Le burnout sportif chez des adolescents(tes) en Pôle Espoir Handball : approche développementale et contribution des théories motivationnelles

Noger (2009) suppose qu'au-delà d'un certain seuil, la pratique peut conduire à des risques psychologiques. De plus en plus d'études se sont intéressées au burnout sportif (i.e. syndrome d'accomplissement réduit, d'épuisement physique et mental, et de dévalorisation du sport ; Raedeke, 1997). L'objectif de cette thèse est d'examiner le processus du burnout chez des adolescents engagés dans des filières d'accès au haut niveau à travers trois axes. Le premier a porté sur la validation et la révision du questionnaire du burnout sportif. Le second, a porté sur l'évolution du burnout. Les résultats de l'étude 2 ont montré que l'accomplissement réduit diminue, l'épuisement augmente puis diminue, et enfin, la dévalorisation du sport augmente entre 13 et 19 ans ; et que les filles ont des scores supérieurs aux garçons sur deux dimensions. De plus, plus un athlète a un sentiment d'accomplissement réduit et d'épuisement, plus il dévalorise son sport. Réciproquement, il pourra se sentir plus épuisé dans un premier temps puis son sentiment d'épuisement diminuerait. Dans le troisième axe, les études 3 et 4 ont examiné l'influence de l'entraîneur sur le burnout - à partir de la théorie de l'autodétermination et des buts d'accomplissement - et montre que plus un athlète perçoit que son entraîneur est contrôlant, moins il se sent autonome et autodéterminé et plus il aura de risques de burnout. De plus, plus un athlète perçoit que son entraîneur instaure un climat impliquant l'ego, plus il poursuit des buts maîtrise-évitement et plus il y aura de risques de burnout. Tyrimo objektas: Maisto papildų vartojimo paplitimas tinklininkų ir rankininkų, bei jų fizinis pajėgumas. Tyrimo problema: Maisto papildų vartojimo paplitimas tinklininkų ir rankininkų, bei jų fizinis pajėgumas yra mažai nagrinėti teoriniu ir empiriniu lygmeniu. Tikslas: Nustatyti maisto papildų vartojimo paplitimą tinklininkų ir rankininkų, bei jų fizinį pajėgumą. Uždaviniai: 1) Nustatyti ir palyginti įvairių maisto papildų vartojimo ypatumus tinklininkų ir rankininkų grupėse. 2) Nustatyti ir palyginti maisto papildų daromą įtaką fiziniam pajėgumui tinklininkų ir rankininkų grupėse. Hipotezė: Maisto papildų daroma įtaka sportininkų organizmui yra susijusi su geresniu fiziniu pajėgumu. Išvados: 1. Tyrimo dalyviai daugiausia vartojo baltymų ir angliavandenių mišinius, o mažiausiai tarp tiriamųjų buvo vartojami HMB maisto papildai. Tinklininkai labiausiai buvo linkę vartoti baltymų ir angliavandenių mišinius, rankininkai L-karnitiną, amino rūgštis bei baltymų ir angliavandenių mišinius. Rankininkų ir tinklininkų maisto papildų vartojamų preparatų pasirinkimas gana skirtingas. 2. Tinklininkų grupėje, praėjus 6 mėn. nuo tyrimo pradžios, geresniems staigiosios jėgos rezultatams, taikant šuolio į tolį pratimą, reikšmės turėjo amino rūgščių maisto papildų vartojimas, o rankininkų grupėje – kreatino maisto papildų vartojimas. Problem of this study: Prevalence of food supplements usage and their physical fitness (particularly for volleyball and handball players) is a low-examined theoretically and empirically. Aim: Identify the prevalence of food supplements usage for volleyball and handball players‘ and their physical fitness. Tasks: 1) Identify and compare the food supplements usage features for volleyball and handball players. 2) Identify and compare the influence of food supplements for volleyball and handball players’ physical fitness. Hypothesis: The influence of food supplements for athletes’ organism is related with better physical fitness. Findings: 1. Participants of this study mainly used protein and carbohydrates’ mixtures and the least among the subjects were used the HMB supplements. Volleyball players was the most likely to use mixtures’ of protein and carbohydrates, handball players – L-carnitine, amino acids, protein and carbohydrate mixtures. A Educação Física escolar ainda se baseia em uma abordagem tradicional para o tratamento de determinados conteúdos, como o esporte, resultado da sua tradição histórica, fator que contribui para que este seja tratado de maneira pouco aprofundada e pautado apenas no “saber fazer”. Assim, faz-se necessário ampliar o ensino dos esportes dentro do ambiente escolar, haja visto que possui múltiplas possibilidades de ensino, como as indicadas pelos modelos atuais da Pedagogia do Esporte. Estes possibilitam um ensino pautado em saberes conceituais, procedimentais e atitudinais, utilizando o jogo como ferramenta pedagógica. Desse modo, o ensino se torna dinâmico, marcado por alterações ambientais e sociais, propiciando que os alunos se desenvolvam de maneira integral ao defrontar-se com determinada modalidade esportiva. Considera-se ainda, que os alunos que estão atualmente nas escolas são nativos digitais e que a tecnologia faz parte de sua realidade, utilizá-la de forma pedagógica nas aulas auxiliaria o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Desse modo, o objetivo geral desta pesquisa foi investigar possibilidades para o ensino do handebol na Educação Física escolar, utilizando-se das abordagens atuais da Pedagogia do Esporte e das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação. Os participantes da pesquisa foram 12 alunas do 6º ano do Ensino Fundamental II, de uma escola privada do município de São Paulo. O método da presente pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa e foi desenvolvido por meio de duas pesquisas: 1) Estado da arte do Handebol em periódicos da Educação Física; 2) Elaboração, implementação e análise de uma unidade didática a partir de modelos atuais da Pedagogia do Esporte e do uso das TIC. Os dados coletados foram transcritos, revistos e aglutinados a partir da análise de categoria de codificação simples. A partir do estado da arte foi possível constatar a inexistência de artigos que relacionam o handebol com a Educação Física escolar na subárea pedagógica, ressaltando a pertinência de trabalhos sobre tal temática. Os resultados da unidade didática confirmaram as possibilidades de incorporar os modelos atuais da Pedagogia do Esporte para o ensino do handebol na Educação Física Escolar, bem como as potencialidades das TIC como ferramentas e/ou recursos para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. / Physical Education, as an obligatory component of Basic Education, has the aim to present, develop and resignify the knowledge of body culture. These practices accumulated and transformed throughout history, assemble dancing, games and play, sports, gymnastics, fights, capoeira, adventures activities, alternative body practice, circus activities, among others. However, Scholar Physical Education relies on a traditional approach for some issues, like sports, a result of historic tradition, a factor which contributes to the superficial treatment of this theme, and for knowing based on "practical approach only". Thus, it is necessary to expand the sports teaching inside the school, once there are multiple possibilities of teaching, for example, the model of Sports Pedagogy. These models allow conduct learning by knowing conceptual, procedural and attitudinal, using the game as a pedagogic tool. In this way, the process of teaching/learning becomes dynamic, marked by environment and social changes, making possible that students develop themselves integrally when facing a sports modality. Moreover, students in the school are considered "digital natives" and technology is part of their reality, so use technologies inside the school as a pedagogic approach help teaching/learning process. The general aim of this research was investigating possibilities for teaching handball in Scholar Physical Education, using Sports Pedagogy approach and Information and Communication Technologies. The participants were 12 students from 6th grade of Elementary School, from a private school of the city of São Paulo. The method of the present research is qualitative and was developed in three phases: 1) State of Art of Handball in Journals of Physical Education; 2) Elaboration and implementation of a didactic unity; 3) Assessment of didactic unity; in order to verify the perceptions, potentials, and limits of materials that were elaborated and implemented earlier. All data collected were transcripted, revised and put together from the simple coding analysis of category. From the State of Art, it was possible to verify that there are no articles that relate Handball and Scholar Physical Education on pedagogic sub-area, highlighting the relevance of research that aims to unravel such thematic. The results of dicdatic unity have confirmed the posso And, after the implementation of didactic unity possibilities to incorporate the current models of Sports Pedagogy to the teaching of Handball on Scholar Physical Education, as well the potentialities of Information and Communication Technologies as a tool and/or resource of this process of teaching and learning.

The analysis was realized by watching video recordings which were taken during the basic part of the competition. Besides the monitoring of the total success of these teams, we focused on components of the attack on the overall success and, for example, on shooting from the perspective of post player or shooting methods. The data were processed into graphs and commented.

Ce travail représente un cheminement de recherche qui a consisté en l’exploration d’indices numériques et de critères qualitatifs permettant d’étudier les prises de décision tactiques chez deux groupes de filles d’origines culturelles différentes (tunisienne et française). Avec cette étude, nous envisageons de contribuer au développement d'un corpus de connaissances propre aux sports collectifs dont le handball féminin à l’école. En particulier, nous ambitionnons de généraliser des outils et des méthodes d'observation permettant d'obtenir des informations plus pertinentes, plus précises sur ce qui se passe réellement en jeu dans les rapports d’opposition.Les différentes expérimentations montrent l’effet de la condition d’apprentissage avec verbalisation sur le projet d’action et sur la pertinence des choix dans les configurations du jeu lors des rencontres. Il y a donc un intérêt certain pour la construction de connaissances tactiques à long terme en relation avec la mise en œuvre d’une véritable sémiotique de l’action motrice en handball. Les jeux réduits constituent un outil d’apprentissage fondamental en didactique des sports collectifs. La mise en relation de la pensée dans et sur l’action offre aux élèves des moyens différenciés pour progresser. Le retour réflexif sur la pratique est une source de perfectionnement de cette dernière en permettant d’accéder aux règles d’action. En préservant une rigueur certaine dans la démarche de recherche et en ayant pour souci de clarifier les différentes étapes de notre travail, nous avons tenté de contribuer au développement d’une didactique scolaire des jeux collectifs. / This work represents a research process that consisted in exploring numerical indices and qualitative criteria in order to study decision making with two groups of girls from two different cultural backgrounds (French and Tunisian). Through this study we hope to contribute to the development of a body of knowledge relative to team sports, including female handball at school. Specifically, our ambition is to generalize observational tools and methods giving access to more pertinent and precise information on what actually happens in game play with respect to the opposition relationship.The different experimentations show the effect of the learning condition with verbalization on the action project and on the pertinence of choices in configurations of play during game play. There is an unquestionable interest for the construction of long term tactical knowledge in relation to the implementation of an actual motor semiotic activity in handball.Small-sided games constitute a fundamental learning tool in team sport didactics. Relating thought in and on action offers students differentiated ways for making progress. Reflective feedback on game play generates its improvement, for it provides access to action rules. By insuring rigor in the research process and by keeping in mind the clarification of the various stages of our work, we tried to contribute to the development of team sport didactics at school

A avaliação motora tem um papel importante no treinamento desportivo e é necessária a criação de instrumentos para avaliação. O presente estudo tem por objetivo validar a bateria de testes de habilidades para atletas de HCR. A bateria é composta por cinco testes (Velocidade 20 m - VM, Bloqueio - BL, Condução de bola - CB, Precisão de Passes - PP e Eficácia de arremessos - EA). Participaram da amostra 11 atletas (oito homens e três mulheres) avaliados em dois momentos diferentes por três avaliadores. Os dados foram apresentados através de estatística descritiva e análise de variância foi utilizada para analisar o critério de objetividade dos testes. Para fidedignidade utilizou-se o coeficiente de correlação linear e a consistência interna foi avaliada através dos coeficientes de correlação linear (VM, BL, CB, PP) e Alpha de Cronbach (EA). O software utilizado para as análises foi o R-plus 2.10.0®. De modo geral a bateria mostrou-se objetiva pois não foram encontradas diferenças entre as avaliações realizadas pelos diferentes avaliadores. Quanto aos critérios de fidedignidade e consistência interna, apenas três testes apresentaram resultados satisfatórios, sendo exceção os testes EA e PP cujos valores de correlação apresentaram-se abaixo de 0,50 (consistência) e abaixo de 0,69 (fidedignidade) que por isso foram excluídos da bateria. Conclui-se deste estudo que a bateria de testes de habilidades para atletas de HCR é uma bateria válida para avaliação no HCR. / Abstract: The Wheelchair Handball (WH) is a competitive sport whose practice was started recently in Brazil (CALEGARI, 2010). The motor assessment has an important role in sports training and it is necessary to create instruments for evaluation. This study aims to validate a battery of skills tests for athletes of HCR. The battery consists of five tests (20 m Velocity - V, Block - BL, Driving the ball - DB, Passes for Precision - PP and Efficacy of pitches - EA). A sample of 11 athletes (3 men and 8 women) were evaluated at two different days by three evaluators. The data were presented using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance was used to analyze the criterion of objectivity of the tests. For reliability, we used the linear correlation coefficient and internal consistency was evaluated using the linear correlation coefficients (VM, BL, CB, PP) and Cronbach's Alpha (EA). The software used for the analysis was R-2.10.0 Plus®. Generally the battery proved to be objective since there were no differences between the evaluations made by different evaluators. The criteria for reliability and internal consistency, only three tests showed satisfactory results, with the exception EA and PP tests whose correlation values were below 0.50 (consistency) and below 0.69 (reliability) so that were excluded from the battery. This thesis discusses strategic management in sport. There are two main parts in the thesis. First part includes theory about strategic management, strategic management in sport and strategic planning process. In the second part there is a research which analyzes Czech hanball club HC Dukla Prague. The research is qualitive and done by personal interviews with managers, players and spectators of the club. The main purpose of the thesis is to find out how the club works with the strategy and what are the differences between theory of strategy and real actions of the club. In the end there are some recommendations for the club how to improve their strategic planning process.

The diploma thesis focused on issues of counting scores in handball matches in the Central Bohemia region, specifically on the system of competition for U13 category. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and research part. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the sport, handball, youth sports training, the system of competition of younger students in the Central Bohemia region, sports performance and also marginally deals with attitudes and their formation. The research part is primarily focused on the processing and interpretation of results from a guided interview with experienced coaches of the Central Bohemia Handball Association, where the aim will be to determine the main purpose for removing the public score indicator from e U13 category competition system. Furthermore, the work is devoted to the interpretation of results based on questionnaires for players, parents and coaches who have dealt with the issue and preferences of the system of competition for younger players in the Central Bohemia region. Title: Stabilization training with sensorimotor tool Propriomed in handball Goal: The aim of our experiment was to evaluate an influence of short-term and long-term exercise with Propriomed on an accuracy of throwing ball in handball with taking speed of throwing into consideration. Methods: It was used an experiment to evaluate changes of throwing accuracy and speed depending on a specific intervention. Concretely interventions were an usual training unit without using Propriomed, an exercise unit with Propriomed and long-term exercising with Propriomed which lasted for a month. Measuring of values was always done before the beginning of training with participation of 11 probands. A radar gun named Stalker was used for measuring of speed throwing. Final values were processed in the programme Dartfish for an analysis of throwing accuracy. Results: Negative effect on throwing accuracy was found in the case of 7 probands because of exercise unit with Propriomed. In the case of 2 probands this intervention led to increase of accuracy and two probands were without an effect.
