1	Trilateration för nybörjare : En studie om text och bild i samverkan för att förklara komplexa tekniker för konsumenter. Engström, Hugo January 2021 (has links) Detta examensarbete inom ämnet informationsdesign med inriktning textdesign, fokuserar på hur text och bild samverkar. Studien har genomförts för att ta reda på hur text och bild kan samverka inom texttypen teknikinformation. Kunskapen ska sedan appliceras på förklarande texter med syfte att hjälpa användare att förstå hur komplexa tekniker fungerar. I detta fall tekniken GPS. Tidigare forskning visar att användare verkar kombinera informationen från text och bild i en och samma mentala modell. Alltså deras egen representation av informationsmaterialet de tagit del av. Det har också visat att den kognitiva belastningen minskar om båda modaliteterna hålls inom ett nära avstånd, så användaren inte behöver röra sig mellan två element. Det metodiska arbetet i denna studie består av text och bildanalys samt intervjuer med den tänkta målgruppen för den gestaltning som tagits fram i samband med studien. Textanalysen genomfördes för att kunna urskilja mönster i denna typ av text och för att ta reda på om eller hur svåra ord används, meningslängd och hur väl texterna uppfyller sin funktion. Slutsatsen av mitt arbete bekräftar en känd princip. Att bilder verkar förstärka och förbättra användares möjlighet att komma ihåg och förstå det de tagit del av, när de används på rätt sätt. Under intervjuerna menade samtliga respondenter att bilder som förmedlade samma information som texten hjälpte dem att komma ihåg och förstå informationen. Den gestaltning som tagits fram är en text, med tillhörande bilder, som förklarar tekniken GPS. 2	En bostadsrättsförenings påverkan i kommunikation genom en Internetportal Ståhl, Alexander, Akbari, Ali January 2007 (has links) <p>Internet has given possibilities to a whole new world within communication. Nowadays the communication inside organisations and companies takes place through the Internet. The idea of this paper arose when one of the authors discussed the general involvement of the tenant-owner’s association in the committee. Providing a new channel for communication through a homepage could affect the attitude of the tenants. We were curious of what effect on communication introducing a homepage would give. Also how you would reach the proposed effect, which is to increase the communication in the association. Through feasibility study we examined the way of how the members communicated. After the production of the homepage we could see the effect of communication by having personal interviews. Our conclusion is that the communication has been simplified for members and for the committee. Unfortunately not all members have used the new service, this has been analysed. We think that a more intensive marketing would lead to more interest. 4	Botaniska teckningar och fotografier : En innehållsanalys / Botanical Illustrations and Photographs : a content analysis Kronsell, Caroline January 2021 (has links) Botaniska bilder har varit en viktig del inom medicin och vetenskap sedan antiken och de har fortfarande en etablerad plats i vårt samhälle i form av floror, faunor och annat utbildningsmaterial. Den stora förändringen som skett är övergången från teckningar till fotografier och i denna uppsats tittar jag närmare på hur samtida botaniska bilder är uppbyggda och jämför teckningar och illustrationer ur perspektivet visuell kommunikation. Jag använder en kvalitativ innehållsanalys kodad med nyckelord hämtade från bland annat kognitionsteori och representationsteori. Resultatet tyder på att valet av medieform är mindre avgörande ur ett visuellt kommunikativt perspektiv och att medieformerna delar samma styrkor och svagheter. / Botanical images have been an important part of medicine and science since ancient times and they still have an established place in our society in the form of flora, fauna and other educational materials. The big change that has taken place is the transition from drawings to photographs and in this essay I take a closer look at how contemporary botanical images are structured and compare drawings and illustrations from the perspective of visual communication. I use a qualitative content analysis coded with keywords taken from, among other things, cognitive theory and representation theory. The results indicate that the choice of media form is less decisive from a visual communicative perspective and that the media forms share the same strengths and weaknesses.
