Ikimokyklinio ugdymo paslaugos labai svarbios ugdant vaikus kaip asmenybes. Jos papildo vaikų ugdymą šeimose, skatina jų socialinį, pažintinį vystymąsi, praturtina vaikų bendravimo su kitais patirtį, padeda pasiruošti mokymuisi mokykloje. Vaikai ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose praleidžia didesnę savo laiko dalį, ugdymo įstaigos tampa vis labiau reikšmingos tokio amžiaus vaikams, todėl ypatingą dėmesį reikia skirti ikimokyklinio ugdymo paslaugų teikimui, jų plėtrai, prieinamumui ir kokybei. The aim of the research is: to definite the standpoint’s towards a Mentor peculiarities in pre – school educational institutions. The statistic research was carried out. Through the help of questionnaires the need of wardship of pedagogues, who start their work, and students – trainees was cleared up and the situation of its satisfaction in pre – school educational institutions too. The standpoint towards a mentor in pre – school institutions of pedagogues, who start their work, students – trainees, educators and the head of institution was cleared up as well. The research has shown, that pedagogues, who start their work, and students – trainees meet quite much difficulties during the first year of their work or practice. Students – trainees and pedagogues, who start their work, lack detailed help, so it is necessary for them to get such help. Ši pagrindinė tezė apima teorinę ir praktinę pusę, analizę ir ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų valdymo optimizavimo strateginių tikslų pagrindimą. Tezė apima: strateginio valdymo teorijos analizę, tam tikrų segmentų empirinį viešos nuomonės tyrimą (ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų direktorių, pavaduotojų, auklėtojų, tėvų), jų nuomones apie ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų valdymo optimizacijos strateginius tikslus, empirinį vadovavimo įvertinimo tyrimą apie dabartinių vaikų darželių direktorius, patikrinant jų gebėjimą vadovauti. Buvo apklausta trisdešimt Šiaulių miesto ir rajono ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų. 30 – direktorių, 30 – direktorių pavaduotojų, 100 pedagogų, 140 tėvų. Išanalizuota 30 įstaigų veiklos planų. Tezė aptaria ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų specifinę valdymo sferą, analizuoja valdymo teorijų formą, veiklos struktūros optimizavimo klausimą, strateginius dokumentus ir dokumentaciją. Po teorinės ir empirinės analizės buvo padarytos sekančios išvados: strateginis valdymas yra esminis ikimokyklinėms ugdymo įstaigoms, nepaisant skirtingų situacijų ir įvairų metodų, pateiktų institucijų veikloje, yra tam tikri valdymo optimizavimo strateginiai tikslai, vedantys į efektyvesnę veiklą ir augimą. / This leading thesis involves aspects of theory and practice, analysis and explanation of strategic aims for management optimization in preschool education institutions. Thesis involves: theoretical analysis of strategic management, empirical research of public opinion in certain segments (of the directors, director’s assistants, educators of preschool education institutions and parents), their opinions about the strategic aims for management optimization in preschool education institutions, empirical research about management assessment of the directors of present preschools, testing their ability to head up. The research included 30 preschool education institutions of Šiauliai town and its region. 30 directors, 30 director’s assistants, 100 educators, 140 parents. There were analyzed thirty management plans of institutions. Thesis discusses about the specific spheres of management in preschools, analysis the forms of management theories, question of the work structure optimization, strategic documents and documentation. The following conclusions have been drawn after theoretical and empirical analysis: strategic management is fundamental for preschool education institutions despite the different situations and various methods which are listed in the work of these institutions; there are certain strategic aims of management which leads to effective work and growth.

Magistro darbe yra suformuluotas tikslas - diagnozuoti Šiaulių miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų kompetencijas bei atskleisti ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų ir pedagogų požiūrį į vadovų kompetencijas. Remiantis teoriniais šaltiniais apibrėžta kompetencijos samprata. Išanalizuoti ir susisteminti Lietuvos ir kitų šalių mokslininkų požiūriai į asmeninę, socialinę, profesinę, komunikacinę kompetencijas. Atskleistas vadovo darbo ir kompetencijos ryšys. Ištirta respondentų nuomonė apie vadovų turimas įsisavintas kompetencijas ir kompetencijas, kurių labiausiai trūksta vadovams. Išsiaiškinta kurios kompetencijos yra svarbiausios vadovo darbe. Tyrimo rezultatai taikytini organizuojant seminarus ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovams bei vykdant ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų vadovų atrankos ir vertinimo procesus. / An objective, which is formulated in the master’s work is to diagnose the managerial competences of preschool education institutions of Šiauliai city and to reveal the attitude of managers and educators of preschool education institutions towards the managerial competences. The conception of competence was made with the help of theoretical resources. Lithuania’s and other countries’ scientists’ attitudes towards the personal, social, professional and communicative competences were analysed and systematized. The connection between a manager’s work and a competence was revealed. Respondents’ opinion about the managers’ competence, which they have attained and the competence that managers lack mostly were investigated. It was cleared which competences are most important in a manager’s work. Research results can be applied while organising seminars for the managers of preschool education institutions, also while realizing the processes of their selection and evaluation.

Tyrimo aktualumas. Greitai besikeičiančiame pasaulyje, mokykloje, ikimokyklinėse įstaigose, kaip ir kitose visuomenės gyvenimo srityse iškyla naujų, spręstinų problemų, joms išspręsi pedagogams dažnai nepakanka įgytų kompetencijų, todėl būtina nuolat mokytis ir keistis. Darbuotojai, o ypatingai pedagogai turi būti pasirengę nuolatiniam mokymuisi, taip pat priimti žinias, kad galėtų ne tik sėkmingai realizuoti save darbo pasaulyje, bet ir perteikti žinias žmonių grupei organizacijoje, kuri siekia bendrų tikslų. Taigi, šiame kontekste kyla aibė probleminių klausimų: kokia mokymosi organizacijoje patirtis yra ikimokyklinio ugdymo institucijoje ir kaip ji prisideda prie pedagogų profesinio mobilumo, kokie veiksniai turi įtakos pedagogų mokymui(si) organizacijoje, kaip galima skatinti pedagogų profesinį mobilumą tiriant mokymo(si) organizacijoje per kvalifikacijos tobulinimo(si) sistemas patirtį ir kt. Minėti klausimai ir suponuoja pedagoginę šio darbo problemą. Tyrimo objektas – ikimokyklinių įstaigų pedagogų profesinio mobilumo skatinimas. Tyrimo hipotezė. Rapidly changing the world, in school, preschools, and other areas of public life are arising new challenges to solve the problems and educators often insufficient competences, so it is necessary to learn and change constantly. Personnel, particularly the educators must be prepared to learn permanent, to take the knowledge and be able to realize successfully in the world of work and to transfer knowledge for a group of people in an organization that seeks common goals. So, in this context, there is a number of issues: what is the experience of learning in the organization of pre-school educational institution and how it contributes to teachers' professional mobility, what factors affect training (learning) in teachers' organization, how to promote teachers' professional mobility investigating training (learning) in the organization during the system of professional development, experience and so on. These questions and assume the pedagogical problem of this work. The object of investigation: promotion of pre-school teachers' professional mobility. The study hypothesis. It is likely that searching the experience of pre-school teachers' learning in the organization we can provide their professional mobility assumptions, and opportunities. The aim of the research: to base theoretically and empirically investigate the assumptions of pre-school teachers' professional mobility.

Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama paslaugų kokybė ir jos vertinimas, analizuojama paslaugų samprata, paslaugų kokybės esmė, išanalizuoti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinėje literatūroje pateikiami paslaugų kokybės modeliai bei ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų specifika. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti Kuršėnų vaikų lopšelių – darželių teikiamų paslaugų kokybę. Teikiamų paslaugų kokybei įvertinti buvo pasitelktas SERVQUAL paslaugų kokybės tyrimo modelis. Gauti atlikto tyrimo rezultatai parodo, kad tyrime dalyvavusių respondentų nuomone, bendra visų Kuršėnų miesto vaikų lopšelių – darželių teikiamų paslaugų kokybė yra gera. Respondentų nuomonės skiriasi tik vertinant atskiras paslaugų kokybės dimensijas: aukščiausiai vertinamos tikrumo, empatijos bei patikimumo dimensijos. Žemiausiai iš visų lopšelių – darželių teikiamų paslaugų vertinamos reagavimo ir apčiuopiamumo dimensijos. Aukščiausiai visas paslaugų kokybės dimensijas vertina Kuršėnų miesto vaikų lopšelio – darželio „Buratinas“ respondentai, tuo tarpu žemiausiai teikiamų paslaugų kokybę vertina Kuršėnų miesto vaikų lopšelio – darželio „Eglutė“ respondentai. / Undergraduate thesis examines service quality and its evaluation, analyzes service conception, service quality gist, analyzes the quality of service models presented the scientific literature by Lithuanian and foreign authors. The objective of the research is estimates the quality of service in all Kuršėnai early childhood centers. The service was estimated proposed SERVQUAL service quality model. The obtained results showed that survey respondents considered that the overall quality of services of all Kuršėnai early childhood centers is good. The respondent’ s opinion differs only in the assessment of individual service quality dimensions: the service quality certainty, empathy and reliability dimensions were top rated. Whereas response and tangibility dimensions got the lowest evaluation from the respondents in all Kuršėnai early childhood centers. All the service quality dimensions were top rated by respondents in Kuršėnai early childhood center “Buratinas”, while all the service quality dimensions got the lowest evaluation from the respondents in Kuršėnai early childhood center “Eglutė.

Šiame darbe kokybės užtikrinimo iššūkis analizuojamas gvildenant žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo kokybės tendencijas ikimokyklinio, priešmokyklinio bei pradinio ugdymo programas teikiančiuose Vilniaus miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo mokyklose. Darbe apibrėžtos ikimokyklinio ugdymo mokyklų žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo kokybės tendencijos ir vadovų vaidmuo šiame procese, atskleistas ikimokyklinio ugdymo mokyklų žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo reikšmingumas, planuojant žmogiškuosius išteklius bei sąsajas su kokybe, išryškintas vadovų požiūris į žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo tendencijas švietimo organizacijos kaitai. Tai galima laikyti magistrinio darbo teoriniu reikšmingumu. Praktinį darbo reikšmingumą nusako tyrimo instrumento sudarymas - žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo kokybės tobulinimui įvertinti, atlikto tyrimo rezultatų pagrindu suformuluotos išvados bei pateiktos rekomendacijos žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo kokybei gerinti darželių-mokyklų vadovams. / This work analyzes the quality assurance tendencies of human resource management in pre-primary, pre-school and primary education programmes provided by the pre-primary educational institutions of the city of Vilnius. The work defines the tendencies towards the quality of human resource management in pre-primary educational institutions and the role of school managers in this process, the significance of human resource management in pre-primary educational institutions has been revealed as well, the attitude of school managers to the tendencies towards human resource management for the change of the educational institution have been revealed in the planning of human resource and quality links. The significance of the practical work is described by the development of the research instrument – to evaluate the improvement of human resource management, conclusions that have been drawn after analyzing the results of the research and recommendations that have been given to school managers for the improvement of human resource management.

Dauguma mokslininkų kalbėdami apie karjeros projektavimo vieną iš pirmųjų elementų – ugdymą karjerai, nurodo, jog jis turi prasidėti asmens mokykliniais metais. Tačiau visi pamiršta, kad žmogui daugeliu atveju svarbiausias amžiaus tarpsnis – ankstyvoji vaikystė, jo ikimokykliniai metai. However they almost always forget that in many cases the period of early childhood and preschool age is the most important period in human’s life and very important for his further development. The way how children are educated also determines their career aspirations and the quality of their future career.
