Η προπαγάνδα και η εκπαιδευτική πολιτική των ιταλικών στρατευμάτων κατοχής στα Επτάνησα (1941-1943)

Στην εργασία αυτή προσπαθούμε να προσεγγίσουμε την περίοδο της Ιταλικής Κατοχής στα Επτάνησα, από τον Απρίλιο του 1941 ως το Σεπτέμβριο του 1943,όχι από τη συνήθη πλευρά των στρατιωτικών και πολιτικών γεγονότων, αλλά από τη σκοπιά της καθημερινής ζωής στα νησιά και τον τρόπο που οι αρχές κατοχής προσπάθησαν να εφαρμόσουν το σχέδιό τους για την προσάρτηση των νησιών στην Ιταλική επικράτεια.Συγκεκριμένα επικεντρωθήκαμε στο προπαγανδιστικό πλαίσιο εντός του οποίου κινήθηκαν οι αρχές, επιθυμώντας να αφελληνίσουν τις συνειδήσεις των κατοίκων, άλλοτε μέσω της πειθούς και άλλοτε μέσω της βίας και της καταπίεσης. Η εργασία χωρίζεται σε 4 ενότητες: η πρώτη περιλαμβάνει το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο, τα μεθοδολογικά και ερευνητικά ζητήματα και τους εννοιολογικούς προσδιορισμούς. Η δεύτερη ενότητα καταγράφει το ιστορικό πλαίσιο πριν από την ιταλική κατάληψη των Επτανήσων και αφορά γεγονότα του Μεσοπολέμου στη Ευρώπη και την Ελλάδα, τα οποία προετοίμασαν το Β΄Π Π και ανέδειξαν το Φασισμό, ο οποίος επρόκειτο να εμπλέξει πολεμικά, στα ιμπεριαλιστικά του σχέδια, ολόκληρη σχεδόν την ανθρωπότητα. Η τρίτη ενότητα περιλαμβάνει τα αντιστασιακά κινήματα των πολιτών και τις περιπτώσεις συνεργασίας Ελλήνων με τον κατακτητή. Η τέταρτη ενότητα περιλαμβάνει τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας που διενεργήθηκε σε πρωτογενείς και δευτερογενείς πηγές, τα καθαυτό ιστορικά δεδομένα και την εξαγωγή των συμπερασμάτων μας. Ακολουθεί η καταγραφή της σχετικής βιβλιογραφίας, ελληνόγλωσσης και ξενόγλωσσης. Ειδικότερα μελετήσαμε τα τεκμήρια που απηχούσαν την προπαγανδιστική πολιτική των Ιταλών, επικεντρώνοντας περισσότερο στο θέμα της αγωγής των νέων, η οποία εξετάστηκε και με τη στενή έννοια του εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος και με την ευρύτερη της διαπαιδαγώγησης. Ανακαλύψαμε ότι στη βάση της της πολιτικής των Ιταλών βρίσκεται το ιδεολόγημα της ιστορικής συνέχειας της παρουσίας τους στα Επτάνησα, το οποίο εξυπηρετούσε εξαρχής τη σκοπιμότητα της διαμόρφωσης μιας ανθελληνικής εθνικής συνείδησης, αρχικά στους νέους και κατόπιν σε ολόκληρο τον πληθυσμό. Οι αναφορές στο παρελθόν και η προβολή ενός καλύτερου μέλλοντος, σε επίπεδο ατομικό και συλλογικό, αποτέλεσαν τα κύρια μέρη της τακτικής τους. Η μετάδοση της επιλεκτικά ιεραρχημένης και κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένης γνώσης από τους εκπαιδευτικούς - υποστηρικτές του φασισμού- θα μπορούσε να φέρει εις πέρας το σχέδιο των αρχών.Όλα αυτά σε συνδυασμό με το στραγγαλισμό της οικονομίας των νησιών και την τελεία εξαθλίωση του πληθυσμού,ο οποίος θα έπρεπε να εμπιστευτεί το πατερναλιστικό κράτος πρόνοιας των Ιταλών Φασιστών, προκειμένου να επιβιώσει. / In this project wy try to approach the Italian occupation of the Ionian Islands from April 1941 till September 1943, not the military and the political events, but the everyday lives on the islands and the way the authorities used wishing to remove the Greek idenity of the consciousness of people,sometimes by persuasion and sometimes through violence and oppression. The project is divided in four units. The first involves the theoretical framework, the methodological research iusses and concept definitions. The second unit refers to the historical framework of the Ionian Islands before the Italian occupation, and has to do with events of the interwar in Europe and in Greece which prepared World War II and distinguished Fascism, which was going to involve in its imperialistic prans almost all humanity. The third unit includes resistance movements of people and cases of cooperation with the conqueror. The fourth unit contains the results of research which was carried out from primary and secondary sources, the historical facts and our conclusion. A reference of the Greek and foreign bibliography which were used follows. We mainly studied the presumption which reflected the propagandist policy of the Italians, focused more on the issue of treatment for young people, which was examined in a close conception of the educational system and the wider education. We discovered that the ideology of the historical continuation of their presence in the Ionian Islands is found in the basis of the Italian policy, which from the beginning served the feasibility of building the anti-hellenic national consciousness, firstly to the young people and later on all the population. A reference in the past and a showing of a better future in an individual and association level consisted the main parts of their tactics. The spread of the selective hierarchy and suitably formed knowledge from the educators-supporters of fascism could accomplish the plan of the authorities. All this in combination with the strain of economy of the islands and the total improverishment of the population who would have to trust the paternalistic providence-state of the Italian fascism so as to survive.

Inherited and Acquired Assets in the Chilean Higher Education Admission Process

The present study examines from a Bourdieusian perspective the relationship between the university admission process and the social structure in Chile by analysing the extent to which inherited and acquired assets relates to the educational performance and pathways of talented students. Geometric Data Analysis in the form of Specific Multiple Correspondence Analysis is used to map out the social space of the First-application Enrolees in higher education via the University Selection Test between 2005 and 2017. Special attention is given to the sub-space of the students who achieve a perfect score in the test known as ‘Puntajes Nacionales’. Thus, 16 interviews were conducted with such students so as to deepen the interpretation of the sub-space they constitute. Evidence show an extremely high importance of inherited assets in the test performance of the First-application Enrolees, resulting in an overrepresentation of male, upper-middle class students which is not only mirrored but also sharpened within the sub-space of the Puntajes Nacionales. Such findings at once confirm and expand what previous research on the determinant conditions for the performance on the University Selection Test have argued, that is, that the function that the selection process in Chile fulfils is closer to fostering the misrecognition of the tight relationship existing between the institutionalized educational system and the social structure than to the actual measurement of competence on the national curriculum for secondary education achieved by the students. Finally, the emergence of an economy of symbolic exchange surrounding the figure of the Puntajes Nacionales in which agents other than the students benefits the most is discussed.

Vzdělávání a rozvoj kompetencí pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci / Education and Development of Competencies of the Employees in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of education and competence development of employees of selected organization XY, which deals with grocery wholesale. It is a multinational organization employing more than 10,000 employees throughout the country. It analyzes the shortcomings and presents suggestions for their improvement, including the quantification of the costs of the current situation and, on the other hand, the cost of the remedy leading to a better functioning of the company. For the practical part of the thesis were using methods as observing, managed interviews and use the company's internal materials. Managed interviews were conducted with employees across the organization. Specifically, these were interviews with row staff, shift managers, HR worker and branch directors. At the end of the thesis, it is possible to find a proposal for a completely new concept of education, which would reduce the existing costs of the organization and increase both the efficiency of the education system and the satisfaction of the employees. New proposal is to create an internal academy, when an internal lecturer is selected in the company and further educates other employees as needed. The half-year pilot project would cost approximately CZK 260,000.

Analisa a reforma educacional dos anos 90 do século XX e a submissão ao ideário estabelecido por instituições internacionais como o Banco Mundial que destacam a necessidade de descentralização e autonomia da escola que são incorporados e se transformam em elemento chave da política educacional do governo FHC. A democratização da sociedade brasileira e a emergência do município como ente federativo, assim como a municipalização da educação infantil e do ensino fundamental levado a cabo com o FUNDEF, expõem um novo desenho da educação brasileira em que os municípios passam a gerir seu próprio sistema educacional. Em um contexto com a educação sendo gerida pelo município sem a consolidação de um sistema educacional composto por educadores de carreira, mutável a cada gestão, estabelece a contradição com os projetos das escolas por que o prefeito eleito não tem compromissos com a continuidade, ficando a escola vinculada à lógica de um executivo eleito a cada novo pleito. A comunicação é problematizada tendo em vista a polissemia que o termo evoca. As abordagens clássicas da comunicação são destacadas,porém o foco recai sobre o debate Habermas x Luhmann que tratam de formas distintas ao problema da comunicação. Em uma relação democrática entre escola e sistema educacional há possibilidades de que as expectativas construídas possibilitem dar sentido às “provocações” do sistema. Proporcionaria a atualização das estruturas sobre as quais a escola se mantém. Nessas bases é possível uma relação dialógica, considerando a escola não numa perspectiva hierárquica (seu projeto, sua gestão democrática), mas numa relação de horizontalidade tendo como desafio a opacidade dos agentes que compõem a instituição escolar e não tendo como ponto de partida o entendimento, o consenso e a cristalina “comunicação – poder”. Quando se possibilita uma relação dialógica que se estimula a participação da escola na esfera do sistema com a organização de conselhos municipais deliberativos, encontros anuais de conselhos ou encontros de escolas para a troca de experiências de seus projetos, as possibilidades para que exista uma maior democratização no âmbito da escola são maiores. / Salvador

L’objectif de ce travail est d’appliquer le concept d’observatoire à un système éducatif comme outil d’aide à la décision basé sur la visualisation de l’information. Pour cela, nous avons développé l’Observatoire Dynamique appliqué au Système Éducatif (ODSE) que nous avons appliqué au système éducatif camerounais.Notre démarche descriptive part du fait que pour décider, il faut comprendre et pour comprendre, il faut observer et analyser. D’une manière ou d’une autre, l’intelligence repose sur le processus d’observation. La prise de décision intervient alors après la compréhension de son environnement. Aussi, l’observation se transforme-t-elle en connaissances avec le sens donné aux choses et la détermination de ce qu’il faut faire. Or l’analyse et la compréhension de l’environnement diffèrent d’un individu à autre ; la prise de décision est alors influencée par des facteurs externes telles les pressions politiques, culturelles et/ou sociales. Sachant que c’est l’information dont on dispose orientant le processus et le choix de la résolution d’un problème décisionnel, nous avons pensé qu’il est important de disposer d’un outil qui éclaire le décideur dans le processus décisionnel pour une prise de position rapide et sans risque ou tout au moins en minimisant la part d’incertitude dans la prise de décision. Cet outil offrant la transparence dans le traitement, la clarté dans le processus de collecte et la communication de l’information et la précision dans la prise de décision qui est basée sur des informations fiables. Tel un observatoire, il sert d’instrument de veille et de pilotage à travers lequel, le décideur observe, analyse et oriente sa décision en fonction du comportement d’un ou de plusieurs indicateurs. Le résultat restitué sous une forme visuelle permet de générer des indicateurs à partir de la masse de données dont dispose le décideur.Notre travail a été guidé par le concept d’intelligence économique qui offre une méthodologie de mise en œuvre d’un processus rationnel par l’utilisation de l’information et il se situe au niveau des approches du choix satisfaisant et du processus rationnel de décision exposés par Falque et Bougon. / The aim of this work is to apply the concept of observatory in educational system as a tool for decision support based on the visualization of information. For this, we have developed the Dynamic Observatory applied to the Education System (ODSE) that we have applied to the Cameroonian educational system. Our descriptive approach is based on fact that to decide, one must understand, and to understand, we must observe and analyze. In one way or another, intelligence is based on the observation process. The decision comes after understanding its environment. Also, the observation is turned into knowledge with the given meaning to things and determining what to do. But the analysis and understanding of the environment differ from one individual to another; the decision is then influenced by external factors such as political pressures, cultural and / or social. This being the information we have for steering the process and the choice of solving a decision problem, we thought it important to have a tool that assists the decision maker in the decision process for making quick and safe decisions or at least minimizing the degree of uncertainty in decision chosen. This tool provides transparency in processing and clarity in the process of information collection. Such an observatory, it serves as an instrument for monitoring and control through which the decision-maker observes, analyzes and orients its decision based on the behavior of one or more indicators. The result returned is in a visual form to generate indicators from the mass of data available to the decision maker. Our work has been guided by the concept of competitive intelligence that provides a methodology for implementing a rational process through the use of information and it is based on the approaches of “satisfactory” choice and rational decision process from the work of Falque and Bougon.

It presents the origin, the context, the development and the constitution of the Baptist Educational Corporation of Minas Gerais, as well as, its relationship with the Baptist denominational structure. It also describes the objectives, the importance, the functions and the legality of school chaplaincy along with the role, the educational formation and the ideal profile of a school chaplain. The school chaplaincy (or pastoral) is present in almost all denominational educational institutions, that is, those which are connected to a religion and adopt the faith and life principles of its religious tradition as guidance of their political and pedagogical actions. The goal of school chaplaincy is to minister to students, employees, teachers and families of an educational institution based on the faith principles of the institution, helping them in their emotional, spiritual and moral needs, helping them to overcome their difficulties and daily fights, so as to make the process of total development of the person flow smoothly. The SBME chaplaincy like all others has to face a lot of challenges related to faith confession principles, school internal and external environment, society problems and a series of other problems the contemporary young student has to face which are described in this paper. In order to face and respond to these many challenges and demands, the chaplaincy of the SBME uses a series of strategies and develops several actions. Among the strategies and possibilities of pastoral actions, the project Ethics and Character in the School is accentuated. The project has as its goal to help students, employees and teachers to build character qualities and ethic principles, along the educational process of the school and also to be used in life(AU0 / Este trabalho estuda a capelania escolar desenvolvida no Sistema Batista Mineiro de Educação (STBM), organização formada por seis colégios, uma faculdade, um instituto de idiomas e três projetos socio-educacionais, localizados em Minas Gerais, mantida pela Jutna de Educação da Convenção Batista Mineira, instituição das igrejas batistas de Minas Gerais. Apresenta a origem, contexto, desenvolvimento e constituição do Sistema Batisa Mineiro de Educação, bem como sua relação com a estrutura da deominação batista. Descreve os objetivos, importância, funções e legalidade da capelania escolar e o papél, a formação e o perfil ideal de um capelão ou capelã escolar. A capelania (ou pastoral) escolar está presente em praticamente todas as instituições educacionais confessionais, isto é, naquelas que estão ligadas a uma religião e que adotam os princípios de fé e vida dessa tradição religiosa como norteadores de sua ação poliítico-pedagógica. Diploma thesis delivers a global education methodology for schoolchildren, designed for teachers and including materials for students. Suggestions are based on theoretical knowledge centred on the comparison of education systems in developed and developing countries, focusing on the Czech Republic and Namibia respectively. The theoretical part of the thesis is the process of developing the concept of global education via a Czech concept known by the acronym GRV. The thesis further develops the theoretical basis of the GRV concept by establishing criteria using suitable GRV material. It also considers the current state of GRV in context of primary education in Czech schools and opportunities for more effective implementation in the Czech educational system.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how much are students feeling prepared for future teacher´s profession in conditions of teaching and major-subject competencies. Questionnaires, which were used to do the survey, were filled in by students of the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice and then teachers, who are already engaged in this profession for several years. This work compares the level of proficiency of pedagogical and major-subject competencies. Furthermore the acquisition of competencies for the undergraduate students is compared with students completing their master degree in following programme and finally how men and women are feeling to be prepared. By the teachers I focused on the reached level of competence straight after finishing their studies followed by the level of competence after a few years of practical teaching. Teachers were questioned about what might help students with their acquirement of teaching skills.
