Vivienda rural y modo de habitar de los pobladores del caserío Mandinga distrito de San Ignacio

La presente investigación busca analizar la vivienda rural del caserío Mandinga en el distrito de San Ignacio, para reconocer cómo es el modo de habitar del poblador, teniendo en cuenta sus contextos culturales y sociales que forman parte de su vida cotidiana y de qué manera influye en los espacios de la vivienda. Por lo que se determina la relación entre la vivienda rural y los modos de habitar en el lugar. Como parte de la metodología usada, es de enfoque mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo), de tipo aplicada de diseño no experimental y transversal, llevándose a cabo una investigación descriptiva - correlacional basada en la observación de campo, el análisis fotográfico y levantamiento planimétrico, así mismo la recolección de datos se realiza a través de un cuestionario dirigido a los pobladores en el sector de estudio. Entre los resultados, se identificó diferentes criterios y patrones que permiten entender la vivienda rural tradicional, el cual se compone de espacios de acuerdo a las necesidades básicas realizadas por el poblador, considerando que la vivienda se va conformando por espacios independientes y configurada por un patio central, permitiéndole tener más funcionalidad de sus espacios hacia el interior y exterior, así mismo la vivienda rural actual mantiene algunos criterios que permiten al poblador cumplir con sus necesidades y actividades pero definiendo sus espacios en un determinado uso. Finalmente, se concluye que el habitante vive con relación a sus actividades diarias, los cuales se reflejan en la conformación de sus espacios de la vivienda, convirtiéndolos en más funcionales y accesibles a sus necesidades.

La thèse est née de la possibilité qui nous a été donnée d’analyser en exclusivité une partie des travaux inédits du critique italien et théoricien de la littérature, Francesco Orlando (1934- 2010), qui portent sur le thème de l’invention littéraire. Les perspectives contenues dans ces inédits, dûment contextualisées, sont autant de contributions au débat sur les instruments et les méthodes de recherche dans le domaine critico-thématique. Cette matière première, qui se compose de fiches de notes et d’un corpus consistant de leçons et d’interventions intégralement enregistrés à l’aide d’un appareil audio, permet de grands développements interprétatifs; elle se prête parfaitement à une recherche qui a pour point de départ le cadre de la proposition théorique et s’ouvre ensuite, dans une seconde phase de notre travail, à l’application des résultats à l’analyse comparée des œuvres de deux auteurs de la littérature italienne, Walter Siti, et française, Michel Houellebecq, que rapprochent d’importantes convergences aussi bien thématiques, formelles que du point de vue des figures utilisées. / The thesis considers previously unpublished works by Italian literary critic and theoretician Francesco Orlando (1934-2010) concerning the subject of literary invention. The ideas expressed in these works, with due contextualization, provide interesting contributions in the debate about methodologies and tools of research in the field of thematic criticism. The material I consider consists in notes and in the audio tapes of a consistent corpus of lectures and conferences, and leaves room for further interpretative developments. My research considers Orlando’s material as a theoretical frame for an analysis of Italian author Walter Siti and French author Michel Houellebecq, who share important common features both thematically and stylistically.

[pt] Na sociedade chamada pós-moderna, a questão do individualismo vem se tornando uma realidade problemática, porque, como conseqüência de um longo processo iniciado na Modernidade, está se desenvolvendo, conforme Gilles Lipovetsky, um processo de personalização: sendo o individualismo o fator preponderante, o ser humano assume a imagem mitológica de Narciso tornando-se, assim, mais fechado em si mesmo. E o resultado disso é uma sociedade notadamente individualista, antifraterna e anti-solidária, em que os indivíduos se encaminham para o esvaziamento do sentido da vida. Mas o ser humano, homem e mulher, imagem e semelhança de Deus, é chamado a construir um projeto de fraternidade, contrapondose ao narcisismo, pernicioso à convivência humana. Nesta dissertação, em vista da possibilidade de superação do citado narcisismo, procuramos desvelar o pecado subjacente a ele e propomos o caminho salvífico da abertura à graça de Deus como fundamento teológico do projeto de fraternidade, na fé. Em nossa reflexão, fundamentamo-nos no pensamento de González Faus e, para a realização deste projeto, valemo-nos de mediações, algumas das quais indicamos no presente trabalho. / [en] In the so-called postmodern society, the individualism issue has become a problematic reality, because, in the wake of a long process that started in the Modernity, - according to Gilles Lipovetsky - a personalization process arose, wherein individualism is a preponderant factor, and wherein the human being adopts the mythical image of Narcissus, increasingly becoming closed in itself. From this results a society marked by individualism, anti-fraternity and anti-solidarism, wherein the individuals go to an emptying of sense of life. But the human being, man and woman, image and likeness of God, has been called to work out a project of fraternity, counterpointing with community destroying narcissism. In this dissertation, having in view the possibility to overcome the mentioned narcissism, we try to unveil the underlying sin, and we propose the redemptive way of openness to the grace of God, as the theological basis of the fraternity project, in faith. In our reflection we base ourselves on the thoughts of González Faus and, for the execution of this project, we also make use of some mediations which are indicated in this study.

Por meio do levantamento da atuação do Banco Nacional de Habitação (BNH), da Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF), e da Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano do Estado de São Paulo (CDHU), focando principalmente na produção de habitações, buscamos entender seus papéis e os interesses consubstanciados por trás de suas ações. Para a identificação destes interesses, realizamos ampla análise sobre o contexto histórico em que estas políticas e seus agentes foram forjados, o que nos levou ao debate sobre as principais dinâmicas de nossa formação socioespacial, por meio da teoria da dualidade básica da economia brasileira, de Ignácio Rangel. O resultado final é um esforço teórico na tentativa de entender as relações de poder e de hegemonia que se estabelecem no processo de produção do espaço, das quais a política habitacional é apenas uma delas / Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the role of state agents responsible for execute the housing policy in the urban development in São Paulo State, focusing on the comparative study of four cities: Araçatuba, Marília, Presidente Prudente and São José do Rio Preto. Trough the evaluation of the performance of Banco Nacional de Habitação (BNH), the Caixa Economica Federal (CEF) and the Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano do estado de São Paulo (CDHU), focusing mainly on the production of housing, we seek to understand their roles and interests embodied behind their actions. To identify these concerns, we conducted extensive analysis on the historical context in which these policies and their agents were forged, which led us to the debate on key dynamics of our sociospatial formation, through the theory of the basic duality of the Brazilian economy, the Ignacio Rangel. As economic adviser of President Getúlio Vargas (between 1952 and 1954), he participated in the elaboration of projects of Petrobras and Eletrobras, he also headed the Economics Department of the BNDES (which at the time, played the role that years later would be of the Ministry of Planning) and participated in the drafting of the Plan of Goals in government of Juscelino Kubitschek. However, he remains unknown by most historians (and academics in general). The intent of this study is precisely to rescue the historical aspect of the theory rangeliana, which, while presenting an interpretation of Brazilian reality had a specific goal: to intervene in reality through analysis that sought effective proposal of action. The central objective of this study is, thus, understand political-institutional performance and the significance of the trajectory of Ignacio Rangel to the history of Brazil. / Ignácio Rangel desempenhou um papel fundamental na consolidação das chamadas condições de produção capitalistas no Brasil, essencialmente nos anos 1950-1970. Como assessor econômico do presidente Getúlio Vargas (entre 1952 e 1954), ele participou da elaboração dos projetos da Petrobrás e da Eletrobrás, ele também chefiou o Departamento de Economia do BNDES (que, na época, desempenhava o papel que, anos depois, caberia ao Ministério do Planejamento ) e participou da elaboração do Plano de Metas, no governo de Juscelino Kubitschek. Entretanto, ele permanece desconhecido por grande parte dos historiadores (e dos acadêmicos de maneira geral). A intenção deste estudo é a de justamente resgatar o aspecto histórico da teoria rangeliana, a qual, ao apresentar uma interpretação da realidade brasileira tinha um objetivo concreto: intervir nessa realidade através de uma análise que buscava proposta efetiva de ação. Como también contribuyendo al ordenamiento territorial y desarrollo de los pueblo, La Palma, Nueva Libertad, anexos y Chirinos, son pueblos en crecimiento, comercial, agrícola, ganadera, turística, etc. aumentando así la calidad de vida de los pobladores. Beneficiando directamente a los pueblos en mención. Por ello es tal la importancia del proyecto que contamos con la información y apoyo necesario de instituciones públicas y privadas involucrados en el tema.

De 1677 à 1776, la grande congrégation mariale de Munich représentait pendant le Carême des drames musicaux appelés Considerationes ou « méditations dramatiques » pour l’édification morale de ses membres. Ils étaient écrits par le président jésuite de cette sodalité et mis en musique par des compositeurs locaux.Cette thèse s’attache spécifiquement aux Considerationes du jésuite Franz Lang (1654-1725),créées entre 1695 et 1712. Ces œuvres se distinguent effectivement des autres méditations par le fait qu’elle furent intégralement éditées en 1717 sous la forme de trois recueils – Theatrum SolitudinisAsceticæ, Theatrum Affectuum Humanorum et Theatrum Doloris et Amoris - qui totalisent environ 850pages de livrets et plus de 3 000 pages de musique.Les recherches tiennent à expliquer d’abord l’existence de cette source exceptionnelle à tous égards par une étude précise des conditions de représentation, replacées dans le contexte plus général de la vie musicale à Munich. La thèse offre ensuite une analyse dramaturgique du Theatrum Solitudinis Asceticæ qui revendique une filiation directe aux Exercices spirituels de St Ignace de Loyola, fondateur de la Compagnie de Jésus. Après une étude littéraire du recueil de Lang, elle apporte un éclairage musicologique sur les Considerationes mises en musique par Johannes-AndreasRauscher (mort en 1702), exemples remarquables « d’Exercices spirituels musicaux ». / Between 1677 and 1776, the great latin congregation of Munich used to perform musicaldramas during the Lenten season. These dramas were called Considerationes or « DramaticMeditations » and were intended for the moral edification of their congregation members. The dramas’plot was written by the congregation’s Jesuit priest while bavarian musicians composed the music.This work specifically treats the Considerationes by Franz Lang (1654 – 1725), which wereperformed between 1695 and 1712. As opposed to other meditations, Lang’s Considerationes wereentirely printed in the year 1717. They were brought together in three collections – TheatrumSolitudinis Asceticæ, Theatrum Affectuum Humanorum, Theatrum Doloris et Amoris – and togetherthey consist of about 850 pages of text and over 3000 pages of score.This research firstly explains the existance of this extraordinary source thanks to a precisestudy of the history of the performances which is then put in context with Munich’s musical life at thetime. Then follows a dramaturgical analysis of the Theatrum Solitudinis Asceticæ, which waspostulated by Ignatius of Loyola within the Spiritual Exercises. After a part about the literary work ofLang, my work closes with an analysis of the Considerationes – which were composed by Johannes-Andreas Rauscher, who died in 1702 - regarding musicology. L'art de propagande en Espagne, de la Seconde République au premier franquisme : affiches et portraits officiels

This thesis questions the major esthetic differences between the artistic productions of the Second Spanish Republic (1931-1939) and the nationalist artistic productions of the Civil War years and the first decade of the francoist dictatorship. These differences are analysed using the artistic productions of Josep Renau (1907 Valence – 1982 Berlin East) and of Ignacio Zuloaga (Elibar 1870 – Madrid 1945). Renau was an important artistic figure during the Spanich Republic. In this thesis, we analyse Renau’s different propaganda productions between 1931 and 1939. Zuloaga was an international artist when the nationalist uprising occurred in 1936. He was recognized by the European elites for his portraits of Andalousian and Castillian sceneries. Zuloaga supported the nationalist putsch and the francoist ideology. In 1939, the Caudillo ordered the painting of the portrait that we will be analysing. The theories of François Hartog, Reinhart Koselleck, Paul Ricoeur and Hannah Arendt are used to analyse the historical conceptual confrontation in Spain, portrayed by the artworks that we studied. During the Republic, it was the modern historical regime that was in force. The historical references used are close in time and the history is constructed in the future and attached to the idea of progress. With the nationalists, the historical conception is connected to the Historia magistra where the past is used as an example. In the first francoism, a return to Spain’s glorious past (the Middle Ages, the Golden Century and the Counter Reform) is clearly claimed in order to rescue the country from the ills of modernity. It is with these different historical conceptions in mind that we compare the esthetics specificities of the artworks, the identity and historical references and the mediums used to legitimize the power and the political actions of each front. / Ce mémoire interroge les différences esthétiques majeures entre les productions artistiques issues de la Seconde République espagnole (1931 - 1939) et l'art franquiste de la première décennie du régime. Ces différences sont examinées à partir d’œuvres de deux artistes ; Josep Renau (1907 - 1982) et Ignacio Zuloaga (1870- 1945). Renau est une figure importante dans le milieu artistique de la République pendant la Guerre civile. Nous analysons les différentes productions à vocation propagandiste réalisées par Renau entre 1931 et 1939. Zuloaga est un artiste reconnu par l’élite européenne pour ses portraits et pour ses scènes andalouses et castillanes. Zuloaga appui le coup d’État et l’idéologie franquiste. Le Caudillo lui commande, en 1939, le portrait que nous examinons. Les théories de François Hartog, de Reinhart Koselleck, de Paul Ricœur et de Hannah Arendt sont utilisées pour expliciter la confrontation des conceptions historiques dont les œuvres examinées sont des témoignages. Sous la République c’est le régime moderne de l’histoire qui est actif. Les références historiques utilisées sont proches dans le temps et l’histoire se construit dans un futur en lien avec l’idée du progrès. Pour le franquisme, la conception de l’histoire s’apparente à l’Historia magistra où le passé a une valeur d’exemple. Un retour au passé glorieux de l’Espagne (le Moyen Âge, le Siècle d’Or et la Contre-Réforme) est clairement revendiqué, afin de guérir le pays des maux de la modernité. C’est à partir de ces différentes de conceptions historiques que nous comparons les spécificités esthétiques des œuvres, les références identitaires et historiques employées et les médiums utilisés aux fins de légitimer le pouvoir et les actions politiques de chacun des fronts.
