrevistas qualiquantitativas junto a 106 ouvintes de tais rádios, utilizando-se a metodologia do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC). Posteriormente os dados foram tabulados com a ajuda do Software Qualiquantsoft. Dentro desse quadro, concluiu-se que as rádios comunitárias podem ser um espaço de comunicação em saúde pública através de processos educomunicativos, ou seja, processos onde a comunicação tem papel educativo sobre a população, estimulando uma comunicação de riscos sanitários mais eficiente e democrática, enquanto formador de cidadania. From this picture, it was concluded that the community broadcasts can be a communication room in public health through educational and communication means, or, the processes where the communication has an educational role on the people, stimulating a more efficient and democratic health risks communication and building the citizenship. In the educational communication, the receiver is critical and interacts with the broadcaster, giving the message a new meaning according to their lives as they experience it in different local, social, cultural, educational, religious meanings.

This research sought to study the communication conditions in an educational institute with the purpose of knowing the effectiveness of the communicational interchanges between the parts involved and with the purpose of designing a tool to improve the communication between students, teachers, principals and parents. The efficiency of the communication was analyzed, as well as the benefits they obtain from it. The qualitative method was used to obtain their opinion through interviews. The collected information was used to design a technological platform that would allow keeping communication, taking into account the needs of the school under study. It is concluded that the communication is efficient between the internal actors but deficient with the external participants, for which the use of a technological platform of communication would benefit the process. / Esta investigación buscó estudiar las opiniones de maestros, alumnos y padres de familia, con respecto a la comunicación que se lleva a cabo entre estos actores educativos en una institución educativa con el propósito de conocer la efectividad de los intercambios comunicativos entre los involucrados. La información obtenida permitirá diseñar una herramienta de comunicación virtual para mejorar las relaciones entre alumnos, maestros, directivos y padres de familia. Se analizó la eficiencia de la comunicación entre ellos, así como los beneficios que obtienen de ese intercambio. Se utilizó el método cualitativo, obteniendo su opinión mediante entrevistas. La información recabada se utilizó para diseñar una plataforma tecnológica que permitiera mantener la comunicación, considerando las necesidades de la escuela bajo estudio. Se concluyó que la comunicación es eficaz entre los actores internos de la escuela pero deficiente con los actores externos, por lo que el uso de una plataforma tecnológica de comunicación beneficiaría este proceso. / Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo estudar as condições de comunicação em uma instituição educacional, a fim de determinar a eficácia dos intercâmbios comunicativos entre as partes interessadas de forma a conceber um instrumento para melhorar a comunicação entre alunos, professores, administradores e pais. A eficiência da comunicação entre eles e os benefícios que eles ganham com este intercâmbio foi analisada. A metodologia utilizada foi qualitativa, obter o seu parecer por meio de entrevistas. As informações coletadas foram usadas para projetar uma plataforma de tecnologia que iria manter a comunicação, considerando as necessidades da escola em estudo. Concluiuse que a comunicação é eficaz entre atores internos, mas pobre escola com atores externos, de modo que o uso de uma plataforma de comunicação benefício tecnológico neste processo.

This diploma thesis deals with social competences of a teacher at primary school. The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis was to explore the area of the social competences in current professional literature and curricula, and to analyze the social competences of a teacher necessary to developing their optimal relationships with pupils, class as a social group, parents of students and colleagues. Die Arbeit leistet einen Beitrag zur Begründung einer pädagogischen Theorie der Verständigung in modernen Gesellschaften. Sie entfaltet ihre historischen und systematischen Überlegungen in zwei Teilen: Im ersten Teil wird die Erziehungskonzeption von J.-J. Rousseau analysiert. Vor dem Hintergrund seiner biografischen Entwicklung (Kapitel 1) und der Analyse des "Gesellschaftsvertrages" (Kapitel 2), wird in Kapitel 3 Rousseaus Erziehungstheorie dargestellt. Deren Besonderheit liegt darin, das Spannungsverhältnis von Ontogenese und Bildungsgenese zum Drehpunkt des Erziehungsvertrages gemacht zu haben. Dies ermöglichte ihm, ein Stufenkonzept der entwicklungsangemessenen Formen der Subjektförderung zu begründen; nämlich: Fürsorge und natürliche Elementarerziehung; negative Erziehung; sokratischer Dialog und Handwerkserziehung; natürliche Moralerziehung; Erziehung zur Geschlechtsidentität. Der Beitrag Rousseaus zu einer Theorie der pädagogischen Verständigung erschließt sich allerdings erst im textrekonstruktiven Verfahren mit folgenden Stufen: Explikation des Vorverständnisses der Interpretin; argumentativer Nachvollzug des Textes; Herausarbeitung immanenter Widersprüchlichkeiten, die aus der naturrechtlichen Verankerung dieser Erziehungskonzeption resultieren; Aufhebung der bleibenden konzeptionellen Momente in einer pädagogischen Verständigungstheorie. Der zweite Teil beschäftigt sich mit den aktuellen Diskussionen zur Subjektentwicklung in der "zweiten Moderne".
