Veikėjų valdymas naudojant neuroninį tinklą ir genetinį algoritmą / Agent control using a neural network and a genetic algorithm

Šiame darbe tiriama sritis yra kompiuteriniuose žaidimuose naudojamas dirbtinis intelektas. Konkrečiai gilinamasi į metodus, kurie valdo daugybę veikėjų žaidime, siekiančių tam tikro tikslo. Dėl konkretiems žaidimams unikalių mechanikų, šie metodai paprastai būna labai glaudžiai susiję su žaidimo aplinka ir taisyklėmis. Tyrimo tikslas yra sukurti ir ištirti metodą, skirtą daugybės veikėjų pajėgų valdymui ir jų veiksmų modeliavimui virtualioje aplinkoje. Analizuojami metodai skirti pavienių veikėjų veiksmų įvertinimui ir modeliavimui, metodai skirti optimalių sprendimų žinių bazei sudaryti ir metodai toms žinioms pritaikyti paskirstant veikėjus aplinkoje. Pagal analizės rezultatus sukuriamas projektas daugelio veikėjų valdymui realiu laiku virtualioje aplinkoje. Lokalių veikėjų veiksmų modeliavimui naudojamas procedūrinis taktinių veiksmų parinkimo metodas. Veikėjų judėjimui aplinkoje modeliuoti naudojamas neuroninis tinklas. Jis apmokomas pagal genetiniu algoritmu sudarytus optimalius sprendimus. Suprojektuota sistema realizuojama ir testuojama. Atliekamas eksperimentas su sistemos veikimo metu gautais rezultatais. Eksperimente nustatoma, kad šis sprendimo būdas gali tikslingai reaguoti į situacijas, susidarančias realaus laiko virtualioje aplinkoje, ir modeliuoti veikėjų veiksmus joje. / The research area of this paper is artificial intelligence used in computer games. Specifically it is focused on methods for controlling a group of agents with a specific goal. Because of the uniqueness of individual game mechanics, those kinds of methods are usually closely related to that games environment and rules. The goal of this study is to design and test a method that could control a group of multiple agents in a virtual environment. Methods for evaluating and selecting individual agent actions in a local environment, for gathering a database of optimal solutions and for applying that knowledge in distributing agents across the environment are analyzed. A design for controlling the actions of multiple agents in a real time virtual environment is designed, based on the results. Dynamic procedural combat tactics is used to model individual agent actions in a local environment. A neural network is used to model the movement of multiple agents in an environment. It is trained using optimal solutions, generated by a genetic algorithm. Designed system is implemented and tested. Using data that the system generates, an experiment is conducted. It shows that this solution is capable of correctly reacting to situations, occurring in a real time virtual environment, and of modeling multiple agent actions in it.

Darbo objektas: A.Ratkevičiaus sporto mokyklos valdymas Darbo tikslas: Nustatyti ar efektyviai valdoma A.Ratkevičiaus sporto mokykla Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti teorinius sporto statinių valdymo ypatumus; 2. Išanalizuoti sporto statinių efektyvaus valdymo kriterijus; 3. Išanalizuoti A.Ratkevičiaus sporto mokyklos valdymo efektyvumą. Rezultatai ir išvados: 1. Darbo metu buvo atskleisti teoriniai sporto statinių efektyvaus valdymo aspektai. Išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą paaiškėjo, kad sporto statinių valdymas – tai sudėtingas procesas. Sporto statinių valdymas apima tokias valdymo sritis, kaip: žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymas, infrastruktūros valdymas ir įrenginių panaudojimas, teikiamų paslaugų paketo formavimas, ir siūlymas rinkai. Sporto statinių vadovai taip pat turi mokėti spręsti finansines problemas. 2. Sporto objektų efektyvaus valdymo kriterijai išskiriami vadovaujantis ekonominio racionalumo ir organizacijos sistemos teorijomis. Pagal šias teorijas efektyvumas vertinamas tokiais kriterijais: sporto statinio rezultatų atitikimas keliamiems tikslams; efektyvus išteklių panaudojimas (veiklos vykdymas mažiausiomis finansinėmis sąnaudomis, sporto statinio užimtumas ir kt.); efektyvus išteklių valdymas (įrenginių priežiūra, statinio palaikymo politika ir kt.). 3. Atlikus tyrimą, paaiškėjo, kad A.Ratkevičiaus sporto mokykla yra valdoma neefektyviai. Subject of the scientific research. ICT caused business changes management. Aim of the research – to construct change, caused by ICT development, management model of organization. Kuro kolonėlių valdymo sistemos tyrimas / The analysis of fuel pump management system

This document is a master’s thesis analyzing an automated fuel pump management system. In the first chapters we take a general overview of the system and the main problems that we will be facing during the planning and design phases of the project. Later we propose and analyze possible solutions for these problems. Technical system information is revealed in the later chapters. Functional and non functional requirements are discussed along with the main UML diagrams. The research phase of the thesis provides detailed system analysis and software quality reports which later are used to create proposed changes to the system. These changes are analyzed, designed and coded in the final - experimental part of the thesis. The main proposal is to convert the system architecture from flow driven to event driven. This change helps to solve several uncovered architectural problems as well as improve the general quality of the system. These changes are tested and analyzed in the experimental chapter of the thesis and finally the conclusions are made. The main conclusion is that the proposed architectural changes were chosen correctly. This is also supported by the experimental data.

The research can be employed as the source to organize seminars for members of organizations, to test the lacks of employees’ competence, to train managers and to make the management courses.

Magistro darbo objektas – įtikinėjimo metodai politinėje retorikoje. Darbo tikslas – apibrėžti įtikinėjimo metodų analizės teorines prielaidas ir ištirti įvairių politinės retorikos įtikinėjimo metodų veiksmingumą. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: išskirti, aprašyti ir suklasifikuoti įvairius įtikinėjimo metodus, naudojamus politinėje retorikoje; naudojant fokusuotos grupinės diskusijos metodą, ištirti įvairių įtikinėjimo metodų, panaudotų politinėse kalbose, veiksmingumą. Naudojantis deskriptyviniu, fokusuotos grupinės diskusijos ir kokybinės turinio analizės metodais, prieita prie išvados, kad įtikinėjimo metodai, būdingi periferiniam nuostatų keitimui, politinėje retorikoje yra veiksmingesni nei įtikinėjimo metodai, keičiantys nuostatas centriniu būdu. Fokusuotos grupinės diskusijos dalyviai įtikinamiausia pripažino kalbą, kurioje buvo panaudota daugiausiai periferiniam nuostatų keitimui būdingų įtikinėjimo priemonių. Tuo tarpu kalbos, kuriose arba vyravo centriniam įtikinėjimui būdingos priemonės (įrodinėjimas) arba buvo prastai naudojamos periferinio įtikinėjimo priemonės (prasta retorika) auditorijos neįtikino. Iš politinę kalbą sakančio oratoriaus auditorija tikis autoritetingumo ir sąžiningumo. Auditorijos dėmesį patraukti ir sukurti su ja teigiamą santykį padeda oratoriaus akių kontaktas. In our days political rhetoric still is considered to be powerful tool in political arena and even survives kind of renascence. Politician as any other professional is obliged to be skilled user of methods of political rhetoric. Municipality elections are coming soon in Lithuania. Public discourse is going to be filled of different political speeches, examples of political rhetoric, perfect ones as well as worse ones. Object of this work is Persuasion methods in political rhetoric. The aim of this work – to define theoretical basics for the analysis of persuasion methods ant to research the efficiency of different persuasion methods used in political rhetoric. The main objectives were raised: to define, describe and classify persuasion methods; with the help of focus group method to research the efficiency of these methods used in political rhetoric. The descriptive, focus group and qualitative content analysis methods were used in this work. The results of the research proved the hypothesis that peripheral persuasion methods are more efficient than the methods used for central persuasion in political rhetoric. Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama svarbi personalo valdymo profesinio rengimo įstaigose tema. Konkrečiai nagrinėjamos viešojo sektoriaus tiek civilinės, tiek karinės organizacijos. Tinkamai vykdomas personalo valdymas daro didelę įtaką organizacijai. Šiuo atveju personalo valdymas dar svarbesnis, kadangi kalbame apie organizacijas, kurios ruošia ir moko kitus asmenis. Blogo personalo valdymo pasekmėje, tokio pobūdžio organizacijose, gali atsiliepti ne tik šių organizacijų veiklai, bet ir daugeliui kitų. Prastas specialistų parengimas gali įtakoti net ir visos Lietuvos ekonomiką. Taikant efektyvų personalo valdymą, organizacijoje tvyros geras darbinis klimatas, personalas stengsis rezultatyviau ir našiau atlikti savo užduotis ir organizacija pradės daug efektyviau veikti.
