The object of this graduation theses is the analysis of tax arrears registered by Financial Headquarters in České Budějovice. The theoretical part of this study contains the description of key concepts with the introduction of tax functions and stages of tax proceedings. The practical part contains the analysis of tax arrears in given period. Tax arrears are analysed in separate offices which fall within ghe copmetence of Financial Headquarters. Tax arrears are captured according to separate tax sorts. This study contains ways of blocking tax arrears and possibilities of tax execution. The aim of this study is to warn against rising amount of tax arrears, problems and barriers connected with tax execution. There are clear proposals and recommendations that could lead to positive changes and favourable development of followed problems.

O exercício de olhar para as formas de vida e para as formatações que precarizam e capturam suas variações, contornos, movimentos, invenção, bem como a necessidade de trazer para o campo do cuidado em saúde um modo de trabalhar que considere as multiplicidades, olhando para as singularidades que portam os sujeitos e todas as possibilidades que compõem as existências, incitaram a produção desta pesquisa. Não pretendi traçar um inventário de variados modos de existência, mas encontrar e acompanhar o traçado das rotas de vidas cotidianamente inventadas. Micromovimentos que se passassem no entre, numa espécie de terceira margem, que não se ancorassem nas formas de resistência mais constituídas. Através de derivas por um bairro periférico localizado na região leste da cidade de São Paulo/SP, prestei atenção aos variados modos de produzir existência, ao arranjo vital dos pequenos fazeres cotidianos. Ensejei olhar o que não é visto e estabelecer uma zona de vizinhança com o que difere dos modos dominantes de habitar a vida. Uma cartografia das existências passando e pulsando no seu movimento mínimo, no emaranhado das linhas de um ordinário cotidiano que se encarrega da tramagem da vida. Com efeito, a presente pesquisa qualitativa com análise micropolítica do cotidiano por meio do método cartográfico, se propôs menos a coletar dados para formulação de análises que endossam estatísticas, confirmam hipóteses e formulam conclusões precisas, do que produzir encontros e narrativas a partir das histórias de vida, de luta e de resistência dos que habitam o território escolhido. Interessou-me saber do outro por ele mesmo. / The exercise in looking to forms of life at its innumerous derivatives and deeper to the social arrangements that capture its variations, trajectories, movements, innovations, as so to bring into the field of health care approaches comprising the whole range of being multiplicities, noticing all subject\'s singularities thus evidencing all possibilities within the concept of existing, were the focus of the present research. I did not intend to solely gather data regarding ways of existence, but to find and trace the paths drawn continuously through daily challenges of existence. Micromovements taking effect in betweens, almost as a third border, that are not funded into most constituted strategies of social resistances. Throughout cartographic derivations in a peripheral neighborhood on the east of São Paulo/SP, I was concentrated to the many life producing possibilities, to the vital (re)actions on the simple daily tasks. I wished to apperceive the unnoticed aspects and set up a neighboring zone using the others rather than the dominant way of life appropriation. Cartography of existences pulsating at its lowest movements, stretching at its limited extent, comprehending one from the many routes that designs life narratives. In effect, this quantitative research with a micropolitical analysis of the daily life through the cartographic method, did not propose a collecting data to formulate intended analyses that confirm statistical, hypotheses, and conclusions, but producing meetings and narratives based on life stories, on singular struggles, and resistance of the people inhabiting that territory. I was interested to meeting the other by him.

Orientador: Maria Encarnação Beltrão Sposito / Banca: Arthur Magon Whitacker / Banca: Antonio Firmino de Oliveira Neto / A pesquisa desenvolveu-se para analisar e compreender as práticas socioespaciais que orientam o estabelecimento das relações e contradições entre o público e o privado, coletivo e individual, nos espaços das ruas em Presidente Prudente, observando como seus usos contribuem para o entendimento da configuração do espaço urbano e em que medida essas práticas ajudam a (re)definir os papéis e fluxos da/na cidade. Nosso recorte territorial abrangeu duas vias, compreendidas como espaços relevantes e estratégicos na dinâmica urbana desta cidade. Ambas são vias centrais: Rua Tenente Nicolau Maffei (Calçadão), expressiva rua de pedestres pelo dinamismo de relações que nela se ensejam e a Avenida Washington Luís, caracterizada pela especialização de serviços médicos-odontológicos e de lazer. A metodologia utilizada valorizou a observação das formas como ocorre a apropriação adequada ou inadequada dos espaços públicos destas vias, à luz do que prescreve a legislação municipal urbana, relativa ao uso e ocupação do solo. Foram aplicados questionários e realizadas entrevistas, que complementaram o trabalho de observação e tabulação dos dados levantados. A elaboração de cartogramas de uso do solo e os registros fotográficos foram fundamentais para a representação e registro dos resultados da pesquisa. Apreender como se estabelecem as formas de apropriação dos espaços públicos e observar as relações que estabelecem, no plano territorial, entre as práticas e a lei, contribui para o entendimento da cidade real. / The research was developed to analyze and to understand the practical space partners who guide the establishment of the relations and contradictions between the private, collective public and the individual one, in the spaces of the streets in Presidente Prudente, being observed as its uses contribute for the agreement of the configuration of the urban space and where measured these practical it helps to redefine the papers and flows in the city. Our territorial clipping enclosed two ways, understood as excellent and strategical spaces in the urban dynamics of this city. Both are ways central offices: Street Lieutenant Nicholas Maffei, expressive street of pedestrians for the dynamism of relations that in it if try and the Washington Avenue Luis, characterized for the specialization of medical services and leisure. The used methodology valued the comment of the forms as the adequate or inadequate appropriation of the public spaces of these ways occurs, to the light of what it prescribes the urban, relative ordinances to the use and occupation of the ground Questionnaires and carried through interviews had been applied, that had complemented the work of the raised given commentary and the form. The photographic elaboration of cartograms of use of the ground and registers had been basic for the representation and register of the results of the research. To apprehend as if they establish the forms of appropriation of the public spaces and to observe the relations that establish, in the territorial plan, between practical and the law, contributes for the agreement of the real city. / Mestre

Este estudo analisa e compara a decoração de interiores residenciais em setores da elite paulistana. A investigação desta prática é entendida como reveladora das suas funções sociais, tal como sua capacidade de afirmar posições sociais, expressar identidades, poder de consumo, e produzir distinções sociais no espaço físico da casa. O exame da dimensão material e simbólica destes espaços se dá através de entrevistas com moradores e do registro fotográfico dos interiores visitados. Outras duas fontes de informações contribuem ainda para esta análise: edições recentes de revistas sobre decoração de interiores em circulação no mercado editorial brasileiro, e entrevistas qualitativas com profissionais especializados em decoração residencial que trabalham para as elites paulistanas. A investigação do papel destas mídias no processo de produção dos espaços residenciais contemporâneos e das suas recepções pelos moradores entrevistados, juntamente à análise das percepções destes profissionais sobre as demandas de seus clientes, contribuem para a compreensão dos diversos aspectos da decoração de interiores tal como ela se apresenta no mundo de hoje. / This study compares and analyses domestic interior decoration within sectors of the elites from the city of São Paulo. The investigation of such practice is here understood as one revealing of its social functions, as its capacities in affirming social positions, expressing identities, power of consumption, and producing social distinctions in the physical space of the home. The examination of the material and symbolic dimension of those spaces is accomplished trough interviews with residents and the photographic recording of the visited interiors. Two other sources of information also contribute to this analysis: recent editions of Brazilian magazines specialized in home decoration, and qualitative interviews with professionals dedicated to interior decoration who works for the São Paulos elites. The investigation of the role of these medias in the process of production of contemporary domestic interiors and its receptions from the interviewed residents along with the analysis of the perceptions of these professionals regarding the requirements of their clients contribute to the comprehension of the diversity of aspects of the interior decoration.

A representação da cidade como um território densamente construído, estruturado pela intensidade da velocidade, da tecnologia, de modos de vida embasados na brevidade dos contatos, entre pessoas e entre pessoas e o espaço, não dá conta de explicar as diferenças encontradas ao se percorrer os vários espaços da cidade. Nos limites do território urbano, mais especificamente no extremo sul da cidade de São Paulo, deparamos com Engenheiro Marsilac, um bairro situado dentro de uma área de proteção ambiental, onde os modos de vida mesclam elementos de um passado tradicional com a modernidade proveniente da circularidade de pessoas, da comunicação e das mercadorias. Ademais, acrescenta-se aos mesmos, o convívio direto com áreas naturais, onde a preservação vai além do discurso, sendo incorporada no conjunto de práticas cotidianas. Neste contexto, o objetivo dessa pesquisa foi o de compreender essas relações sociais e as articulações espaciais presentes no dia a dia desse bairro. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa etnográfica que muitas vezes se estendeu para além da circunscrição do bairro, ao seguir os trajetos dos moradores pelos espaços da cidade. / The representation of the city as a densely territory built, structured by the intensity of speed, technology, ways of life grounded in the earliest contacts between people and between people and space, does not account to explain the differences when you go through the several areas of the city. Within the limits of the urban territory, more specifically at the south end of the city of São Paulo, you arrive to a Engenheiro Marsilac, a neighborhood located within a protected area where lifestyles mixed elements of a traditional past with modernity from the circularity people, communication and goods. Moreover, it adds up to, the direct contact with natural areas where the preservation goes beyond speech, being incorporated into the set of daily practices. In this context, the objective of this research was to understand these social relations and spatial joints present on the day of that neighborhood. For both held an ethnographic research that often extended beyond the neighborhood boundaries to follow the paths of residents through the spaces of the city.

O presente trabalho propõe um estudo sobre as práticas de consumo dos moradores de uma região situada na periferia paulistana e busca compreender os impactos sociais que o acesso aos espaços e bens de consumo gera nos modos de vida do mundo popular. Partindo de um exercício etnográfico multi-situado, pretende-se mostrar o quanto o advento da financeirização, a partir da proliferação dos mecanismos de concessão de crédito, acarreta efeitos reestruturadores em suas práticas cotidianas, no gerenciamento do orçamento doméstico, nas hierarquias familiares, nas relações de sociabilidade e nos modos de subjetivação, engendrando reconfigurações substantivas no universo popular. / This work intents to be a study about the consumption habits of the habitants of a slum area in São Paulo and tries to comprehend the social effects generated in their lives by the access to the consumptions places and goods. The aim is to show, within a multi-sited ethnographic exercise, that the financial operations, through the diffusion of credit concession mechanisms, engender particular effects that restructure the daily habits, the domestic budget, the familiar hierarchies, the relations of sociability and the subjective manners.

Os últimos quinze anos foram marcados por um aumento expressivo de ações afirmativas nas universidades públicas brasileiras, propiciando, entre muitas coisas, uma presença significativa de estudantes indígenas em cursos de graduação e, mais recentemente, de pósgraduação por todo o país. A partir desse contexto e do acompanhamento de experiências em duas instituições de ensino superior, a UFSCar e a UFAM, buscamos, neste trabalho, entrelaçar dois conjuntos de questões. Em um primeiro momento, refletimos sobre as motivações e possibilidades de ingresso de estudantes indígenas às universidades, focando no debate em torno da constituição de políticas de ação afirmativa. Explora-se, nele, tanto a perspectiva institucional, de Estado, na elaboração e implementação das políticas afirmativas, quanto as perspectivas das populações indígenas, a partir do envolvimento e atuação de estudantes e do movimento indígena nesses processos. Com isso, oferecemos exemplos da variedade de possibilidades existentes de implementação de ações afirmativas em cursos regulares de graduação e pós-graduação, e alguns de seus desafios. No momento seguinte, voltamos o olhar para a presença de estudantes indígenas nas universidades, para os modos como constroem suas experiências no ensino superior e como refletem sobre elas. Nas experiências de estudantes indígenas de graduação, destacamos os agenciamentos e movimentos dos/as estudantes em torno de discussões sobre \"cultura\" e \"conhecimento\", assim como suas reflexões sobre a importância de ocuparem as universidades, para se tornarem mais visíveis e mais fortes nesse espaço. No último capítulo, abordamos a presença de estudantes indígenas em cursos de pós-graduação (stricto sensu). Partindo de um breve panorama dessa presença no país, levantamos um debate acerca de noções como \"autoantropologia\" e \"antropologia indígena\". Finalizamos com as experiências de antropólogos indígenas Yepamahsã (Tukano) do NEAI/PPGAS/UFAM, que nos permitem perceber as múltiplas possibilidades do exercício antropológico, ao construírem, atualizarem e comporem distintos modos de conhecimento. / During the last fifteen years, there has been an expressive increase of affirmative actions in Brazilian public universities, providing, among many things, a significant presence of indigenous students in undergraduate and, more recently, graduate courses throughout the country. Regarding this context and by the observation of experiences in two higher education institutions, UFSCar e UFAM, this work aims to interweave two sets of questions. At first, we reflect on the motivations and possibilities of indigenous students joying universities, focusing on the debate about the constitution of affirmative action policies. It explores both the institutional, State perspective, at the elaboration and implementation of affirmative policies; and the perspectives of indigenous populations, based on the involvement and participation of students and the indigenous movement in these processes. With this, we offer examples of the variety of existing possibilities for implementing affirmative action in regular undergraduate and graduate courses, and some of its challenges. Following, we focus on the presence of indigenous students in universities, regarding the ways in which they construct their experiences in higher education, and how they reflect on them. The experiences of indigenous undergraduate students are mainly addressed by the students\' assemblies and movements that carried out debates about \"culture\" and \"knowledge\", as well as their reflections on the importance of occupying universities, in order to become more visible and stronger in this space. In the last chapter, we address the presence of indigenous students in postgraduate courses (stricto sensu). Starting from a brief panorama of this presence in the country, we raised a debate about notions like \"autoanthropology\" and \"indigenous anthropology\". We conclude with the experiences of indigenous anthropologists Yepamahsã (Tukano) of the NEAI/PPGAS/UFAM, which allow us to perceive the multiple possibilities of the anthropological exercise, when constructing, updating and composing different modes of knowledge.

A arborização viária possui importante papel na manutenção do equilíbrio físico-ambiental das cidades e pode ser considerada um indicativo de qualidade de vida. Porém, a falta de planejamento em sua implantação e manutenção acaba por prejudicar sua eficiência. Também o não conhecimento do patrimônio arbóreo e arbustivo presente e das suas respectivas condições, dificultam a tomadas de decisões corretas. O presente trabalho ocupa-se, do levantamento quali-quantitativo da arborização viária da Estância de Águas de São Pedro-SP. Para tanto, foi adotado o método de inventário do tipo censo, ou seja, foram inventariados todos os indivíduos arbóreos e arbustivos contidos nas vias públicas. Foram levantados um total de 3654 indivíduos, perfazendo 161 espécies, 126 gêneros e 54 famílias. Desse total, 61,33% das espécies são exóticas e 38,67% são nativas, distribuídas, segundo hábito de crescimento em 70,85% arbóreas, 19,90% arbustivas, 6,05% palmeiras e 3,20% coníferas. O índice de diversidade de Shannon-Wiener calculado é de 3,90. Na Estância de Águas de São Pedro há apenas uma discreta predominância da Caesalpinia peltophoroides (sibipiruna) que representa 13,36% da arborização viária. O índice médio de indivíduos por quilômetro de rua percorrida é de 130, considerado alto, embora o hábito de crescimento não tenha sido considerado neste cálculo. Existe uma tendência ao plantio de arbustos, especialmente em anos mais recentes, que deve ser revertida. São sugeridas indicações de manejo, como novos plantios, substituições, adequação das podas e na condução de mudas e incremento do plantio de espécies arbóreas nativas em detrimento das arbustivas. Conclui-se que há a necessidade de implementação de um plano diretor que contemple a arborização, para que se melhore sua qualidade, eliminando-se assim, dificuldades na manutenção e das tendências de manejo e plantio levados a efeito da população. / Street arborization plays an important role on keeping the physical and environmental balance in urban areas thus, improving the life quality. Lack of planning on its implantation and maintenance can jeopardize its efficiency. The knowledge of the street tree and shrub assets as well as their overall conditions can support the correct decisions on high quality arborization. The present work describes a quali-quantitative survey on street arborization of Águas de São Pedro Resort, in São Paulo State, Brazil. Census is the type of inventory used in this research; therefore, all individuals planted on streets sidewalks have been assessed. A number of 3,654 individuals were analyzed, comprising 161 species, 126 genus and 54 families. A total of 61.33% species were found to be exotic whilst 38.67% were native. According to their growth habit, 70.85% were classified as trees, 19.90% shrubs, 6.05 palms and 3.20% conifers. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index was found to be 3.90. Only a discreet predominance of Caesalpinia peltophoroides (sibipiruna) was observed, which represented 13.36% of all street arborization of Águas de São Pedro. The average index of individuals per kilometer of street was 130, which can be considered high, despite the growth habit not being considered in the calculations. There is a trend in planting shrubs instead of trees, especially in recent years, which should be reversed. This work contains recommendations on the management, new planting of trees and replacements, adaptation and management of newly planted individuals, adequate pruning and improvement of the planting of native trees over the shrubby species. There is also a need to implement a directive plan in order to improve the quality of the arborization. This plan should bring positive effects on reducing difficulties on management as well as controlling both the planting and management carried out by the local population.

It poses a reflection about the occupation and vitalization of the spaces, actions and dispositions covering micropolitical revolutions that escape the mainstream and invent; revealing thus, the desire of weaving lines and connections with a politics of composition and friendship, taking a gamble on the potency of differences and the kindred matter which both integrates and drives us / Este trabalho, em ressonância com práticas clínicas, aposta em percursos experienciais como possibilidade de desmontagem de técnicas e modelos hegemônicos nos modos de vida. Com base em pesquisa feita entre os Zoé, essa dissertação tem o intuito de contribuir com o entendimento sobre panema. Enfatizam-se os aspectos olfativos para argumentar a importância dos aspectos sensíveis como fundamentos da paniem. Paniem é entendida como uma relação entre homens e caças. Uma relação que opera outras relações: entre diferentes caçadores; entre caçadores e homens paniem; entre homens e mulheres; etc. Com base nessas relações, são descritas diferenças de saberes e prestígios entre as pessoas. / This is based on research done among the Zo\'é, the dissertation aims to contribute to the understanding of the panema. The olfactory aspects are emphasized to argue the importance of the sensitive aspects as pani\'em fundamentals. Pani\'em is understood as a relation between men and prey. A relationship that operates other relationships: between different hunters; between hunters and pani\'em men; Between men and women; etc. Based on these relationships, differences of knowledge and prestige among people are described.
