Os sujeitos foram as supervisoras de estágio das quatro áreas do Hospital de Clínicas da UNICAMP, no período de 1994 a 2003, que supervisionaram estudantes-estagiárias de Serviço Social. Seus depoimentos se constituíram em fonte empírica principal e o diário de supervisão, em fonte de informação específica. Privilegiamos a palavra pela qual os depoimentos se tornaram testemunhos e o aporte teórico da Ergologia para analisar essa atividade de trabalho, o uso de si por si mesmo e a relação e a articulação entre os saberes disciplinares da profissão, da saúde e os saberes gerados na atividade de trabalho no estágio. Essa relação e articulação foram apreendidas nesse meio específico - de cuidado à saúde e de formação - onde estão em tensão diversas temporalidades e valores. Aí demarcamos o encontro entre experiência e conhecimento na confluência entre a realização das atividades de supervisão e a realização das atividades de trabalho das estudantes-estagiárias no campo de estágio. / Abstract: The object of this research was the work activity of the Social Work internship supervisor at Public Learning Hospital. The subjects were the internship supervisors of the four areas of Hospital de Clinicas at UNICAMP, during the period of 1994 to 2003, who gave assistance to Social Work intern-students. Their statements have constituted the principal empirical source and the diary of the supervision, in a specific source of information. We privileged the word through which the statements have become testimonies and theoretical support of Ergology in order to analyze a work activity, the use of oneself by oneself, the relationship and articulation between the disciplinary knowledge of the profession, of the health and the knowledge generated by the work activity on the internship. This relationship and articulation have been apprehended in this specific environment - of health care and professional training - where several temporalities and values are under tension. Les nanomatériaux manufacturés, un enjeu pour la protection de la société. : Le cas de la protection juridique des travailleurs / Manufactured nanomaterials, a challenge for the protection of society. : The case of the legal protection of workers

Dans le cadre d'un projet de recherche proposé par l'Institut National de Recherche et de Sécurité (INRS), cette thèse aborde les nanomatériaux manufacturés (NMM) sous l'angle philosophique à la recherche des conditions de possibilité d'une protection juridique efficace et évolutive, des travailleurs en industrie de production et d'utilisation de ces objets. Les NMM sont des objets fondamentalement nouveaux, polémiques et polymorphes avec des propriétés souvent inédites.La première partie de la thèse rend compte des problèmes spécifiques à la production de normes dans l'expérience humaine, plus précisément des normes juridiques sur le travail, puisque ces problèmes impactent les possibilités d'une qualification juridique des NMM et par voie de conséquence la protection des travailleurs. La deuxième partie fait un état des connaissances sur les NMM afin d'identifier les difficultés propres à l'objet, dans la mesure où une connaissance stabilisée est nécessaire à une qualification juridique. La troisième partie propose d'analyser l'activité de travail comme enchâssement de débats de normes qui construisent en amont un monde qualifié par rapport à des choix de vie qui se manifestent sous forme de normes antécédentes, et a fortiori sous la forme de normes juridiques dans l'activité. La thèse considère les NMM à la fois comme des objets d'études pour les sciences de la matière, dont ils sont issus, et comme des objets des sciences humaines et sociales, entendues comme sciences de l'Homme en activité. Ainsi notre apport se retrouve dans l'analyse de l'activité comme outil de maïeutique, source d'une communication entre les différents acteurs de ce domaine. / In the frame of a research project proposed by the French National Institute of Research and Security (INRS), this thesis approaches manufactured nanomaterials (MNM) from the point of view of a philosophical inquiry into the conditions of possiblity of an efficacious and progressive juridical protection of workers in the industry of manufacturing and of the usage of these materials. The MNM are fundamentally new, controversial and often polymorphic objects, with unique properties.The first part of the thesis reports on specific problems in the production of standards in human experience, specifically legal labor standards, since these issues impact the possibilities of a legal characterization of MNM and consequently the protection of workers. The second part proposes an assessment of the state of knowledge concerning the MNM in order to identify the difficulties proper to the material, considering consolidated knowledge is necessary for any qualification in terms of Law.The third part attempts to analyze the activity of work as a grounding of the debate on standards which, from the outset, constructs a world qualified in relation to life choices that become manifest in the shape of already existing standards and a fortiori in the shape of legal standards within the activity of work.This thesis considers MNM as both the object of study for the science of Matter, from which they have sprung, and the object of the social and human sciences, understood as the science of Man in activity. Thus our contribution is to be found within the analysis of the activity as a maieutic implement, and therefore a source of communication between the different actors in this domain.

Le dialogue entre les différentes catégories d’acteurs dans les démarches de prévention des risques au travail : une source de savoirs utile à la production de connaissances / The dialogue between the actors involved in risk prevention at work

Cette recherche s'est donné pour objectif d’étudier le dialogue entre les différents acteurs de la prévention des risques au travail. Ce champ touchant à plusieurs domaines de connaissance, les entreprises cherchent à maîtriser les risques dans une perspective pluridisciplinaire. Cependant, bien qu'il soit important le regard des différents champs de connaissance, plusieurs facteurs font partie des activités d’un collectif qui s'occupe de la prévention : l'interaction entre les membres du groupe, la circulation et le dialogue entre les savoirs des différents acteurs, un rapport de force entre les membres de l’équipe, etc. On a enquêté sur la circulation de savoirs entre les acteurs du CHSCT du Centre NF-B, et leur contribution à la prévention des risques. Pour que cette étude reflète la réalité du travail du CHSCT, on a pris en compte les savoirs constitués (formels) ainsi que les savoirs de l’expérience des acteurs. En s'appuyant sur la démarche ergologique qui considère ces deux formes de savoirs, on a pris en compte le point de vue de ceux qui participent au CHSCT. L’analyse des données a été centrée sur l’évolution du dialogue au fil du temps à propos de certains thèmes. On a constaté que les acteurs rencontrent plusieurs difficultés qui interfèrent dans les dialogues lors de l'accomplissement de leurs missions. Ainsi, on a vu que la circulation et le dialogue entre les savoirs des acteurs apporte des contributions importantes à la prévention et que cette dernière est également favorisée par la manière dont les acteurs surmontent ces obstacles en mettant finalement leurs savoirs en circulation dans l'ensemble du groupe, afin qu'il y ait un dialogue sur ces savoirs. / This research aimed at studying the dialogue between the actors involved in risk prevention at work. As the preventive field covers several areas of knowledge, companies seek to control occupational hazards within a multidisciplinary perspective. However, despite the importance of viewing from various fields of knowledge, several factors are part of the activities of a collective that deals with prevention: the interaction among group members, circulation and dialogue between the knowledge of the actors, a relationship of power among people or groups that make up this team, etc. The circulation of knowledge between the actors of the CHSCT (Committee for Hygiene, Safety and Working Conditions) of NF-B Center and its contribution to risk prevention was taken into account. So that this study could reflect the reality of CHSCT, the established knowledge (formal) and also the knowledge of the actors experience were considered. Relying on ergological approach that considers these two forms of knowledge the point of view of those who participate in the CHSCT was taken into account. Data analysis was focused on the development of the dialogue on certain topics over time. It showed that the actors find various difficulties that interfere in the dialogues that take place in the fulfillment of their missions. Thus, it was seen that the circulation and dialogue between the knowledge of different actors promote risk prevention, and that this is also favored by the way these actors overcome these obstacles, by placing their knowledge ultimately circulating between various actors of the CHSCT, so there may be a dialogue on this knowledge. / O objetivo desta pesquisa foi o de estudar o diálogo entre as diferentes categorias de atores que intervêm na prevenção de riscos no trabalho. Em razão do campo preventivo abranger vários domínios do conhecimento, as empresas procuram controlar os riscos profissionais dentro de uma prespectiva pluridisciplinar. Contudo, apesar da importância do olhar dediversos campos do conhecimento, observou-se que vários fatores fazem parte das atividades de um coletivo que se ocupa da prevenção, como: a interação entre os membros do grupo, a circulação e o diálogo entre os saberes dos diferentes atores, uma relação de forças entre as pessoas ou os grupos que constituem esta equipe, etc. Investigou-se a circulação de saberes entre o diferentes atores do Comité de higiene, segurança e condições de trabalho (CHSCT)do Centro NF-B e sua contribuição na prevenção de riscos. Este CHCT é composto de atores que representam disciplinas e profissões diferentes e de vários níveis hierárquicos. Para que este estudo refletisse a realidade do trabalho do CHSCT, levou-se em conta os saberes contituídos (formais) e também os saberes da experiência dos atores. Apoiando-se naabordagem ergológica, que considera estas duas formas de saberes, levou-se em conta o ponto de vista daqueles que participam do CHSCT. A análise de dados foi centarada na evolução do diálogo sobre certos temas, ao longo do tempo. Constatou-se que os atores encontram várias dificuldades que interferem nos diálogos que se estabelecem no cumprimento de suas missões. Assim, viu-se que a circulação e o dialogo entre os saberes dos diferentes atores favorecem a prevenção de riscos e que, esta é também favorecida, pela a maneira como os atores superam esses obstáculos colocando, finalmente, seus saberes em circulação entre os diversos atores do CHSCT, para que, assim, haja um dialogo sobre esses saberes.

Para tanto, vale-se das contribuições da clínica do trabalho francesa, especialmente a ergologia e a clínica da atividade, para colocar em diálogo o pólo dos saberes formalizados (das disciplinas) e o pólo dos saberes investidos na atividade (da experiência).No pólo dos saberes formalizados, relaciona diferentes concepções de saúde e trabalho, e apresenta as contribuições do ponto de vista da atividade para analisar o trabalho em saúde, o patrimônio de estudos sobre a relação entre saúde e trabalho em saúde mental e, finalmente, o processo de criação dos Caps, suas principais propostas e algumas considerações sobre os desafios da atividade de trabalho nestes serviços. No pólo dos saberes investidos na atividade, a partir da constituição de uma Comunidade Ampliada de Pesquisa com pesquisadores acadêmicos e profissionais de um Caps, analisa a atividade de trabalho nos Caps sob o ponto de vista da atividade, considerando a importância do fortalecimento de um patrimônio compartilhado sobre o trabalho em saúde mental para serviços produtores de saúde para usuários, familiares e trabalhadores. / This thesis has like principal objective incorporate the experiences of work of the professionals of the Psychosocial Attention Centers (Caps) to the academic studies, not only to formalize them, but to help in his development and in the consequent enlargement of the capacity of defense of the health of the mental health workers. To do so, this thesis uses the contributions of the french clinic of the work, specially the ergology and the clinic of the activity, to put in dialog the pole of the knowledges when they were formalized (of the disciplines) and the pole of the knowledges invested in the activity (of the experience). In the pole of to the formalized knowledges, it makes the relation between the different conceptions of health and work, and presents the contributions of the point of view of the activity to analyse the work in health, the inheritance of studies on the relation between health and work in mental health and, finally, the process of creation of the Caps, its principal proposals and some considerations on the challenges of the activity of work in these services. In the pole of the knowledges invested in the activity, from the constitution of an Enlarged Community of Research with academic and professional researchers of a Caps, it analyses the activity of work in the Caps from the point of view of the activity, considering the importance of the strengthening of an inheritance shared on the work in mental health for producing services of health for users, relatives and workers.
