Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento CientÃfico e TecnolÃgico / The present work aimed to research the theoretical interfaces between ethics and psychology in the opus of Viktor Frankl, Austrian psychiatrist and founder of Logotherapy. Through the systematization of three concepts (âmeaningâ, âwill to meaningâ and âmoral conscienceâ), our analytical path led us to the description of a âmeaning-of-life ethicsâ as an âethic of responsibilityâ that reconciles morals and ontology. The first category is interpreted as a key concept in order to enlighten Franklâs world view. In the next chapter, divided in two parts, the anthropological theory of Logotherapy is studied in detail. The third concept brings forth the problem of meaning legitimacy as a moral imperative. At this point we face Franklâs radical ontological questioning on the phenomenon of responsibility. The last chapter attempts to harmonize the three categories mentioned into an ethical theory. / O presente trabalho teve como objetivo investigar as interfaces Ãtico-psicolÃgicas existentes no pensamento de Viktor Emil Frankl, psiquiatra austrÃaco, criador da assim chamada 3 Escola Vienense de Psicoterapia: a logoterapia, tambÃm conhecida como âa psicologia do sentido da vidaâ. AtravÃs de uma sistematizaÃÃo particular de trÃs conceitos bÃsicos, a saber: o de âsentidoâ, o de âvontade de sentidoâ e o de âconsciÃncia moralâ, articulou-se um eixo de anÃlise que explicitou a presenÃa de uma âÃtica do sentido da vidaâ enquanto âÃtica da responsabilidadeâ, evidenciando-se, aÃ, uma reconciliaÃÃo entre Ãtica e ontologia, atravÃs do que chamamos aqui de âontologizaÃÃo da moralâ. Inicialmente, identificamos a questÃo do âsentidoâ como conceito-chave para a compreensÃo da visÃo de mundo que integra o pensamento de Frankl. O capÃtulo seguinte à reservado a um esforÃo de explicitaÃÃo e anÃlise da teoria antropolÃgica da logoterapia, dividindo-se em duas partes: âO Homemâ e âA Vontade de Sentidoâ. A terceira categoria investigada diz respeito ao problema da legitimaÃÃo do carÃter imperativo do sentido, ponto em que nos depararemos com o questionamento ontolÃgico radical do fenÃmeno da responsabilidade humana, entendida em sua relaÃÃo com a transcendÃncia. Cabe mencionar que, no percurso investigativo, perpassamos vÃrios temas caros à tradiÃÃo filosÃfica, como o problema mente-corpo, o dilema das leituras psicolÃgicas sobre a moralidade, a busca de um fundamento para a Ãtica no contexto da derrocada das tradiÃÃes e o conceito de Pessoa.

A pesquisa é dividida em três momentos, sendo o primeiro uma contextualização e crítica na concepção de homem a qual Frankl recebe da tradição, o segundo uma proposta de superação desta compreensão e o terceiro momento a vivência do Homo religiosus. / This study that talks about The Homo religiosus: the philosophical anthropology of Viktor Emil Frankl has as its object Frankl‘s anthropology and seeks, as its objective, to understand this way of thinking about the human being in his spiritual dynamics in living religiosity. From a theoretical literature, having as the main works: The Unconscious God ( 1948) , The unconditioned man (1949) , Homo patiens (1950) and The search for God and questions about the meaning of life (1984), the research focuses on the anthropology of Frankl, the spiritual dimension , the search for meaning and the relationship with God. The research is divided in three diferent phases, the first being a contextualization and a critic about the conception of man which Frankl receives from tradition, the second is a proposal to overcome this understanding and the third moment, the experience of the Homo religiosus.

Este artigo teve como objetivo geral compreender a concepção do humano na perspectiva de Viktor Frankl. Os objetivos específicos foram estudar os fundamentos filosóficos e antropológicos do seu pensamento sobre o homem; pesquisar os significados do seu Experimentum Crucis; e, ainda, elucidar a sua Ontologia Dimensional. O estudo optou pela metodologia qualitativa na perspectiva fenomenológica existencial, através de pesquisa bibliográfica realizada a partir de obras selecionadas pela concernência ao tema, na literatura do autor e de alguns de seus principais intérpretes. Lançou-se mão do método analítico de Critelli para a compreensão do Experimentum Crucis frankliano. As conclusões revelaram elementos filosóficos agostinianos e tomísticos na concepção frankliana de plenitude humana como autotranscendência, assim como mostra fortes influências da axiologia de Max Scheler e da ontologia fundamental de Martin Heidegger. Contudo, apesar da influência de uma gama de autores com perspectivas epistemológicas diversas, este estudo revela a originalidade e a unidade interna do pensamento de Viktor Frankl sobre o humano

Cette étude se propose d’introduire auprès du lectorat français, dans la mesure de nos moyens et de notre axe problématique, l’œuvre encore méconnue de Viktor von Weizsäcker (1886-1957), susceptible pourtant de figurer dans la lignée des penseurs et praticiens inspirés par la phénoménologie, au même titre que Ludwig Binswanger dans le domaine de la psychiatrie. En effet, si les concepts forgés par l’auteur dépaysent et déroutent parfois le lecteur – mais aussi le surprennent et l’enhardissent –, ce dernier ne sera toutefois pas sans remarquer la présence, profondément inscrite dans la trame du texte, d’un fil rouge, celui de la démarche phénoménologique même : à savoir la tâche de remettre en lumière inlassablement le sujet, sans cesse occulté par le monde des objets. À rebours de toute réification, la médecine psychosomatique de Weizsäcker découvre que chaque maladie est chargée de sens, et en tire les conséquences théoriques sur la nature du corps humain, et par extension de la matière toute entière. Nous voulons déterminer si la pensée de Weizsäcker peut nous permettre de fonder en raison la thèse de la conscience corporelle, c’est-à-dire de la nature conscience du corps, et par extension, de la matière. Cette idée serait porteuse d’une nouvelle lecture du monde, réconciliatrice et bienfaisante. / This study intends to introduce the French lectors to the opus of Viktor von Weizsäcker (1186-1957), in the limit of our capacities and of our own problematical axis. While still largely unknown, he is yet one of the thinker and practitioner who has been inspired by phenomenology, like for instance Ludwig Binswanger in the psychiatrical aera. Indeed, if the concepts forged by the author can surprise the lector - as well as they can stimulate him - one can note however the presence of a common thread, deeply inscribed in the text itself, that is, the very phenomenological way of thinking or the unremitting task of questionning the subject by freeing it from the world of objects. Against any reification, the psychosomatical medicine of Viktor von Weizsäcker reveals that each disease is full of meanings, and concludes from there to the real nature of human body, as well as to the real nature of matter itself. We would like to etablish whether the thinking of Weizsäcker can allow us to ground the thesis of the bodily consciousness – namely, of the conscious nature of the body, and then, of the conscious nature of matter. This idea would bear a new lecture of the world, bringing reconciliation and goodness.

In particular, the aims were to study the anthropological and philosophical foundations of his thinking about the man, research the meaning of his Experimentum Crucis, and also clarify his Dimensional Ontology. The study used a qualitative methodology in existential phenomenological perspective, involving bibliographical research into those writings of Frankl and some of his principal interpreters which are relevant to the theme. The Critelli s analytical method was employed in seeking to understand Frankl s Experimentum Crucis. Conclusions reveal Augustinian and Thomist philosophical elements in Viktor Frankl's conception of "human fulfillment as self-transcendence, as well as shows strong influences of Max Scheler's axiology and Martin Heidegger's fundamental ontology. The thesis Between Picture and Word,The Life and Work of Viktor Pivovarov explores the life and art of one of the leading personalities of Russian unofficial art. Viktor Pivovarov is considered one of the founders of The Moscow Conceptual School. He has been living and working in Prague, Czech Republic since 1982. His works are represented in major world collections, e.g. in The Tate Gallery in London, Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, in The Tretyakov State Gallery in Moscow, The Russian Museum in Saint Petersburg and The National Gallery in Prague. The thesis is divided into three parts: 1) Life, time, contexts, 2) Work and 3) Timeline. The first part covers the artist's biography, the period context and the so-called unofficial Russian art of the 1950s- 70s. It also deals with his influence on the Czech cultural scene. The second part analyzes selected works by Pivovarov and tries to present an overall characterization of his art. It also attempts to place his work in the Russian, Czech and the West art contexts. The third part, the timeline, focuses on the important dates in Pivovarov's life and work and on crucial political and cultural events.

Das Archiv des Technischen Museums Wien verwahrt den umfangreichen Nachlass von Viktor Kaplan (1876-1934). Er gehört zu den bedeutendsten österreichischen Ingenieuren des 20. Jahrhunderts und ist der Erfinder der nach ihm benannten Turbine. Die vor rund 100 Jahren entwickelte Kaplan- Turbine ist bis heute weltweit in Verwendung. Sie hat den Einsatz von Wasserkraft als erneuerbare Energie wesentlich erweitert. Der Nachlass von Viktor Kaplan wurde 2014 in das österreichische Dokumentenregister der UNESCO aufgenommen und zählt damit zu jenen Beständen, die von herausragender Bedeutung für das kulturelle Gedächtnis Österreichs sind. Rund 1.400 technische Zeichnungen aus dem Nachlass des Technikers werden aktuell im Zuge eines mehrjährigen Projekts konservatorisch versorgt und wissenschaftlich bearbeitet. Im Rahmen des Vortrages wird das aufwändige Konservierungsprojekt sowie die wissenschaftliche Erschließung des Bestandes präsentiert. This essay aims to investigate the contemporary context in which Bibelns lära om Kristus, authored by Viktor Rydberg in 1862, was written and received. By claiming the human nature of Christ, he evoked massive response. By performing a literal study, I have examined the 19th century society in Sweden; infrastructural alteration, the origin and spread of popular movements such as revivalism, liberalism and Enlightenment, to inquire in what way (if at all) Rydberg is to be considered influenced by their conceptions. The essay emanates from the assumption that the Lutheran reformation in the late 19th century experienced a revival in Sweden. This revival is to be called the new reformation. In my result and reflection, I have come to the conclusion that Viktor Rydberg did not in fact criticize his contemporary church to annihilate it. He was, apart from inspired by the liberal thought of individual, religious and political freedom, simply trying to alter it. The cause for his success is in this essay claimed to be three: the fact that he was the “perfect combination” of radical theology and political liberalism; that he played the role as a spiritual guide; and finally, that he, in the light of his earlier authorship, was by the Swedish nation perceived as a trustworthy authority.

Det blåser i Ungern : En studie av Ungerns förändrade korruptionssituation förankrat i korruptionssyndrom

Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka den politiska utveckling som har präglat Ungern det senaste årtiondet, förankrat i Michael Johnstons teori om korruptionssyndrom. Studien tar avstamp i två frågeställningar som avsåg att besvara Ungern positionering inom det korruptionssyndrom som landet placerades inom år 2005, samt i vilken riktning landet tenderade att förflytta sig mot. Den metodologiska ansatsen för uppsatsen var en kvalitativ idealtypsanalys som genomfördes på det specifika fallet Ungern. Den främsta anledningen atttillämpa Ungern som ett empiriskt fall spelade in på den politiska ovisshet som råder i landet med premiärminister Viktor Orbán i regi. Ungerns statistiska klassificering har de dryga 10 åren kommit att reduceras drastisk i Transparency Internationals årliga korruptionsmätningar, samtidigt som den exekutiva makten medvetet har motarbetat en demokratisk utveckling. Utifrån de teoretiska faktorerna som spelar en stor väsentlig roll i uppsatsen, politiska möjligheter, ekonomiska möjligheter, statskapacitet samt ekonomiska institutioner har material samlats in för att besvara de ovannämnda forskningsfrågorna. Ett allomfattande resultat som går att urskilja, är att de politiska möjligheterna i Ungern ogynnsamt har kommit att förändras och sålunda kommit att påverka Ungerns positionering och riktning inom korruptionssyndromet elitkartell.
