Dans l'estuaire à fortes marées de la Seine où les vases s'étendent de plus en plus vers l'aval, l'identification et la quantification des sources de particules ont été entreprises sur trois cents échantillons superficiels par l'utilisation de marqueurs particulaires. Une "carte d'identité chimique et minéralogique" complète des sédiments fins de l'ensemble du continuum Seine-baie de Seine apporte de nouvelles informations sur : la dilution des apports fluviatiles en baie de Seine, la pénétration de particules fines marines dans l'estuaire et les petits cours d'eau côtiers, et l'apport local et ponctuel par érosion de matériel fossile.<br />La résolution du mélange particulaire (ACP, équations de mélange) montre qu'à long terme (plusieurs décennies), la sédimentation fine actuelle correspond au mélange composite de quatre sources (marine, fluviatile, fossile, estuarienne). A court terme (saisonnier, évènementiel), le mélange est encore plus complexe, marqué par certaines sources secondaires.

L'apport de sédiments fins au cours d'eau est un phénomène naturel mais qui sous les effets de l'anthropisation peut devenir excessif et conduire à perturber le fonctionnement de l'hydrosystème. Cet apport excessif provoque le colmatage du lit des rivières et peut perturber les échanges hydriques, les processus biogéochimiques et les communautés d'invertébrés benthiques et hyporhéiques. D'un point de vue méthodologique, la mesure de la conductivité hydraulique dans le substrat permet d'obtenir une image du niveau de colmatage de la zone hyporhéique et le pompage Bou Rouch permet d'étudier qualitativement la faune hyporhéique. D'un point de vue biologique, les effets du colmatage sont un peu plus importants pour l'hyporhéos que pour le benthos notamment au niveau de la richesse taxonomique, des assemblages faunistiques et des traits biologiques

Ao utilizá-la como ilustração, cabe buscar nos jovens membros suas percepções e trajetórias. / This study is based on arguing the development - and improvement - of the evangelicals in Brazil and their insertion at Brazilian culture, turning frangile the catholic power. The youth is affected and the general people as well. The third sector study is important due to be one of the ways used for such evangelicals to locate themselves at the Brazilian scene intending to be daily present in the life style of the potentials new evangelical. The JOCUM is introduced as a case study, Particularly at JOCUM, the third sector is demonstrated in missionary agency form, however, in the local churches (in quarters), the third sector is demonstrated in local actions. When using it as an illustration, it fits to look after in the young members their perceptions and trajectories.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This study proposes a critical analysis of activities (extracted) from textbooks of English for Academic Purposes in order to investigate the textbook s practices of promotion of scientific literacy. The focus of analysis is to examine how the textbooks appropriate knowledge produced by research on language, reading as critical literacy, scientific literacy and on the genres they explore (in the case of this research, studies on the science popularization news genre). From the analysis of the reading approaches and the concept of language that underlies the didactic activities, I intend to investigate the extent the activities that constitute this material promote the insertion of students in scientific practices. The corpus is constituted of two units, one of a textbook frequently used to teach English for Academic Purposes in the degrees of Computing Science, Statistics, Geography and Languages at the Federal University of Santa Maria and the other used in extension courses at Federal University of Santa Catarina. Besides being used in these courses, the textbooks were selected because most of their activities are formulated from the genre science popularization news. In these units, first the exercises were classified into prereading, reading and post-reading activities so as to investigate the approach of language that underpin their practices. After that, we investigated the extent to which activities on language proposed in these materials corroborate the concept of language as genre. Finally, we analyze to what extent these activities aimed at promoting scientific literacy. Besides that, we also present a reelaboration of the activities that intends to promote scientific literacy by exploring the genre science popularization news in its ideational, interpersonal, and textual metafunctions. Thus, this study aims at offering possibilities of utilization of the genre science popularization news for promoting scientific literacy and subsidizing the construction of didactic material for English for Academic Purposes. / E ste estudo propõe uma análise crítica de atividades de livros didáticos de leitura instrumental em língua inglesa como forma de explicitar as práticas de promoção de letramento científico em tais materiais. O foco da análise é o modo os livros didáticos de leitura se apropriam das pesquisas sobre linguagem, leituracomo letramento crítico, letramento científico e sobre os gêneros abordados (no caso desta pesquisa, as pesquisas acerca do gênero notícia de PC). A partir da análise da abordagem de leitura e da concepção de linguagem adotadas nas atividades didáticas, pretende-se explicitar em que medida as atividades propostas nesse material promovem a inserção do aluno em práticas discursivas que remetem às práticas científicas. O corpus se constitui de duas unidades de dois livros didáticos de leitura instrumental frequentemente utilizados para ministrar as disciplinas de inglês instrumental ofertadas nos cursos de Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Geografia e Letras da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria e em cursos de extensão na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Além de serem utilizados nessas disciplinas, esses livros foram selecionados por apresentarem atividades formuladas a partir de notícias de PC em sua composição. Nessas unidades, primeiramente, classifico as atividades em pré-leitura, leitura e pós-leitura, de forma a identificar a abordagem de leitura subjacente a elas. Em seguida, investigo em que medida o conceito de linguagem adotada pelos livros é compatível com a visão de linguagem como gênero. Por fim, analiso em que medida as atividades ensejam a promoção de letramento científico. Além disso, apresento atividades complementares com vistas a promover o letramento científico em várias dimensões e explorando a notícia de PC em seus conteúdos ideacional, interpessoal e textual. A pesquisa deverá apontar possibilidades de utilização do gênero notícia de PC para fins de letramento científico como subsídios para a elaboração de material didático para fins de inglês para fins acadêmicos.

La fausse qualification de «moyen de défense» attribuée par tradition à l'exception de procédure a conduit le législateur à la soumettre à un régime totalement incohérent et inadapté. L'illustration en est donné par l'échec constaté de l'exclusivité de compétence attribuée au juge de la mise état sur les exceptions de procédure, échec se matérialisant par les nombreuses dérogations que ne cesse d'apporter la jurisprudence à leur régime. Elle se traduit aussi par la quasi-impossibilité pour le demandeur à l'action principale de s'en prévaloir, ce en totale contradiction avec l'esprit des textes. Cette incohérence est illustrée enfin par les confusions opportunistes entre exception de procédure, fin de non-recevoir, incident et défense au fond. L'exception de procédure n'est pas un moyen de défense mais une demande incidente relative à la marche de la procédure qui en termes d'ordre logique doit être examinée par préalable au fond. Elle n'intéresse donc que les rapports procéduraux c'est-à-dire l'instance dont l'ouverture et la conduite aux termes des articles 1 et 2 du Code de procédure civile appartiennent aux parties. La classification et le régime des exceptions de procédure doivent en tenir compte. Il faut donc distinguer les exceptions de procédure opposées à l'ouverture de l'instance de celles qui sont opposées à sa continuation. Seules les premières doivent relever de la compétence exclusive du juge de la mise en état de qui on doit réussir à faire un véritable juge de l'introduction de l'instance. Les exceptions de procédure opposées à la continuation, par contre, doivent pouvoir être proposées au fur et à mesure de leur survenance ou de leur révélation sauf la possibilité pour le juge de les écarter ou de prononcer des condamnations pécuniaires à l'encontre de la partie qui se serait abstenue dans une intention dilatoire ou abusive de les soulever plus tôt. / The false qualification of "defense" awarded by tradition to the procedural objection led the legislator to submit it to a totally inconsistent and unsuitable regime. The illustration is given by the failure noticed by the exclusivity of competence awarded to the judge of the enabled on the procedural objections, failure materializing by the numerous dispensations which the jurisprudence continues bringing to their regime. It is also translated by the quasi-impossibility for the applicant in the main action to claim it in whole contradiction with the spirit of Law. This incoherence is finally illustrated by the opportunist confusions between procedural objection, refusal of the action's receving, incident and defense in fact. The procedural objection is not a defense but an incidental request relative to the step of the procedure which in term of logical order must be examined by prerequisite in fact. It thus interests only the procedural relationships that is to say the instance which the opening and the conduct (driving) in compliance with the articles 1 and 2 of the Code of civil procedure belong to the parties. The classification and the regime of the procedural objections have to take it into account. It is thus necessary to distinguish the procedural objections on the contrary to the opening of the authority of those who are set against its continuation. Only the first ones have to be a matter of the exclusive competence of the judge of the enabled of whom we have to manage to make a real judge of the introduction of the instance. The procedural objections opposed to the continuation, on the other hand, must be able to be suggested according to their emergence or to their revelation except the possibility for the judge ruling out them or pronouncing pecuniary condemnations against the party which would have abstained in a delaying or unfair intention to raise them earlier.

Diante disto, esta dissertação, que teve por principal objetivo analisar a atuação da Associação de Proteção e Preservação Ambiental (APPA) de Araras/SP, buscando compreender a intervenção do Terceiro Setor nas ações de Educação Ambiental, sob a ótica do assistente social, inicia a discussão com reflexões acerca das ações antrópicas, fruto do sistema capitalista, que espolia a natureza e o próprio homem, discorre uma perspectiva histórica dos movimentos ambientalistas existentes desde a década de 1960, e de que forma estes foram fundamentais para a construção da Educação Ambiental, a qual possui diversas vertentes e, em sua perspectiva crítica, tem sido a maneira mais adequada de se trabalhar. Em seguida, é apresentada ao leitor a inserção do Terceiro Setor na temática pesquisada, desembocando no histórico e atividades desenvolvidas pela APPA até o presente momento. À luz destes referenciais, o estudo propõe uma reflexão sobre as possibilidades de trabalho do assistente social frente aos problemas ambientais, tendo encontrado na APPA um espaço propício para o exercício multidisciplinar por parte desta, onde o assistente social possa compor a equipe e contribuir com as ações educativas, preventivas e interventivas, características desta pro... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: In view of the uncontrolled environmental degradation that devastates the planet we live in, it is understandable the importance of carrying out a study on environmental issues and especially about ways to curb such event. Therefore, this dissertation, whose main objective was to analyze the performance of the Environmental Protection and Preservation Association (APPA) of Araras/SP, seeking to understand the intervention of the Third Sector in Environmental Education actions, from the point of view of the social worker, starts the discussion with reflections about anthropic actions, fruit of the capitalist system, which spurs nature and man himself, discourses a historical perspective of the environmental movements existing since the 1960s, and how they were fundamental for the construction of Environmental Education, which has several aspects and, in its critical perspective, has been the most appropriate way of working. It is then introduced to the reader, the insertion of the Third Sector in the researched topic, resulting in the history and activities developed by APPA up to the present time. Considering these references, the study proposes a reflection on the social worker's possibilities of working in the face of environmental problems, having found in APPA a space conducive to the multidisciplinary exercise on its part, where the social worker can compose the team and contribute to the educational, preventive and intervention actions, characteristics of this profession. Considerando a importância da avaliação do sistema de Contas a Pagar, bem como os riscos envolvidos, e que as entidades privadas sem finalidade de lucros devem obedecer, primeiramente, os princípios fundamentais e as normas da Contabilidade, o que se constata na realidade é que essas entidades não vem dando a devida atenção a estes procedimentos. Por isso, este estudo tem por objetivo avaliar o Sistema de Contas a Pagar de uma dessas instituições, e apresentar sugestões para a segurança e o aperfeiçoamento do Sistema. A organização estudada é sem fins lucrativos e se dedica à capacitação de servidores municipais nas várias áreas de atuação municipal. Primeiramente, buscou-se, por meio de referências bibliográficas, estabelecer o conceito de auditoria, suas origens, evolução da mesma no Brasil e a sua divisão em Auditoria Independente e Auditoria Interna. Num segundo momento foi analisado o sistema contábil existente, com especial atenção ao módulo do Contas a Pagar. Essa análise demonstrou haver fragilidades no sistema de controle interno. Constatada essa situação, foi então desenvolvida toda uma série de instrumentos e de procedimentos para dotar a organização de um sistema de Contas a Pagar confiável, bem como adotar uma sistemática de controles por projetos. Uma vez adotados os sistemas propostos será possível à organização controlar, efetivamente, o seu Contas a Pagar e a ter, tempestivamente, uma visão dos riscos envolvidos. Além disso, a nova formatação do sistema por projetos permitirá operacionalizar as prestações de contas aos stakeholders envolvidos. / Considering the importance of evaluating a Payables system, as well as the risks involved, and that the non-profit private entities must obey, first of all, the Accounting fundamental principles and norms, what we find in the day to day reality is that such entities are not giving the appropriate attention to these procedures. Thus, this study aims at evaluating the Payables System of one of these institutions, and presenting suggestions to the safeguard and betterment of the System. The organization studied is a non-profit one and it is dedicated to capacitating county personnel in the various areas of the municipal activities. Firstly, by using the available bibliographic references, the concept of Auditing, its origins and its evolution in Brazil, and its ramification in Independent Audit and in Internal Audit. have been established Afterward, the existing accounting system has been analyzed with special emphasis on the Payables module. This analysis has shown that a whole serie o fragilities did exist in their internal control system. Based on these findings a whole lot of instruments and procedures have been developed so that the organization would have a trustworthy Payables system, as well as an indication to provide the organization with a systematic projects control system. Whenever the proposed systems are implemented it will be possible to the organization to effectively control its Payables and to have, forthrightly, a perception of the risks involved. Furthermore, the new projects system format will enable the organization to be more accountable to all its stakeholders.

A questão central deste estudo é a investigação a respeito do impacto do trabalho voluntário na atuação das mencionadas instituições, e seu objetivo final é a avaliação deste impacto. O estudo tem como objetivos secundários o levantamento de informações sobre as motivações do trabalhador voluntário e a identificação dos significados atribuídos ao trabalho voluntário. Adotou-se a pesquisa do tipo estudo de caso com tratamento qualitativo e quantitativo dos dados obtidos. A aplicação de questionários junto aos familiares e voluntários da Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais (APAE-Rio) revelou aspectos importantes para a pesquisa e fomentou o estudo de assuntos vinculados ao voluntariado trazidos pelos próprios entrevistados, tais como o amor, a solidariedade e a cidadania. Questões próprias do voluntariado e do Terceiro Setor também são abordadas, juntamente com as principais correntes de pensamento no campo da ética, com o intuito de embasar as conclusões do estudo. Os resultados apontam para um impacto positivo do trabalho voluntário na atuação das instituições privadas sem fins lucrativos que atendem pessoas portadoras de necessidades eSpeCiaIS. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Trabalho Voluntário, Terceiro Setor e Solidariedade / This study is about voluntary work and the performance of non-profit private organizations that assist people with special needs. The study investigates the impact of voluntary work on the performance of above-mentioned organizations, and its final objective is to evaluate this impact. Secondary objectives are to collect information about volunteer's motivations and the meaning attributed to voluntary work by volunteers. This is a case study research, with qualitative and quantitative treatment of the results obtained. Important aspects to this study were indicated in the answers to the questionnaire applied to volunteers and relatives of people assisted by 'Associação de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionais (APAE-Rio)' which also motivated the study of subjects as love, solidarity and citizenship. Voluntary work and Third Sector specific questions are also discussed, together with some aspects in the field ofEthics, with the aim ofbasing the conclusions ofthis study. The results indicate that voluntary work impacts positively on the performance of non-profit organizations that assist people with special needs. For this, a literature revision is held allowing the construction of the theoretical framework, referring to the New Public Management and post-bureaucratic paradigm of hiring partnerships by the public sphere, identifying problems in contracting with focus on the agency problems. The context of this study describes, based on desk research, the field of analysis of the dissertation, a contract with Social Organizations by the Rio de Janeiro State Health Secretariat. The analysis of the results considering the agency theory perspective, applied to the content of the management contract and to the events of the context, leads to the conclusion that the Health Secretariat adopts on the delegation of management, in a standardized way, contractual safeguards that incorporate a large number of contingencies. Those identified as agency problems and exerts strong pressure as the principal of the relationship, imposing mandatory costs on agents as well as supporting control, monitoring and residual costs for the public party. It privileges consistent governance mechanisms, that include investment in information systems and the control and ongoing monitoring of contracts by dedicated organizational structure, with the behavior monitoring to achieve results linked to agent’s remuneration, without the use of incentives for rewards. There is no replacement of the classic means control by the purposes control claimed by managerial public administration. There is, rather, a dual control, in which accountability is an obligation and the results are an evaluation criterion for the transfer of resources and sustainability of the partnership, adding quality to public spending. / Esse estudo objetiva compreender como são tratados os problemas de agência nos contratos de gestão com as Organizações Sociais de Saúde pelo Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Para tanto, realiza-se a revisão da literatura permitindo a construção da fundamentação teórica, referente à Nova Gestão Pública e ao paradigma pós-burocrático da contratação de parcerias pela esfera pública, identificando problemas na contratualização com foco nos problemas de agência. O contexto de estudo descreve, com base em pesquisa documental, o campo de análise da dissertação, a contratualização com Organizações Sociais pela Secretaria de Saúde do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. A análise dos resultados na perspectiva da teoria da agência, aplicada ao conteúdo do contrato de gestão e aos eventos do contexto de estudo, leva à conclusão de que a Secretaria de Saúde adota na delegação da gestão, de forma padronizada, salvaguardas contratuais que incorporam grande número de contingências, identificadas como problemas de agência, e exerce forte pressão como principal da relação, impondo custos de obrigação aos agentes e suportando custos de monitoramento e custos residuais. Privilegiam-se mecanismos de governança consistentes, apostando em sistemas de informação e no controle e acompanhamento permanente dos contratos por estrutura organizacional dedicada, com o monitoramento do comportamento para o alcance de resultado vinculado à remuneração do agente, sem a utilização de incentivos por recompensas. Não há uma substituição do clássico controle de meios pelo controle de fins, apregoado pela administração pública gerencial. Há, sim, um duplo controle, no qual a prestação de contas é uma obrigação e os resultados são um critério de avaliação para o repasse dos recursos e sustentabilidade da parceria, agregando qualidade ao gasto público.
