在虛擬平台上的網站流量發展策略 / The strategies of web traffic development on virtual platform何至元, Ho, Tzu Yuan Unknown Date (has links)
In the internet era, the most significant issue for platform operators is how to design and manage the virtual platform to increase the web traffic flow.
The diversity of online services that offer information and discussion through Internet forum allows real estate agents to provide product knowledge through different kinds of virtual community. Consumers can search, purchase and sell real estate items through these virtual platforms. Consequently, virtual service providers endeavor to enhance platform operation and service quality to attract visitors. This research proposes a research framework to investigate determinants of web traffic.
Based on literature review and related researches this study analyzed the causes and effects of web traffic. A few traffic-affecting factors were identified. These factors include: content management, marketing strategies, promotion strategies, and business models. Next, five different types of web sites in the real estates industry in Taiwan were selected for multiple case studies. The cross case analysis revealed that all companies have applied search engine, keywords, and SEO (xxx) to enhance users’ access to the web sites. The impact of technology use and system functionality on users’ intention to participate is of no great concern. However, the advertising effort seems to be the key determinant for boosting website traffic. Further, although several researches consider free-of-charge as a winning business model the analysis results reveal that well-managed contents can bring in customers who are willing to pay for the services. The results also demonstrate that external alliance of websites can assist the growth of the traffic flow on a virtual platform.
Since Internet is widely used these decades, various industries have been occurred the global competitions. The most significant issues for platform operators are how to conduct virtual platform well and how to increase web flow rate of virtual platform.
The mature usage of Internet initiates the real estate industry to offer services through Internet. The diversity of online services that offer information and discussion through Internet forum allow real estate agents to provide real estate related knowledge through community websites. Consumers can also search, purchase and sell real estate items through the virtual platform. Consequently, the research of how to increase virtual platform flow will enhance platform operators efficiently advance service quality of platforms. This research proposes a research framework to investigate what determinants effect web traffic strategy and analyze web traffic of five real estate companies by collecting Reach and Pageview from Alexa website.
The Framework of this research is as follows. First, we analyze the causes and effects of web traffic based on literature. Next, we compare the effects of web traffic among selected cases to recognize which determinants influence web traffic.
The analytical results reveal that all companies use search engine, keywords, and SEO to enhance the performance of web traffic. The difference of all tools among cases is insignificant. However, the advertising effort is the key determinant for whole website traffic.
In addition, many researchers and literature consider free is the major business model for platform operators. Nevertheless, this research discovers the consumers accept for charging few fees and the content and service of the platform increase the traffic.
The results also demonstrate that external alliance of websites assists the increment of traffic for virtual platform. Finally, this study aims to provide strategic suggestions to companies in virtual estimate industry.

Deciphering the manuscript page : the mise-en-page of Chaucer, Gower, and Hoccleve ManuscriptsNafde, Aditi January 2012 (has links)
This thesis examines the production of the Middle English poetic manuscript. It analyses the mise-en-page of manuscripts created during a crucial period for book production, immediately after 1400, when there was a sudden explosion in the production of vernacular manuscripts of literary texts, when the demand for books increased, and the commercial book trade swiftly followed. It offers a close analysis of the mise-en-page of the manuscripts of three central authors: Chaucer’s, Gower’s, and Hoccleve’s manuscripts were at the heart of this sudden flourishing and were, crucially, produced when scribal methods for creating the literary page were still unformed. Previous studies have focused on the localised readings produced by single scribes, manuscripts, or authors, offering a limited examination of broader trends. This study offers a wider comparison: where individual studies offer localised analysis, the multi-textuality of this thesis offers broader perceptions of book production and of scribal responses to the new literary texts being produced. In analysing the layout of seventy-six manuscripts, including borders, initials, paraphs, rubrics, running titles, speaker markers, glosses and notes, this thesis argues that scribes were deeply concerned with creating a manuscript page specifically to showcase texts of poetry. The introduction outlines current scholarship on mise-en-page and defines the scribe as one who offers an individual response to the text on the page within the context of the inherited, commercial, and practical practices of layout. The three analytical chapters address the placement of the features of mise-en-page in each of the seventy-six manuscripts, each chapter offering three contrasting manuscript situations. Chapter 1 analyses the manuscripts of Chaucer, who left no plan for the look of his page, causing scribes to make decisions on layout that illuminate fifteenth-century scribal responses to literature. These are then compared to the manuscripts of Gower in Chapter 2, directly or indirectly supervised by the poet, which display rigorous uniformity in their layout. This chapter argues that scribes responded in much the same way, despite the strict control over meaning. Chapter 3 focuses on Hoccleve’s autograph manuscripts which are unique in demonstrating authorial control over layout. This chapter compares the autograph to the non-autograph manuscripts to argue that scribal responses differed from authorial intentions. Each of the three chapters analyses the development of mise-en-page specifically for literary texts. Focussing on the mise-en-page, this thesis is able to compare across a range of texts, manuscripts, scribes, and authors to mount a substantial challenge to current perceptions that poetic manuscripts were laid out in order to assist readers’ understanding of the meaning of the texts they contain. Instead, it argues that though there was a concern with representing the nuances of poetic meaning, often scribal responses to poetry were bound up with presenting poetic form.

Proteomická a funkční charakterizace izoforem PsbO / Proteomic and functional characterization of PsbO isoformsDuchoslav, Miloš January 2012 (has links)
PsbO (manganese-stabilizing protein) is the largest extrinsic protein of photosystem II, located on the lumen side of photosystem. It is present in all known oxyphototrophic organisms. PsbO facilitates photosynthetic water splitting, which takes place in an oxygen evolving center (Mn4CaO5 cluster) of photosystem II. This work is focused on PsbO of higher plants and its isoforms, particularly their evolution and functions. Bioinformatic analyses revealed that majority of higher plants express exactly two psbO isoforms. A phylogenetic tree of PsbO sequences has an unusual topology. The two paralogous isoforms do not diverge at the base of the phylogenetic tree, as anticipated, but rather at the end of particular branches, at the level of family or lower taxonomic unit. In this work we propose and discuss several hypotheses concerning evolution of PsbO isoforms. The work further includes detailed analysis and identification of protein spots assigned to PsbO on 2D IEF-SDS PAGE gels of potato thylakoid proteins. We identified predominant version of PsbO isoform in most of the spots. We did not succeed to find any posttranslational modification. We optimized a method of psbO expression in E. coli and subsequent purification, which yielded relatively big amount of properly folded recombinant protein. Analysis of...

Literární noviny v 90. letech 20. století a osobnost Ludvíka Vaculíka / Literární noviny in the 90s of the 20th century and Ludvík VaculíkHavlíková, Anna January 2016 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with the cultural-political weekly magazine Literární noviny. The first part is dedicated to the forms of the Literární noviny from 1927, when the magazine emerged, to 1969, when it ceased to be published for twenty-one years. The main focus of the thesis is its second part, which explores the life of the Literární noviny in the 90s. On 5 April, 1990 the weekly was renewed as an appendix of the Lidové noviny, and two years later it became an independent magazine. Its chief editor was Vladimír Karfík until 1999. I did an interview with Vladimír Karfík, which is attachment of this thesis. I concentrated on the weekly's editorial composition, especially on the sections and its thematic structure, but also on the social and cultural context of the 90s. The main research method used for analysing the composition of the thematic structure is quantitative content analysis. The research questions are related both to the topics that formed the content of the Literární noviny in the 90s, and their transformation within that decade. I also used the elements of qualitative analysis, to compare the transformation of the front page of the weekly magazine in the above mentioned period. The third section is dedicated to the feuilletons of Ludvík Vaculík. I focused on author's feuilletons...

O evento de 11 de setembro nos EUA e o discurso da internet / The attack of September 11th in the USA and the Internet\' s discourseCampos, Sidney de 11 September 2006 (has links)
This is an analysis of the hypertext in the Internet using principles of Discourse Analysis and Historic Semantics which starts from a discussion about some features of the digital text support and the changes it may be causing in the process of signification. The objective is to study the movements made during the navigation of the Internet and verify if the process of opening and closing pages may affect the meaning formation. The corpus has been collected from a journalistic Website (CNN.com) that covered the first hours after the attack of September 11th in the USA. This unprecedented act against the American territory inspired an enormous amount of text production and the Internet had the first chance of covering an event of such a magnitude. Therefore both the attack and this media coverage may have provided firsthand elements that may have helped to found different methods of writing and reading the news. In the analysis we have observed verbal and non-verbal elements and the importance of these components that not only format the identity of the hypertext but also contribute to the process of meaning apprehension. The activation of these elements gives the Internet a system to operate inter-textual relations that may show some changes in the way information is processed by ones who produce it and the ones who read it.

Previous issue date: 2013-02-27 / CAPES / FAPERJ / This study aimed to determine from the protein profile of oocysts of Cystoisospora felis recovered from the sequential use of various purification techniques adapted for specific use in sporulated oocysts of C. felis. With the aid of SDS-PAGE 12% resulted in identification of 25 groups of protein: 266, 240, 186, 165, 140, 119, 112, 105, 98, 90, 78, 55, 47, 42, 37, 35, 30, 27-28, 25, 22, 19, 18, 16, 14 kDa belonging to the structure of sporulated oocysts and sporozoites of C. felis. Based on this results and heterologous bovine serum anti-C. felis was possible to determine polypeptides dominant relevant to diagnostic immunoassay technique with "Western Blotting", these being immunodominant bands: P208, P138, P113, p106, p62, p56, p51, p48, p44, p38, p36, and p33 p27. In order to avoid misdiagnosis from cross-reactivity a positive control serum anti-C. felis was compared to with positive serum anti-Toxoplasma and Neospora in order to exclude the common protein bands, probably markers of gender and group to identify cattle infected naturally or experimentally with C. felis. As showed, the following specific antigenic protein units: p 206-208, P137-139, p112- 113, p104-107, p27-28 are responsible for determining the animal tested positive or not for Cystoisospora felis. Of the analysis of the variables could be observed that the presence of felines related to the handling, size and type of milking properties facilitates dispersion C. felis.
