Darbo tikslas – įvertinti socialinių paslaugų teikiamų namuose situaciją Kauno miesto socialinių paslaugų centre, paslaugų namuose tarnyboje. Atskleisti socialinių paslaugų teikiamų namuose plėtojimo galimybes. Darbo objektas – socialinės paslaugos. Darbas susideda iš trijų pagrindinių dalių. Pirmoje dalyje aptariama socialinių paslaugų samprata. Čia analizuojama socialinių paslaugų apibrėžimas, tikslas, reikšmė bei funkcijos, taip pat išanalizuota socialinių paslaugų rūšys bei klasifikacija ir aptariama socialinių paslaugų finansavimas bei reglamentavimas. Antroje darbo dalyje analizuojama socialinių paslaugų teikimo teoriniai aspektai. Išanalizuota socialinių paslaugų teikimo koncepcija, aptartos socialinias paslaugas teikiančios institucijos, vartotojų grupės bei socialinių paslaugų teikimo organizavimas. Trečioje dalyje analizuojama socialinių paslaugų (teikiamų namuose) gerinimo galimybės. Čia pateikta socialinių paslaugų (namuose) būklės analizė Lietuvoje, bei aptarta šių paslaugų plėtra. Taip pat atkliktas socialinių paslaugų gerinimo tyrimas Kauno miesto socialinių paslaugų centro, pagalbos namuose tarnyboje. Magistrinį darbą sudaro 65 lapai, pateikta 8 lentelės bei 23 pavaikslai. / The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the situation of social services rendered at home at Kaunas City Centre of Social Services, the Office of Services at Home. To disclose the possibilities of development of social services rendered at home. The object of the thesis is social services. The thesis consists of three main parts. The first part discusses the concept of social services. Here the definition, aim, significance and functions of social services are analysed, as well as the types and classification of social services are considered, and the financing and regulation of social services are discussed. The second part of the thesis analyses the theoretical aspects of rendering of social services. The concept of rendering of social services is analysed, the institutions providing social services, the consumer groups as well as the organization of rendering of social services are discussed. The third part analyses the possibilities of improvement of social services (rendered at home). Here the analysis of the status of social services (at home) is presented and the development of these services is discussed. Also, the research on the improvement of social services is carried out at Kaunas City Centre of Social Services, the Office of Service at Home. The master thesis consists of 65 pages, also 8 tables are 23 pictures are provided.

Gyventojų amžiaus struktūros pokyčiai kelia naujas socialines ir ekonomines problemas: auga poreikis senų žmonių medicininei priežiūrai, specialiam socialiniam aptarnavimui, daugėja pensinio amžiaus žmonių. Taigi neišvengiamai tenka skirti didesnį dėmesį pagyvenusių ir senų žmonių socialinėms problemoms spręsti. Seni ir pagyvenę žmonės, kurie, dėl savarankiškumo sumažėjimo, nebegali savimi pasirūpinti, gali tikėtis oficialių institucijų pagalbos. Stacionariuose globos namuose teikiamos socialinės paslaugos – išeitis negalintiems savimi pasirūpinti seniems ir pagyvenusiems žmonėms. Tačiau ar teikiamų socialinių paslaugų kokybė gali garantuoti senų žmonių poreikių patenkinimą? Darbe siekiama ištirti senų žmonių globos namuose teikiamas socialines paslaugas bei įvertinti jų kokybę. Šiam tikslui pasiekti iškelti uždaviniai: išanalizuoti stacionarių socialinių paslaugų sampratą ir jas reglamentuojančius teisės aktus bei kitus norminius dokumentus; išanalizuoti senų ir pagyvenusių žmonių globos įstaigų veiklos principus; išnagrinėti paslaugų, teikiamų stacionariuose senų ir pagyvenusių žmonių globos namuose kokybės sampratą; ištirti socialinių paslaugų kokybę senų ir pagyvenusių žmonių globos namuose. / The changes in the structure of population age raises new social and economic problems: the demand for the medical care of the elderly people and for special social services as well as the number of retirement age people is increasing. Therefore, it becomes necessary to pay more attention to solutions of social problems of elderly and old people. Old and elderly people, who cannot take care of themselves due to the decrease in their self-sufficiency, may expect to receive help from official institutions. The social services provided in stationary sheltered housings are solutions for old and elderly people, who cannot take care of themselves. However, does the quality of the social services guarantee the fulfillment of the needs of old people? In this paper, an attempt will be given to investigate the social services provided in sheltered housings for old people and to evaluate the quality of such services. Šiame darbe buvo siekiama atskleisti rizikos grupės vaikų požiūrį į nusikaltimų prevencijos įgyvendinimo būvį mokykloje.Siekiant šio tikslo, pirmiausia buvo apibrėžta rizikos grupei priklausančių vaikų sanprata. Išsiaiškinta nusikaltimų prevencijos įgyvendinimo strategija. Darbe aiškiai apibrėžiamas šio tyrimo objektas, suformuluotas svarbiausias tyrimo tikslas, pateikiamos hipotezės, konkretūs tyrimo uždaviniai ir tyrimo metodika. Darbe pateikiami tyrimo duomenys, atskleidžiantys rizikos grupės vaikų požiūrį į nusikaltimų prevencijos įgyvendinimą mokykloje,tai pat yra išaiškinti rizikos grupės vaikams tinkantys nusikaltimų prevencijos organizavimo būdai. / In the project was researched attitude of children from the group of risk towards the state of implementation of crime prevention among under ages at school. In order to achieve this goal, conception of children from the group of risk was defined. Then, implementation of crime prevention strategy was explained. In this project is clearly defined the subject of research; formulated the most important goal; introduced hypotheses and set specific tasks as well as methods of research. The findings of research that demonstrate attitude of children from the group of risk towards implementation of crime prevention at school are included in the project. Also, here are explicated suitable for children from the group of risk methods of crime prevention organization.

Disertacijoje teoriškai pagrįstas turizmo vadybos studentų socialinės kompetencijos modeliavimas, empiriškai patikrintas turizmo vadybos studentų socialinės kompetencijos modelis, kai akcentuojamos universitetinio ugdymo tendencijos ir problemos,įvertintas universitetinių studijų turizmo vadybos studentų socialinės kompetencijos lygis, parengta turizmo vadybos studentų socialinės kompetencijos modeliavimo schema. / In the dissertation tourism management students‘ social competence was substantiated on the theoretical basis, model of tourism management students‘ social competence was empirically tested focusing on tendencies and problems of university education, tourism management students‘ social competence level was evaluated in university studies, scheme of tourism management students’ social competence modeling was framed.

Magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas - ištirti vyresniųjų paauglių (10 klasės) nerimastingumo ir ateities planų sąsajas. Tyrime dalyvavo 203 tiriamieji (104 merginos bei 99 vaikinai; 152 paaugliai - 16 metų amžiaus ir 51 paauglys - 17 metų amžiaus) iš Vilniaus gimnazijos. Nerimastingumas tirtas A. Dževečkos (2008) „Nerimo socialinėse situacijose tyrimo skale“, o ateities planai - R. Pivorienės (sud.), (2005) „Pasiekimų motyvacijos skale“. Tyrimo hipotezės: 1- vyresniųjų paauglių merginų nerimastingumas didesnis negu vaikinų; 2- vyresniųjų paauglių merginų ateities planai didesnė negu vaikinų; 3- yra ryšys tarp vyresniųjų paauglių nerimastingumo ir ateities planų. Nustatyta, kad vyresniesiems paaugliams daugiausia nerimastingumo kelia savivokos – savivartės, kiek mažiau – tarpasmeninių santykių bei darbo – mokymosi socialinės situacijos. Hipotezė, jog vyresniųjų paauglių merginų nerimastingumas didesnis negu vaikinų, pasitvirtino. Tačiau 16 metų ir 17 metų paauglių grupėse nerimastingumas nesiskiria. Hipotezė, jog vyresniųjų paauglių merginų ateities planai didesni negu vaikinų, nepasitvirtino. Tačiau 16 metų paauglių ateities planai didesni negu 17 metų paauglių grupėje. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The Master's Theses aim - to explore the connections of anxiety and future plans of the senior adolescents (10th grade). The study included 203 respondents (104 girls and 99 boys, 152 senior adolescents - 16 years of age and 51 senior adolescents - 17 years of age) from Vilnius gymnasium. Anxiety has been studied using A. Dževečka (2008) ,,Anxiety in social situations scale” and future plans – using R. Pivorienė (editor), (2005) ,,Achievement Motivation Scale”. The study hypotheses: 1 – senior adolescent girls feel more anxiety than boys; 2 – senior adolescent girls have bigger future plans than boys; 3 - there is a connection between senior adolescents’ anxiety and future plans. It was found that senior adolescents mainly feel anxiety in self-evaluation - self-consciousness, to a lesser extent – in interpersonal relationship and in work - the education social situations. Darbe nagrinėjamas judėjimo negalios asmenų požiūris į gaunamas socialines paslaugas. Pristatomi tyrimo rezultatai, kurie atskleidžia su kokiomis funkcionavimo problemomis susiduria judėjimo negalios asmenys, kokios socialinės paslaugos jiems yra reikšmingiausios bei atskleidžiamas neįgaliųjų ryšys su visuomeninėmis neįgaliųjų organizacijomis. Naudotas kiekybinis tyrimo metodas, renkant duomenis anketinės apklausos būdu. / The paper discusses the standpoint of persons with moving disoders to social services. The results of study are presented the functioning problems of persons with moving disorders also excepted the most important social services of persons with moving disorders. What is more, are discovered the relation of disabled people character with social organizations of disabled people. Used a quantitative research method, data collection by questionnaire.

Due to the growing importance of social responsibility in business processes, various topics of corporate social responsibility are being versatile and exhaustively examined and discussed in the scientific literature, but still there is a lack of research and discussions on implementation, consolidation and development measures of corporate social responsibility, in particular the employees of organization as a key one. Considering the relevance of the consolidation and development of corporate social responsibility and basing on the analysis of concepts of social responsibility and theories of its consolidation measures as well as analysis of employees’ evaluations, in the dissertation the implementation state of corporate social responsibility in Lithuania is revealed and, by comparing it with the state of play in Belarus, new opportunities for the consolidation of corporate social responsibility are disclosed. Šiame magistro baigiamajame darbe apibendrinti personalo organizavimo teoriniai pagrindai, apžvelgta Lietuvos valstybės tarnybos sistema. Išanalizuotas personalo organizavimo procesas Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministerijoje, pateiktos personalo organizavimo tobulinimo galimybės. Ministerijoje personalo organizavimas išanalizuotas pagal šiuos etapus – personalo atranka ir priėmimas, tarnybinės veiklos vertinimas, mokymas bei kvalifikacijos kėlimas, skatinimas. / Human resources are of great importance in any institution as the operating efficiency of the institution depends on capacity, use of potential of such resources and an adequate organisation process. The present Master‘s Thesis summarises the theoretical background of staff organisation and provides a review of the civil service system of the Republic of Lithuania. The staff organisation process in the Social Security and Labour Ministry was analysed and measures of the staff organisation improvement are presented. The staff organisation in the Ministry was analysed by stages, i.e., staff selection and recruitment, civil servants’ performance appraisal, training, qualification improvement and stimulation.

Analizuojant socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikimo bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje subjektyvius pasirengimo teikti pagalbą, pagalbos teikimo krypčių, patiriamų sunkumų bei sėkmę lemiančių veiksnių vertinimus, pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimas, taikant turinio (content) analizės metodą. Tyrime apklausti 9 socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikėjai iš Šiaulių miesto bei rajono bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų. Interviu metodu siekta atskleisti socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikėjams reikalingas kompetencijas pagalbai teikti, taip pat aiškintasi, kokiomis veiklos kryptimis tenka dirbti dažniausiai, kokių patiria sunkumų teikdami socialinę pedagoginę pagalbą bei kokie veiksniai lemia pagalbos teikimo sėkmę. Analizuojant tyrimo duomenis, siekta atskleisti bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje dirbančių pagalbos teikėjų asmenines patirtis. / While analyzing subjective evaluation of social pedagogical support offered in comprehensive schools based on preparation to provide support, directions for support offering, obstructions and success factors, contents analysis method was used. There were 9 social pedagogical support staff questioned from Šiauliai city and district comprehensive schools. Using an interview method it was aimed to reveal the relevant competences that are necessary for social pedagogical support providers to offer this help. It was also analyzed, what were the most common directions for providing help, what were the main difficulties while providing social pedagogical help and what factors determined success in providing this help. Examining the research results it was aimed to reveal personal experiences of staff providing social pedagogical help in comprehensive schools.
