Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / O objeto de pesquisa deste estudo é a relação entre o estilo de vida dos professores, o exercício do magistério e os problemas de saúde que provocam o afastamento destes profissionais das atividades docentes. Nosso objeto de estudo aborda a saúde do professor e sua relação com o estilo de vida que envolve cinco fatores: atividade física, relacionamentos, gerenciamento do estresse, hábitos alimentares e comportamentos preventivos. Fizemos a investigação do seguinte problema de pesquisa: qual a relação entre o estilo de vida, o exercício do magistério e o adoecimento dos professores do ensino fundamental I na rede municipal da cidade de Boa Vista-RR? Tendo como objetivo geral identificar as relações entre exercício do magistério, o estilo de vida e os fenômenos de saúde e adoecimento em professores do Ensino Fundamental I de Boa Vista avaliando fatores relacionados às exigências ergonômicas, os transtornos de saúde mental e os problemas de saúde em geral. Para tanto, traçamos como objetivos específicos: I- verificar as principais causas de afastamentos entre professores do ensino fundamental I da rede municipal de Boa Vista RR pela Junta Médica Municipal; II- avaliar o estilo de vida dos professores do ensino fundamental I da rede municipal de Boa Vista RR por meio do protocolo Perfil do estilo de vida individual de Nahas (2001); III- investigar o histórico de adoecimento dos professores do ensino fundamental I da rede municipal de Boa Vista RR por meio de questionário e IV analisar as condições de trabalho, às quais são submetidos os professores da rede municipal de ensino em Boa Vista RR. O presente estudo caracteriza-se por uma abordagem descritiva, quanto à abordagem do problema adotamos uma análise qualitativa e fizemos também o uso da objetividade da abordagem quantitativa. Esta investigação partiu de uma revisão bibliográfica, e após a qualificação e aprovação do comitê de ética iniciamos a fase da pesquisa documental coletando os dados secundários oriundos dos registros disponíveis na junta médica municipal acerca do número de afastamentos de professores. Procedemos também com um estudo de campo coletando os dados primários por meio de questionário aplicado aos professores da Rede Pública Municipal de Ensino. que lecionam do 1 ao 5 Ano do Ensino Fundamental I, incluindo os professores de educação física, artes e informática. Para avaliação do estilo de vida utilizamos o Perfil do Estilo de Vida Individual (PEVI). Os dados obtidos na Pesquisa Bibliográfica, na Pesquisa Documental e na Pesquisa de Campo apontam que as três principais categorias de agravo à saúde dos professores são os Problemas Osteomusculares, os Problemas relacionados à voz e os Problemas de Saúde Mental. O estudo mostra ainda que os professores relacionam seus afastamentos ao exercício do magistério, seja pelas atribuições profissionais e/ou pelas condições de trabalho. Ao mesmo tempo, a análise do Perfil do Estilo de Vida nos mostra que os professores adotam comportamentos negativos em sua rotina, principalmente no componente atividade física e nutrição. Concluímos que a Docência é uma profissão que influencia diretamente na rotina dos professores, sendo um determinante em seu estilo de vida. Por tal motivo, muitos destes profissionais adotam comportamentos negativos e se expõem ainda mais aos fatores de risco, as consequências são o adoecimento, o afastamento das atividades em sala de aula e o abandono da profissão. / The research object of this study is the relationship between the lifestyle of teachers , the practice of teaching and the health problems that cause the removal of these professional activities of teachers . Our object of study assesses the health of teachers and their relationship with the lifestyle that involves five factors : physical activity , relationships , stress management , eating habits and preventive behaviors . We did research the following research problem : what is the relationship between lifestyle, the practice of teaching and illness among elementary school teachers in public schools in the city of Boa Vista - RR ? Having as main objective to identify the relationship between practice of teaching , the lifestyle and the phenomena of health and illness in elementary school teachers I Boa Vista evaluating factors related to ergonomic requirements, mental health disorders and health problems general. To do so , we draw the following specific objectives : I check the main causes of absenteeism among elementary school teachers I of municipal Boa Vista - RR by Municipal Medical Board ; II assess the lifestyle of elementary school teachers in the municipal Boa Vista - RR through the protocol " profile individual lifestyle " Nahas (2001 ) III investigate the history of illness among elementary school teachers in the municipal Boa Vista - RR by questionnaire and analyze the IV working conditions, which are subject teachers of municipal schools in Boa Vista - RR . This study is characterized by a descriptive approach as to approach the problem we adopted a qualitative analysis, and also made use of the objectivity of the quantitative approach . This research started with a literature review , and after qualification and approval of the ethics committee began the phase of desk research collecting secondary data from records available in the municipal medical board about the number of teacher absences . We also proceed with a field study collecting primary data through a questionnaire applied to teachers of Municipal Public Education Network . who teach from 1st to 5th year of elementary school , including teachers of physical education, arts and information technology. To review the lifestyle we used the Profile Style Single Life ( PEVI ) . The data obtained in the Bibliographical Research in Documentary Research and Field Survey indicate that the three main categories of health problem teachers are the Musculoskeletal Problems , Problems related to voice and Mental Health Problems . The study also shows that teachers relate their clearances to the exercise of the magisterium , or by professional and / or the conditions of work assignments . While the analysis of the profile Lifestyles shows that teachers adopt negative behaviors into your routine , especially in physical activity and nutrition component. We conclude that the Teaching is a profession that directly influences the routine of teachers , being a determinant in your lifestyle , therefore , many of these professionals adopt negative behaviors and are exposed to more risk factors , the consequences are becoming , clearance activities in the classroom and the abandonment of the profession.

The study aimed to analyze as they have been presented discussions about teachers' work and health in research conducted in the area of Education, presented and disclosed in the academic area productions (magazines classified by CAPES in A1 and published works in ANPEd), reported from 2004 to 2014. The research is characterized as bibliographic and was structured by a qualitative approach. The theoretical construction was based on reflections concerning the intensification of teachers' work and change processes in education policy that have occurred in recent decades in Brazil. We use authors as Assunção and Oliveira (2009), Fernandes (2010), Alves (2012), Enguita (1991), Brito (2005), among others, and we seek to understand the teachers' health and work relations considering the dynamicity of the human being. Thus, we appropriate of the authors discussion such as Assunção (2003), Esteve (2009), Alves (2010), Dejours (2004), Canguilhem (2012), Brito (2005), to understand how have being constituted the teachers' work and health discussions. The research here structured permeates the conceptual relations established in the scope of health, the teacher's work conception and the complex structure involving such relations, as well, aims to understand the individual as a dialogical living being that establishes relations from its fundamental activity, the work. There fore, we will use the ergonomics of activity as north to the productions and publications analysis, delimited for this bibliographic review, based on the understanding of human activity, appropriating up the concepts of prescribed work (task) and real work (performed activity). The data selection process it had as starting point the publications performed in all working groups of the ANPEd and magazines with qualis A1 classified by CAPES, in Portuguese language. Of this material, we established as cutting point studies that addressed discussions about work, health, intensification, disease, illness, teacher's malaise. From these characteristics we achieve to 23 productions that were related to teachers' work and health. The analysis of the information collected had as a starting point the questions: What is the central theme of the article? What concept of teachers' work? What the conception of health? Is there the work and health relation? The research enabled us to see the distinction between the different methodological approaches and organizations of the scope of health and as a result, in the set of analyzed studies, regarding the working conditions, there is consensus that the precarious and the very bad conditions experienced in schools infer in the teachers' health. It was evident that occurred theoretical advances with regard to the discussion of teachers' health and work among the researchers in the education field in Brazil, but we reiterate the need for studies that dialogue with statistical data from the real teacher's work analysis. / Este trabalho está vinculado à linha de pesquisa Educação, Trabalho e movimentos sociais. O trabalho teve como objetivo analisar como têm sido apresentadas as discussões sobre trabalho e saúde docente em pesquisas realizadas na área da Educação, apresentadas e divulgadas nas produções acadêmicas da área (revistas classificadas pela Capes em A1 e trabalhos publicados na ANPEd), produzidas no período de 2004 a 2014. Como problema apresentamos a seguinte questão: : como tem se apresentado a relação entre saúde e trabalho docente nas publicações realizadas nos últimos dez anos no Brasil, em revistas e periódicos com reconhecimento acadêmico na área da Educação? A pesquisa se caracteriza como bibliográfica e se estruturou por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa. A construção teórica foi fundamentada em reflexões concernentes a intensificação do trabalho docente e dos processos de mudanças nas políticas educacionais ocorridas nas últimas décadas no Brasil. Buscamos compreender a relação saúde e trabalho docente considerando a dinamicidade do ser humano com base em autores como Assunção e Oliveira, Fernandes, Alves, Enguita, Brito, entre outros. Apropriamo-nos da discussão de autores como Assunção, Esteve, Alves, Dejours, Canguilhem, Brito, para entendermos como vêm se constituindo as discussões de saúde e trabalho docente. A pesquisa aqui estruturada permeia as relações conceituais estabelecidas no âmbito da saúde, a concepção de trabalho docente e a complexa estrutura que envolve tais relações, bem como, busca compreender o indivíduo como ser vivo dialógico que tece relações a partir de sua atividade fundamental, o trabalho. Para tanto, utilizaremos a ergonomia da atividade como norte para a análise das produções e publicações, delimitadas para essa revisão bibliográfica, a partir da compreensão da atividade humana, apropriando-se dos conceitos de trabalho prescrito (tarefa) e trabalho real (atividade realizada). Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica. O processo de seleção dos dados teve como ponto de partida as publicações realizadas em todos os Grupos de Trabalho da ANPEd e nas revistas com qualis A1 classificadas pela Capes, em língua portuguesa. Desse material, estabelecemos como recorte estudos que abordassem discussões sobre trabalho, saúde, intensificação, doença, adoecimento, mal estar docente. A partir dessas características chegamos a 23 produções que estavam relacionadas ao trabalho docente e saúde. A análise das informações coletadas tiveram como ponto de partida as questões: qual a temática central do artigo? Qual conceito de trabalho docente? Qual a concepção de saúde? Apresenta a relação trabalho e saúde? A pesquisa nos possibilitou visualizar a distinção entre as diferentes abordagens e organizações metodológicas do campo da saúde e, como resultado, no conjunto de trabalhos analisados, no que concerne as condições de trabalho, é consenso que a precarização e as péssimas condições vivenciadas nas escolas inferem na saúde do professor. Ficou evidenciado que ocorreram avanços teóricos no que diz respeito à discussão sobre saúde e trabalho docente entre os pesquisadores no campo da Educação no Brasil, mas reiteramos a necessidade de estudos que dialoguem com dados estatísticos a partir da análise do trabalho real do professor.

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo Identificar os principais fatores estressores que afetam os professores no ambiente de trabalho, seus níveis de resiliência e comportamentos apresentados no enfrentamento das adversidades. A pesquisa classifica-se quanto à forma de abordagem como quantitativa e qualitativa, quanto aos objetivos, como exploratória e quanto aos meios como bibliográfica e de campo. O estudo fora realizado com 71 professores da zona urbana atuantes no Ensino Fundamental da cidade de Buriti-MA mediante à aplicação de questionários, análise da escala de resiliência e uma entrevista semiestruturada com dez destes professores. A entrevista teve como objetivo identificar fatores que facilitam e dificultam a resiliência. Os resultados apontaram como principais fatores estressores a falta de interesse e a indisciplina dos alunos; a falta de estrutura; a falta de diálogo e o autoritarismo tanto da coordenação quanto da direção da escola; o individualismo por parte de alguns professores e os baixos salários. Quanto à escala de resiliência, esta apontou que 84,51% dos professores apresentam alta resiliência e 15,49% média resiliência. A entrevista semiestruturada apontou a falta de apoio como fator que dificulta a resiliência e o apoio de todos os envolvidos no processo educativo como fator facilitador da resiliência. Nesse contexto, ressalta-se a importância de se realizar propostas que tenham como prioridade a saúde do professor para que este possa ajudar no processo de aprendizagem de seus alunos de forma efetiva, eficaz e eficiente. Corrobora-se com a ideia da promoção da resiliência na educação escolar uma vez que, a resiliência vem sendo vista como um elemento importante na superação das adversidades o que promove uma educação de melhor qualidade. / This study aimed to identify the main stressors that affect teachers in the workplace, their levels of resilience and coping behaviors in adversity. The survey classified themselves as to how to approach and quantitative and qualitative, about the objectives, as exploratory and the means to bibliographic and field. The study was conducted with 71 teachers working in urban elementary school in the city of Buriti-MA through the use of questionnaires, analysis of the resilience scale and semistructured interviews with ten of these teachers. The interview aimed to identify factors that facilitate and hinder resilience. The results showed as major stressors lack of interest and lack of discipline of students, lack of structure, lack of dialogue and coordination in both authoritarianism of the school; individualism by some teachers and low wages. Regarding resilience scale, this indicated that 84.51% of teachers have high resilience and 15.49% average resilience. A semistructured interview pointed out the lack of support as a factor that hinders resilience and support of everyone involved in the educational process as a facilitating factor of resilience. In this context, it emphasizes the importance of conducting tenders which have as a priority the health of teachers so that they can help in the learning process of their students effectively, efficiently and effectively. Corroborates with the idea of promoting resilience in school education since resilience has been seen as an important element in overcoming the adversities which promotes a better quality education.

Lärare är en av de viktigaste skolrelaterade faktorerna angående elevers akademiska lärande. Akademiskt ledarskap inom lärarprofessionen har enligt tidigare forskning en väsentlig del i elevers skolresultat. Kunskaper om ledarskap, och dess innebörd, skapar behovet av att införskaffa mer kunskap om hur akademiskt ledarskap utbildas inom en idrottslärarutbildning. Studiens syfte var att undersöka vilka kunskaper om ledarskap, och dess innebörd, som lärarstudenter inom en idrottslärarutbildning på ett universitet i södra Sverige har införskaffat samt saknat under utbildningen. Kvalitativ intervjustudie var undersökningens metod med en tillhörande semistrukturerad intervjuguide. Sju deltagare intervjuades och efter intervjuernas genomförande utfördes en tematisk innehållsanalys av deltagarnas svar som genererade identifiering av teman samt kategorier som besvarade studiens syfte samt frågeställningar. Studien resulterade i att införskaffade kunskaper om ledarskap inom idrottslärarutbildningen innefattar professionella kunskaper, didaktik och friluftsliv. Studieresultaten om kunskaper inom ledarskap som saknas i utbildningen innefattar interpersonella kunskaper, intrapersonella kunskaper, bindning av kunskaper och engagemang. Studiens slutsats förklarar att kunskaper om ledarskap, och dess innebörd, behöver i framtida forskning fortsätta undersökas inom två olika nivåer: institutionell nivå och lärarmässig nivå. / Teachers are one of the most important school-related factors regarding students' academic learning. Academic leadership within the teaching profession has an essential part in students' school results according to previousresearch. Knowledgeofleadership,anditsmeaning,createstheneed to acquire more knowledge about how academic leadership is educated in a PE teacher education. This study's purpose was to investigate PE student teachers ́ experiences about what knowledges, and its meaning, of leadership has been acquired and is missing in the PE education. Qualitative interview study was the research method which includes a semi-structured interview guide and there were seven interviews conducted in this study. After the implementation of the interviews a thematic content analysis was conducted of the participants' responses that generated identification of themes and categories that answered the study's purpose and questions. The result of the study was that acquired knowledge in leadership within the PE teacher education are professional knowledge, didactics and outdoor education. It appeared in the results that knowledge in leadership that is missing in the PE teacher education are interpersonal skills, intrapersonal skills, binding of skills and dedication. The conclusion of this study explains that knowledge of leadership, and its meaning, needs to be included in future research within two different levels: institutional level and teaching level.

La tesis desenvolupa el concepte d'escola saludable des de la perspectiva dels riscos psicosociales. Concretament, l'anàlisis dels nivells de la síndrome d'esgotament profesional en 40 centres escolares de Catalunya confirma l'existència de granes diferències associades a diferències en l'organització i el modelo pedagògic. El model d'escola que aprén s'associa a una major salut laboral. De la recerca es deriven nove aportacions per a la prevenció primària de la síndrome estudiada. / La tesis desarrolla el concepto de escuela saludable desde la perspectiva de los riesgos psicosociales. Concretamente, el análisis de los niveles de síndrome de quemado por el trabajo en 40 centros escolares de Cataluña confirma la existencia de grandes diferencias asociadas a diferencias en la organización y modelo pedagógico. El modelo de escuela que aprende se asocia a una mayor salud laboral. De la investigación se derivan nuevas aportaciones para la prevención primaria del síndrome estudiado. / The thesis develops the concept of healthy school from the perspective of pychosocial risks. Specifically, the analysis of the levels of burnout in 40 schools of Catalonia confirms the existence of big differences associated with differences in the organisation and pedagogical model. The model of the school as a learning organization is associated to a great occupational health. Of the investigation new contributions are derived for the primary prevention of the burnout.

This study dealt with the illness of the teacher teaching the upper face to the changing world of work caused by the restructuring of the public university. The aim was to analyze the main impacts of the restructuring of the public university at work and health of university professors from the Federal University of Uberlândia - UFU. To do so, traced the profile epidemiology of illnesses of teachers in higher education, Federal University of Uberlândia, based on the description of the cases registered in the Setor de Perícia em Saúde da Diretoria de Qualidade de Vida e Saúde - DIRQS the period 2008 to 2012. A survey of the problematic consequences of the politics reconfiguration of higher education in the teacher labor everyday. When considering where to play its role well the teacher must have good health and work, it became important to analyze which conditions affect the performance of their work. This procedure allowed the knowledge of the main health problems that affected the teaching category in the study period using for this purpose, qualitative methodological approach of predominantly descriptive nature of documentary research as a technique for gathering and analyzing data, without, however, neglect the contributions coming from the quantitative data that was presented. The identification of health problems that interfere with the dynamics of work has become of paramount importance, since it provided an understanding of the factors related to the malaise of university teaching teacher. The results of this research allow us to state that the reconfiguration of higher education from the 1990s exacerbated by the intensification of precarious working conditions of teachers, leaving them susceptible to disease processes. / Este estudo tratou do adoecimento do professor do magistério superior face às mudanças do mundo do trabalho ocasionadas pela reestruturação da universidade pública. O objetivo foi analisar os principais impactos da reestruturação da universidade pública no trabalho e na saúde dos professores universitários da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU. Para tanto, traçou-se o perfil epidemiológico dos adoecimentos dos docentes do ensino superior da UFU, com base na descrição das doenças registradas no Setor de Perícia em Saúde da Diretoria de Qualidade de Vida e Saúde do Servidor DIRQS no período de 2008 a 2012. A pesquisa parte da problematização das consequências das políticas de reconfiguração da educação superior no cotidiano laboral do professor. Ao considerar que para desempenhar bem a sua função o docente deve ter boas condições de saúde e de trabalho, tornou-se relevante analisar quais condições afetam o desempenho de seu labor. Esse procedimento possibilitou conhecer os principais problemas de saúde que afetou a categoria docente no período em estudo utilizando, para tanto, a abordagem metodológica qualitativa, de natureza descritiva, com predomínio da pesquisa documental como técnica de obtenção e análise de dados sem, no entanto, desprezar as contribuições advindas dos dados quantitativos que se apresentaram. A identificação dos problemas de saúde que interferem na dinâmica do trabalho tornou-se de fundamental importância, visto que proporcionaram a compreensão dos fatores relacionados ao mal-estar do professor do magistério superior. Os resultados desta investigação permitem afirmar que a reconfiguração do ensino superior a partir dos anos de 1990 agravou a intensificação por meio da precarização das condições de trabalho do professor, deixando-os suscetíveis aos processos de adoecimento. / Mestre em Educação

This thesis deals with the health and quality of life of elementary school teachers. The aim of this thesis is to provide informations on selected aspects of the health and quality of life of teachers. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and research part. For the collection of data of research part was used the questionnaire method. The questionnaire verifies assumptions that have been drawn up on the basis of practical experience from the teacher's work. Some assumptions have been confirmed, others have not. At the end of the research, suggestions for a practice responding to the survey results are presented.
