A partir do suporte teórico da primeira geração da Teoria Crítica da Sociedade e do debate sobre a racionalidade contemporânea em suas determinações técnico-mercadológicas, procurou-se analisar com base na bibliografia especializada as mutações objetivas e estruturais sofridas pela noção de autoridade nos âmbitos histórico, social e educacional. Para corroborar empiricamente com esta investigação servimo-nos da hermenêutica objetiva para interpretarmos o significado embutido na plataforma de aprendizagem online Moodle - suporte dos processos de ensino e aprendizagem mediados por tecnologias digitais. Este caso se configura como exemplar representante da racionalidade contemporânea ao expressá-la em sua lógica algorítmica. Os resultados indicaram que, tendencialmente, o deslocamento da autoridade pedagógica docente ocorre devido a incorporação da lógica algorítmica aos aparatos tecnológicos audiovisuais digitais na atuação profissional. Tal conformação do processo de ensino e aprendizagem, no âmbito da prática docente, acaba por não realizar suas pretensões por ser submetida às condições de heteronomia e dominação, as quais, em primeiro plano, busca superar. / Abstract: This research investigates the notion of teaching pedagogical authority and its ultimate metamorphosis reconfigured by digital technological audiovisual devices. Based on the theoretical support of the first generation of the Critical Theory of Society and the debate on contemporary rationality in its technical-market determinations, we tried to analyze based on the specialized bibliography the objective and structural mutations suffered by the notion of authority in the historical, social and educational. To empirically corroborate this research, we use objective hermeneutics to interpret the meaning embedded in the online learning platform Moodle; support of teaching and learning processes mediated by digital technologies. This case is configured as an exemplary case representative of contemporary rationality by expressing it in its algorithmic logic. The results allowed to indicate that, tendentially, the displacement of teaching pedagogical authority occurs due to the incorporation of digital audiovisual technological devices in the professional performance. This confirmation of the teaching and learning process, within the scope of the teaching practice, ends up not fulfilling its pretensions to be submitted to the conditions of heteronomy and domination, which, in the first place, seeks to overcome. / Doutor

Memoria (licenciado en ciencias jurídicas y sociales) / La reforma ambiental introducida por la ley N°20.417 en el año 2010 se motivó principalmente por la existencia de un modelo de fiscalización altamente ineficiente. En este escenario, una de las aspiraciones detrás de este cambio normativo e institucional fue volcar el foco del procedimiento sancionatorio ambiental desde la sanción hacia el cumplimiento. Con este objetivo fueron introducidos los denominados incentivos al cumplimiento y dentro de ellos el programa de cumplimiento. A cinco años de la puesta en marcha de la Superintendencia del Medio Ambiente, el programa de cumplimiento ambiental se ha erguido como el incentivo al cumplimiento más utilizado, concentrando aproximadamente el 60% de los procedimientos sancionatorios iniciados por el organismo. El objeto de este estudio será analizar la implementación de este instrumento normativo, con la finalidad de determinar si tanto su diseño normativo como su desempeño práctico cumplen con el objetivo de mejorar el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental y en definitiva proteger de forma más efectiva al medio ambiente.

La presente tesis doctoral titulada "Efectos del Programa de Asesoramiento Personalizado a Entrenadores (PAPE) en la conducta del entrenador y en el compromiso deportivo" ha sido elaborada por compendio de publicaciones. El compromiso deportivo de los jugadores y la intervención conductual son las dos temáticas que componen esta tesis. El trabajo publicado en Psicothema (Sousa, Torregrosa, Viladrich, Villamarín, y Cruz, 2007), tuvo como principal objetivo la adaptación al castellano y al catalán del cuestionario de compromiso deportivo (Sport Commitment Questionnaire, SCQ) y la exploración del modelo teórico de compromiso deportivo, de Scanlan, Carpenter, Schmidt, Simons, y Keeler (1993). El artículo de la Revista Portuguesa de Ciências do Desporto (Sousa, Viladrich, Gouveia, Torregrosa, y Cruz, en prensa), tuvo como principales objetivos presentar la estructura interna de la traducción del SCQ al portugués y comparar la versión española y portuguesa de la medida de compromiso deportivo. La elaboración, implementación y evaluación del Programa de Asesoramiento Personalizado a Entrenadores (PAPE), a partir de las directrices conductuales de Smoll y Smith (2006), se publicó en la Revista de Psicología del Deporte (Sousa, Cruz, Torregrosa, Vilches, y Viladrich, 2006). Reuniendo los dos principales temas de la presente tesis, el artículo, publicado en Motricidad, European Journal of Human Movement (Sousa, Cruz, Viladrich, y Torregrosa, 2007), muestra como el programa de intervención individualizado influye en el compromiso deportivo y el abandono de los jugadores. Por último, el principal objetivo del artículo de Sousa, Smith y Cruz (en prensa) ha sido analizar los efectos del PAPE en las conductas del entrenador, las percepciones de los jugadores y las percepciones de los entrenadores que participaron en el programa de intervención, basado en el establecimiento de objetivos. Los principales resultados respecto a la adaptación del cuestionario de compromiso deportivo al español y al portugués, muestran que las escalas de compromiso, diversión y coacciones sociales presentan consistencia interna para las dos versiones. En cuanto a su estructura interna, las versiones española y portuguesa del SCQ son congenéricas, es decir, miden los mismos factores. En cuanto a la intervención psicológica llevada a cabo, se ha elaborado e implementado por primera vez un programa individualizado (PAPE) que asesora los entrenadores a partir de las conductas de cada entrenador y el establecimiento de objetivos individuales. Este programa es capaz de producir efectos positivos en los comportamientos de los entrenadores. Como investigaciones futuras se sugiere la adaptación del cuestionario de compromiso deportivo a diferentes deportes, edades y niveles competitivos, así como la aplicación del PAPE a entrenadores de diferentes deportes. / Catarina Dinis Pereira de Sousa' thesis abstract "Personalized Program of Coaches Assessment (PAPE) effects on coach' behavior and sport commitment" The present thesis with the title "Personalized Program of Coaches Assessment (PAPE) effects on coach' behaviour and sport commitment" was done by publications. Athletes' commitment and the behavioral intervention are the two principal topics of this thesis. To adapt the Sport Commitment Questionnaire (SCQ) into Spanish and the examination of the sport commitment model, from Scanlan, Carpenter, Schmidt, Simons and Keeler (1993), were the main goals of the work publish in Psicothema (Sousa, Torregrosa, Viladrich, Villamarín, & Cruz, 2007). The paper publish in the Portuguese Journal, Revista Portuguesa de Ciências do Desporto (Sousa, Viladrich, Gouveia, Torregrosa, y Cruz, in press) had as principals objectives to compare the Spanish and Portuguese version of the Sport Commitment Questionnaire. The design, implementation and evaluation of the Personalized Program of Coaches Assessment (PAPE), based on behavioural guidelines from Smoll and Smith (2006) was published in Revista de Psicología del Deporte (Sousa, Cruz, Torregrosa, Vilches, & Viladrich, 2006). To gather the two main topics of this thesis, the paper published in Motricidad, European Journal of Human Movement (Sousa, Cruz, Viladrich, & Torregrosa, 2007) show as the individualized program influence athletes' sport commitment and dropout. Finally, the propose of the paper by Sousa, Smith y Cruz (in press) was to analysed the impact of the PAPE, based on goal-setting, on observed, athlete-perceived, and coach-perceived behaviours. The main results respect to the adaptation of the sport commitment questionnaire into Spanish and Portuguese show that commitment, enjoyment and social constraints are reliable scales in the two versions. The internal structure shows that the two versions measure the same factors. For the first time was carrying out an individualized program to counsel coaches, based on their behaviours and individual goals settings. This program promotes positive effects on coaches' behaviours. In the future, it is necessary to adapt the SCQ to different sports, ages and competitive levels, and to apply the PAPE to coaches from different sports as well.

Recently the state budgets more and more resources for the computerization of schools. The computer capacities increase. However we confront a new problem- creating the software. There is a shortage of Lithuanian training programmes at schools. Purpose of the current work is to create a training programme of computer hardware that is easily managed and not demanding special skills, intended for the junior schoolchildren and computer users at the initial level. Analysis of the available programmes evidences the absence of such Lithuanian programme. The project has been worked out for the programme. Consumer demands, requirements, experience and skills have been investigated and estimated, functional and non functional requirements of the programme have been examined and the specification has been arranged. Programme architecture has been described in the architectural specification. Visual Basic Programming Language has been selected for the programme implementation. On the ground of testing document a testing of the programme has been carried out and mistakes revealed during the testing were eliminated. Consumer’s documentation has been prepared. The carried out analysis of the programme quality showed that the programme conforms the requirements raised for the training computer programmes and satisfies the demands of IT teachers, schoolchildren and users at the initial level.

The research work is dedicated to compose a computer – based model with graphic tests and computerese. The object of the research – actions with vulgar fractions. The usable teaching programmes in primary forms were analyzed. The requirements and the needs of such programmes were defined. The rules of the actions with fractions were depicted invoking action structuring graphs and specification of training software requirements was comprised for technical demands. According to them and using universal computerese Visual Studio 2005 and applying special system of graphic tests TestTool5 two training programmes were created. The programme „Fraction“, total size 76 KB, is composed of three operating conditions. There might be many tasks. Graphic tests „Fractions“ are also composed of three operating conditions, 94 tasks, and a teacher has a possibility to supplement the tasks. These two training programmes were introduced at school and an experimental testing was accomplished. Thirty schoolchildren participated in the experiment. The diagrams showing their learning process were received. A questionnaire survey was made. The experiments showed that both programmes present good facilities for schoolchildren to carry out experiments and to pattern. They are appropriate for constructive teaching process.

Atsižvelgus į atlaso aktualumą, informacinę bazę šiems žemėlapiams sudaryti, bei medicininių geografinių žemėlapių trūkumą Lietuvoje, baigiamajame magistriniame darbe gvildenami medicininio geografinio atlaso (projekto) sudarymo ypatumai. Considering to atlas relevance, information base for mapping and geographical health atlas deficiency in Lithuania, the peculiarities of geographical health atlas project being analysed. Following general requirements the authoress specifying the main purpose of the atlas, it’s format, materials and ect.; maps content by sections; content and structure of the text; authorship and technology planning. Authoress gives the structure and paste-up composition of thematical maps. The main attention is direct to section and scale selection, variations of paste-up compositions. Pirmame darbo skyriuje analizuota mokslinė literatūra ir teisės aktai, kurie nagrinėja vidaus audito programos kūrimo teorinius aspektus susidarančius iš vidaus audito, vidaus auditą apsprendžiančių veiksnių analizės, vidaus audito organizavimo etapų, vidaus audito programos kūrimo problemų. Remiantis vidaus audito metodikų galimybėmis, antrame skyriuje, siūlomas teorinis problemos sprendimas, sudarytas vidaus audito programos kūrimo algoritmas. Trečias darbo skyrius skirtas vidaus audito programos algoritmo praktiniam taikymui UAB „BA prekyba“. Pagal sudarytą vidaus audito programos algoritmą buvo: Sudarytas vidaus audito planas, programa; Pateiktos vidaus audito rekomendacijos ir vidaus audito įvertinimo rezultatai. / The aim of the master thesis is to form the algorithm of internal audit creation program and to evaluate its application. In the first part scientific literature and legal acts are analyzed, which examine the theoretical aspects of internal audit creation that consist of internal audit, the analysis of factors related to internal audit, the organizational stages of internal audit, the problems of creation of internal audit program. In the second section theoretical solution to the problem is suggested in accordance with the possibilities of the methods of internal audit and the algorithm of internal audit program is formed. The third part of this work is devoted to the practical application of the algorithm of internal audit program in UAB “BA prekyba”. According to the formed algorithm of internal audit program the following steps were performed: The plan and the program of internal audit were created; The recommendations of internal audit and the evaluation results of internal audit were adduced.
