I denna essä reflekterar jag över ett dilemma som är egenupplevt. Dilemmat handlar om svårigheten i att leda ett arbetslag som ännu inte är färdig utbildad förskollärare. Dilemmat belyser min utvecklingsprocess som jag genomgått under min erfarenhetsbaserade förskollärarutbildning. Jag beskriver mina inre tvivel på min förmåga som ledare och utifrån min berättelse försöker jag finna svar och nya insikter. Syftet med denna essä är att försöka synliggöra ledarskapet i förskolläraryrket. Jag använder mig av ett hermeneutiskt synsätt som innebär att försöka tolka och förstå erfarenheter och fenomen. Mina frågeställningar fokuserar på ledarskap och utveckling. Reflektionen är viktig för att kunna synliggöra mina tankar och kunna granska mig själv kritiskt. Frågor jag arbetar kring är bland annat skillnaden mellan olika ledarstilar och vad skillnaden är mellan att vara chef respektive ledare. I essän diskuterar jag FIRO teorin för att se på gruppers utveckling. I slutet av uppsatsen ser jag på läroplanen och ansvarsfördelningen inom förskolans verksamhet samt jämför den gamla läroplanen med den reviderade upplagan. I slutet reflekterar jag kring mitt eget ledarskap och olika ledarstilar. Min slutsats är att jag som ledare behöver anpassa mitt ledarskap till rådande situation samt att jag som förskollärare verkar som en förebild.

The house agency enterprises offer services for promoting the real estate sales and leasing transactions. Due to lower barriers to entry and many house agencies of network trading joining, it becomes more competitive. The main purposes of the thesis listed are to explore how to inject new business model thinking and channel strategies to find a new niche market. A.What is the development and market competition in the industry? B.How the enterprises develop business model in the competitive environment in order to obtain the source of competitive advantage? C.How the enterprises integrate the traditional and virtual channel strategies to get consumers¡¦ attention and revenues. Through the literature reaches and industry interviews, several important findings are summarized as followings: A.The ¡§Seizing the White Space¡¨ of the house agency industry includes that other enterprises has not entered, expand its business to international services, or use its core competence to related businesses. B.The enterprises must offer services for customers in the shortest time to find the correct and attractive objects and give a variety of options of the same price to help determine the value of the house, and related services. C.The traditional and virtual channel strategies of the industry render as a strong complementary relationship. Whether they¡¦re traditional or virtual channels, the industry should focus on its image and giving right services.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the hermeneutic value of the Daseinsanalytic approach to dream interpretation in the process of psychotherapy. After delineating the Daseinsanalytic view on dream interpretation, with emphasis on the conceptualization of Medard Boss, the study explores the usefulness and validity of the case study as a method of investigating the content and process of psychotherapy. A psychodynamic formulation of the presenting problem is based on the conceptualization of the nature and etiology of neurosis as delineated by Andras Angyal, with particular reference to the pattern of noncommitment. The dreams included in the case material are then examined to determine to what degree they facilitated insight into the subjective experience and phenomenological existence of the dreamer, and what effect the dream interpretation based on the Daseinsanalytic approach had on the process of therapy. It is established that a phenomenological understanding of the client's dreams corresponds with his subjective experience of his emotional and existential condition, and that positive changes in the content of the dreams during the course of therapy correspond with overt, observable changes in his behaviour, ideation and mood. Based on these findings, the case study leads to the conclusion that the Daseinsanalytic approach to dream interpretation has hermeneutic value in the process of psychotherapy.

Philosophiae Doctor - PhD / The standard model of cosmology (the ɅCDM model) has been very successful and is compatible with all observational data up to now. However, it remains an important task to develop and apply null tests of this model. These tests are based on observables that probe cosmic distances and cosmic evolution history. Supernovae observations use the so-called `standard candle' property of SNIa to probe cosmic distances D(z). The evolution of the expansion rate H(z) is probed by the baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) feature in the galaxy distribution, which serves as an effective `standard ruler'. The observables D(z) and H(z) are used in various consistency tests of ɅCDM that have been developed. We review the consistency tests, also looking for possible new tests. Then the tests are applied, first using existing data, and then using mock data from future planned experiments. In particular we use data from the recently commissioned Dark Energy Survey (DES) for SNIa. Gaussian Processes, and possibly other non-parametric methods, used to reconstruct the derivatives of D (z) and H (z) that are needed to apply the null tests of the standard cosmological model. This allows us to estimate the current and future power of observations to probe the ɅCDM model, which is the foundation of modern cosmology. In addition, we present an improved model of the HI galaxy number counts and bias from semi-analytic simulations, and we use it to calculate the expected yield of HI galaxies from surveys with a variety of phase 1 and 2 SKA configurations. We illustrate the relative performance of the different surveys by forecasting errors on the radial and transverse scales of the BAO feature. We use the Fisher matrix method to estimate the error bars on the cosmological parameters from future SKA HI galaxy surveys. We find that the SKA phase 1 galaxy surveys will not contend with surveys such as the Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey (BOSS) whereas the full "billion galaxy survey" with SKA phase 2 will deliver the largest dark energy Figure of Merit of any current or future large-scale structure survey. / South African Square Kilometre Array Project (SKA) and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)

Detta arbete syftar till att ta reda på hur ljuddesign till bossar utförs samt hur konsumenter av dator- och tv-spel själva påverkas av ljuddesignen, med hjälp av djupintervjuer från etablerade ljuddesigners samt en fokusgruppintervju med studenter från spelutvecklingsskolan Playground Squad som är aktiva konsumenter av diverse spel. Det lyfts fram viktiga tillvägagångssätt från de som arbetar med ljuddesign och en inblick i deras processer bakom boss fighter. Innebörden av ljuddesignen i boss fighter väger tungt i upplevelsen och är viktig för spelarens möjlighet att anpassa sig och ta sig igenom svåra situationer. Ljuden visar sig därmed vara informativa, men även emotionellt berikande och sticker ut i jämförelse med andra karaktärer i spelen.

Denna studie presenterar en ny synvinkel inom ämnet att göra hasardspel online mer realistiska. Fjorton personer spelade i tjugo minuter två versioner av ett välkänt franskt roulettespel där utvalda variabler loggades. Den ena versionen fungerade precis som i ett skarpt läge medan den andra innehöll en implementation av kontextfaktorbaserade ljudeffekter. Utifrån loggningen av variabler, samt en kompletterande enkätundersökning, räknades det sedan ut om det förekom någon skillnad mellan versionerna och, i förlängning, spellupplevelsen. Resultatet jag fick fram redovisade förändringar i några av de variabler som hade valts ut och enkätundersökningen indikerade på att det kan ha varit ljudeffekterna som skapat denna förändring.
