Denna uppsats beskriver delar av processen med mitt examensarbete, somäven är ett gesällarbete. Fokus ligger på klädseltekniker med olika typer avmaterial så som läder och textil. Med utgångspunkt i mitt gesällarbeteundersöker jag hur klädseltekniker inom yrket möbeltapetsering går till idagoch hur det har sett ut över tid.Med en kunskapsteoretisk bakgrund har jag undersökt likheter och skillnadergällande klädselarbete med olika material och huruvida dessa kan beskrivaspå ett pedagogiskt och kunskapsförmedlande sätt, så att det kommer till nyttaför kommande generationer av tapetserare.Genom litteraturstudier, intervjuer och experiment har jag både praktiskt ochteoretiskt försökt identifiera gemensamma grundtankar hos erfarna tapetseraregällande klädselarbete och dokumenterat detta på ett trovärdigt sätt. Uppsatsen är uppdelad i två större delar där den första delen berör denhistoriska aspekten av klädseltekniker och hur det har utvecklats över tid. Den andra delen beskriver praktiska experiment rörande klädsel av möbler ikombination med min gesällmöbel. Detta för att validera och synliggörakunskapen och kunna presentera den på ett trovärdigt sätt.Tillvägagångssättet redovisas i text och bilder. Uppsatsen avslutas med endiskussion gällande behovet och nyttan i att hantverkskunnandet gällandeklädseltekniker inom tapetsering dokumenteras och värdet i att föra dettavidare in i framtiden.

El plan de negocio para la MYPE Sumawarmy, dedicada a producir y comercializar productos de artesanía textil dentro del distrito de San Juan de Miraflores, establece los parámetros administrativos para la gestión de la empresa. La ejecución de este plan de negocio se va a desarrollar en un nicho de mercado conformado por niños y niñas de 06 a 14 años de los estratos B y C. El comportamiento económico arrojó valores satisfactorios, ya que los indicadores VANE y TIRE fueron positivos, al igual que el periodo de retorno de la inversión del primer año. La consecución de estos valores se dio gracias a un desempeño óptimo en cuanto a las proyecciones de ventas, las cuales se hicieron teniendo en cuanta las fluctuaciones del mercado. Existe un mercado meta que tiene una propensión al consumo muy alta. Establece la elaboración y análisis del flujo de caja económico para el proyecto a implementar, mediante la cual se ha podido demostrar, que bajo condiciones supuestas, es posible obtener un negocio rentable lo que se traduce en los indicadores VAN y TIRE con un valor de 1161.21 y de 23% respectivamente. / Trabajo de suficiencia profesional

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un Sistema de Información para la Gestión de Abastecimiento de Avíos para la empresa TopiTop. El proyecto comprende la Operatividad de la orden de producción, explosión de materiales, abastecimiento, planificación, control y producción de avíos y su administración en el almacén. Así mismo, las tecnologías de información han desarrollado diversas herramientas que nos brindan la posibilidad de integrar procesos de la organización. La tecnología nos permite obtener mejores beneficios como: incrementar la rentabilidad, reducción de costos de stock e infraestructura, mejorar la satisfacción de sus clientes, controlar las actividades en el proceso de abastecimiento, obtener información en línea para la planificación y toma de decisiones, y por consecuente, enfrentar las exigencias y competencias del mercado global. Las grandes empresas disponen de sistemas de información a través de los llamados Sistemas Planificación de Recursos Empresariales (ERP), los cuales han optado por asumir el control de la producción de la mayoría de sus materiales (avíos) que eran adquiridos por sus socios estratégicos (proveedores), por lo cual, adolecen de adecuados sistemas de información que ayuden a la gestión de su producción. En la mayoría de los casos los sistemas disponibles para las empresas del rubro textil no se adecuan a sus grandes necesidades en producción de avíos. El trabajo está dividido en ocho capítulos principales los cuales mencionaremos en la introducción del documento.

Realiza un estudio técnico en base a la NFPA 70E, como medida importante para determinar un artículo textil necesario, con el fin de asegurar la integridad del trabajador reduciendo los efectos de los accidentes producidos por arco eléctrico. Adicionalmente, se busca concientizar tanto al personal operativo, supervisores y a la empresa; la relevancia de utilizar correctamente una prenda de protección. / Tesis

The thesis is based on describing bussiness proces in a real small enterprise - Helena Škodáková, a seller of home textile - and bringing in suggestions how to improve its efficiency. The prosperity factor analysis consists of management, marketing, financial management and human resources management.

My project started with two words: Swimming Pool. They came to me through a song, Banshee Beat by Animal Collective (2005). To me, their music is mystical, abstract, unpredictable and also metaphorical. So I started to think about if a swimming pool could be something more than just an open container filled with water. After some thinking I came to the conclusion that it could be a metaphor for something calm, quiet and dreamy. However, I’m not sure but my aim is not to get to a specific answer through this project.  I’ll turn the metaphor into a textile work that portrays what you see when you’re standing at the edge of the swimming pool; a distorted picture of a grid, the bottom of the pool. I’ll be working with dyeing, patchwork and quilting. The textile craft is important in this project because of how relaxed and calm I get by doing things with my hands.  The questions I’m asking myself are how I can express the metaphor through my work? What if my interpretation is too wide? Is it possible for me to create a tactile and calm feeling without the physical touch?

Volvo Car Corporation (Volvo Cars) develops powertrain mounting systems that uses components made up largely of filled rubber materials. The development of such components is today relying on external suppliers to design components based on requirements set by Volvo. To reduce costs and lead-time in the development process the possibility of in-house design of such components at Volvo Cars is being investigated. For this to be possible, knowledge must be built concerning modelling the mechanical properties of rubber materials. As part of this a parameter extraction method for modelling of filled rubber materials intended for finite element use has been developed in this project. Both a simple static model fitting procedure and a more complex dynamic model fitting procedure are detailed. Mechanical testing of four filled natural rubber materials with varying hardnesswas carried out at the facilities of Volvo Cars and recommendations have been made regarding the limits of the equipment and the specific test body geometry used. It was found that the lower limit for dynamic testing in regards to displacement amplitude is 0.02 mm. The highest frequency recommended is dependent on the material hardness but a higher limit of 200 Hz is recommended for the softest material investigated. The upper limit was found to be necessary due to inertia effects in the material. The models used to describe the static behaviour were hyperelastic phenomenological models independent on the second invariant such as the Yeoh and the linear neo-Hookean models. The dynamic model used the overlay method to capture therate and amplitude dependent properties of filled rubber. A generalized viscoelastic-elastoplastic rheological model using Maxwell and friction elements in parallel with alinear elastic element was presented and used. These were limited to having maximumfive of each element and no attempts at minimizing this number was made in this work.The dynamic model was fitted to experimental data using a minimization procedure focusing on dynamic modulus and damping at a range of frequencies and strain amplitudes.The proposed fitting procedure is a three segment loop in which FE simulationsof the experimental data is used as both a correction and a validation tool.Model validation showed good correlation of the fitted model to measured databefore correction was attempted. The correction step did not improve the model qualityand the reason for this was identified as poor post-processing. The proposed method together with lessons learned during the course of the project will be of importance for the future in-house development of rubber components at Volvo Cars.
