A dissertação tem por objeto de estudo o papel da qualificação realizada pelo Centro de Desenvolvimento Profissional/CDP da Azaléia Calçados, na profissionalização e inserção de jovens das cidades de Parobé e Taquara a partir de 1993. A pesquisa de campo envolveu quatro alunos egressos do Curso de Multioperação de Calçados, três gerentes da empresa e um educador do projeto. O estudo toma como ângulo de análise a qualificação profissional como uma relação socialmente construída, que integra o fenômeno da relação salarial moderna, que é uma das formas históricas de regulação das relações entre capital e trabalho. Os conceitos de inserção, trajetórias e profissão completaram as referências de análise. Partindo da noção do tempo de trabalho como medida dos valores econômicos, o estudo aborda a qualificação como decorrência do modelo fordista de produção, no contexto da reestrututração produtiva no setor coureiro-calçadista. No processo de reprodução da força de trabalho se verifica a incidência da qualificação no trabalho produtivo dos jovens nas células de trabalho e nos seus modos de vida. As relações entre qualificação, trabalho e inserção profissional que caracterizam a socialização profissional, na experiência estudada acontecem através do CDP, com a mediação de uma rede social que tem um papel importante na articulação entre a qualificação e a inserção profissional. / The composition has the purpose of studying the role of qualification made by “Professional Development Center”/CDP of Azaléia Calçados (shoes factory), in the vocational training and insertion of young people of the cities Parobé and Taquara since 1993. The research involved four egressed students of “Shoes Multi-operation Course, three manager of the company and a instructor of the project. The study takes as focus of analysis the professional qualification (vocational training) as a relation socialy built, that consists of the phenomenon of the modern wage terms (rules, conditions), that is one of the historic ways to regulate the relations between capital and work (labor). The concepts of insertion, trajectories and profession have completed the analysis references. Starting with the notion of time of work (work-time) like measurement of economic value, the study deals with the qualification as a result of Ford-model of producing, in the context of productive reestruturation in the field “shoes-leather”. In the process of the reproduction of the workforce we see the occurrence of the qualification in the productive work of the young people in the work cell and in their way of life. The relations among qualification, work and professional insertion that describes the professional insertion that describes the professional socialization in the studied experience happens through the “CDP” (Professional Development Center) with the intervention of a social chain that has an important role in the link between qualification and professional insertion.

That research field has been found out and is demonstrated here to the readers as: the salaried staff in this several decade long tight closed country. How the agricultural workers are employed and paid during the French colonial period? What is the composition of the salaried staff in Vietnam during sixty years long period? What is the profile of the ghost named as bureaucracy depicted in the real faces of these salaried people? How is the life of workers, white and blue collars, peasants and intellectuals in this so rich country in natural and human resources and so poor physically and spiritually? Using tables and graphics, interviews and descriptions, the essay would like to present the true face of Vietnam with the hope to work out for a (while remaining blurring vague) outline named as Hope.

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the current system of remuneration and motivation in terms of non-profit organizations and suggest steps that would lead to its improvement. To achieve the aim was selected Elementary school Ivana Olbrachta. To obtain information, an analysis of statistical reports and financial statements. Further interviews were conducted with employees of the organization. Established the amount and structure provided separately salary of teaching and non- teaching staff. Was also analyzed the effectiveness of paid salary costs. Based on this analysis were determined proposals to increase efficiency. Den här magisteruppsatsen förenar de tre områdena Svenska kyrkans ekonomiska historia, svensk lönebildningshistoria och Martin Heidegger. Jag hävdar inledningsvis att prästerskapets löner är den bästa utgångspunkten för en ekonomisk-historiker som vill ta sig an Svenska kyrkan, och konstaterar mot bakgrund av tidigare forskning om lönebildning på den svenska arbetsmarknaden att lönebegreppet i bristande utsträckning har bearbetats på den mikrohistoriska nivå jag väljer att kalla ”den mänskliga tillvarons nivå”. För att angripa denna nivå definierar jag lönebegreppet utifrån Martin Heideggers teori om människan och hennes möjligheter i den vardagliga världen. Med grund i Heideggers Vara och tid analyserar jag löneutbetalningarna i kontanter till kyrkoherden i Björklinge församling 1910-1932, samt prästgården som var knuten till tjänsten. Resultaten visar att Heideggers ontologi kan vara fruktbar att använda, men att tillämpbarheten vid empiriska studier ännu är begränsad, och att fortsatt teoretiskt arbete är nödvändigt. / This Master's thesis combines three fields of study, namely the economic history of the Church of Sweden, the Swedish history of wage development, and Martin Heidegger. Initially, I suggest that the wages of the clergy is the best starting point for an economic historian wishing to approach the study of the Church of Sweden. I conclude with regards to previous research on the subject of wage development on the Swedish labor market, that the term ”wage” has been dealt with to an unsatisfying degree on the microhistorical level I have opted to call ”the level of the human condition”. To approach this level I define the term ”wage” based on Martin Heidegger's theory about the human being and her possibilities in the everyday world. Starting out with Heidegger's Being and Time, I analyze the payment of cash wages to the vicar of Björklinge parish 1910-1932, as well as the parsonage tied to that position. The results show that the use of Heidegger's ontology can prove fruitful, though its applicability in matters of empirical studies is yet limited, and that continued theoretical work is needed.

Four Essays on the Effects of Foreign Direct Investment on the French Labor Market / Quatre Essais sur l'Effet des Investissements Directs Etrangers sur le Marché du Travail FrançaisLaffineur, Catherine 01 June 2015 (has links)
Cette thèse a pour objectif d'analyser et d'identifier les effets des investissements directs étrangers (IDE) sur le marché du travail français. Le premier chapitre dresse un état des lieux de la littérature récente sur cette question. Les autres chapitres analysent empiriquement et théoriquement l'effet des IDE sur le marché du travail. A l'aide de données récentes et détaillées sur les firmes et les employés français, plusieurs aspects du marché du travail sont abordés. Dans un premier temps, la thèse analyse l'effet des IDE sur l'emploi (chapitre 2), puis s'intéresse à leurs effets sur les salaires français (chapitre 3). Le chapitre 4 quant à lui, identifie un canal potentiel par lequel l'IDE affecterait le marché du travail. Ce canal est le changement organisationnel au sein de la maison mère. Enfin, le chapitre 5 identifie les conséquences du changement organisationnel en terme de mobilité de la main d’œuvre au sein des firmes multinationales. Les résultats montrent un effet sélectif de l'IDE sur l'emploi et les salaires. Seuls les IDE vers un pays à bas salaires affectent le marché du travail et seuls les cadres sont impactés positivement par les stratégies d'implantation à l'étranger des firmes. L'emploi semble être la variable d'ajustement en marge extensive, alors que les salaires s'ajustent en marge intensive. Les IDE sont également responsables d'un changement organisationnel au sein de la maison-mère, provoquant d'une part, un déplacement de l'autorité du chef d'entreprise vers les cadres et d'autre part, une augmentation de la mobilité des travailleurs qualifiés au sein de la firme. / This thesis aims to analyze and identify the effects of outward foreign direct investment (FDI) on the French labor market. The first chapter provides an overview of the recent literature on this topic. The other chapters of the thesis analyze empirically and theoretically the effect of FDI on the labor market. Thank to recent and detailed data on French firms and employees, the thesis looks at several aspects of the labor market. First, the study starts by analyzing the effect of FDI on employment (chapter 2) and then looks at the effects on French hourly gross wages (chapter 3). Chapter 4 identifies one possible channel through which FDI affects the labor market, which is organizational change. Finally, Chapter 5 identifies the impact of organizational change on labor mobility within multinational companies. The results show a selective effect of FDI on employment and wages. Only FDI to low-wage countries affect the labor market and only managers' employment is positively affected by offshoring strategies of their firm. Results also show that employment is the main adjustment variable at the extensive margin, while wage is the main adjustment variable at the intensive margin. Results of chapter 4 and 5 highlight the role of FDI on organizational change within the mother company, which is materialized on the one hand, by a decentralization of authority from the CEO to managers and, on the other hand, by an increase of inhouse labor-mobility of skilled workers.

Previous issue date: 2014-05-30 / In the business world, companies are continuously searching for strategic differences and seeking human talent in increasingly competent professionals. Competence is related to performance and can be trained and developed according to the activities and the work performed. Education for work becomes more and more important as it increases its role in the dynamics of modern society which requires continuous updating of knowledge and seeks to reduce evasion from courses as one of its challenges. This research seeks to understand school dropout based on the wage gap between groups of students who dropped out school and those who finished their courses, among other issues. Data were collected between freshman students in ten mid-level technical courses at a state technical school in the city of São Paulo between 2009 and 2011. Researches support the conclusion that graduates achieve better wages then dropouts, the average wage of those who managed to graduate being 16.6pc higher than that of dropout students. Most students state that work is the main cause of their school evasion. We highlight the presence of public policies for the educational credit among respondents, as 34.8 pc the sample had scholarships, PROUNI or educational credit FIES. / No mundo dos negócios as organizações colocam-se numa procura contínua por diferenciações estratégicas e buscam o talento humano em profissionais cada vez mais competentes. A competência está relacionada ao desempenho e pode ser treinada e desenvolvida de acordo com as atividades e o trabalho prestado. A educação para o trabalho adquire maior importância à medida que aumenta seu papel na dinâmica da sociedade moderna que exige atualização contínua dos saberes e busca reduzir a evasão dos cursos como um de seus desafios. Esta pesquisa procura compreender a evasão escolar a partir da diferença salarial entre grupos de estudantes que abandonaram e finalizaram o curso, entre outras análises. Os dados foram coletados entre alunos ingressantes em dez cursos técnicos de nível médio de uma escola técnica estadual na cidade de São Paulo entre os anos 2009 e 2011. A pesquisa permite concluir que os alunos formados conseguem melhores salários que os evadidos, sendo a média dos salários dos que conseguiram se formar superior em 16,6% à média salarial dos evadidos. A maioria dos alunos evadidos aponta o trabalho como principal causa da evasão escolar. Evidencia-se a presença das políticas públicas para o crédito educacional entre os respondentes, já que 34,8% da amostra possuem bolsas de estudo, do PROUNI ou do crédito educativo do FIES.
