Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho qualitativo. Foi desenvolvida com uma postura fenomenológica, trabalhando de modo hermenêutico no que concerne à interpretação dos dados e norteada pela interrogação "como a Álgebra, mediante seu ensino, tem se apresentado na legislação escolar brasileira?". O estudo tomou como dados os textos legais que dizem da Álgebra, desde o início da organização escolar no Brasil, até a década de 1980. Cada texto de lei é analisado em sua historicidade, considerando o contexto sócio-histórico-político que os gerou. A exposição dos movimentos interpretativo e articulador é apresentada em quadros explicativos. Esta tese é constituída por um estudo filosófico sobre: Hermenêutica enquanto teoria da compreensão; a organização escolar brasileira, estabelecida pelos jesuítas, expondo uma análise aprofundada do documento ratio studiorum, direcionador das atividades nas escolas jesuíticas e no estado brasileiro nesse período; as reformas pombalinas da instrução pública e seu impacto no sistema escolar brasileiro, principalmente no que diz respeito à Álgebra; a presença da Álgebra na organização escolar brasileira no período imperial, englobando os documentos legais, editados desde a chegada da família real portuguesa até o fim do império; o período inicial da república brasileira e a legislação que vem com o novo regime político; a organização escolar e as mudanças relativas à Álgebra nessa legislação durante a Era Vargas e o Estado Novo; as propostas educacionais do período em que o Brasil vivenciou o desenvolvimentismo; as propostas educacionais ocorridas durante o Regime Militar brasileiro e o Movimento da Matemática Moderna. This is a qualitative research. It has been conducted with a phenomenological approach, working mode hermeneutic regarding the data interpretation and guided by the question "how Algebra, through its teaching, has appeared in Brazilian school legislation?". The study took as data the legal writings that mention algebra, since the beginning of the school organization in Brazil until the 1980s. Each text of law is analyzed in its historicity, considering the socio-historical-political scenario in which they have been generated. The exposure of interpretive and articulator movements is presented in explanatory tables. This thesis consists of a philosophical study about: Hermeneutics as a understanding theory; the Brazilian school organization, established by Jesuits, exposing a thorough examination of the ratio studiorum document, which headed Jesuit activities in schools and the Brazilian state during this period; the Pombal's learning reforms in public education and its impact on the Brazilian school system, especially with regard to Algebra; the presence of Algebra in the school organization in the Brazilian imperial period, encompassing legal documents published since the arrival of the Portuguese royal family until the end of the empire; the initial period of the Brazilian republic and legislation which comes with the new political regime; the school organization and the changes in that legislation relating to Algebra during the Vargas Era and the New State; educational proposals of the period in which Brazil experienced developmentalism; educational proposals occurred during military regime and the Brazilian Modern Mathematics Movement. A análise foi respaldada pelo referencial teórico da hermenêutica das profundidades proposta por Thompson (2011). The translation, intended to be as faithful to the original as possible, is based on Vinay and Darbelnet's (1977) methodology. The analysis is developed from the theoretical reference of the deep hermeneutics, more specifically, Thompson (2011). Busca-se investigar não só como as práticas de cuidado desse serviço de saúde se caracterizam e são organizadas, como também analisar as aproximações com os conceitos de universalidade, integralidade e equidade, tomados como indicadores de qualidade. O suporte teórico empregado na pesquisa foi a hermenêutica; a descrição etnográfica do cotidiano desse serviço foi a estratégia empregada para a coleta de dados. A ética, a estética e a política foram os parâmetros de análise dos dispositivos invisíveis de poder que operam nas práticas desenvolvidas pelos profissionais de saúde e permitiram a discussão dos resultados. Verificaram-se, entre a população atendida, a universalização do cuidado de si, traduzida na prática da utilização do serviço de saúde, e a observação das orientações médicas, mesmo que de maneira pessoal. Quanto à aplicação da integralidade nas ações, notou-se que as redes de poder nas quais os atores sociais estão implicados reescrevem o ideal proposto e produzem uma conduta ética marcada por lugares viciados histórica e socialmente. Finalmente, verificou-se que os fóruns de discussão de gestores não se constituem espaços de emancipação de forças políticas dos interesses de pequenos municípios, ameaçando o princípio da igualdade na gestão do sistema de saúde. Diante disso, apesar de existir um modelo ideal de qualidade proposto por meio da estratégia de saúde da família, constatamos processos ativos e dinâmicos não capturáveis e impossíveis de se controlar. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This work intends to present a study of the case of a family health unit placed in the rural area of a town in the countryside of the state of São Paulo with a population of less than five thousand inhabitants and with a low index of wealth. We aim to investigate not only how the practices of this health service are organized, but also to analyze the approaches to the concepts of universality, integrality and equity, taken as indicators of quality. The theoretical basis employed in the research was the hermeneutics; the ethnographic description of this service's daily routine was the strategy employed for the data collection. Ethics, aesthetics and politics were the parameters for the analysis of the invisible power relations that operate in the practices developed by the health professionals and allowed the discussion of the results. We verified, among the population assisted, the universality of the self-care, manifested in the utilization of the health service, as well as the acceptance of the medical advice, even if it is in a personal way. On what concerns the employment of integrality in the actions, we observed that the power nets in which the social actors are involved rewrite the ideal proposed and produce an ethic conduct marked by places that are addicted historical and socially. Finally, we verified that the discussion forums of managers do not constitute spaces for the emancipation of the political forces of the small towns' interests, which threatens the principle of equality in the management of the health system. Considering this, although an ideal model of equality proposed through the family health strategy does exist, we found out active and dynamic processes which can not be caught and are impossible to control. On the other hand, we verified a creative reinvention of health practices that get to the families that live in distant and uninhabited places. In this ... [pt] A hermenêutica da ideia de revelação é um dos mais autênticos e originais trabalhos teológicos do filósofo francês Paul Ricoeur. As duas propostas fundantes do autor apresentam um conceito de revelação que respeita as idiossincrasias próprias de cada gênero literário da Escritura e ao mesmo tempo dialoga com uma filosofia hermenêutica que proporciona uma autêntica dialética entre as verdades da fé e as verdades da razão. Assim, critica-se um conceito opaco e autoritário de revelação e reivindica-se um conceito polifônico, polissêmico e analógico de revelação. Os elementos teóricos que implementam o conceito ricoeuriano de revelação são: o mundo do texto, a hermenêutica do distanciamento, o discurso como evento e significação, a categoria Poética e a hermenêutica do testemunho. Por meio dessa dialética viva pretende-se libertar o conceito de revelação das fórmulas dogmáticas e reconduzi-la à confissão de fé presentes nos discursos profético, narrativo, prescritivo, sapiencial e hínico. A opacidade maciça do conceito de revelação somente pode ser superada por intermédio de uma hermenêutica de revelação que respeite as expressões polifônicas originárias da revelação nas quais se baseiam a confissão de fé do povo de Deus. / [en] The hermeneutics of the revelation s idea is one of the more authentic and original theological works of the French philosopher Paul Ricoeur. The author s two fundamental propositions present a concept of revelation that respects the idiosyncrasies fit to each literary gender of the Scripture and, at the same time, dialogues with a hermeneutic philosophy that provides an authentic dialectics between the truths of faith and the truths of reason. So, an opaque and authoritarian concept of the revelation is criticized and a polyphonic, polysemic, and analogical concept of revelation is claimed. The theoretical elements that implement the ricoeurian concept of revelation are: the world of the text, the hermeneutics of detachment, the speech as event and meaning, the poetic cathegory and the hermeneutics of the testimony. Through this living dialectics, one pretends to liberate the concept of revelation from dogmatic formulae and bring it back to the confessions of faith present in the prophetic, narrative, prescriptive, sapiential and hymnic speeches. The massive opacity of the concept of revelation can only be overcome through a hermeneutics of revelation that considers the polyphonic expressions that stem from the revelation in which the people of God s confession of faith are based.

O programa teve como entrevistadores influenciadores digitais e duas pessoas no centro da tradicional roda: o historiador Leandro Karnal e o filósofo Luiz Felipe Pondé. A dissertação tem como principal objetivo responder duas questões: O que motivou a mudança de formato no Especial de 30 anos do Roda Viva? Quais as repercussões que essa mudança gerou ao programa? Para tanto se procura entender o conceito de esfera pública tal como expressado por Habermas (2017) e sua articulação com a visão de Castells (2007) relacionada com a sociedade em rede. Para realizar as análises e responder as perguntas se levou em consideração a participação dos envolvidos no desenrolar do tempo de duração do programa. Para a interpretação de dados, foi utilizada a metodologia da Hermenêutica de Profundidade, conforme proposta por Thompson (2011), notadamente a interpretação discursiva. Os resultados obtidos apontam que a mudança se deu mais em função de uma tentativa de se adequar às redes do que propriamente contribuir com conteúdo inovador. / Abstract: The present work aims to analyze the 30 years Roda Viva Commemorative Program, from TV Cultura. This Commemorative program had digital influencers and two main interviewers: Leandro Karnal historian and Luis Felipe Ponde philosopher. The main purpose of this dissertation is to answer two questions: What motivated the format change in the program 30 years Roda Viva Commemorative Program? Which repercussion this change had caused to the program? To answer those questions it is necessary to understand the public sphere concept which has been expressed by Habermas (2017) and relates it to network society by Castells (2007). In order to analyse and answer the questions it was taken into consideration the people participation and the lenght of the program. For the data evaluation the Depth Hermeneutics methodology proposed by Thompson (2011) was used, specially the discursive interpretation. The results obtained indicated the format change was motivated in order to be suitable to networks instead of contribute with innovative content. / Mestre

[pt] Sobre a teoria constitucional desenvolvida na segunda metade do século XX (a teoria pós-1945) está assentada a produção teórico- dogmática hegemônica no direito constitucional brasileiro. Quer na sua matriz valorativa quer naquela direcionada por princípios e procedimentos é pressuposto que as constituições detêm uma espécie de normatividade autônoma capaz de regular a vida, harmonizando, pela via da reciprocidade, a tensão entre norma e realidade. Num momento de globalização, risco, estado de guerra, Império e neoliberalismo, entretanto, o consenso teórico alcançado com a tese da normatividade autônoma da constituição acha-se desestabilizado. Necessária sua reestruturação. A isso se propõe Exceção Permanente: introdução a uma categoria para a teoria constitucional no século XXI. A categoria exceção permanente, apresentada nesta dissertação em suas linhas introdutórias, aponta, ao invés da reciprocidade, em direção à imanência entre norma e vida, bem assim a um âmbito de indiscernibilidade em que o discurso jurídico- constitucional é redimensionado, abrindo horizontes à ação emancipatória e a uma nova compreensão da própria normatividade. Whether in the valued matrix or in the one guided by principles and procedures is based on the assumption of the Constitution`s autonomous normativity that is able to regulate life, harmonizing, by the way of reciprocity, the tension between norm and reality. However, in a period of globalization, risk, war state, Empire and neo- liberalism, the theoretic consensus achieved by the autonomous normativity theory of the constitution is non-stabilized. Urging a new structure. It is the aim of Exceção Permanente: introdução a uma categoria para a teoria constitucional no século XXI. Instead of the reciprocity post-1945 theory, the permanent exception category introduce in this dissertation points in the direction to the immanence between norm and life, and to a space of indiscernability whose legal- constitutional speech is redimensioned opening new horizons to the emancipatory action and to a new comprehension of the normativity. Clarify the difficult and obscure equation between the constitution and life. As a consequence of that, it is found inside this permanent exception category an appropriated key to comprehend the contemporaneous historical process, theorical directives and mechanism to articulate central questions of the constitutional theory, v.g., constitution, fundamental rights, constitutional hermeneutic and constitutional jurisdiction.

[pt] A reivindicação que Gadamer faz de um caráter prático para a hermenêutica filosófica se deve, em grande parte, a uma releitura da filosofia prática de Aristóteles - tendo como principal referência o livro VI da Ética a Nicômaco - fortemente influenciada pela leitura ontológica proposta por Martin Heidegger. A retomada das noções aristotélicas, principalmente, de práxis e phronesis, oferece a Gadamer a possibilidade de realçar uma implicação ético-política no cerne da questão da compreensão. Esta última passará a ser pensada nos termos da interpretaçãoaplicação que ocorre no âmbito da vida prática, onde toda compreensão encontra-se operante enquanto dimensão fundamental de todo lidar com as coisas. Por essa razão, a relação entre hermenêutica e práxis abre um âmbito de reflexão e discussão que tem como principal objetivo um engajamento em defesa da razão prática, em detrimento da consideração de que toda racionalidade deve se apresentar, fundamentalmente, como lógico-científica. Deste modo, visamos com este trabalho refletir sobre a questão da práxis tal como pensada por Gadamer, apontando para uma pretensão filosófica fundamental: a defesa de uma universalidade para sua ontologia da compreensão. Para Gadamer, pensar uma hermenêutica filosófica é pensar a experiência universal de compreensão mútua que é inseparável do acontecer da vida em comum. É este o âmbito, a um só tempo, compreensivo e prático da sua hermenêutica filosófica. / [en] Gadamer s claim of a practical character involved in philosophical hermeneutics is based, to a large extent, on a rereading of Aristotle s practical philosophy - having as a main reference, the sixth book of the Nicomachean Ethics - strongly influenced by Heidegger s ontological reading of Aristotle. The reappropriation of Aristotelian concepts, mainly, of praxis and phronesis, offers the possibility of bringing to light the existence of an ethical-political implication within the center of the question of understanding. Such a question turns to be thought in terms of the happening of interpretation-application that takes place in the scope of practical life where all understanding finds itself already operative in the commerce with things in general. In this way, the relation between hermeneutics and praxis opens a scope of reflection and discussion that has, as a main objective, an engagement in favor of practical reason, in contrast with logical-scientific arguments. In this way, our aim in this work is to approach the question of praxis such as thought by Gadamer, in the light of a basic philosophical aim: his claim of universality to his ontology of understanding. For Gadamer, the thought of philosophical hermeneutics is the thought of the universal experience of mutual understanding that is inseparable from the happening of communitarian life. Such a realm is, the comprehensive as well as practical one of his philosophical hermeneutics.

A presente tese focaliza a questão da individuação espiritual na obra de Henry Corbin, valendo-se de pontos da obra de Heidegger que iluminam essa questão. Heidegger foi um dos filósofos que mais influenciaram Corbin, sendo que este foi o primeiro tradutor de Heidegger para o francês. No entanto, não é o propósito da tese demonstrar essa influência, embora muitas vezes o faça. O que importa é se valer das idéias de Heidegger que parecem equivaler às de Corbin, para ajudar-nos na anãlise da questao do exílio e da individuação. Conceitos de Heidegger tais como hermenêutica, fenomenologia, o Dasein, o Ser, a Superação da Metafísica, o Impessoal (das Man), a decisão pela Autenticidade, pelo ser si-mesmo mais próprio, colocam-se em cena ao longo da tese para colaborar com o aprofundamento da compreensão da individuação espiritual em Corbin. Parto da questão do exílio da alma em Corbin e nos místicos que este representa, tentando primeiramente levantar a etiologia de tal exílio, de tal disjunção alma-mundo. Para isso, lanço mão não só de Heidegger, mas também de Husserl, que foi bastante importante para Corbin. Em seguida, abordo, a partir da hermenêutica e da fenomenologia, a noção de imaginal e de hermenêutica espiritual, que equivale a uma interiorização e a uma integração do mundo na alma. Para isso, valho-me das noções de tempo e espaço na mística oriental de Corbin assim como na filosofia de Heidegger. O percurso desta primeira parte vai do exílio da alma no mundo do espaço quantitativo ao mundo vivido na alma, ou seja, a perspectiva da saída do exílio enquanto um retorno ao mundo da alma. A segunda parte, aborda o conceito de alma em Corbin e na mística sufi, que possui um caráter dual e pressupõe o conceito de anjo do sufismo, assim como o de Pessoa, que foi herdado por Corbin de Berdiaev, para então justapô-los ao conceito de Dasein de Heidegger e a verificação dos pontos onde os conceitos de Dasein e de Pessoa se encontram e se equivalem. A ideia de personalismo e autenticidade contrapõe-se em ambos autores ao nihilismo e ao Impessoal que oprime o homem moderno e o atira no exílio. Esta crise é apresentada na tese como um mundo sem alma assim como um mundo onde prevalece o esquecimento do ser, sendo que as indicações de superação de Heidegger e Corbin apontam para direções similares e às vezes complementares. A saída do Exílio tem como condição a tomada de consciência das consequências da despersonalização do mundo, do empobrecimento espiritual, e do perigo que o homem está correndo de desaparecer enquanto homem, enquanto Pessoa. A superação da crise, o retorno à casa, aparece em ambos ligada à capacidade de desconstrução de qualquer objetivação e na neutralização do caráter reificador e dominador do pensamento, que concorrerão para a reintrodução do transcendente, do inabarcável e misterioso, do espiritual na cotidianeidade e na visão de mundo do homem moderno. / This thesis focuses the question of spíritual individuation in Henry Corbin1s work, using the parts of Heideggers work which throw light on this question. Heidegger was one of the philosophers which most influenced Corbin, who was the first translator of Heideggers work in french. Nevertheless, it is not the purpose of this work to demonstrate this influence, although it becomes evident along the thesis. What matters here is is to take Heideggers ideas that seem to match to Corbins in order to help us in the analisis of the question of exile and of individuation. Heideggerian concepts such as hermeneutics, phenomenology, the Dasein, Being, the overcoming of metaphysics, the Impersonal (das Man), the will to authenticity to be one\'s very self, are employed throughout the thesis, so as to contribute to a better understanding of spiritual individuation in Corbin\'s philosophy. I take as my starting point the subject of the exile of the soul in both Corbin and the mystics whom he represents, first of all by attempting to trace the etiology of this exile, this disjunction between soul and world. To that end, I avail myself not only of Heidegger\'s philosophy, but also that of Husserl, which had a great deal of influence on the work of Corbin. I then address, with the help of hermeneutics and phenomenology, the concepts of imaginal and spiritual hermeneutics, which is equivalent to the interiorization and integration of the world into the soul. To that purpose, I utilize the notions of time and space in the oriental mysticism of Corbin and in Heidegger\'s philosophy. The first part then covers the trajectory of the soul from its exile in the world of quantitative space back to the lived world of the soul; in other words, the way of exile as a return to the soul-world. The second part covers both the concept of soul in Corbin and in Sufi mysticism, wich possesses a dual character and in Sufism pressuposes the concept of \"angel\", and that of Person, which Corbin inherited from Berdiaev, with the intention of contrasting these concepts with Heidegger\'s Dasein and verifying where they meet and are the same. In both authors, the ideas of personalism and authenticity are put in opposition to ninhilism and the Impersonal which oppresses man in the modern world and casts him into exile. In the thesis, this crisis is described in terms of a world devoid of soul, a world where the soul has been forgotten, and what Corbin and Heidegger appoint as the way to overcome it are many times similar and sometimes complementary. The way out of Exile has as its condition the awareness of the consequences of the de-personalization of life, of spiritual empoverishment, and of the risk man runs of diassappearing as man, as a person. In both Heidegger and Corbin, the overcoming of the crisis, the return home, is associated with the capability of desconstructing any sort of objectification and of neutralizing the reifying and imposing character of thought, which will collaborate with the re-introduction of the transcendent, the unfathomable, and the mysterious in the daily life and world view of modern man.

Em seu acabamento estético (tomando este adjetivo como substantivo foulcaultiano, estética da existência), fundamenta-se na concepção de "saber de experiência" de Larrosa. Nesta pesquisa o que está em suspensão é a vivência da pesquisadora como profissional da educação, cuja história é narrada, reconstruída e revivida, assim como, as histórias da participante, com quem a pesquisadora, de uma forma peculiar, compartilha suas "conversas reflexivas", seus objetos de estudo (relatos e histórias). A tese aqui defendida é a de que a construção do conhecimento pessoal e prático do professor também se dá ao se narrar as histórias de sua experiência profissional e interpretar palavras faladas e escritas - ações estas que são maneiras privilegiadas de acesso à consciência, entendida como abertura (ato intencional) em direção à compreensão do mundo como rede de relações. Assim, este trabalho teve como objetivos gerais (a) resgatar e reviver as histórias da vida pessoal, acadêmica e profissional da pesquisadora envolvida com o exercício da docência num curso de Letras; e (b) resgatar e reconstruir as histórias de vida acadêmica e profissional de uma outra professora, também formadora de professores de Letras, ex-aluna do referido curso. A tese ilustra a relevância teórico-metodológica da pesquisa narrativa para a reflexão e para a transformação da prática profissional dos professores. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This thesis reports on a qualitative study that is theoretically and methodologically grounded on Narrative Inquiry of D.J. Clandinin and M.F. Connelly, on the Education of the Reflective Teacher of D. Schön, and on Gadamer's Philosophical Hermeneutics. From its aesthetical point of view (by taking this adjective as a foucaultian noun - the aesthetics of existence), the thesis is grounded on Larossa's concept of "knowledge derived from experience". The study focuses on the researcher's lived experiences as a professional in the field of Education. Her stories, as well as those of her participant become the foci of her study and they are narrated, reconstructed and relived in a peculiar way - they are shared by means of "reflective conversations". The thesis here sustained is that the construction of teachers' personal practical knowledge occurs when they tell the stories of their professional experiences and when they interpret the words that are spoken and written. Such actions are privileged ways to access consciousness, here understood as an opening (an intentional act) towards the understanding of the world as a network of relationships. The general objectives of this study, therefore, were (a) to recover and to relive the stories of the personal, academic and professional life of the researcher during her teaching practice in an undergraduate course of Letters; and (b) to recover and to reconstruct the academic and professional stories of another teacher, who is a teacher educator as well, and one of the researcher's former students in that course. The thesis illustrates the theoretical-methodological relevance of Narrative Inquiry to the reflection and transformation of teachers' professional practices.
