Analytical part describes also analysis of general and business environment, SWOT analysis and marketing research. Based on results of analytical part there is developed proposal part which includes some solutions for an improvement of marketing and other new ideas for a better process of Slovacké beachové léto. These proposals are described in detail and planned based on time schedule.

Традиционная прямая реклама со временем теряет эффективность, в связи с этим компании ищут нестандартные и креативные способы продвижения, одним которых является event-маркетинг. Целью магистерской диссертации является развитие методических основ повышения функционирования предприятия на основе внедрения event-маркетинга. В работе рассматриваются методические особенности оценки эффективности event-маркетинга, современные тенденции и возможности повышения конкурентоспособности предприятий с помощью организации специальных мероприятий. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература и нормативно-правовые акты. В магистерской диссертации был предложен методический подход к повышению эффективности функционирования промышленных предприятий, основанный на предложенном алгоритме внедрения event-маркетинга и сформированной системе показателей его эффективности, а также экономическом обосновании проведения event-мероприятий, включающем выбор приоритетного варианта между аутсорсингом и инсорсингом с переносом части текущих расходов на долгосрочные амортизационные отчисления НМА, что позволит внести вклад в повышение эффективности деятельности предприятий. / Traditional direct advertising loses its effectiveness over time, in this regard, companies are looking for non-standard and creative ways to promote, one of which is event marketing. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a methodological basis for improving the functioning of an enterprise through the implementation of event marketing. The paper discusses the methodological features of assessing the effectiveness of event marketing, current trends and opportunities to increase the competitiveness of enterprises through the organization of special events. Scientific research and methodological literature and regulatory legal acts were used as sources. In the master's thesis, a methodological approach to improving the efficiency of the functioning of industrial enterprises was proposed, based on the proposed algorithm for implementing event marketing and the formed system of indicators of its effectiveness, as well as the economic justification for holding event events, including the choice of a priority option between outsourcing and insourcing with the transfer of part of the current expenses for long-term depreciation deductions of intangible assets, which will contribute to improving the efficiency of enterprises.

The diploma thesis deals with the use of event marketing in the communications strategy of OBO Bettermann Praha which operates in business-to-business market in electrical engineering. The first part looks into event marketing from a theoretical point of view. The second part firstly introduces the company OBO Bettermann Praha and its marketing communications. Subsequently is the influence of event marketing on the company's business relations with its customers and business partners explored (currently the main pillar are theater evenings). The survey is conducted by online quantitative questioning of event's participants and qualitative in-depth interview with the director of the company. The survey results are evaluated in the final chapter of the thesis.

文化是民族國家延續的命脈,文化發展更是社會進步的原動力。行政院文化建設委員會(1997)宣示「外交應以文化為主軸,推動臺灣的文化面貌是國際交流的首要工作」,臺灣政黨輪替後並邁入21世紀,政府依然將「兩岸文化交流」及「國外展演與文化外交」為近年來之文化政策與施政方針 (文建會文化白皮書,2004)。相較之於經貿外交,以文化交流開拓之外交空間更為廣闊,透過國際文化交流,既可開拓我國際生存空間、同時也提升國家國際形象。
「藝術經營」不僅是拓展藝術文化事業的手法,更可藉由創意的「行銷策略」,促成藝術活動、文化事業的蓬勃發展,以及提昇文化產值、開創藝文生機的目的。如何適當的運用策略性行銷(Strategic Marketing)與事件行銷(Event Marketing)以提升組織知名度,並獲取資源已經成為每個非營利組織及表演藝術團體思考的重要課題。

本研究藉由了解實驗國樂團(National Chinese Orchestra) 四個國際巡迴演出活動事件整合為一「策略性」行銷方案,藉以提昇組織核心能力及競爭優勢,來探討傳統音樂性質之表演藝術團隊成功運用行銷策略,綜合樂團藝術層面、觀眾欣賞層面、媒體報導層面加以整合,歸納出活動願景、呈現價值及表演藝術團體與國際非營利組織合作所建構之互動成效,作為相關組織經營發展策略新思維。 / The culture is the life that the nation continues, and its progress is a driving force for the social development. In 1997, Council for Cultural Affairs of Executive Yuan announced “Culture will be the diplomatic theme and the promotion of Taiwan’s culture will be the first important work of international exchange”. After the party alternation in power, the new Government still took “cross-strait cultural exchange” and “international touring and cultural diplomacy” as its cultural policy and administration guiding principle. Through cultural exchange, Taiwan can reach wider and deeper in the international community than via economic diplomacy, and can also promote the international image of Taiwan.
The knowledge of “Arts management” can be used to expand the business of culture and arts, besides, through marketing strategy; it also enhances the development, value and vitality of arts activities and cultural business. Therefore, how to apply “Strategic Marketing” and “Event Marketing” properly to promote the publicity of the organization so as to gain more resource is an difficult challenge for every NGOs and performing arts companies.
The international tours of the arts and cultural activities interact closely with social environment, cultural policy, political needs and diplomatic circumstance in every steps of the production. Effective arts management and successful marketing can enhance the arts market and cultural industry; provide the living space for arts and cultural workers, as well as nourish the base for perpetual operation.
This research took the international touring concerts of National Chinese Orchestra as a successful example to illustrate the application of event marketing strategy of traditional musical groups, and concludes the vision and achievements from the aspects of artistry, audience appreciation and news reports so as to provide new direction and strategy of relative organizations in future development.

本研究由「以大型活動建立城市品牌」面向切入大型活動行銷與城市行銷之主題,試圖釐清「城市」本身作為行銷主體時,相關的理論觀點,並聚焦於策略端,了解城市行銷與城市品牌發展之關鍵要素以及重要的城市品牌架構,進而建立以城市品牌長期發展為主要導向之大型活動所應具備的策略性思維,且逐步構築大型活動評估指標,作為未來城市品牌導向之大型活動策略規劃與分析之參考。
文獻回顧的部分,除了城市行銷本質的探討,理解城市行銷的功能與內涵外,亦在城市行銷的「技術」面文獻中,了解當前城市行銷策略規劃與城市品牌建立之相關理論基礎,最後在既有的研究中,連結大型活動與城市行銷之間的關聯性,著眼於如何運用城市品牌的建構面向,來評估與分析大型活動之策略。其後,歸納前述文獻所提及之諸多指標與成功要素,以四個主要面向重新抽取其內容,並發展相應於大型活動之操作性定義,以便先行建立初步評估指標。最後以專家群體決策為基礎之修正式德菲法進行最終評估指標之評選,使得指標體系的建構及後續分析,能具有較高度之代表性。
透過十多位行銷、傳播、媒體領域之學術界與實務界專業人士之專家問卷調查,本研究共建構十六項以大型活動建構城市品牌之評估指標,並進一步以大型活動籌辦單位之深度訪談補充營運面與組織面之內涵,增加指標於策略性運用時,更為全面性之思考。最後闡明研究結論,回應過往城市品牌架構文獻並建議未來相關研究方向,期望對於城市品牌思考與城市品牌導向之大型活動策略規劃與分析面向有所助益。 / The mega event held by a specific city shouldn’t only be analyzed as another single large scale event in the city but be seen as a series of city marketing practices in the long-term city branding context. The aim of the present study focuses on the strategic vision of the mega event and builds city brand-driven indicators to create the framework for mega event marketing strategy planning and evaluation.
The main theoretical background from literature reviews for this study consists of several city marketing, city branding, mega event and event marketing topics, which are not only the conceptual but technical and structural viewpoints included. Then the primary city brand-driven mega
event indicators would be developed by reorganizing these past researches into four main categories: strategy, symbol, relationship, benefit and sustainability. Based on Delphi method, all primary indicators are evaluated by 16 marketing, communication, media experts and finally formed the strategic framework.
Also, in this study, mega event organizer and the coordinator of marketing related department in the city government are interviewed to understand issues comprehensively from the execution and organization levels for solid strategic thinking. Finally, all 16 key indicators and the managerial implications , specific city branding frameworks from the literature reviews, and also advices for future studies are outlined and discussed in the last chapter.
