Studento praktikanto ir pradedančio dirbti pedagogo saviugdos ypatumai / Student and young teacher self-training peculiarities

The formation of new media society demands significant changes in the whole educational system. A teacher is the most important participant in this system. So, the development of his/her professional competence is essential in the context of volatile society. In the world of the progressing science and developing technologies the role of the work performed by man changes, which demands more and more knowledge and competence. The number of people striving for self-training is constantly increasing. This paper analyzes self-training peculiarities of young teachers and students, their abilities of learning from their experience. Self-training is a conscious self-controlled process of perception directed towards the improvement of personal intellectual, moral and professional abilities. The data of the research show that the respondents apprehend self-training differently. Some consider it as their personal improvement, the others as their professional or social one. Part of them thinks that self-training is self-education, i.e. formal learning or studying literature. This leads to the conclusion that young teachers and students lack deep and consistent comprehension of the concept of self-training. Observing and analyzing the data I came to the conclusion that the respondents together with children, colleagues, administration and mentors improve their professional competence while reflecting, generalizing and creating new insight. Data classification can be divided according to the available data, which are labeled or not labeled. One approach has proven very effective when working with data sets containing labeled and unlabeled data, this called semi-supervised learning, your objective is to label the unlabeled data by using the amount of labeled data in the data set, improving their success rate. Such data can be classified with more than one label, known as multi-label classification. Furthermore, these data can be organized hierarchically, thus containing a relation therebetween, this called hierarchical classification. This work proposes the use of multi-view semi-supervised learning, which is one of the semissupervisionado learning aspects, in problems of hierarchical multi-label classification, with the objective of investigating whether semi-supervised learning is an appropriate approach to solve the problem of low dimensionality of data. An experimental analysis of the methods found that supervised learning had a better performance than semi-supervised approaches, however, semi-supervised learning may be a widely used approach, because, there is plenty to be contributed in this area / classificação de dados é uma tarefa aplicada em diversas áreas do conhecimento, sendo assim, foco de constantes pesquisas. A classificação de dados pode ser dividida de acordo com a disposição dos dados, sendo estes rotulados ou não rotulados. Uma abordagem vem se mostrando bastante eficiente ao se trabalhar com conjuntos de dados contendo dados rotulados e não rotulados, esta chamada de aprendizado semissupervisionado, seu objetivo é classificar os dados não rotulados através da quantidade de dados rotulados contidos no conjunto, melhorando sua taxa de acerto. Tais dados podem ser classificados com mais de um rótulo, conhecida como classificação multirrótulo. Além disso, estes dados podem estar organizados de forma hierárquica, contendo assim, uma relação entre os mesmos, esta, por sua vez, denominada classificação hierárquica. Neste trabalho é proposto a utilização do aprendizado semissupervisionado multidescrição, que é uma das vertentes do aprendizado semissupervisionado, em problemas de classificação hierárquica multirrótulo, com o objetivo de investigar se o aprendizado semissupervisionado é uma abordagem apropriada para resolver o problema de baixa dimensionalidade de dados. Uma análise experimental dos métodos verificou que o aprendizado supervisionado obteve melhor desempenho contra as abordagens semissupervisionadas, contudo, o aprendizado semissupervisionado pode vir a ser uma abordagem amplamente utilizada, pois, há bastante o que ser contribuído nesta área / 2018-03-14

Esta pesquisa buscou desenvolver um estudo em antropologia simbólica sobre o processo de autoformação do sujeito a partir da análise de um material de ficção autobiográfica. Este material foi elaborado com base no resgate e registro escrito de memórias da própria autora da pesquisa e teve seu início na escrita do memorial acadêmico, que forneceu elementos propícios para a compreensão do processo de formação de um eu-aprendiz. A ficção autobiográfica analisada, escrita anteriormente à pesquisa, tem como personagem principal a menina Alice, que vive suas aventuras em narrativas fantásticas, cujo simbolismo propicia uma análise fenomenológica sobre as emoções e experiências que, ao longo da vida, permitiram a formação do sujeito-autor deste trabalho, considerando-o mais do que um produto do meio social ou ambiental, mas um ser em constante formação, fruto também das suas escolhas e de suas próprias leituras do mundo. As experiências vividas e representadas no mundo simbólico de Alice consideram como parte de sua criação o contato com alguns mestres, que por meio da palavra e do convívio orientaram desejos e influenciaram escolhas ao longo da vida da autora. Para compreender a relação entre mestre e aprendiz vivida por Alice, partimos para o resgate de histórias de vida de dois mestres que tiveram papéis decisivos para a autora. Buscamos encontrar na autobiografia ficcional conexões entre estas histórias de vida, por via da mitohermenêutica, tentando entender como estas vidas foram sendo construídas e em que momento estas pessoas passaram a ser mestres e a autora, aprendiz. Uma busca sobre o eu e o outro que se constitui em mim. / This research aimed to develop an anthropological study about the subject`s self-formation process from the analysis of an autobiographical fiction. This material was elaborate based on the very author`s rescue and written record of memories and had its beginning on the writing of an academic memorial, providing favorable elements for the comprehension of the self-learner formation process. The autobiographic fiction analyzed was written before the research, has as its main subject the girl called Alice, that lived her adventures in fantastic narratives, whose symbolism foments an phenomenological analysis in the experiences and emotions that, during life, allowed the formation of this author-subjects work, considering herself more than a social and environmental media, but someone in constant formation, also a result of her choices and her own readings of the world. The experiences lived and represented in Alice`s symbolic world, consider, as part of her creation, the contact with some masters that through orality and acquaintanceship, determined desires and influenced choices along the authors life. To understand the relation between master and apprentice played by Alice, we start from the rescue of life stories of two masters that had decisive parts for the author-subject. We seek to find connections between these life stories in the fictional autobiography, via mitohermeneutics, trying to understand how these lives were being constructed and in what moment these people passed to be masters, and the author, apprentice. A search about the self, and the other that is constituted in me.

The completed research is likely to show insufficiency of physical activity in Lithuanian schools; for this reason, the number of schoolchildren distributed into special medical groups is increasing. It is not always enough to have some PE lessons to make pupils fit. Some PE lessons does not offer the solution to the problems of decreasing physical activity, poor physical health and ever – increasing sickness rate. However, the problems can be solved and the positive attitude developed by individual exercising. Due to a tendency for physical activity among the youth to decrease we raised a scientific problem which can by solved by adopting positive attitude to physical training and supplying the need for a healthy and physically active way of life. Hypothesis – The use of Olympic training programme to adopt the positive attitude towards physical training and factors which influence its development. Research aim – to examine the impact of the Olympic program on the 7-9 form pupils’ attitude towards physical self-training. Research tasks: 1. The object of research – the physical might of the ninth formers. The aim of research – to determine the influence of physical self–training stimulation to the change of the ninth formers physical might. Following problems are brought up: 1. To determine and evaluate the physical might of the ninth formers. 2. To find out the weakest physical aspects, to prepare the training and physical self-training programme. 3. To determine the influence of the programme on the students physical might. Hypothesis: knowledge of physical education and healthy living, learning to observe and evaluate your own physical might, physical activity, corresponding with requirements, gives the advantages to the change of physical might of the ninth formers. Methods of research: 1. The analysis of literature resources. 2. Physical features testing. 3. Pedagogical experiment. 4. Mathematical statistics. Measurements (height, weight) are carried out according to standarts, the index of the mass is also calculated. Raktažodžiai: savikontrolė, saviugda, fizinis pajėgumas. Tyrimo objektas – fizinis pajėgumas. Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti fizinių gebėjimų savikontrolės programos poveikį mokinių fiziniam pajėgumui. Uždaviniai 1. Sukurti fizinių gebėjimų savikontrolės programos elektroninę versiją ir patikrinti jos efektyvumą. 2. Nustatyti fizinių gebėjimų savikontrolės programos poveikį septintos, aštuntos, devintos klasių berniukų lankstumo, pilvo raumenų ištvermės, kojų raumenų staigiosios jėgos ir aerobinės ištvermės rezultatams. Hipotezė – fizinių gebėjimų savikontrolės programa turi teigiamą poveikį lankstumo, pilvo raumenų ištvermės, kojų raumenų staigiosios jėgos ir aerobinės ištvermės rezultatams. Tyrimo rezultatai – iš dalies patvirtino suformuluotą hipotezę – darbo autoriaus sukurta fizinių gebėjimų savikontrolės programa turėjo teigiamą poveikį, tačiau ne visose klasėse. Išvados: • Galima teigti, kad savikontrolės programa ir jos pateikimo forma yra efektyvus būdas skatinti berniukų fizinio pajėgumo savikontrolę. • Eksperimentinės E grupės berniukų fizinio pajėgumo rezultatų kitimas, lyginant su kontroline K grupe, yra statistiškai reikšmingai didesnis: 1. Lankstumo ir pilvo raumenų ištvermės – 7, 8 ir 9 klasėse (p < 0,05); 2. Kojų raumenų staigiosios jėgos – 7 klasėse (p < 0,05); 3. Aerobinės ištvermės – 9 klasėse (p < 0,05). / Key words: self – education, self – training, physical fitness. The object of research – physical fitness. The aim of research – to determine the influence of self – education programme of physical abilities on the students physical fitness. Following problems are brought up: 1. To create electronic version of self – education programme of physical abilities and verify it’s efficiency. 2. To determine it’s influence on the change of seventh, eighth, ninth formers flexibility, abdominal muscles staying – power, feet’s sudden power and aerobic staying – power results. Hypothesis: self – education programme of physical abilities has the positive change on the flexibility, abdominal muscles staying – power, feet’s sudden power and aerobic staying – power results. The research results partly proves stated hypothesis – the self – education programme of physical abilities, which was created by author of this research, had positive influence, but not for all formers. The conclusions: we compared the students’ results of experimental group E with the students’ results of control group K and we saw that were was determined the statistically significantly change on the physical fitness results: • flexibility and abdominal muscles staying – power – in the seventh, eighth, ninth forms (p < 0.05); • feet’s sudden power – in the seventh form (p < 0.05); • aerobic staying – power - in the ninth form (p < 0.05). Darbo tikslas: Nustatyti suaugusiųjų, kurie pasirenka Pilates kaip saviugdos praktiką, vertybines orientacijas, motyvaciją ir subjektyvų poveikį sveikatai. Uždaviniai: Atskleisti praktikuojančių Pilates asmenų vertybines orientacijas; nustatyti veiksnius lemiančius Pilates praktiką kaip saviugdos rūšies pasirinkimą; išsiaiškinti Pilates praktikos subjektyvų poveikį sveikatai. Tyrimo metodika. Tyrimas atliktas šešiuose atrinktuose Kauno miesto sporto ir sveikatingumo studijose - centruose. Tyrime dalyvavo 18 m. ir vyresni asmenys, kurie ilgesnį ar trumpesnį laiko tarpą praktikuoja Pilates. Iš viso išdalinta 240 anketų, surinktos 232 anketos (96,6 proc.). Tinkamai užpildytos ir analizuotos 217 anketos (93,53 proc.). Teorinis tyrimo metodų parinkimo pagrindas - naujausi literatūros šaltiniai apie tyrimų metodologiją ir metodus (K.Kardelis, B.Bitinas). Empiriniam tyrimui atlikti pasirinktas tyrimo metodas – anketavimas pagal standartizuotą klausimyną, kurį sudarė 19 klausimų. Anketos klausimai buvo orientuoti į tokias klausimų grupes: a) klausimai, susiję su asmenybės vertybinėmis orientacijomis, vertybių sistema; b) klausimai, susiję su motyvais, renkantis Pilates praktiką; c) klausimai, susiję su lūkesčiais ir jų išsipildymu pasirinkus Pilates praktiką. Rezultatai. Didžioji dalis suaugusiųjų renkasi šią praktiką tikėdamiesi sustiprėti fiziškai, padidinti kūno lankstumą, gerinti emocinę pusiausvyrą ir geriau pažinti save. Objectives – to reveal the values of individuals who practice the Pilates, to find out what causes to choose the Pilates as a self – training system, to determine the factors that motivate people to choose this kind of practice and to set the influence of Pilates on an individual’s personality. Methods. Theresearch was done in six randomly selected Kaunas city sports and fitness studios – centers. The participants of the study were 18 years and older individuals. Total 240 questionnaires were distributed, 232 of which were collected (96.6 proc.). 217 questionnaires were properly completed and analyzed (93.5 proc.). The theoretical basis of the research selected methods – the most recent references on the research methods and techniques (K. Kardelis, B. Bitinas). Influence of Quiet Eye Self-Training on Internal Processes and Performance Outcomes

Use and effectiveness of the quiet eye (QE) technique has been a topic of interest in sport, exercise, and performance psychology. The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of QE self-training on college students' internal processes associated with performing a novel task. Specifically, college students' internal processes were examined to understand how QE self-training influenced performance on a novel aiming task. College students (N = 106; M = 21.84 ± 1.79) voluntarily participated in QE self-training intervention. Participants' self-efficacy, self-regulation, and mindfulness was examined before and after QE self-training intervention over a 7-week period, with performance being measured weekly. Following intervention, interviews and follow-up survey were used to gather information about perceptions of using QE self-training instruction. Results indicated outcome performance improved from pre- to post-intervention. Additionally, participants mindfulness acting with awareness and non-judging of inner experiences was influenced by QET self-training. Findings from this study may help sport coaches and performance psychology professionals provide attentional focus training instruction to individuals with diverse levels of skills while also providing future directions for applied practice and research.
