S’appuyant sur l’effervescence dont fait actuellement l’objet le terme de scénographie dans le milieu créatif, ce travail propose d’étudier l’apparition d’une fonction spécifique autour du concept de scénographie urbaine dans la fabrique de la ville contemporaine. En effet depuis les années 1980, dans un contexte d’essor de la ville événementielle, créative et culturelle nous assistons à une multiplication de propositions artistiques éphémères déployant des dispositifs scénographiques dans l’espace public qui font évoluer les modes d’action des acteurs de la fabrique urbaine (opérateurs culturels, artistes, gestionnaires publics et aménageurs). Entre théâtre et espace public, scène et ville, nous retracerons les origines de la scénographie pour ensuite s’intéresser à la scène nantaise qui est ici considérée comme un laboratoire des différentes formes que peut prendre la scénographie urbaine. En définissant le rôle du scénographe sur un terrain d’intervention spécifique, à savoir l’espace urbain, il s’agit par-là d’identifier un groupe professionnel émergent, les scénographes, au regard de l’évolution de leurs pratiques hors du théâtre. Puis, en resserrant la focale sur un territoire, nous caractérisons plus particulièrement la fonction de scénographie urbaine dans son acception contemporaine traduisant une évolution de la place de la création artistique dans la fabrique urbaine. Plus largement, cette étude met en question la production d’espaces urbains, révélatrice de tension entre nécessité fonctionnelle et conception d’espaces sensibles. Entre fabrique artistique et dynamique de récupération, ce travail nous renseigne sur un mode de faire la ville contemporaine à l’interface entre urbanisme du divertissement et utopie artistique. / Based on the current effervescence of scenography in the creative environment , this work proposes to study the appearance of a specific function around the concept of urban scenography in the fabric of the contemporary city. Since the 1980s, in a context of the development of event, creative and cultural city, we are witnessing a multiplication of ephemeral artistic proposals deploying scenographic devices in the public space that evolve modes of action of the actors of the urban factory (cultural operators, artists, public managers and developers). Between theater and public space, stage and city, we will trace the origins of the scenography and then take an interest in the Nantes scene, which is considered here as a laboratory of different forms that can take urban scenography. Infact, in urban space, it is an identifying an emerging professional group, the scenographers, about the evolution of their practices outside the theater. Then, by tightening the focus on a territory, we characterize more specifically the function of urban scenography in its contemporary meaning reflecting an evolution of the place of artistic creation in the urban factory. A larger scale, this study calls into question the production of urban spaces, revealing tension between functional necessity and the conception of sensitive spaces. Between artistic and dynamic recovery, this research informs us about an embodiment of the contemporary city at the interface between town planning of entertainment and artistic utopia.

Depuis quelques années un métier émergent de l'éducatif se développe dans l'Enseignement Catholique , celui d'A.P.S. ou Adjoint en Pastorale Scolaire. A la croisée entre deux réalités institutionnelles, celle de l'éducation et celle de l'église catholique, ce métier se structure et se développe en tension entre une sur prescription à caractère discrétionnaire et le réel de l'activité des acteurs éducatifs dans leur contexte de travail. En nous appuyant sur la théorie de l'analyse de l'activité, notre intervention-recherche en collaboration avec cinq personnes en formation continue, a permis de mettre en évidence l'existence de plusieurs genres professionnels au sein d'un même métier qui peut être rattaché aux métiers "avec et pour autrui". Le dispositif expérimental a favorisé la constitution d'un collectif de travail, l'émergence de règles de métier, de compétences particulières , ainsi que le développement de l'activité des professionnels. Notre étude a joué le rôle d'analyseur des transformations des métiers qui consistent à agir "avec et pour autrui". Dans une perspectives d'évolution du système scolaire français, la réforme des collèges et la prise en compte des enjeux de société concernant la mixité sociale et culturelle, l'analyse de l'activité de ce métier émergent ouvre une réflexion sur les métiers de l'éducatif" avec et pour autrui" et la formation. / In recent years , a job as emerged from the education grows in Catholic teaching, the A.P.S. or school pastoral assistants. At the jonction between two institutional realities, that of Education and that of the Church, the profession has structured and developped stretching between a discretionary over prescription and the real activity of educational actors in heir work context. Based on the theory of activity analysis, our intervention research which has been conducted in collaboration with five people in in-house training as working, has highlighted the existence of several professionnal within' the same job which can be attached to trades that consist of acting with and for others. The experimental device has encouraged the formation of a collective work, the emergence of business rules, news skills, and the" development of the activity of professionals. Our study has also payed a role of the analyzer of business transformations "are to act for and whith another one".In an evlutionary perpective with the french school system reform in colleges an the inclusion of social issues concerning the social and cultural diversity, the analysis of the activity of emerging job has opened reflections on the job of education " for and with another one".

L'approche sectorielle consiste à envisager la limitation ou la réduction des émissions mondiales de gaz à effet de serre secteur par secteur. Une telle approche implique un changement de paradigme par rapport à l'approche dominante de la diplomatie climatique qui s'articule principalement autour d'engagements portant sur l'ensemble de l'économie des différents Etats Parties. La principale question à laquelle tente de répondre la présente thèse de doctorat est de déterminer de quelle manière et sous quelles conditions la diplomatie climatique pourrait s'appuyer sur une approche sectorielle pour accroître l'efficacité des efforts internationaux de lutte contre les changements climatiques. Il s'agit de déterminer si la généralisation de démarches, de politiques, d'actions ou de mesures par secteur pourrait permettre de réduire substantiellement et au moindre coût les émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Pour ce faire, de nombreuses pistes de réflexions sont envisagées : des négociations distinctes au sein d'organisations internationales spécialisées, des initiatives sectorielles volontaires, des partenariats internationaux, des démarches sectorielles et autres mesures par secteurs concertées, des mécanismes sectoriels fondés sur le marché. Dans chaque cas de figure, il s'agit d'examiner dans quels secteurs, mais également autour de quelles parties prenantes et à partir de quels mécanismes, des démarches sectorielles pourraient concrètement émerger / Sectoral approaches refer to a series of new proposals, which focuses on the limitation of world greenhouse gas emission on a sector-by-sector basis. Thess approaches relie on a change of paradigm with regard to the dominant approach of the international climate regime, which is based upon an economy-wide approach towards GHG emissions. The main issue addressed by this PhD dissertation is to clarify how and under which conditions a sectoral approach could efficiently and effectively contribute to the reduction of global greenhouse gas emissions. Could sector-specific initiatives, policies, actions and measures practically reduce GHG emissions at the lowest cost? In which sectors? Involving which stakeholders? Relying on which legal, economic or financial instruments? A sectoral approach could potentially be implemented through different legal/economic/financial means: separated sectoral negotiations within specialised international organisations, voluntary sectoral initiatives, international sector-based partnerships, cooperative approaches and sector-specific actions and/or sectoral market-based mechanisms. Subsequently, this dissertation evaluates the relevance and the practical feasibility of various sector-based proposals during the first period of commitment and beyond 2012

Cette thèse retrace les étapes de la création d’un dispositif projectif permettant d’explorer le soi-archaïque d’un sujet adulte. Son élaboration est le fruit de plusieurs recherches antérieures auprès de diverses populations : sujets adultes ne présentant pas de pathologie reconnue, jeunes adultes psychotiques et/ou états-limites, sujets adultes paraplégiques. Le dispositif créé pour ces recherches a évolué pour devenir un outil d’exploration et de médiation utilisé depuis plusieurs années dans le cadre de mes prises en charges thérapeutiques, auprès de patients souffrants majoritairement de troubles narcissiques identitaires.Des photographies de l’espace, pour la plupart prises par le CNRS ou la NASA avec différents télescopes sont utilisées comme support projectif. Avec ces photographies, l’impact esthétique est indéniable. « Que représente pour vous l’univers ? » : L'utilisation de photographies de divers objets célestes comme support projectif pour répondre à une question latente sur la subjectivité mobilise la pensée en images et vient questionner le sentiment de soi actuel et archaïque. Ces photographies offrent une figuration de vécus originaires, métaphores cosmiques déjà remarquées dans la littérature psychanalytique (Anzieu et les signifiants formels, Aulagnier et le trou noir de la psyché…), elles favorisent une mise en scène imagée des interactions précoces.Le dispositif de l’EPSA est un « attracteur » sollicitant la projection d’un "incréé", d’une expérience en souffrance de symbolisation. La malléabilité de l’EPSA permet au sujet de la mettre en forme, raconter l’histoire de ce qu’il ne connait pas de lui et qui le hante. Le sujet projette dans l’EPSA une ambiance psychique, trace d’un soi-émergent dans un fonctionnement parfois en souffrance, où apparaissent des « processus » de transformation.L’EPSA permet d’explorer les capacités réflexives du sujet : Capacités du sujet à élaborer ou non un conflit esthétique, la gestion et l’expression de ce conflit. Capacités à « raisonner » affectivement, à être en contact avec ses émotions, à les éprouver. Se sentir, se voir, « dire » ses émotions. (Trois « degrés » de symbolisation).La maturité du soi archaïque et son expression (maturité affective du sentiment de soi) peut se définir ainsi : la tolérance et l’acceptation des affects, émotions, sentiments… provoqués par les conflits à se penser sujet. La capacité à ne pas être « débordé » affectivement sans trop d’évitement et d’inhibition. L’élaboration psychique et verbale de ces conflits (le partage et la communication avec autrui).L’EPSA permet ainsi d’observer chez l’adulte des troubles liés aux premiers stades de développement : le traitement de l’affect, les interactions précoces, les troubles dus à des déficiences dans l’accordage… L’EPSA est un outil d’exploration de certains processus importants dans la construction de la subjectivité, et permet d’affiner notre regard clinique concernant les troubles identitaires narcissiques, état-limites, pathologies de la dépendance…La passation de l’EPSA, en proposant au sujet de rapporter ses impressions, favorise un travail de mise en forme et de mise en mots. C’est un espace créatif, de trouvé/créé. Un dispositif symbolisant et de partage et rencontre. Il est un objeu, un support thérapeutique. Finalement, l’EPSA est un miroir de soi, et aussi un outil de « transformation », de symbolisation. / This thesis traces the steps of creating a projective device for exploring the self-archaic of an adult subject. Its development is the result of several former studies from various groups: adult subjects with no pathology recognized, young psychotic adults and/or borderlines, and adult paraplegic subjects. The device created for this research has evolved into an exploration and mediation tool used for many years as part of my therapeutic group of patients, mostly suffering from identity narcissistic disorders.Photographs of space, mostly taken by the CNRS or NASA with different telescopes, are used a carrier. With these photographs, the visual impact is undeniable. "What does the Universe mean to you?": The use of photographs of various celestial objects as projective medium to respond to a latent question about subjectivity, mobilizes thinking in images and comes to question the sense of self, archaic and current. The photographs offer a representation of native experiences, cosmic metaphors already presented in the psychoanalytic literature (Anzieu and formal signifiers, Aulagnier and the black hole of the psyche... These favor an imaged scene of early interactions.The EPSA device is an "attractor" seeking the projection of an "uncreated" image, an experience in default of symbolization. The EPSA malleability allows the patient to put into shape the uncreated, to tell the story of what he does not know of himself and that haunts him. The subject projects into the EPSA a psychic atmosphere, a trace of an emerging self with an operation that is sometimes problematic, in which appears "processes" of transformation.EPSA explores the reflexive capacities of the subject: the subject ability to be able to develop or not an aesthetic conflict, management and expression of conflict. It is also explores the ability to "reason" emotionally, to be in touch with his emotions, to experience them, to feel oneself, to see oneself, and "to express" his emotions (Three "degrees" of symbolization).The maturity of the archaic self and its expression (emotional maturity of the sense of self) can be defined as the tolerance and acceptance of affects, emotions, and feelings... caused by conflicts to think about oneself. In this way, the subject avoids being "overwhelmed" emotionally and inhibition. The mental and verbal elaboration of conflicts provides for sharing and communication with others.EPSA allows us to observe in adults the relationship in the early stages of development disorders: treatment of affect, early interactions, and disorders due to deficiencies in the tuning... EPSA is an exploration of an important tool in the construction of subjectivity processes, and refines our clinical look on narcissistic identity disorders, borderline condition, and disease of addiction...The EPSA device, which proposes the patient to imagine his impressions, enables the patient to put words to his thoughts. It is a creative space in which we found and create. A symbolizing device which encourages sharing and meeting. It is an "objeu", a therapeutic carrier. Finally, EPSA is a mirror of oneself, and also a tool of "transformation" of symbolization.

Dans cette étude, nous proposons une analyse du contexte marocain de la santé et de la sécurité au travail, aussi bien sur le plan social et culturel que législatif. L'exploration du système de gestion de la santé et de la sécurité au travail nous a amené à mettre en lumière non seulement les sources législatives internationales du Code du travail marocain, mais aussi les différentes méthodes de management de la santé et de la sécurité dans les entreprises. Nous proposons également une étude statistique qui permet de mieux comprendre la gestion, les processus de prévention et les techniques de management de la santé-sécurité au sein des entreprises marocaines. En même temps, afin de proposer un modèle de management qui servirait de base à la croissance et au développement économique et social de l’établissement, une recherche-intervention a également été réalisée au sein d’une entreprise marocaine. Ainsi, les raisons de l'insuffisance du respect des lois déjà existantes ont donc pu être mises en évidence et des solutions claires à partir de l’utilisation d’outils pour améliorer l’organisation et les conditions de travail à des coûts réduits, ont été proposées. / In this study, we propose an analysis of the Moroccan context of health and safety, both in the social and cultural that legislation. Exploring the management system of health and safety at work has led us to highlight not only the international law sources of the Moroccan labor code, but also the different methods of managing health and safety in companies. We also propose a statistical study to better understand the management, prevention processes and technical management of health and safety within Moroccan companies. At the same time, in order to propose a management model as a basis for growth and economic and social development of the institution, intervention research was also conducted in a Moroccan company. Thus, the reasons for the lack of compliance with existing laws have therefore been highlighted and clear solutions from the use of tools to improve the organization and working conditions at a reduced cost, have been proposed.

Cette thèse s'intéresse aux phénomènes électrostatiques émergents dans les modèles magnétiques toroïdaux bi-dimensionnels à symétrie XY, fournissant ainsi un support pour de plus amples recherches dans le domaine de la transition de phase Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless (BKT).Dans de nombreux systèmes bi-dimensionnels, dont le modèle bi-dimensionnel XY du magnétisme, la transition BKT contrôle la dissociation thermique de paires de défauts topologiques liés. Le modèle XY est analogue au gaz de Coulomb bi-dimensionnel, à ceci près qu'il peut être simulé sans avoir à modéliser les interactions à longue distance du système Coulombien. Cette thèse élucide ce paradoxe en démontrant que l'approximation de Villain appliquée au modèle XY est strictement équivalente au modèle électrostatique de Maggs-Rossetto (MR) appliqué au système Coulombien bi-dimensionnel.Cette équivalence est utilisée pour sonder la transition BKT par l'application de l'algorithme MR au gaz de Coulomb bi-dimensionel. En simulant le système Coulombien, il est prouvé que les fluctuations dans l'organisation des charges autour du tore sont activées à la température de transition BKT. Ces fluctuations du champ électrique indiquent ainsi la phase de haute température de la transition.Il est ensuite montré que l'exposant critique effectif de la théorie de Bramwell-Holdsworth (BH) peut être mesuré dans les films d'hélium 4 superfluide, qui correspondent à des gaz de Coulomb effectifs dans la limite de systèmes de grandes tailles finies. / This thesis addresses the emergent electrostatics of two-dimensional, toroidal magnetic models that possess XY symmetry, providing a platform for novel investigations into the Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless (BKT) phase transition.The BKT transition drives the thermal dissociation of bound pairs of topological defects in many two-dimensional systems, including the two-dimensional XY model of magnetism. The XY model is closely analogous to the two-dimensional Coulomb gas, but can be simulated without computing the long-range interactions of the Coulombic system. This thesis elucidates this paradox by showing that Villain's approximation to the XY model is strictly equivalent to the Maggs-Rossetto (MR) electrostatic model when applied to the two-dimensional Coulomb gas.The mapping is used to probe the BKT transition through the application of the MR algorithm to the two-dimensional Coulomb gas. By simulating the Coulombic system, fluctuations in the winding of charges around the torus are shown to turn on at the BKT transition temperature. These topological-sector fluctuations in the electric field therefore signal the high-temperature phase of the transition.It is then shown that the effective critical exponent of Bramwell-Holdsworth (BH) theory can be measured in superfluid 4He films, which correspond to effective Coulomb gases in the limit of large but finite system size. With the Coulombic system taken as the base BKT system, it is inferred that BH theory is a general property of BKT systems.
