The axial and radial elastic recovery is evaluated. Used materials are characterized in a theoretical part. It concerns microcrystalline cellulose Comprecel 102, lactose SpheroLac 100, calcii hydrogenphosphas anhydrous Di- Cafos A150, calcii hydrogenphosphas dihydrate Di-Cafos D160, magnesii stearas and theophylline. Further, compression process and its evaluation are described and also the elastic recovery of tablets after compression, its calculation and factors which can influence it. The experimental part of thesis deals with the elastic recovery of tablets. The tablets were compressed by compression strength 10 kN and the height and diameter were measured after 0, 3, 6 and 24 hours after compressing. Two types of granulate with lactose or microcrystalline cellulose were produced in high shear granulator. Eleven tablets groups with different type and amount of superdisintegrants were prepared from the granulates. Tablets contained 2 %, 3.7 %, 5.4 % of sodium croscarmellose or 2 % and 5.4 % of crospovidone. The tested parameters of tablets were friability, hardness, disintegration time and density. Accelerated stability studies lasting 6 months at temperature of 40 řC and relative humidity 75 % were done. The tablets were evaluated after 1.5, 3 and 6 months. All tablets had adequate friability, hardness, disintegration and density at T0. Increasing concentration of superdisintegrant decreased disintegration time. RetaLac® contains α-lactose monohydrate and hypromellose in the identical proportion. The same parameters were tested in the corresponding physical mixtures of FlowLac® 100 with various types of hypromellose (Metolose® 100 SR, Metolose® 4000 SR, Metolose® 100 000 SR) and compared with the substance RetaLac® . Compressibility was evaluated by means of the energy profile of compression and tensile strength of tablets. Salicylic acid was used as the model active ingredient. Dissolution testing was performed using the method of the rotating basket.

O Programa Escola Interativa, da rede municipal de ensino de São José dos Campos, consiste na utilização, no ambiente escolar e fora dele, de hardwares e softwares necessários para a gestão administrativa e a interatividade digital e pedagógica entre os profissionais da educação, os alunos e a comunidade escolar. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo compreender como se dá o processo de participação dos professores, como agentes que tem interação direta com os alunos e que vivem o dia-a-dia na sala de aula observando a implementação e a avaliação dessa política pública. Acreditando que ainda faltam trabalhos nessa área, para o desenvolvimento deste trabalho foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais, entrevistas e um trabalho de campo. A partir da análise sobre os dados e da articulação dos fundamentos teóricos, destacamos que a falta de participação dos professores desde a concepção do Programa, acarretou no baixo uso dos recursos tecnológicos e na falta de capacitação inicial para utilização de softwares pedagógicos e de equipamentos. 觀察中國早期帝國管治形態的視角眾多,其中最具資料根據的是地方簿籍制度的運行。自簡牘面世而來,學界對簿籍的歸類和分析未曾間斷,成為重要的研究基礎。現已知其運行地區之廣泛、針對範圍之精細,對於理解秦漢地區管治模式均有助益。然而,簡牘不僅是文字資料的承載物,本身的形制與書寫形態同樣是寶貴的考古資料遺存,在討論秦漢簿籍制度的過程中不能將三者割裂。 / 本文的目的在於將秦漢簿籍系統置於地方行政的視野之下,帶出秦漢簿籍的歷史意義。分析的層次主要有二:第一,簿籍檔案的形制發展。里耶秦簡的面世提供了秦制資料,從秦到漢經歷了簿籍概念的成熟化和專門化過程;第二,在簿籍系統成熟的背景下出現眾多二次書寫形式。二次書寫的定義為在同一簡牘載體上出現兩次或三次的書寫次序,說明簿籍有自身的構成次序。涵蓋範圍包括糧食、金錢、人員流動以及物品記錄,簿籍構成的過程與帝國物資與人員流動的實況同步。二次書寫以及相應的簿籍構成過程與秦漢地方日常行政手續息息相關,對之作出辨認等同還原當時行政場境,同時也是體現秦漢地方管治實況的重要視角。 / Documentation of local records is one of the most prominent indexes to evaluate the level of ancient state development by revealing the effectiveness of regional administration and the supervision of centralized government. The documentation system in Qin and Han Dynasties is the earliest accessible point allowing us to take a glimpse of the centralization process, which is marked by its extensive establishment in terms of both geography and range of recorded items. Excavated Qin and Han bamboo slips convey how the system developed and contributed to local administration. / In pursuit of outlining the administrative role of documentation, this paper attempts to observe the formatting process of Qin and Han local documents by interpreting their outstanding, yet often overlooked, writing sequence. It is characterized by several indications, such as different hand-writings and deviating writing position, implying that local documents underwent at least two writing processes. It also illuminates the transition progress of local documents, their utility in different stages, and most importantly, the interrelation of recording and governing. Mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones are quite common in this day. The author of this thesis wanted to know how common these mobile devices are in the building industry and how they are used and what potential an app could have. The author thus conducted an investigation on this matter, mainly in the form of interviews. Answers given by the interviews were then used as a basis to survey the usage of mobile devices and the usage of different kinds of apps. An investigation of different apps with the potential to be used by professionals in the building industry has been carried through. Apps which manage such things as scanning documents, measuring distances and handle communication. A further more advanced study of a floor plan making app, called MagicPlan has also been done. The equipment that were used were Samsung Galaxy S2, Apple iPad , Samsung Note 10.1 Tablet, Leica Disto, Leica Scanstation C10, Canon Pixma MP270. The results of the examination show that the usages of mobile devices are widely spread in the building industry, however, seldom to its full potential. The results also indicates that the tested apps likely can be used by professionals in some cases.

Knowledge is no longer watertight and immutable, as acquired a transitory nature, where we are constantly learning, building new concepts. The educational space, as well as other places, but this in a more specific way, gets increasingly demands requiring the creation of new forms of construction and dissemination of knowledge. It is pertinent then highlight in this context how these "new" technologies can help or assist the student in learning. In this sense emblematically comes the teacher figure as the link between TDIC and its effective applicability in the classroom. It is necessary, then the construction of new pedagogical concepts whose development through the use of new technological resources, now available to all. This is what is being experienced, in our view, in the State of Pernambuco Network of Education through Student Connected Program, which promotes access to digital materials (tablets) for use in teaching and learning process. However there is a need to optimize the use of tablets in the classroom, because even though students have the equipment, the teachers do not know the content or applications embedded in them. Because of this lack of knowledge arises the need to create a manual for the guidance of users of tablets teachers distributed by Connected Student Program in the state of Pernambuco network of education. In this sense, this paper aims to produce the Detailed Design for creating a manual to guide teachers on the best use of content and applications available on tablets given to high school students of the Pernambuco State Education Network. It was conducted qualitative and descriptive research, whose sources of information consisted of documents and digital content available at the machine, facilitating the technical description, followed by the identification of applications available on the device. After the whole process of research, data collection and theoretical basis, it is possible to confirm the importance the idealization of production and manual as a product. Thus, the executive project for the preparation of a handbook for users of tablets teachers distributed by the Program Connected Student in the state system of Pernambuco, comes to fill a gap so far not met, which prevents the use of technological tools such as a possible contributor to increase the educational levels of the beneficiary schools. It is important to also point out that that manual does not claim to be restricted to the work of its creator environment, but want to consolidate itself as an innovation to the Program Connected Student, expanding their access to all beneficiaries teaching units of the program of to allow other network teaching can make better use of the equipment. / Na sociedade contemporânea a inclusão das Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) na Educação é um processo crescente e irreversível. Os saberes já não são mais estanques e imutáveis, pois adquiriram um caráter transitório, onde estamos constantemente aprendendo, construindo novos conceitos. O espaço educacional, assim como outros espaços, mas este de uma maneira mais específica, recebe cada vez mais demandas exigindo a criação de novas formas de construção e difusão do conhecimento. É pertinente então destacar, nesse contexto, de que forma essas “novas” tecnologias podem contribuir ou favorecer o aluno na aprendizagem. Nesse sentido surge emblematicamente a figura do professor como o elo entre as TDIC e a sua efetiva aplicabilidade em sala de aula. É mister, então, a construção de novas concepções pedagógicas, cuja elaboração passa pelo uso dos novos recursos tecnológicos, ora a disposição de todos. É o que vem sendo experimentado, a nosso ver, na Rede Estadual de Educação de Pernambuco através do Programa Aluno Conectado, que favorece o acesso a materiais digitais(tablets) para uso nas atividades de ensino e no processo de aprendizagem. Entretanto há uma necessidade de otimizar o uso dos tablets em sala de aula, pois muito embora os alunos disponham dos equipamentos, os docentes não conhecem os conteúdos ou aplicativos inseridos neles. Em virtude dessa falta de conhecimento surge a necessidade de criar um manual para orientação dos docentes usuários dos tablets distribuídos pelo Programa Aluno Conectado na rede estadual de educação de Pernambuco. Nesse sentido, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo produzir um projeto executivo para editoração e publicação de um Manual de Orientação no uso dos aplicativos disponíveis nos tablets distribuídos pelo Programa Aluno Conectado, para docentes de escolas estaduais de Pernambuco. Foi realizado pesquisa qualitativa e descritiva, cujas fontes de informação foram constituídas por documentos e por conteúdos digitais disponíveis no próprio equipamento, facilitando a descrição técnica, seguindo-se da identificação dos aplicativos disponíveis no artefato. Após todo o processo de pesquisa, na obtenção de dados e na fundamentação teórica, é possível confirmar a importância na idealização da produção e do manual, como produto. Dessa forma, o projeto executivo para elaboração de um manual destinado aos docentes usuários dos tablets distribuídos pelo Programa Aluno Conectado na rede estadual de Pernambuco, vem suprir uma lacuna até então não preenchida, que impede o uso da ferramenta tecnológica, como elemento que pode contribuir para elevação dos índices educacionais das escolas beneficiadas. Sendo importante também salientar, que o referido Manual não tem a pretensão de ficar restrito ao ambiente de trabalho do seu idealizador, mas deseja se consolidar como uma inovação ao Programa Aluno Conectado, expandindo seu acesso à todas as unidades de ensino beneficiárias do programa, de modo a permitir que os demais docentes da rede possam fazer melhor uso dos equipamentos.

The thesis evaluates anhydrous and dihydrate calcium hydrogen phosphate from the view point of the tensile strength, disintegration time of tablets depending on the compression force. Two firm products - Anhydrous Emcompress® and Di-Cafos® A 60 are used as anhydrate and Emcompress® is used as dihydrate. A compression force together with lubricants (magnesium stearate, sodium stearyl fumarate) and an addition of microcrystalline cellulose (Vivapur® 102) are the influential factors. In addition to the characteristics of tablets, the energy balance of compression is also evaluated. Used compression forces were 12, 16 and 20 kN. The compression force 12 kN was used for the mixtures containing Vivapur® 102. Total energy of compression, energy for friction and energy accumulated by tablet after compression increased with compression force. The highest values were at Anhydrous Emcompress® , an addition Vivapur® 102 increased these values. There weren't more significant differences among the values of decompression energy. Plasticity decreased with the growing compression force, the highest values were at Anhydrous Emcompress® , Vivapur® 102 increased that. Design and evaluation of fast dispersible tablets of lamivudine using selected natural superdisintegrants

Magister Pharmaceuticae - MPharm / Fast dispersible tablets (FDTs) are solid single-unit dosage forms that are placed in the mouth and allowed to disperse or dissolve in the saliva without the need of water. The basic approach to formulating FDTs consists of adding a superdisintegrant to a tablet formulation. These tablets offer both the advantages of conventional tablets and liquid dosage forms along with distinctive properties which include accurate dosing, ease of administration, quick onset of action, enhanced bioavailability, and increased patient adherence. FDTs have been found to be effective in remedying therapeutic in-adherence caused by dysphagia (swallowing difficulties) particularly in paediatric and geriatric subjects. There is a strong correlation between therapeutic success and patient adherence especially with HIV/AIDS treatment regimens, consequently the dosage form should be patient friendly and devoid of unappealing characteristics. This study aimed at developing a cost effective fast dispersible tablet of lamivudine using alternative excipients and conventional techniques. Only conventional tablets and oral liquid dosage forms of lamivudine are available on the South African market. Two natural polymers reported to have superdisintegrating properties were selected to serve as multipurpose excipients in this study. The polymers were identified, characterised and compared using thermal, spectroscopic and micromeritic analytical tools. The polymer that displayed the best characteristics in terms of micromeritic, tableting and disintegrating properties was retained and used for the optimum formulation. The optimum formulation was composed of 150 mg of lamivudine, 23% w/w unripe banana powder and 2% w/w magnesium stearate. FDTs of lamivudine were obtained using the compression technique with and without wet granulation. The tablets were assessed as per the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) guidelines and other evaluation procedures pertaining to FDTs. The wet granulated tablets were found to be less friable and thus more resilient than the directly compressed tablets. In-vitro disintegration of the wet granulated tablets occurred within 50±3 sec in deionised water (pH 7) and 35±2 sec in a phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.8). Consequently, the innovative tablets fulfilled the core requirement of FDTs i.e. rapid disintegration. Drug release studies were carried out by analysing dissolution aliquots of the innovative tablets using a validated High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method, and comparing them to Aspen Lamivudine®, a conventional tablet of lamivudine presently on the South African market. Complete dissolution in deionised water (pH 7) was attained within 10 minutes and 30 minutes for the innovative tablets and Aspen Lamivudine® respectively.
