Esta pesquisa, que é também uma ode em suas múltiplas expressões, se ergue no rastro dos afetos, do caos e do lirismo desmedido encontrados nos discursos poéticos de Caio Fernando Abreu e Renato Russo (o primeiro nos domínios da ficção literária e o segundo nos da canção de rock); constrói-se, também, com vistas às inquietações atravessadas pela busca do lugar da poesia no cenário da prosa e da letra de música, aqui recortadas, atendo-se ao modo como essas vozes se mantêm ressonantes e esteticamente significativas no contexto atual. Na procura por legitimar o protagonismo de Eros e seus pares dentro do universo contemporâneo e impetuoso de um mundo híbrido e desconexo, a ordo amoris, como linguagem coletiva e universal na erótica social, foi um modo de operacionalizar as questões centrais e organizar esses inventários (forjados a partir das metáforas do livro de contos Inventário do ir-remediável e do disco As quatro estações), transferindo, refletindo e redesenhando os espaços de criação, recepção e estética em literatura, que nessa dissertação borra fronteiras. A cultura de afetos, a filosofia existencialista e as contribuições sobre sujeito, coletividade, erotismo e subjetividade(s) reinventam e sustentam os debates que se edificam em espaços plurais de atuação, no desenho cartográfico que se vai formando a partir da poética de Caio e Renato e seus discursos à flor da pele. As quatro estações potencializam e iluminam os passos das divindades míticas e dos sujeitos líricos que se cruzam nessa pesquisa, são as vias férteis que acenam para a presentificação do agora, quando há trocas necessárias de papéis em que o eu se dissolve e se derrama no outro, na busca por essa alma coletiva da humanidade (quase) perdida e da celebração. São, principalmente, os pressupostos teóricos de Michel Maffesoli (2014a) e Giorgio Agamben (2013) que fundamentam e iluminam esse barco solto na correnteza. / This study arises in the trail of the affections, chaos and excessive lyricism found in the poetic discourses of Caio Fernando Abreu e Renato Russo (the first in the fields of literary fiction and the second in the fields of rock songs), and is also an ode in its multiple expressions; it is also constructed with a view to the concerns that are crossed by the search for the place of poetry in the scenario of prose and the music lyrics, brought here paying attention to the way these voices remain resonant and aesthetically significant in the current context. In order to legitimize the protagonism of Eros and his peers within the contemporary and impetuous universe of a hybrid and disconnected world, the ordo amoris, as collective and universal language in social erotica, was a way to operationalize the central issues and organize these inventories (made up from the metaphors of the short story book Inventário do ir-remediável [Inventory of the Irremediable] and the album As quatro estações [The Four Seasons]), transferring, reflecting and redesigning the spaces of creation, reception and aesthetics in literature, which in this dissertation blurs borders. The culture of affections, the existentialist philosophy and the contributions on subject, collectivity, eroticism and subjectivity (ies) reinvent and sustain the debates that are built in plural spaces of action, in the cartographic drawing that is formed from the poetics of Caio and Renato and their impassioned discourses. The four seasons potentiate and enlighten the steps of the mythical divinities and the lyrical subjects crossing each other in this study, they are the fertile paths that beckon to the presentification of the now, when there are necessary exchanges of roles in which the self dissolves and flows itself in the other, in the search for this collective soul of the (almost) lost humanity and the celebration. These are mainly the theoretical assumptions of Michel Maffesoli (2014a) and Giorgio Agamben (2013), which ground and illuminate this boat adrift on the tide.

O presente trabalho é composto pela apresentação de A inteligência, que desgraça! (1825), do dramaturgo russo Aleksandr Serguéievitch Griboiédov, do universo em que foi escrita, bem como a tradução da obra-prima ao português. Essa primeira tradução carrega os dilemas inerentes à grandiosidade da linguagem e, sendo assim, o primeiro passo, na tradução da obra ao português, segue o caminho do significado para que, no futuro, o significante, complexo e rico, possa ser focado. Depois, tomamos o caminho do Teatro Russo do século XVIII e início do século XIX, seu universo neoclássico, e, ao final, as transfigurações de A inteligência, que desgraça! aos modelos clássicos, essencialmente os conflitos provenientes das ações que trabalham, nas duas tramas principais, de maneira igual. / This present research is composed of a presentation of Gore ot uma (1825), by Russian playwright Aleksandr Griboedov, and of the universe in which it was written, as well as a first step in attempt of translating the masterpiece into Portuguese. This first translation embodies the dilemmas inherent to the greatness of the language and, therefore, the first step, for a translation of the masterpiece into Portuguese, follows the path of the signified, in order that, in the future, the signifier, rich and complex, may be focused. Afterwards, we take the path of Russian Theater from the Eighteenth century to the beginning of Nineteenth century, its neoclassical universe, and, in the end, in Gorie ot umas transfigurations to the classical patterns, essentially the conflicts originated by actions that work, in the two main plots, in a equal manner.

The ties that bind: norms, networks, information, and the organization of political violence

The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the role of social norms and social networks on the organization of political violence. Challenging traditional accounts of collective action, this dissertation presents an alternative theoretical framework of recruitment by organizations that aim to engage in political violence. The framework hypothesizes that the use of social norms and social networks can help overcome the collective action problem for such organizations by minimizing the need for selective incentive provision. The theoretical framework is applied to two in-depth historical case studies of the conflicts in Chechnya (1994–1996 and 1999–2009) and Sierra Leone (1991–2002). Each case study is composed of two analyses of the organization of political violence. In the case of Chechnya, the organization of Chechen resistance in the First Russo-Chechen War (1994–1996) and the organization of Chechen resistance in the Second Russo-Chechen War (1999–2009) are treated as separate units of analysis. In the case of Sierra Leone, the units of analysis are the Revolutionary United Front that initiated the Sierra Leonean Civil War in 1991, and the Civil Defense Forces that were organized in opposition to the Revolutionary United Front in the mid-1990s. The analysis of the results from the case studies supports the hypotheses of the theoretical framework. Both case studies exhibit significant within-case variation. In both cases, it is shown that use of the norms and networks of the sociopolitical environment within which the organizations of political violence operate has a favorable effect on successful recruitment, and that non-use of these mechanisms has a detrimental effect. In addition, the results have implications for current theoretical debates in the literature on domestic conflict, as well as policy-related implications for the potential for conflict mediation. / text

Este estudo resgata as informações e a situação em que essa coletânea de textos foi criada, numa tentativa de remontar seu contexto histórico, momento literário e mercado editorial, buscando hipóteses que auxiliem no entendimento dos aparatos que a constituem, num esforço de aproximação do escasso material de divulgação localizado sobre obra, editora e organizador pesquisado nos periódicos da época e constante dos anexos , numa reflexão sobre os laços de interesse existentes entre o Brasil e a União Soviética. / The Anthology of Russian Short Stories, edited by Otto Maria Carpeaux and published in the early 1960s by Editôra Lux Ltda, marks the first time Russian short stories were published from direct translation of the original language to Portuguese. This study retrieved information about the Brazilian historical and literary context as well as its publishing market during the time the work was created in an effort to promote a better understanding of how it was influenced by them. The presented information about the work, publisher and editor )included in the attachments( was searched in the sparse number of publishing advertisements in the newspapers and magazines that circulated during that time. It allows a better understanding of the works content and promotes a deeper reflection on the common interests and relationship between Brazil and the USSR.

本論文探討的「對外經濟戰略」是政府在國家發展層次、以國家發展作為全盤考量的對外政策準則,是從對外交涉層面的經濟取向,對其政策形成之分析與研究。對外經濟戰略作為國家對外事務交涉的準則,影響國家的外交與對外經貿發展,因此從對外經濟戰略的研究,將有助於理解國家外交的思維,並可成為預測國家對外經貿合作方向的參考。俄羅斯在普欽總統強勢作為的領導之下,使得其國家從經濟蕭條、政局不穩定與外交發展受侷限等問題中,得以蛻變成為重新崛起的大國。而中國是俄羅斯重要的鄰國之一,從經濟面向的分析觀察,中國更是國際上重要的新興市場,從政治面向觀察,中國亦是國際上逐漸擴展影響力的大國;因此筆者研究俄羅斯的對外經濟戰略,是以普欽總統時期作為分析的時間範疇,而以中國作為分析的目標國。 俄羅斯對於與中國進行的政經合作,是以其國家利益為考量,而其國家利益是以國內經濟發展為原則,並擴展國家在亞太地區的勢力,以實現普欽的東西方平衡外交策略;而俄羅斯對中國的經貿發展事務上,是有著多重因素考量,筆者從俄羅斯亞太政策、全球化影響、俄羅斯能源優勢與俄羅斯遠東地區發展等戰略思維,歸納成系統性政策思維的整理與論述,並將以上綜合陳述,作為解讀俄羅斯對中國的經濟戰略。 / In this thesis, the author discuses the “foreign economic strategy”, which tells the principles of foreign strategy that a government takes into consideration in state development. It focuses on the aspect of economy in diplomatic level, analyzing how the policy is formed. Being the principle of international affairs, foreign economic strategy effects the development of diplomacy and international business. Thus, this study helps to comprehend the context of state diplomacy and anticipates the way of international trade. Under the strong leadership of President Putin, Russia, originally a hybrid of economic depression, political unrest and diplomatic plight, turns into a great power. China, an important neighbor of Russia, is not only a rising market in international business, but a great power in international politics; thus this thesis researches Russia’s economic strategy, and focus on China’s aspect during Putin’s era. Russia, takes its national interests into consideration, cooperate with China in economic and political affairs. Its national interests mainly focus on economic development and enlargement of its influence in Asia-Pacific region, realizing Putin’s diplomatic strategy to balance the east and west. Therefore, there are multiple factors in Russo-China international trade. The author analyzes the Russia’s Asia-Pacific strategy, the effect of globalization, Russia’s energy superiority and Russia’s Far-eastern development strategy, summarizing Russia’s economic strategy. Therefore, this study shows Russia’s strategic thought toward China in international economic and political affairs.
